Urban air mobility (UAM) is being considered as an alternative to transportation in urban areas where traffic congestion is increasing. It is judged that it will be difficult to manage the complex UAM operation environment with the existing Air Traffic Service, which is a person-centered service. Therefore, an advanced information processing-based traffic management system for UAM (UATM) is needed. Airspace management is essential to establish a systematic UAM traffic management (UATM) environment. In particular, the establishment of exclusive corridors where UAM aircraft can operate safely can provide opportunities to operate UAM aircraft without violating the minimum flight altitude regulations. This study conducted an empirical analysis using a helicopter of similar size to UAM to establish the cross-track dimension of the corridor for UAM operation. The research results can be used as a guideline when designing UAM corridors.
This study is to reveal the acceptance factors of the Market Sentiment Index (MSI) created by reflecting the investor sentiment extracted by processing unstructured big data. The research model was established by exploring exogenous variables based on the rational behavior theory and applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The acceptance of MSI provided to investors in the stock market was found to be influenced by the exogenous variables presented in this study. The results of causal analysis are as follows. First, self-efficacy, investment opportunities, Innovativeness, and perceived cost significantly affect perceived ease of use. Second, Diversity of services and perceived benefits have a statistically significant impact on perceived usefulness. Third, Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a statistically significant effect on attitude to use. Fourth, Attitude to use statistically significantly influences the intention to use, and the investment opportunities as an independent variable affects the intention to use. Fifth, the intention to use statistically significantly affects the final dependent variable, the intention to use continuously. The mediating effect between the independent and dependent variables of the research model is as follows. First, The indirect effect on the causal route from diversity of services to continuous use intention was 0.1491, which was statistically significant at the significance level of 1%. Second, The indirect effect on the causal route from perceived benefit to continuous use intention was 0.1281, which was statistically significant at the significance level of 1%. The results of the multi-group analysis are as follows. First, for groups with and without stock investment experience, multi-group analysis was not possible because the measurement uniformity between the two groups was not secured. Second, the analysis result of the difference in the effect of independent variables of male and female groups on the intention to use continuously, where measurement uniformity was secured between the two groups, In the causal route from usage attitude to usage intention, women are higher than men. And in the causal route from use intention to continuous use intention, males were very high and showed statistically significant difference at significance level 5%.
Changing health awareness has had an important effect on the functional food industry and is creating greater market opportunities. Unfortunately, there is no statement on functional dairy products in the Processing of Livestock Products Act. As a result, there is confusion in the market and legal difficulties with regard to the advertising of functional dairy products. This study was carried out to improve the current standardization of functional dairy products by comparing the domestic Health/Functional Food Act with the Japanese Health Promotion Law, and by investigating scientific data and articles from various literature and the Internet. In Japan, the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (MHLW) officially presented the Food with Health Claims (FHC) system that consists of Food with Nutrient Function Claims (FNFC), and innovated Food for Specified Health Uses (FOSHU). In 2005, the FOSHU system was changed to include several new subsystems: Current, Standardized, Reduction of disease risk, and Qualified FOSHU. Finally, to manufacture FOSHU, scientific evidence pertaining to such products must be examined by MHLW. Since FNFC was allowed, only 12 vitamins, ${\beta}-carotene$, and five minerals were approved, though without scientific evidence of efficacy. The Korean Health/Functional Food Act requires that health/functional foods (HFFs) be marketed in measured doses. There are two types of HFFs: generic and product-specific. There are 67 ingredients listed in the act for generic HFFs, and if an HFF has a new active ingredient, it is considered a product-specific HFF. Product-specific HFFs must be approved by the Korean Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). With the present standards, it is impossible to label and advertise functional dairy products with health/functional claims. Government agencies must cooperate to solve this problem, and standardization should be carried out by considering existing health/functional products and claims/indications from other countries.
Electronic commerce and the Internet offer unprecedented opportunities. The explosive expansion of the use of the Internet makes it possible for businesses to expand their markets and render services. Global transaction costs are easy to cut off using Internet and transaction speed is faster than before. Where cyberspace is not free from claims, Offline transaction can lead to problems and disputes the same is for cyberspace transactions. However ADR is not meet for the online transaction for speed, cost and open network system, ODR methods to resolve electronic commerce conflicts is crucial for building confidence and permitting access to justice in an online business environment. The use of the Internet and the network in dispute resolution has an impact on the types of communication implied in the relevant processes such as automated negotiation, online mediation and online arbitration and involves new technological issues such as the integrity and confidentiality of data and communication used to transmit and store data. Among the ODR systems Online Arbitration is currently binding both parties disputed and can achieve the aim of dispute award the same as the traditional arbitration. Arbitration is based on the New York Convention 1958, Arbitration Model law 1985 and national Arbitration Act that are founded on territorial area and rested on arbitration agreement, constitution of the arbitral tribunal, due process, final and binding award and enforcement of the arbitration award. To compare with this issues Online arbitration has unnecessarily legal unstability and risk. ODR is the burgeoning field and has created a new issues. All such issues which have been debated in the ADR are composed with ODR. But these are not limited Some of issues are further complicated by the nature of the online environment such as confidentiality and principle of parties. It is true that online arbitration should comply with legal provisions, but which is impossible to adhere of the law. Flexible translation and functional equivalence of legal provisions are needed for acceptance of electronic commerce disputes. Finally electronic commerce now takes place on the Internet, it is inevitable that the commercial world wants access to dispute resolution process that best suits the new commercial environment. ODR methods are processing for development and legal issues are considered by both national and international authorities. Introduction of new Conventions or amend Convention and Model law of ODR comes near.

The United Kingdom has a well-developed and comprehensive information infrastructure which has grown up over many years, but in the strict sense it has no coherent body of policy relating to information collection, storage, provision and supply. However, each of the governmental, professional and other bodies which has any major involvement with information, has committees to run its affairs and develop its policies in relation to issues and problems in the field. In addition, a number of ad hoc committees and working parties, to discuss or deal with a current problem, or to monitor or advise on the conduct of a research or development project, show that there is a high degree of awareness. of what is happening in the field and that there are many opportunities for expressing any particular point of view. The need for good intelligence in business or industrial operations is now being more generally accepted, and in consequence the need for a director of intelligence is also seen. The director of information in an industrial setting is the information manager, who combines or has access to the skills of several disciplines, including library, data processing and communication skills as well as managerial. Recognition of the need for such persons has policy implications in terms of short-term training provision and long-term educational facilities for the emerging profession, as well as manpower planning implications.
Prediction and control of nitrogen oxides (NOx) emission is of great interest in industry due to stricter environmental regulations. Herein, we propose an artificial intelligence (AI)-based framework for prediction of NOx emission. The framework includes pre-processing of data for training of neural networks and evaluation of the AI-based models. In this work, Long-Short-Term Memory (LSTM), one of the recurrent neural networks, was adopted to reflect the time series characteristics of NOx emissions. A decision tree was used to determine a time window of LSTM prior to training of the network. The neural network was trained with operational data from a heating furnace. The optimal model was obtained by optimizing hyper-parameters. The LSTM model provided a reliable prediction of NOx emission for both training and test data, showing an accuracy of 93% or more. The application of the proposed AI-based framework will provide new opportunities for predicting the emission of various air pollutants with time series characteristics.
This research is based on core competency in order to provide diverse educational opportunities and to train compatible human resources according to industrial change. The research set up the core competency of university students according to document research and the importance of core competency of students, professors, faculty and parents. As a result, a total of 14 competencies were deducted by importance and validation from enrolled students, graduated students and professors. A total of 5 core competencies and 14 detailed competencies were deducted. Entrepreneurship provides working opportunities to not only an entrepreneur himself but also many other people on the way its process. Boosting entrepreneurship, therefore, seems the most effective way for activating one's economy as well as creating jobs. This study examines factors that influence on entrepreneurial intention of Korean and Korean-Chinese's who will eventually be the potential entrepreneurs. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to individual psychological characteristics, and entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention. Valid 247 questionnaires have been collected within about one month of 2013. Statistical processing of the data collected from this survey to take advantage of the statistical package SPSS 18.0 program through a process of data coding in the following ways: by frequency analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. The result of analysis shows that risk-taking propensity and desire for self-achievement is not a significant factor to entrepreneurial intention in both countries. But entrepreneurial self-efficiency and entrepreneurial motivation positively influence entrepreneurial intention both of the Korean and Korean-Chinese. At the last, the study examines moderate effect, that is, whether social support influences on entrepreneurial intention as a moderate variable. it is confirmed that the social support does play a positive role to entrepreneurial intention. Beside, discussion is made on the implications of the study for academicians and practitioners, the limitations of the study, and some directions for future studies.

Under the constantly intensifying global competition environment, many companies are exploring new business opportunities in the field of social innovation using creating shared value. In seeking social innovation, it is a key starting point of social innovation to clarify the problem to be solved and to grasp the cause of the problem. Among the many problem solving methodologies, design thinking is getting the most attention recently in various fields. Design Thinking is a creative problem solving method which is used as a business innovation tool to empathize with human needs and find out the potential desires that the public does not know, and is actively used as a tool for social innovation to solve social problems. However, one of the difficulties experienced by many of the design thinking project participants is that it is difficult to analyze the observed data efficiently. When analyzing data only offline, it takes a long time to analyze a large amount of data, and it has a limit in processing unstructured data. This makes it difficult to find fundamental problems from the data collected through observation while performing design thinking. The purpose of this study is to integrate qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis methods in order to make the data analysis collected at the observation stage of the design thinking project for social innovation more scientific to complement the limit of the design thinking process. The integrated methodology presented in this study is expected to contribute to innovation performance through design thinking by providing practical guidelines and implications for design thinking implementers as a valuable tool for social innovation.
Nowadays, people start to focus on the value of 'Mindfulness' and 'Slowness', instead of the importance of 'Development' and 'Advancement' in their whole life. According to this background, we attempted to find new research opportunities on User Experience(UX) in usage context of 'Erasing'. Through a interdisciplinary literature review on related works regarding the concept of erasing, we tried to understanding the meaning of erasing within the perspective of philosophy, psychology, and human-computer interaction(HCI). We also conducted the contextual inquiry, one of the qualitative research methods to examine the actual usage context and the user's experience, with 79 users who were required to erase something in three usage contexts, including Paper-Eraser condition, Computer-Keyboard condition, and Tablet PC condition. The results indicate that it is important to provide not only effective erasing but also satisfaction for users in the usage-context of erasing. From these attempts, we expect that our findings will be helpful to understand the meaning of the erasing in academic and practical fields.
