The Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 of 24 Juni 1991 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs. This Regulation describes the legal framework for agricultural products and foodstuffs obtained organically. The Regulation establishes a harmonized framework for the production, labelling and inspection of agricultural products and foodstuffs in order to increase consumer confidence in such products and ensure fair competition between producers. This article presents a study about inspection and certification system of organic production of agricultural products and foodstuffs in Germany. In order to guarantee respect for the rules of production, the Regulation provides for an inspection system to ensure that operators who produce, prepare or store organic products or import them from third countries notify the competent private and public authorities in the Member States of their activities. These inspection authorities must, at the very least, ensure application of the minimum inspection and precautionary measures laid down in Annex III to the Regulation. For the production of meat, the Regulation states that the Member States must guarantee the traceability of products throughout the production, processing and preparation chain.

최근 GIS를 비롯한 각종 지형자료의 응용분야에서 기존의 종이지도가 지니는 제한된 축척 및 정보량 등의 경직성을 탈피한 수치지도의 제작은 시급한 당면 과제로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수작업으로 처리되고 있는 편집도의 제작을 자동화하기 위한 방안으로 디지털 환경하에서의 일반화 기법에 대한 연구를 수행하였으며, 주된 연구대상으로는 일반화 알고리즘을 처리 형태별로 개발하여 프로그램화하고 이들 결과를 이용하여 컴퓨터 상에서 특정 지형지물에 대한 소축척지도의 자동제작을 구현하였다. 또한 GIS측면에서의 벡터 데이터로서 동일한 위상구조를 지니기 위한 일반화 전후의 데이터 분석을 토대로 처리형태별 우선 순위의 결정 및 오차량 산정을 실시하여 우리실정에 맞는 일반화의 데이터모델을 분석하였다.

The flux cored arc welding (FCAW) process is one of the most frequently employed and important welding process due to high productivity and excellent workability. The process is performed either as an automated process or as a semi-automatic process. In FCAW process, welding voltage has been considered as a qualitative indication of arc length. But it is necessary to let welding operators know, maintain and manage the arc length directly by estimating and displaying it. In this study, to develop arc length estimation technique, we measured a welding circuit resistance($R_sc$) and then we calculated welding circuit voltage drop($V_sc$). Also, we measured arc peak voltage($V_ap$). By subtracting $V_sc$ from $V_arc$, we can easily calculate net arc voltage drop($V_arc$). Consequently, we suggested arc length estimating equation and basic algorithm by regressive analyzing the relationship between net arc voltage drop($V_arc$) and real arc length(Larc) measured by high speed camera. Therefore, arc length can be predicted by just monitoring welding current and voltage.

The outer race of the constant velocity(CV) joint is an important load-supporting automotive part, which transmits torque between the transmission and the wheel. The outer race is difficult to forge, because its shape is very complex and the required dimensional tolerances are very stringent. Therefore, the internet based shape inspection system is developed in this study to provide quick and accurate data through the easy control from users. Proposed system uses mechanical displacement sensors to measure the shape of CV joint that has six inner ball grooves, and commercially available Lab-View program is used to process measured data into the dimensional shape. Developed program provides a simple user interface that enables users real-time access of data measured from industrial production lines. Furthermore, it can exchange measured data via the internet between users and forging system operators. A java applet helped the system connection via internet. A data, IP access, is transmitted to the packet by TCP/IP. Our proposed system has many advantages over current measuring systems including fast and efficient data processing by real-time control, and system flexibility.

본 논문에서는 결함추출 알고리즘을 퍼지이론을 적용하여 유연성을 제시하고 실험을 통하여 타당성을 확인 하였다. 균열의 검출츨 위하여 퍼지형태학을 이용한 기본 연산자를 정의하였다. 이 연산자를 기초로 하여 퍼지집합에 대해 ${\lambda}$-퍼지척도를 이용하여 무게중심을 구하여 결함을 추출하였다.. 결함추출 알고리즘의 경우 양호한 결과를 낼 수 있었다. 하지만 균열이 매우 미세한 경우 영상 획득부분에 해당하는 조명장치를 얼마나 잘 설계하느냐가 중요하였다. 소프트웨어적으로는 룩업테이블을 사용하여 메모리의 사용을 최소화 시켜 좀 더 빠른 검사속도를 꾀하였다.

최근 GPS를 내장한 디지털장치(스마트폰, 태블릿PC 등)가 등장함에 따라 수많은 LBSNS(Location-Based Social Networking Services) 애플리케이션들이 등장하고 있으며 기존의 많은 SNS 애플리케이션들 또한 위치기반 서비스를 추가하여 서비스 하고 있다. 트위터의 경우 관심지역에 대한 뉴스를 일반적인 구독의 형태가 아닌 연산자를 통한 검색의 형태로써 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 트위터에서 사용자가 관심지역에 대한 뉴스를 간단히 구독을 할 수 있게 설계된 시스템을 설명한다. 이 시스템은 대량의 질의가 발생할 것을 고려하여 인덱스를 사용하지 않는 공간조인(Spatial Join)기법 중 하나인 PBSM(Partition Based Spatial-Merge Join)을 통해 일괄처리 한다. 공간조인을 통해 만들어진 최종 결과들은 실체화 된 뷰(Materialized View)를 통해 저장되어 지고 사용자들에게 제공된다.

영상에서 신호가 급격히 변화하는 지점은 영상의 특징을 분석함에 있어서 가장 중요한 요소이며, 영상의 위치와 모양 등에 대한 다양한 정보를 포함하고 있다. 그러므로, 이러한 에지를 검출하기 위한 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔으며, 초기에 사용한 에지 검출 연산자는 인접한 화소들 사이에 대한 관계를 이용하는 것이었다. 이 와 같은 방법들은 모든 경계 지점에서 에 지를 검출하므로, 라인-에지와 같은 일정한 폭 이하의 곡선에 대해서도 에지의 중복 검출을 수행한다. 한편, 최근 신호처리 분야에서 새로운 기법으로 제시된 웨이브렛 변환은 멀티스케일 에지 검출이 가능하며, 영상에서 에지를 포함한 특징들을 분석하는 분야에 널리 응용되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 라인 폭에 의존하지 않는 새로운 2-D 웨이브렛 함수를 사용하여, 영상에 존재하는 다양한 폭의 곡선에서 라인-에지 성분을 검출하였다.

Let $\mathcal{M}(S)$ denote the set of all $m{\times}n$ matrices over a semiring S. For $A{\in}\mathcal{M}(S)$, zero-term rank of A is the minimal number of lines (rows or columns) needed to cover all zero entries in A. In [5], the authors obtained that a linear operator on $\mathcal{M}(S)$ preserves zero-term rank if and only if it preserves zero-term ranks 0 and 1. In this paper, we obtain new characterizations of linear operators on $\mathcal{M}(S)$ that preserve zero-term rank. Consequently we obtain that a linear operator on $\mathcal{M}(S)$ preserves zero-term rank if and only if it preserves two consecutive zero-term ranks k and k + 1, where $0{\leq}k{\leq}min\{m,n\}-1$ if and only if it strongly preserves zero-term rank h, where $1{\leq}h{\leq}min\{m,n\}$.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 망을 기반으로 하는 인쇄 표준인 인터넷 인쇄 프로토콜(WP)에 대하여 소개하고 UP 클라이언트/서버 시스템 구현을 위하여 각 클라이언트와 서버의 기능에 대해 자세히 논의하였다. 특히 효율적인 IPP 클라이언트/서버 시스템 활용을 위하여 사용자그룹, 프린터그룹 등의 관리기법을 채택하여 시스템 운영자와 관리자의 기능을 강화하고 효과적으로 IPP 시스템 사용자나 프린터를 관리할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 또한 IPP 표준옳 사용하는 타 회사 제품과의 호환성을 최대한 확보하는데 노력하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 앞으로의 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

Integrated irrigation management system (IIMS) that is incorporated with a microcomputer-based decision support system (DSS) has been developed and applied to paddy rice irrigation systems management. The system hardwares consist of field data acquisition units, data transmission units, central data processing units, and printing and displaying units. Ridld data to be collected include incremental rainfall, streamflow and reservoir water levels, and water levels at several irrigation canal sections within an irrigation sidtricts. The softwares are to process field data, real-time forecasting, irrigation control data, and decision variables from data-base and simulation model subsystems. And the user-interface subsystems are incorporated to present the water system operators and managers the results from data and model sugsystems. User-friendly menu with animated graphic modules are adopted to help understand irrigation controls for the district. This paper issues the overal descriptions of DSS as applied to Anjuk irrigation district. The details of major model components for the irrigation controls are presented along with real-time data collection systems. The potentials of DSS have been appraised very practical and promising for better irrigation system operation and management.
