거주지역의 소득혼합수준이 시민 자부심으로서의 장소애착심에 미치는 영향 - 서울서베이를 활용하여 - (The effect of income - mix on place attachment as civic pride in Seoul - Using the Seoul Survey -)

  • 본 연구는 서울시를 대상으로 하여 거주지역의 소득혼합수준이 서울에 대한 장소애착심에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 장소애착심과 사회적 혼합은 도시 및 지역계획 분야에서 모두 중요하게 여겨지고 있으나, 사회적 혼합 정도가 높아질수록 사회적 응집력이 약화되어 장소애착심의 형성을 방해할 수도 있다는 점에서 이들은 긴장관계를 형성하고 있다. 이와 같은 맥락에서, 본 연구는 2013년 "서울서베이"와 2010년 "가구통행실태조사"를 활용하여 거주지역의 소득혼합수준과 장소애착심 사이의 관계에 대한 실증분석을 수행하였다. 특히 본 연구는 장소애착심이 가지고 있는 다양한 조작적 정의 가운데 '시민 자부심'을 통하여 장소애착심을 측정하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 소득혼합수준이 증가함에 따라 시민 자부심으로서 서울에 대한 장소애착심은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 지역소득수준이 조절변수로 기능하여, 지역소득수준이 높을수록 소득혼합수준이 장소애착심에 미치는 영향이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 장소애착심 제고를 위해서는 지역의 소득수준에 따라 차별적인 사회적 혼합정책을 계획해야 함을 시사한다.

Quantitative Evaluation of Radiation Dose Rates for Depleted Uranium in PRIDE Facility

  • Background: Radiation dose rates in PRIDE facility is evaluated quantitatively for assessing radiation safety of workers because of large amounts of depleted uranium being handled in PRIDE facility. Even if direct radiation from depleted uranium is very low and will not expose a worker to significant amounts of external radiation. Materials and Methods: ORIGEN-ARP code was used for calculating the neutron and gamma source term being generated from depleted uranium (DU), and the MCNP5 code was used for calculating the neutron and gamma fluxes and dose rates. Results and Discussion: The neutron and gamma fluxes and dose rates due to DU on spherical surface of 30 cm radius were calculated with the variation of DU mass and density. In this calculation, an imaginary case in which DU density is zero was added to check the self-shielding effect of DU. In this case, the DU sphere was modeled as a point. In case of DU mixed with molten salt of 50-250 g, the neutron and gamma fluxes were calculated respectively. It was found that the molten salt contents in DU had little effect on the neutron and the gamma fluxes. The neutron and the gamma fluxes, under the respective conditions of 1 and 5 kg mass of DU, and 5 and $19.1g{\cdot}cm^{-3}$ density of DU, were calculated with the molten salt (LiCl+KCl) of 50 g fixed, and compared with the source term. As the results, similar tendency was found in neutron and gamma fluxes with the variation of DU mass and density when compared with source spectra, except their magnitudes. Conclusion: In the case of the DU mass over 5 kg, the dose rate was shown to be higher than the environmental dose rate. From these results, it is concluded that if a worker would do an experiment with DU having over 5 kg of mass, the worker should be careful in order not to be exposed to the radiation.

자아개념이 휴대폰 충동구매와 감정반응에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Self Concept on Impulsive Cellular Phone Purchase and Emotional Response)

  • 본 연구에서는 자아개념이 충동구매와 구매 후 감정반응에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 자아개념의 사회의존성-독립성에 따라 2개의 집단으로 나누어 충동구매와 구매 후 감정에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 충동구매는 계획성 정도에 따라 충동구매 집단과 비충동구매 집단으로 나누어 구매 후 감정을 비교하였다. 또한 심사숙고성-즉흥성 정도를 이용하여 자아개념과 구매 후 감정과의 관계를 재 검정하였다. 연구결과를 보면, 충동구매집단은 죄책감, 후회, 행복감에서 비충동구매 집단보다 높았고 자긍심에서는 비충동구매 집단이 높았다. 자아개념은 충동구매에 유의적 영향을 미쳤으며, 죄책감, 후회, 행복감에서 충동구매의 구매 후 감정에 미치는 영향을 조절하였다. 그러나 자긍심에 대해서는 조절효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이런 결과는 사회적으로 독립적인 자아개념을 가진 소비자들이 충동구매 후에 높은 부정적 감정(죄책감, 후회)과 함께 긍정적 감정(행복감)을 갖지만, 충동구매자체에 대해서는 바람직한 구매전략으로 보지 않고 있음을(낮은 자긍심) 나타낸다고 할 수 있다.

군인의 직업특성과 군인아내의 결혼만족도 및 양육스트레스의 관련성: 부정적 인식과 군인가족 자부심의 매개효과 (Military Personnel's Occupational Characteristics and Family Life among Military Wives with Preschool Children: Underlying Processes)

  • Based on the stress process model, this study examined the process of how military personnel's occupational characteristics (i.e., long and unspecified work hours, frequent moving) is associated with their wives' marital satisfaction and parenting stress. We focused on whether the wives' perception toward the characteristics of military occupation and the wives' military family pride mediated the association. An online survey was conducted with 323 women married to professional active-duty military husbands, had at least one preschool child, and lived with the husband and child. Using structural equation modeling, we found that the wives' perception of military occupational characteristics and military family pride mediated the relationship between their husband's work hours and the wives' marital satisfaction and parenting stress. This serial multiple mediation indicated that the longer and more unspecified the husband's work hours were, the more negative the wife's perceptions were towards his military occupation, which led to lower marital satisfaction and higher parenting stress. The single mediation effect of negative perceptions was also significant. Frequent moving was indirectly related to the wives' marital satisfaction and parenting stress through only the wives' negative perceptions toward military occupational characteristics. This result indicates that military spouses who experienced frequent moves are likely to have more negative attitudes toward military occupation, which leads to lower marital satisfactions and higher parenting stress. This study contributes to the literature by identifying the underlying mechanisms between military occupational characteristics and military wives' family life through the mediating roles of negative perceptions and military family pride.

임상간호사의 비판적 성찰 역량, 전문직 자부심, 인간중심간호 수행이 환자안전간호활동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Clinical Nurses Critical Reflection Competency, Professional Pride, and Person-Centered Care Practice on Patient Safety Management Activities)

  • Purpose : This descriptive survey investigated the effects of clinical nurses' critical reflection competency, professional pride, and person-centered care practices on patient safety management activities. Methods : The participants were 183 clinical nurses working at a tertiary hospital in South Korea. The questionnaires consisted of the Critical Reflection Competency Scale for Clinical Nurses Professional Pride the Person-Centered Nursing Assessment Tool and Patient Safety Management Activities. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Tukey's HSD, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS 29.0. Results : The mean score for patient safety management activities was 4.65±0.34 out of 5. There were significant differences in patient safety management activities according to age (F=3.90, p =.010), education level (t=-2.56, p =.013), total work experience (F=3.87, p =.010), and the number of healthcare accreditation system experiences (F=5.22, p =.006). Patient safety management activities were positively correlated with critical reflection competency (r=.337, p <.001), professional pride (r=.271, p <.001), and person-centered care practices (r=.399, p <.001). The results indicated that person-centered care practices affected patient safety management activities (𝛽=.358, p <.001) with the explanatory power of 22.5%. Conclusion : To improve clinical nurses' patient safety management activities, it is necessary to develop participatory educational programs that can integrate skills and attitudes based on conceptual knowledge of person-centered care. Intervention studies are needed to test the effect of person-centered care on patient safety when applied in clinical practice.

일부 보건진료원의 성격특성과 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Relationship between Personality Traits and Job Satisfaction of Community Health Practitioners in a Rural Area)

  • 본 연구는 보건진료원의 성격특성과 직무만족도와의 관계를 파악하여 효율적인 업무수행에 도움을 주고 직무만족을 향상시킬수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구의 대상은 광주, 전남지역 보건진료원 348명 중 200명으로 하였고, 1999년 2월 18일부터 3월 5일까지 설문지를 우편으로 대상자에게 발송하여 작성하게 한 후 응답지를 수집하였다. 연구도구로 성격특성 측정도구는 김(김기석, 1990)의 "일반성격검사"를 사용하였고 직무만족도 측정도구는 Salvitt의 도구를 석(석민현, 1992)이 수정 보완한 것을 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Program에 의해 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, Pearson's correlation coefficient, ANOVA, Logistic regression analysis 등으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 대상자의 특성 중 인구사회학적 특성과 직무만족도와의 관계에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타낸 것은 종교와 보수이다(P=.028). 2. 직업의식은 계속교육여부와 필수적 직무(P=.000), 자율성(P=.000), 보건진료원 선택동기와 필수적 직무(P=.007), 직업긍지(P=.007), 보건진료원 종사예정기간과 필수적 직무(P=.023), 직업적 긍지(P=.000), 현직에 대한 만족여부와 보수(P=.001), 필수적 직무(P=.016), 직업긍지(P=.000), 상호작용(P=.011), 자율성(P=.002), 조직요구(p=.001)가 직무만족과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 3. 근무지 여건과 직무만족도 관계를 보면 직급과 자율성(p=.038), 보건진료원 이전 분야별 경력과 상호작용(P=.059), 자율성(P.059), 진료소위치와 자율성(P=.021), 월가정방문수와 상호작용(P=.001), 월상담 교육건수와 보수(P=.044), 직업긍지(P=.021), 보건진료소 연수입과 필수적 직무(P=.013)가 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 4. 보건진료원의 성격특성 중 자신감(80.1)과 책임성(82.6)이 다른 성격요인에 비해 높은 것으로 나타냈다. 5. 보건진료원의 직무만족도는 평균 3.16으로 보통수준으로 나타났으며, 직업적 긍지 점수가 4.09로 가장 높게 나타났다. 6. 성격특성과 직무만족도의 상관관계를 보면 지배성은 자율성(r=.24, P=.001)과 책임성은 직업긍지(r=.26, P=.000), 정서적 안정성은 필수적 직무(r=.25, P=.000), 사회성은 필수적 직무(r=.26, P=.000), 자신감은 필수적 직무(r=.34, P=.000)와 자율성(r=.31, P=.000)과 가장 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 7. 보건진료원의 제요인과 성격특성 중 종교, 진료소위치, 환자진료, 교육기회 여부, 지배성, 자신감, 보건진료원 종사 예정기간, 현직에 대한 만족여부, 보건진료원 이전 근무 분야, 행정업무 등이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요소로 나타났다.

일부지역 보건의료계열 대학생들의 직업가치관 구성요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Work Value of University Students Majoring in Health Care Management)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore and analyse the work value of university students majoring in health care management. The subjects of this study were 300 students. Maryland Work Value Inventory was used and the data were collected using a structured and self-administrated questionnaire. As a result of factor analysis, the following results were obtained. First, the work value consists of six factors (financial remuneration, social status, social contribution, capability, achievement, proper pride) and it can be classified extrinsic work value (financial remuneration, social status) and intrinsic work value(social contribution, capability, achievement, proper pride). Second, The mean extrinsic work value(4.16) was higher than the mean intrinsic work value(3.80). The preference order of the work value was like this; financial remuneration(4.36) the first, achievement(4.05), social status(3.96), proper pride(3.93), capability(3.78), and social contribution(3.45) the last. Third, the mean of the economic stability in extrinsic work value was the highest. The factors meaningfully relating with intrinsic work value were age, school grade and the experience of job. Forth, as a result of regression analysis, the more school grade they have, the less extrinsic work value and the less their mother's level of education, the higher extrinsic work value.

근거이론적 접근방법을 적용한 간호학생들의 임상실습 경험 (The Study on the Experience of Clinical Nursing Practice among Nursing Students using Grounded Theory Approach.)

  • This study is to understand and to explain how nursing students experience in the clinical nursing practice using grounded theory approach. Ten nursing students were participated in the study. Seven of them were junior students at the junior college of nursing, and the rest were the senior students at the university. The data were collected by in-depth individual interviews by investigators during May and June in 1995. The results of the study were as follows ; Twenty-eight concepts and 9 categories were emerged by the constant comparative analysis. The 9 categories include 'the need of role model', 'non-educational practical setting', 'knowledge deficit', 'emotional changes', 'the attitudes of clinical practice', 'fatigue', 'skepticism', 'pride', and 'the product of clinical practice'. The core category which encompasses all 9 categories was emerged as 'the process of formulating the nursing view'. Five hypotheses were derived from the analysis. 1) The desirable role model would enhance to pride of nursing in students. 2) Non-educational practical setting would increase skepticism of nursing in students. 3) Knowledge deficit would negatively affect on experience of clinical practice. 4) The pride of clinical practice would formulate a positive nursing view. 5) The skepticism of clinical practice would formulate a negative nursing view. The results of this study are to use as basic data for students attending clinical experience.

Neutronics analysis of TRIGA Mark II research reactor

  • This article presents clean core criticality calculations and control rod worth calculations for TRIGA (Training, Research, Isotope production-General Atomics) Mark II research reactor benchmark cores using Winfrith Improved Multi-group Scheme-D/4 (WIMS-D/4) and Program for Reactor In-core Analysis using Diffusion Equation (PRIDE) codes. Cores 133 and 134 were analyzed in 2-D (r, ${\theta}$) and 3-D (r, ${\theta}$, z), using WIMS-D/4 and PRIDE codes. Moreover, the influence of cross-section data was also studied using various libraries based on Evaluated Nuclear Data File (ENDF/B-VI.8 and VII.0), Joint Evaluated Fission and Fusion File (JEFF-3.1), Japanese Evaluated Nuclear Data Library (JENDL-3.2), and Joint Evaluated File (JEF-2.2) nuclear data. The simulation results showed that the multiplication factor calculated for all these data libraries is within 1% of the experimental results. The reactivity worth of the control rods of core 134 was also calculated with different homogenization approaches. A comparison was made with experimental and reported Monte Carlo results, and it was found that, using proper homogenization of absorber regions and surrounding fuel regions, the results obtained with PRIDE code are significantly improved.

대학생의 허영심 유형에 따른 차이연령과 의복 가격태도 (Difference Age and Price Attitude toward Apparel Products according to College Students' Vanity Typology)

  • This study classifies vanity into groups, analyzes age differences and categorizes price attitudes toward apparel products. Questionnaires were administered to 461 college students living in Daegu City and Kyungbok province. Data were collected using frequency, factor analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA, Duncan-test, and t-test. The findings were as follows. College student vanity was classified into three groups of appearance/ achievement pride, low vanity, and appearance/achievement concern. Vanity showed a significant correlation with sub-variables of age difference and price attitude towards apparel products. Appearance pride and achievement concern (sub-variables of vanity) had a significant effect on the conspicuous of price attitude toward apparel products. Appearance pride and Appearance concern (sub-variables of vanity) had a significant effect on information of price attitude toward apparel products. Gender of college students showed a distinction insub-variables of vanity factors such as appearance concern and price attitude toward apparel products such as information, quality, and using coupons. Male students were distinct in look and health as well as age differences by group; female students were distinct in age perception differences (a sub-variable of age difference). Both male and female students showed differences in conspicuousness (a sub-variable of price attitude) toward apparel products by group.
