The dynamic characteristics of a hydraulic press for micro-stamping are investigated by Finite Element Analysis. This machine requires high precision in producing milli-structure of electric products such as TFT-LCD back-up light reflector. First, the modal analysis of the parts and the assembly of the hydraulic press is performed. Then, the sensitivity analysis is carried out. The results show that the bearing stiffness and the base mounting stiffness affect the specific mode shapes.

An analysis system for evaluating the design of dieface of stamping press dies is developed. The die design analysis system interfaced with CATIA via universal or NASTRAN data format provides the design information such as binder-wrap, punch contact status, section length change ratio, wrinkle symptom etc., which are crucial in predicting the defects of initial shape of the sheet in the dieface design stage. The graphic post-processor of developed system which displays 3-dimensional shapes of tool and die and analysis results, helps the interpretation of design evaluation. The dieface design analysis system was tested in draw dies of front floor panel and quarter panel of auto-body in order to verify the usefulness and validity of the system The examples show that the developed system would be a good tool in evaluating dieface designs.

Hot-Press-Forming (HPF), an advanced sheet metal forming method using stamping at a high temperature of about $900^{\circ}C$ and quenching in an internally cooled die set, is one of the most successful forming process in producing crash-resistant parts such as pillars and bumpers with complex shape, ultrahigh strength, and minimum springback. To optimize conditions of a forming quality in HPF process and secure a safe product without any failures, such as fractures and wrinkling, the simulations based on the coupled thermo-mechanical analysis for a hot-press-formed lower control arm are applied with Taguchi's orthogonal array experiment. Three factor variables - the friction coefficient, blank shape, and hole location for burring - are selected to be optimized. The most effective condition of a forming quality for a hot-press-formed lower control arm is suggested. The simulation results are confirmed with experimental ones.

의약품 부작용과 같이 국민의 건강과 밀접한 관련이 있고, 전문적인 이슈의 경우 언론 보도는 국민들의 위기 대응과 정부의 위기관리에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점에서 중요하다. 이 연구는 의약품 부작용과 관련된 언론 보도를 주요 주제, 정보원, 위기 책임 귀인, 프레임을 분석하고 언론의 주목을 받은 의약품 부작용보도에 대해 네트워크 분석을 실시해 정부의 위기관리 방안을 제시했다. 일간지, 경제지, 전문지의 보도에 차이가 있었는데, 일간지는 부작용 발생과 같은 위기 발생을 중심으로, 경제지는 제약업계 관련된 기사를, 전문지는 의약품 정책을 비판하는 기사 중심으로 보도했다. 의약품 부작용과 관련된 주요 정보원은 국회의원이었다. 위기의 책임을 언급한 기사는 적었지만, 위기 해결의 주체에 대해서는 의약품을 생산한 업체가 해결해야 한다는 기사가 많았지만 전문지의 경우에는 정부가 문제를 해결해야 한다고 했다. 네트워크 분석을 통해 기사에서 중요하게 언급된 단어를 찾고, 단어와 단어의 관계 분석으로 기사에서 전달하고자 하는 의미를 찾았다. 이 연구는 내용분석과 네트워크 분석을 통해 의약품 부작용 기사를 분석하고 정부의 위기 커뮤니케이션 관점에서 공중별 정부의 위기 대응 방안을 고려해봤다는 데 의의가 있다.

Press fitting method for joining of a hybrid tube and steel ring with small teeth for automotive aluminum/composite hybrid propeller shaft was devised to improve reliability and to reduce manufacturing cost, compared to other joining methods such as an adhesively bonded joint, bolted joint or welded joint. To obtain high strength of the press fit joint, an optimal design method for the teeth was devised with respect to number and shape of the steel teeth. Torsional static, fatigue tests and finite element analysis of the press fit joint were performed with respect to experimental variables. The developed optimal design method predicted well the static torque capability and failure mode of the press fit joint. Also, it provided design guide line of press fit joint for improving torsional static and fatigue characteristics.

언론에서 소셜 미디어는 미래 지향적이면서 선구자적인 이미지로 묘사될 때가 많다. 소셜 미디어의 확산에는 이러한 언론 보도가 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 그래서 이 논문에서는 언론의 소셜 미디어 담론에 대한 분석을 통하여 그것이 어떠한 사회적 함의를 가지는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 그 결과 언론에서 소셜 미디어는 사회의 발전과 민주적인 커뮤니케이션을 위해 필연적인 당위성을 가진 것으로 묘사되고 있다. 또한 거부할 수 없는 사회적 변화의 흐름인 것으로 묘사되고 있었다. 기업, 정부, 정치인, 일반인들까지 소셜 미디어 이용에 적극적인 자세를 보이는 것으로 보도되었다. 프라이버시 침해와 같은 소셜 미디어의 부정적인 면은 거의 보도되지 않았다. 이러한 언론의 보도태도는 새로운 미래를 향한 진보의 시간에 필요한 규율적 훈련을 사람들이 받아들이도록 하는 것을 의미한다.

Although occupational accidents caused by presses are found to be the highest in manufacturing industrial groups, there are no study regarding to annulment for periodical inspection of press. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the economic benefit of periodical inspection of press for preventing accidents. The cost-benefit analysis in this study was conducted to evaluate the relative magnitude of benefit to cost. Study samples were 26 and years analysed were 1995, 1996, 1998 and 1999. Personal interviews with safety managers were held from October 7 to November 2, 2002. Costs of the periodical inspection program were compared with the benefit of accident that caused by presses. Costs and benefits were calculated at an discount rate of 5%. The benefit-cost ratio was 5.7. The sensitivity analysis for the discount rate, the number of press, and size of industry showed that every benefit-cost ratios were upper than one(1.0). The results of this study suggested that periodical inspection for press is important program for preventing accident and the regulation for periodical inspection program should be reenforced by government.
