In modern society, private securities have developed their capabilities continuously. However, despite the fact that not only security industries have been considerably expanded in quantity, but also plenty of scholars published diverse papers relating to security problems, qualitative growths of private securities have not accomplished fully. Especially, securing the President would not be guaranteed only by PSS(Presidential Security Service). In order to secure the President successfully, it is necessary for all the social parts to strive to protect the President. In this respect, improving private securities, including academic fields, might be critical so as to succeed in securing the President. Without the supports from private securities, there might be lots of security problems in national context. Therefore, this study proposes several policy suggestions for the cooperation among PSS, private security industries and academic fields: (1) Providing a lot of practical knowledge from PSS to college students, (2) Personnel exchange between academic parts and PSS to promote the efficiency of securing the President, (3) Furnishing diverse information and knowledge about security to private securities, (4) Formulating security-searching standards, (5) Expanding educational institutions under PSS.

Purpose: This paper aims to derive improvement measures, in terms of legal and technical aspects, which can reduce effectively the casualties caused by drowing accidents. Method: Firstly, we checked the status of drowing accident management and carried out the interview of field private safety guards. field private safety guards. In addition, surveys were conducted on safety personnel and managers. Based on survey results, we are lastly analyzed the specific problems and reviews the improvement measures from technical and legal aspects. Result: As an analytical result, it was considered that supplementary supporting tools such as CCTV, monitoring devices using IoT and artificial intelligence technologies were necessary to prevent drowning accident, and qualification with limited authority should be added to the private safety guard because of the lack of regulation. Conclusion: In order to manage water safety effectively, a comprehensive water safety management system should be established that integrates people and equipment through systemic education of security personnel, authorization of enforcement, and introduction of surveillance equipment.

This study is to investigate determinants of the private security agents' career choices. Random sampling of newly agents working at the private security firms in Gyeonggi-do and ChungChong-do was used. The period of under review was from May, 2010 to June, 2011 and the total number of interviews was 382. For this study using SPSSWIN 18.0, factor analysis(EFA/CFA), reliability analysis, discriminant analysis and descriptive statistics. The followings are conclusions. The first factor is' the value of job'. It consists of public security, contributions to our society and nation, protection public safety, spirit of sacrifice, crime prevention, and maintenance security. The second factor is 'ease of career choice'. Qualifying conditions are not particular and it is easy to get the job, as a result, this job is easy of access, they chose this job. The third factor is 'occupational stability'. They think this is a good job because the job is future-oriented so they chose this job. The fourth factor is' curiosity'. They became interested in this job, so they wanted to know about this job and then they chose this job.

This research aims to provide a solution for the improvement of private security according to the change in criminal environment. The main cause of crime can be found in the anti-functional dimensions including value set disorder, social phenomenon variation, information-based, globalization and urbanization. In this environment, the private security sector has dramatically increased in a quantitative viewpoint, but it is insufficient in a qualitative viewpoint. This paper recognized this problem and demonstrates a solution for improvement through classifying elements of private security into relevant legislation, education institutions, security companies and security associations. The analysis result is a follows: First, motivation and satisfaction rate of escort and security related major has shown to be high. However, respondents evaluated the guard educational institution negatively. Second, the motivation of entering into the private security sector for internal staffs has shown to be positive and sound. However, the job satisfaction rate has shown to be low due to excessive competition, negative perception of occupation and low earning. Third, respondents gave an average mark to the Security Association's management and operation. In addition, the mutual-aid project received the same mark. Negative feedbacks were given to the protection of member's interest and to association operation and policy, while positive feedbacks were given to the degree of member's cooperation towards association policies.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the variation of muscle function and gait ability according to regular spinal stabilization exercise program for private security guards and the conclusion as follows. First, it increased lumbar extension strength and lumbar flexion strength both exercise and non exercise group according to the variation of muscle function with the spinal stabilization exercise program. There was significant difference between exercise and non exercise group after the program but not before the program. Second, it appeared the functional vanishment of lumbar extensor before the program both exercise and non exercise group according to the variation of muscle function with the spinal stabilization exercise program for lumbar flexor extensor ratio. Third, it analyzed for the spinal stabilization with 8 ways according to the variation of muscle function with the spinal stabilization exercise program for the change of the spinal stabilization. The spinal stabilizaton increased each angle for the execise group but decreased or not changed for non exercise group. Fourth, it used 10m gait test for the speed and step length according to the variation of muscle function with the spinal stabilization exercise program. It appeared the increasement of gait ability for exercise group and there was significant difference between exercise and non exercise group. In conclusion, there was a positive effect for lumbar extension strength, lumbar flexion strength, lumbar flexor extensor ratio, spinal stabilization, and gait ability with regular spinal stabilization exercise program. This means that spinal stabilization exercise program give positive effect to the decrease of back pain and the development of muscular strength for private security guard, also will help to recover and return to work more faster. Also, it seems that the exercise prescription program may be applicable to prevent or to improve the function for private security guard.

Based on the status of which the research is not active and the analysis is not progressed, the purpose of this study life up pride, value and professional ethic of private security guard. Also, through this research, it offers the effect on professional ethic, organizational trust and job satisfaction. The data collection and survey are taken by the private security business members who work staff member or manager. They are surveyed with convenience sampling that among 500 data, 46 data which are thought to be answered insincerely or lack are excluded, so the total of 454 answered data are included in the final analysis. After coding and input process, the data is analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using window SPSS 19.0 version. Significance level is 0.05. The conclusion that has been made based on the statistical analysis results are the followings. Professional ethic has a positive impact on organizational trust, job satisfaction. The educational training of the company is connected job satisfaction resultantly. Also the professional ethics education will improve the ability of the individual. Finally, the professional ethics raises a job satisfaction. Also, Organizational trust has a positive impact on job satisfaction. This the while to agree with a research result about the other type of business worker who is researched. In order raising the job satisfaction, the effort for raising a organizational trust is necessary.

This research result that analysis as following. During is job-stress variable, was expose that exert effect that keep in mind to turnover intention job surrounding and job special quality. Suggestion point through this research as following be. To raise common people guard's job-stress and turnover intention. system improvement strategy about social estimation etc.. is effective, and do on the basis of this and may have to establish common people guard's enhancing morale plan strategy, low complement that can exert negative impact in change of post for example, line of duty that it is seldom competence, daytime that can elicit common people guards' job satisfaction. Is in visual point that activation of continuous research is leaned against by depth interview and review through qualitative research was insufficient relatively in virtue research so far in research after.

This study of transformational leadership impact on followership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to investigate the relationship. Private security guards and managers that works private security firms located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon in 2011 were set as a population and purposive sampling method to extract the sample by 880 people, but final samples of 790 people were drawn from the results. This study SPSSWIN 16.0 using factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson's Correlation Analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis was carried out. In addition, this study is to investigate the influence of transforming leadership with followership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results are as follows. First, transforming leadership affects followership. Second, transforming leadership affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, followership affects partially In other words, behavioral tendencies increases job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Thinking tendencies is also job satisfaction and organizational commitment does not affect.

The occurrence of complicating, multilateral social condition demands the strategy for facing many social state and consolidating public security against criminal loss. The lacking ability of local police for preventing crime can't satisfy the demand of security and can't get rid of fear of crime. At last, it brings a distrust of public confidence and became a factor of serious social crisis. We have problems - not only making an alternative plan for preventing crime, but also introducing CPTED(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) by environmental design, to expect crime prevention and to select systemic crime prevention system and the most suitable model. And we have a goal - to recognize the importance of guard activity for local crime, analyse public safety activity in community & focusing guard activity as a strategy for them, apply CPTED in police and private security company as a local crime prevention & setting effective model, and, make it as an index for preventing & dealing with intellectual, brutal crime. The rapid growth in the guarding-activity field lighten the burden of police for crime-prevention. But the misjudgement of some people blocks it to be settled institutionally. It needs to reconsider what is the effective crime-prevention method, at this point of time when the all parts of a nation changing into unlimited competitive, private self-control system.

Korean security industry has history of more than half a century, and it is growing fast. Private security industry contributes not only to livelihood safety, but also to national security. The area of the industry is being expanded. Security Act is closely related to the security industry, and has contributed to the growth of private security industry sector. Security Act of Korea, which was established in 1976, was originally made after Japanese Security Act. But nowadays, Korean Security Act is as systematic as the Japanese act. However, for 10 years, Security Act of Korea has been stagnant, not able to reflect security industries' demand. The writer has contributed to the development of Security Act. In 1995, the writer wrote the basic framework of Security Instructor Qualifications System and drafted Security Act in 2002. There are currently many problems in existing Security Act, but there are four representative problems. (1) No more establishment of new security sector, (2) excessively slack qualification criteria, (3) the education system for guards, (4) the security Instructor examination system. This paper derives problems of current Security Act, and suggests solutions for them. Not only the academic world, but all of us should pay attention to the revision of Security Act.
