This research will attempt to reveal that private developers in the Malaysian construction industry have been practicing strategic partnering in their organizations. While the investigation was conducted using quantitative and qualitative approaches, this paper will only reveal results obtained from the questionnaire survey. Results from the questionnaire survey indicate that private developers in the Malaysian construction industry had implemented strategic partnering in their organizations. The elements of the partnering process, which are partnering formation, partnering application and partnering completion or reactivation were tested. The results show that all the elements of the partnering process have been exercised in their projects. Thus it can be surmised that strategic partnering has been practiced by private developers in the Malaysian construction industry.

Mega-Y project is very important for a company to gain a competitive advantage in markets or to achieve drastic change in the internal processes. It stems from the company strategy and annual management goals or key performance measures, and is proceeded by the cross-functional team. This paper presents the success factors and implementation process of the Mega-Y projects. The implementation process is presented in 5 steps, including project selection, cross-functional team building, establishment of the master plan, development and execution of sub-projects, and project completion. A case study on the cost reduction project of aircraft development is presented to help for the practitioners to deploy the implementation process introduced in this paper.

In this study, we developed a new methodology. That is Cross effects type dicho-hierarchy process(CEDHP) model, which determines priorities of project alternatives through evaluating project alternatives as the dicho-hierarchy composed of the strategy and technology field, and estimating cross effects as the cross-impacts between projects completion times.

This paper undertakes educational games and gamification, their features, importance, and integration into the educational process. Besides outlining features, benefits, and difficulties, it highlights the difference between gaming, gamification, and game-based learning. The authors have taken the x-ray films of carpal bone and orthopantomographs in Korean children to research the degree of ossification of carpal bone, that of calcification of tooth in jaw bone, the eruption rate of tooth, and the completion rate of apical foramen, and have compared the bone age and tooth age. We have gained a series of intersting conclusions to dare to report. 1. The ossification of carpal bone and the growth of tooth had processed proportionally to each other. 2. Both the bone age and tooth age were earlier in the female than in the male. 3. The completion of tooth crown formation and that of tooth root formation had processed proportionally to each other, and the general tendency of process was the earliest in the mandibular first molar and the latest in the second molar. 4. The eruption of tooth was the earliest in the mandibular first molar. The other teeth had erupted in the following orders: the central incisor, the lateral incisor, the first premolar, the second premolar, the canine and the second molar.

This study is a bibliographic search about completion and maintenance of pregnancy. In oriental medicine, there is a proper temper and appearance that encourages optimal pregnancy. Invigoration of sperm is important for males to have descendants, and regulation of menstrual disturbances is necessary for female to have descendants. It is not good for both male and female to engage in sexual intercourse too often. Male and female shall have sexual intercourse. When they feel the connection, mind and body are sound, weather is fine, and they take position at ease. Previous studies on pregnancy describe minutely process of fetus's growth until the fifth month, and suggest the rules of fetus's health according to fetal development. Therefore, it is important to prevent acquiring diseases during pregnancy. Female needs to be careful and restful in the early stage of pregnancy. In the late period of pregnancy, she needs to be active.

We can say that the history of mathematics is the history on the development of the number system. The number starts from Natural number and is constructed to Integer number and Rational number. The Rational number is not the complete number analytically so that Real number is completed by the idea of the nested interval method. Real number is completed analytically, however, is not by algebra, so the algebraically completed type of the rational number, through the way that similar to the process of completing real number, is Complex number. The purpose of this study is to show the most appropriate way for the development of the human being thinking about the teaching and leaning of Complex number. To do this, We have to consider the proof of the existence of Complex number, the background of the introduction of Complex number and the background knowledge that the teachers to teach Complex number should have. Also, this study analyzes the knowledge to be taught of Complex number based on the anthropological theory of didactics and finally presents the teaching method of Complex number based on this theory.
