The purpose of this study are to examine the difference between the recognition and the satisfaction of CRM marketing's order of priority based on consumers type, and to define how both employees' recognition of priority and the performance influence on industry's financial and non-financial effect. As a result, a subjected industry turned out that the recognition of priority and satisfaction based on consumers type were different from each other, and employees' recognition of CRM marketing's of priority was different but it showed the both party's priority were same. The compared result between consumers' satisfaction and employees' recognition of performance is that employee's evaluation is overrated in proportion to consumers' satisfaction. Furthermore, among CRM marketing's priority, differentiating and sustainability of customers influenced on financial and non-financial appraisal but customers satisfaction did not.

This paper investigates the circumstances and conditions of Mokpo Port to develop it as an international logistics stronghold and seeks scheme to maximize the local economic ripple effect through construction and activation of Mokpo New Port. Under the circumstances in which neighboring ports vying with each other have built broad spheres of influence, and competition among ports becomes fierce, a priority cargo attraction strategy should be established by using Mokpo's favorable location compared to other ports in order to ensure that a large quantity of goods is transported from Mokpo New Port. Especially, Mokpo New Port needs to be developed as a vehicles-only exporting port, as well as a port for used car exports and an import port for stones and timber.

The article contains an introduction of possibility of applying Multi-Attribute Utility Theory(MAUT) for priority setting of R&D projects. MAUT is compared with AHP, which is widely used recently. These two techuiques are applied to set priorities of R&D projects In a Government-funded Research Institute. Six criteria are chosen from consultation with decision makers. They are composed of 1) validity as representative projects, 2) possibility of resource mobilization, 3) spillover effect of developed technologies, 4) possibility of success, 5) scope of participation and 6) clarity of research goal. To set priorities of R&D projects, SMART(Simple MultiAttribute Rating Technique) and DVM(Difference Value Measurement) out of many MAUT methods are used to design the utility function and to determine the weights among criteria. The aggregation model is additive on the assumption the criteria are independent. AHP executes pairwise comparisons for criteria and alternatives. From the results of the case study, the results and theoretical characteristics are compared.

This study has the purpose to reveal the differences of residents' level of satisfaction & demand of neighborhood environment and recognized residents' importance level & improvement priority of neighborhood environment at new 3 residential areas in the middle-sized city. The 3 residential areas had differentiated development concepts; (1) residential area in the downtown (2) government-residence compound area in the downtown and (3) industry-residence compound area in the outskirts. Followings are the results of the study. 1) It is different that importance level which have effect on satisfaction of neighborhood environment according to the 3 residential areas. 2) In terms of improvement priority residents present higher preference on location. In terms of improvement priority is different according to the 3 residential areas.

This paper proposes Double queue threshold QLT(Queue Length Threshold) algorithm and Hysteresis effect QLT algorithm. as being DPS(Dynamic Priority Scheduling) techniques. in order to advance the processing of multiple class traffics. Also, the performance of the proposed algorithms is analyzed through computer simulations,and the priority scheduling is analyzed using a retrial queue with two types of calls. Our simulation results show that the performance of the proposed Double queue length threshold QLT algorithm is superior to that of the conventinal QLT algorithm for 2 or more classes delay sensitive traffics. Also we find that Hysteresis effecT QLT algorithm is better mechanism than that of the existing QLT for real time and non-real time traffics.

We propose priority-based reservation code multiple access (P-RCMA) which can enhance voice traffic quality of the previous RCMA. The proposed protocol maintains two power levels and consider traffic characteristics in contending shared available codes to transmit packets. P-RCMA gives priority to the voice request packets rather than data packets by capture effect at the receiver part of base station. We show numerical results from EPA (equilibrium point analysis) analysis and simulation study in terms of voice packet dropping probability and average data packet transmission delay.

In this paper, the function design of smart media platform control with smart monitoring, and displaying modules which have the priorities of smart plug based smart outlet, is proposed for electrical suppliance of essential information appliance in emergency power consumption situation(blackout, peaktime etc). The effect of power management will be maximized by this smart gateway interlocking with ESS(energy storage system) which has bi-directional power transmission control modules, and smart outlet based on the priority control actions.

For the construction of railroads in Metropolytan area based upon the outcome of the future demand forecast, a total of 21 lines including electrified double track segment of Ui-Jung-Bu↔Dong-Du-Chun(18.9km) in Kyung-Won Line is expected. Considering the financial difficulties and investment effect of the lines, this in the sequel brings about an important matter of deforming priority Investment plan to build electrified lines among the candidates. In the case of Japan, Tokyo metropolytan area covered In total by 2,070.1km of various lines, i.e., subway lines(241km), private lines(952.7km), JR lines(876.4km), provides convenient means of transportation for the coummuters and makes a contribution to the development of its neighboring areas and to the expansion of settlement areas. Comparing the total length per 1,000$\textrm{km}^2$, Tokyo(105), Paris(117), and London(115) are at least 6 times as large as ours(15). The purpose of this study is two fold provide a basic scheme for building railroads in metropolytan area and determine priority order in accordance with some evaluation criteria.

The development of cloud computing service technologies plays a particularly important role in the enterprise. The introduction of cloud computing services by companies is also contributing to the improvement of market value and changes in corporate earnings. In this study, we demonstrated the importance of priorities by selecting sub-items that can be evaluated by separating the expected characteristics of efficiency, economics, and dependencies when introducing cloud computing services. The main priority items were selected based on prior research and the survey was conducted by IT system experts. Using AHP analysis method, the results of performing a double contrast bridge resulted in the final priority. The findings will later be used as important data to determine an enterprise's decision to accept cloud computing services.

This study was conducted to analyze the priority of environmental problems in Korea by investigating the environmental professionals' perception. The delphi technique was applied to identify their risk perception towards some specific items related with pollution. A standardized questionnaire on environmental problems and their priorities was used to 74 subjects. In the questionnaire, the environmental problems were divided into the general ones,9 items, and the specific ones,30 items. Also, the perception was associated with two points of view which were the risk on general human health or ecosystem, and on the present situation in Korea. The priority of risk from general environmental problems on human health or ecosystem was analyzed in the order of 'water pollution', 'air pollution', 'soil contamination', 'waste', 'toxic chemical pollutants', 'food contamination', 'ocean contamination', 'odor pollution', and 'noise pollution'. The priority of risk on the present situation in Korea was analyzed in the order of 'water pollution','air pollution','waste','toxic chemical pollutants','food contamination','soil contamination','ocean contamination','odor pollution', and 'noise pollution'. And these priorities were significantly related with the characteristics of respondents such as sex, age, and major concerned area. However, for the first five priorities of risk from the specific environmental problems on human health or ecosystem, the environmental professionals agreed with 'automotive vehicle exhaust', 'domestic and industrial source pollutants to surface water', '$CO_2$nd g1oba1 warming effect','toxic air pollutant' and 'industrial source air pollution'. The priorities of risk on the present situation in Korea were similar to these results.
