Now, UTIS collects and provides traffic information by building RSE 1,150(unit) and OBE about 51,000(vehicle). it's inevitable to enlarge traffic information sources which use to improve quality of UTIS traffic information for Stabilizing UTIS's service. but there are missing data sections. And, In this study as a way to overcome these problems, based on BIS(Bus information system) installed and operating in the capital area to develop normal vehicle's link transit time estimation model which is used realtime collecting BMS data, we'll utilize the model to provide missing data section's information. For these problem, we selected partial section of suwon-city, anyang-city followed by drive only way or not and conducted model estimating and verification each of BMS data and UTIS traffic information. Consequently, Case2,4,6,8 presented highly credibility between UTIS communication data and estimated value but In the Case 3,5 we determined to replace communication data of UTIS' missing data section too hard for large error. So we need to apply high credibility model formula adjusting road managing condition and the situation of object section.

Here, the arbitration agreement clause for a lawyer that will serve as arbitrator should be inserted. It is a scheme that can be activated for individuals in poor areas. In addition, it is possible to see it taking a scheme to take advantage of the lawyer system for the future of the town. The Attorney System of a town is a system that the Korean Bar Association, Legal Department has put in place since 2013. If a real estate trade dispute occurs, the role of the intermediary attorney should be to carry out his duties efficiently. In the case of real estate transaction conflicts, the lawyer of the village should be registered as the arbitrator. It is important to establish a basis of regulations through this type of real estate transaction accident analysis. Before proceeding with various adjustment systems, it is desirable to expand the arbitration region. Now we need a realtor amendment. It is the part where fragmentation of intermediary qualification is required, along with the eligibility of a subdivision.
This study analyzes the development process of national childcare curriculum, the goal and contents of the 3rd Standard Childcare Curriculum for Childcare Center in order to suggest the successful way to improve the 3rd Standard Childcare Curriculum. After its establishment in 2007, significant changes had been made to the Standard Childcare Curriculum in order to improve the quality of childcare: Nuri Curriculum for age 5 in 2011, second revision of Standard Childcare Curriculum in 2012, creation of Nuri Curriculum for age 3-4, revision of Nuri Curriculum for age 5, and third Standard Childcare Curriculum in 2013. The third Standard Childcare Curriculum is specified as infants age 0-1, age 2, and age 3-5(Nuri Curriculum). For a successful settlement of the 3rd Standard Childcare Curriculum, first, we need in depth analysis of the Nuri Curriculum by age classification. Second, there should be an effort to link the Standard Childcare Curriculum with elementary school education in practical manner. Further, we need to solve the payroll gap problem between teachers in charge of Nuri Curriculum and infant classes. Finally, teachers should be given more respect, and equivalent teaching qualification standard should be made between childcare and early childhood education.

Remaining useful life(RUL) prediction of a system is important in the prognostics field since it is directly linked with safety and maintenance scheduling. In the physics-based prognostics, accurately estimated model parameters can predict the remaining useful life exactly. It, however, is not a simple task to estimate the model parameters because most real system have multivariate model parameters, also they are correlated each other. This paper presents representative methods to estimate model parameters in the physics-based prognostics and discusses the difference between three methods; the particle filter method(PF), the overall Bayesian method(OBM), and the sequential Bayesian method(SBM). The three methods are based on the same theoretical background, the Bayesian estimation technique, but the methods are distinguished from each other in the sampling methods or uncertainty analysis process. Therefore, a simple physical model as an easy task and the Paris model for crack growth problem are used to discuss the difference between the three methods, and the performance of each method evaluated by using established prognostics metrics is compared.
Traditionally, the Sozialdemokratitische Partei Deutschlands(SPD) guards strictly radical welfare conception and intends to support the disabled with universal welfare-political instruments. After the oil-shock in 1973, European welfare states including Germany had experienced stark financial crisis because of economic unstability and increasing social expenditure. The political direction of SPD has been gradually changed. This transformation has been reflected automatically on the welfare policy for the disabled. In Germany, Gerhard Schroeder who leads the SPD governs since 1998. The Schroeder's new conception of welfare policy is known as the Third Way("neue Mitte") that the social economic structure intends to neo-liberalistic trend. The concern on the employment policy for the disabled has grown recently in neo-liberalistic age, but research on German employment policy for the disabled is very limited in quantity and depth. The main purpose of this study is to examine how the employment policy for the disabled of Schroeder-government has been developing in Germany. And this paper evaluates the effect of transforming policy. Based on this evaluation, this paper attempts to manifest the problem of Korean employment policy for the disabled and to find the implications of German model.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the phenomenon of poverty among North Korean settlers in Korea in terms of its magnitude, the severity, and its determinants by comparing it with the South Korean poor. The data used for this analysis were the second Korean Social Welfare panel data for the South Koreans and the third longitudinal study on North Korean settlers in the South. The average household income of the North Korean settlers reached about 70% of the South Korean counterparts. The percentage of the North Korean households that earn 200% of the poverty line was about the same as the South Koreans, which indicates the improvement of the economic status of the long-term settlers in the South. However, the North Korean settlers below 100% of the poverty line were twice as much , and those under 50% of the poverty line were 8 times more than their South Korean counterparts. Despite the improved economic status of the long-term North Korean settlers in the South, those who still live below the poverty line tend to remain in poverty, which is chronic and severe. The determinants of the North Korean settlers' poverty were identified as age, number of household members in employment, alcohol problem and health satisfaction level. Policy implications were discussed in conclusion.
Background: Massive hemoptysis that may induce acute asphyxia can be a fatal problem. Bronchial arteries and other nonbronchial systemic arteries of lungs must be searched by angiography, because they are main source of hemoptysis. Arterial embolization is a well-accepted and widely used for management of massive hemoptysis. This study was designed to evaluate the effectiveness of this method. Method: Prospective analysis was done in 23 cases, that underwent arterial embolization from June 1990 to July 1992. Hemorrhaged arteries were embolized with Gelfoam particles. In cases with severe broad hemorrhagic findings, Coils were added to Gelfoam particles. And they were observed for 6 months at least. Results: Immediate cessation of hemoptysis was achieved in all cases. Recurrent hemoptysis was observed in 7 cases (30%). The patients with nonbronchial artery hemoptysis had increased tendency of recurrence (6/13) than only bronchial artery hemotysis (1/10). The 7 cases treated with Coils had not any recurrence. Conclusion: Arterial embolization in massive hemoptysis is a useful and safe procedure for immediate control. But, the patients with this procedure had a potentiality of recurrence. So diagnostic and therapeutic efforts for underlying causes should be performed.

Statement of problem Metal-ceramic restorations have been used extensively by dental clinicians for nearly 40 years. Strength an functional ability of metal-ceramic restorations are proved to be satisfying, However esthetics and biocompatibility of metal alloy which is used in metal-ceramic restoration is not ideal. Using pure gold as an alternative, have advantage of esthetics, biocompatibility over conventional metal alloy. But there had been little article which studied on the color effect of pure gold on fual porcelain color. Purpose The purpose of this study was to spectrophotometrically evaluate the difference between color of metal alloy(Au-Pt, Ni-Cr) and pure gold, during color masking procedure with opaque porcelain and to analyze the differences, Material and Methods Three types of metal - base metal(Ni-Cr), high gold alloy(Au-Pt), pure gold(GES) - specimen were fabricated 1cm in diameter. Four steps were established - after finishing, after pre-coditioning, after application of first opaque porcelain(0.08mm in thickness), after application of second opaque porcelain(0.15mm in thickness)- and tested color with spectrophotometer every each steps and analyzed with $CIEL^*a^*b^*$ color order system. One-Way ANOVA test was used to and out if there were significant differences between groups tested and Shaffe multiple comparison was used to identify where the differences were. Results 1. After finishing and pre-conditioning, pure gold(GES) group showed most high values in $L^*,a^*,b^*$. 2. After application of first opaque porcelain(0.08mm in thickness), after application of second opaque porcelain(0.15mm in thickness), pure gold(GES) group showed the least difference in $L^*,a^*,b^*$ values and the lowest ${\Delta}E$ value(${\Delta}E$=0.63). 3. After application of first opaque porcelain and after application of second opaque porcelain differences that were significant (P<0.05) between groups were found only in $a^*$ values. 4. Base metal alloy group showed the lowest $a^*$ value in test after application of first opaque porcelain and the highest value in test after application of first opaque porcelain Conclusion Pure gold group and high gold group showed higher $a^*$ values than base metal group when tested after 0.08mm thickness of opaque porcelain was applied and pure gold group showed much similar $L^*,a^*,b^*$ values between 0.08mm thickness and 0.15mm thickness of opaque porcelain. This meant that pure gold was more easily masked by opaque porcelain than the other two groups.

Statement of problem : Fiber-reinforced posts have lower modulus of elasticity than titanium post or cast post-core. With this similar elasticity to that of dentin, fiber-reinforced posts have been known to have a tendency to reduce the risk of root fracture. However, there were few studies on the teeth restored with fiber-reinforced posts under the condition of reduced periodontal support. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the fracture strength and failure mode of endodontically treated teeth restored with fiber-reinforced posts and titanium posts under the condition of reduced periodontal support. Material and method : Extracted human maxillary incisor roots were divided into 3 groups (group 1 carbon fiber post, group 2 : glass fiber post, and group 3 : titanium alloy post). After coronectomy and endodontic treatment, teeth were restored with each post systems and resin core according to the manufacturer's recommendation. Then, teeth with simulated periodontal ligament were embedded in the acrylic resin blocks at the level of 4 mm below the cemento-enamel junction. Each specimen was exposed to $10^5$ load cycles with average 30 N force in $36.5^{\circ}C$ water using a computer-controlled chewing simulator. Loads were applied at $45^{\circ}$ angle to the long axis of the teeth. After cyclic loading, teeth were subjected a compressive load until failure at a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/min. Fracture strength (N) and failure mode were examined. The fracture strength was analyzed with one-way ANOVA and the Scheffe adjustment at the 95% significance level. Results and conclusion : The results were as follows. 1. There was no statistically significant difference in the mean fracture strength among the groups (P<.05). 2. Carbon fiber post and glass fiber post group showed less root fracture tendency than control group. 3. All specimens with root fractures showed fracture lines above the level of acrylic resin block, except for only one specimen in group 3.
Statement of problem. Titanium is the most important material for biomedical and dental implants because of their high corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility. These beneficial properties are due to a protective passive oxide film that spontaneously forms on the surface. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the responses of osteoblast-like cells on different surface treatments on Ti discs. Material and Methods. Group 1 represented the machined surface with no treatment. Group 2 surfaces were sandblasted with $50{\mu}m\;Al_2O_3$ under $5kgf/cm^2$ of pressure. Groups 3 and 4 were sandblasted under the same conditions. The samples were treated on a titanium oxide surface with reactive sputter depositioning and thermal oxidation at $600^{\circ}C$ (Group 3) and $800^{\circ}C$ (Group 4) for one hour in an oxygen environment. The chemical composition and microtopography were analyzed by XRD, XPS, SEM and optical interferometer. The stability of $TiO_2$ layer was studied by petentiodynamic curve. To evaluate cell response, osteoblast extracted from femoral bone marrow of young adult rat were cultured for cell attachment, proliferation and morphology on each titanium discs. Results and Conclusion. The results were as follows : 1. Surface roughness values were, from the lowest to the highest, machined group, $800^{\circ}C$ thermal oxidation group, $600^{\circ}C$ thermal oxidation group and blasted group. The Ra value of blasted group was significantly higher than that of $800^{\circ}C$ thermal oxidation group (P=0.003), which was not different from that of $600^{\circ}C$ thermal oxidation group (P<0.05). 2. The degree of cell attachment was highest in the $600^{\circ}C$ thermal oxidation group after four and eight hours (P<0.05), but after 24 hours, there was no difference among the groups (P>0.05). 3. The level of cell proliferation showed no difference among the groups after one day, three days, and seven days (P>0.05). 4. The morphology and arrangement of the cells varied with surface roughness of the discs.
