The amount of wood waste from furniture production is increasing. Wood waste is diverse and ranges from wood-splitting residues to leftovers from furniture production. Wood waste occurs in companies, household-based industries, and other forms of business where waste accumulates; therefore, an environmental and ethical policy is needed. The aim of this study was to identify products created using wood waste and describe government regulations related to environmental policies. We analyzed the management of wood waste for use as a new product so that it is useful, does not become waste, and complies with policies related to environmental ethics. A case study design using qualitative methods was used. This research focused on managing wood waste in Jepara's furniture and crafts industry for the 2010-2021 period, using 23 sources from primary, secondary, and other supporting documents. Data were collected through observation or gathering information related to research needs, conducting closed-door interviews with research sources, documenting data to strengthen research findings, and using online questionnaires to corroborate information related to wood waste management. This article presents wood waste products designed with optimized environmental ethics and awareness of environmental laws in wood-based industries.

최근 급변하고 있는 시장변화로 기업의 경쟁우위를 지속하기 위한 기업 간 협업 활동과 그 중요성이 증가되고 있다. 특히 한정된 자원을 보유한 중소기업의 외부자원 활용과 협업 활동은 기업 내 역량강화 및 혁신성과 창출함 있어 중요한 요소로 자리 잡고 있다. 현재까지의 대다수 선행연구들에서는 중소기업의 다양한 특성과 협업의 연관성을 세부적으로 구분하여 혁신성과를 해석하기보다 기업의 크기(대기업과 중소기업)와 연구개발 활동 등의 환경적 요인으로 구분하여 협업과 성과의 영향정도를 규명하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 중소기업의 외부 협업 활동과 관련한 기업의 다양한 특성과 혁신성과 유형에 미치는 영향력 정도를 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 기업의 특성을 주 제품이 속한 산업군, 고객군, 기업 규모로 구분하였으며, 각 유형에 따른 협업 활동이 제품혁신과 공정혁신 성과에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 프로빗 모형을 사용하였으며, 분석결과 외부협업은 제품혁신에는 큰 영향을 미치지만 공정혁신에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중소기업의 주 제품군이 속한 산업과 고객에 따른 협업 활동의 경우, 전반적으로 두 유형의 혁신성과에 다양한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업 규모가 큰 경우, 외부와의 협업 활동이 규모가 작은 기업보다 혁신성과에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 지속적인 성과창출에 필요한 기업특성에 따른 협업의 영향력을 인지함으로써 향후 소규모 기업들을 위한 혁신성과 창출을 위한 전략을 도입하려는 실무자 및 기관 관계자들에게 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Ubiquitous 핵심에 위치한 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)는 관련 H/W 및 S/W 기술의 발전에 따라 RFID 데이터를 수집하고 분석하여 이를 필요로 하는 응용 서비스에게 제공하거나 연동할 수 있는 RFID 데이터 처리 시스템이 요구된다. 본 논문은 EPCglobal의 표준을 따른 EPC-IS(Electronic Product Code Information Service)를 위한 성능 향상 방안을 제안한다. 제안을 바탕으로 구현한 EPC-IS는 Rule 기반의 Connection Point를 지원함으로써 Legacy Enterprise 시스템과 원활히 연동할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 Policy 기반의 Backup Scheduling을 제공하여 RFID 시스템의 저장소 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있는 RFID 데이터처리 시스템이다.

Recently, mobile devices have been widely used. Therefore, the service users want that are not constrained by time and space. Among them, electronic payment services, mobile finance service is enjoying a tremendous popularity. The FinTech is the result of the fusion of finance and ICT(Information & Communication Technology). Security experts is pointed the FinTech security risk. New technology and Innovative FinTech services are even available, Insecure FinTech services is insignificant. In this paper we were surveyed market and product trends of FinTech and analyzed the threats about FinTech. Also, we analyzed the security considerations for FinTech using a questionnaire. As a result, users considers secure payment process and privacy. Therefore, we proposed security considerations for each vulnerability. So, we must be resolved of security technology and policy issues. If establishing a secure payment process and the unclear legal issue is resolved, FinTech service will provide a secure financial services to the user.

In this paper, we deal with an inventory model of a multi-stage, serial supply chain system where a single product type and nonstationary customer demand pattern are considered. The retailer and suppliers place their orders according to an echelon-stock based replenishment control policy. We assume that the suppliers can access online information on the demand history and use this information when making their replenishment decisions. Using a reinforcement learning technique, the inventory control parameters are designed to adaptively change as the customer demand pattern is altered, in order to maintain a given target service level. Through a simulation based experiment, we verified that our approach is good for maintaining the target service level.

The purposes of this study is to investigate the factor structure of web-site characteristics and antecedents factors affected to trust, satisfaction and behavioral intention of web-site. Refined data were consisted of 4 internet shopping mall survey and estimated the perception to visiting web site. Statistical methods are adapted Frequency, Factor Analysis and CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) of LISREL. 8 program. Research findings are as follows. The factors of web characteristics indicated to product information/buying procedure clarification, stability and function of system, usability of web site, security and protection of individual information, design, clarification of enterpriser information, various payment methods and customer service. In regression analysis, dependent variables were trust, satisfaction and behavioral intention. reputation of site were significantly effected variables. External variables consisted of the 4 characteristics of web-site and reputation and trust, satisfaction and behavioral intention were internal factor.

In the computer and information communication technology areas related with web-based telework?distant education, the disabled expect vocational rehabilitation. Therefore nowadays, the disabled effort to adapt to the new information era by web-based telework and distant education. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of web-based telework?distant education center to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

정보화 사회에서 디지털이라는 단어와 결합된 컨버전스는 정보통신 분야의 단위기술들의 융합을 통해 등장하는 새로운 제품이나 서비스를 일컫고 있다. 이러한 컨버전스 기술의 파급효과 및 컨버전스 사회의 현상들은 이미 경제, 사회, 문화등 사회의 전 부분에서 가시화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 디지털 컨버전스 환경에서의 필요한 기술현황 및 전망과 컨버전스의 대표적 사례이면서도 차세대 모바일 대표시장의 가능성이 매우 큰 웨어러블 컴퓨터와 관련된 내용을 기술하였다.

South Korea has allowed parallel importation since 1995. Parallel importation causes competition among importers in the logistics process allowing, consumers to purchase foreign brand products at low prices. Most parallel importers base product pricing on subjective judgements. Fashion products in particular, have different sales rates depending on trends and seasons, so sales performance varies greatly depending on selling price timing and policy. The merchandiser (MD) set the price on parallel importation products by aggregating information on imported products and pricing goods. However, this customized process is very time consuming for the MD. This is because the logistics process of parallel importation's customs clearance procedures and repair works is complicated and takes a significant amount of time. In this paper, we propose an improved parallel importation logistics process based on big data, which automatically sets the price of parallel importation products.
