움직임 보조를 위한 무릎 보호대 디자인 제안: 선호도 및 가상 착용 이미지를 이용한 만족도 평가를 중심으로 (Suggestions of Movement-Assistive Knee Pad Designs: Focusing on Preference and Satisfaction Evaluations Using Virtual Avatars' Wearing)

  • This study evaluated designs via the consumers' function and design preferences survey for using product design images, virtual avatar wearing images and product explanations that identified consumers' function and design preferences for knee protection pads as well as to develop movement assistive knee pad designs. We developed Design A for men and Design B for women. For Design A, the front of the knee supports muscles and alleviates pain with a hole. Mesh material with good ventilation was applied to enhance wearing comfort. The color was achromatic for a modern style, and the hook fastener and loops enabled easy wear and removal of the pad while controlling size and pressure strength. For Design B, taping details seamlessly support muscles in the knee area with fabrics less than 0.1 cm thick and with long sleeves in the diverse sizes. The design's satisfaction assessment showed that potential consumers were satisfied with Design A and Design B for overall design and functional features. Over 77% wanted to use/wear and purchase designs; in addition, over 78% expected it would help with walking and relieve knee pain. The results can be helpful for designers when deciding designs for manufacturing and commercializing kneepad products.

실내공간에 있어서 식물 이용 방법과 선호도 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Method of Using Plants and Preference Analysis for Interior Space)

  • This study intens to provide available guideline of useful plants in interior and be used by designer. It focuses on evaluating the character of plants, the method of installation and the form of composition for suitable design of using plants. The study finds out that using plants in interior are necessary positively by 94% respondents. And results of factor analysis are that plants are needed for emothional stability(factor 1), visual charming(factor 2), and educational effection(factor 3). According to job, the group of students is visual charming (P=0.0037), the public servants and housewives is educational effection(p=0.0029). The most available space of plants as follows : Department(30.5%), Hotell(26.3%), House and Restuarant(12.7%). It has been identified that the public institution and commercial space are much indused plants. The most indused plants in house is ordered that the veranda, the living room, the entrance. This result is concerned about relation of natural light plants. The repondants reply that the favorite arrangement style is the corner form(63%), the center garden form(52.1%), the large planter(19.7%), the planter box(11.3%). They respond that they are more favorite light green color than dark, and mono color than mixture color. Finally, interior Designers should be understood the functional and aesthetic elements and the special interest about plants for developing desigv.

전통 음청류의 테이크아웃 음료 개발을 위한 소비자 조사 (A Survey on the Plans to Market Traditional Korean Beverages as Take-Out Products)

  • With the goal of searching for the ways to help market traditional beverages as take-out products, this study conducted a survey over men and women over 20 years of age in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Their perceptions of importance in choosing traditional beverages and conventional drinks were examined for difference. As a result, taste, reliability, health, flavor, and price were important at general beverage, while taste, health, flavor, reliability, price, and color were in choosing traditional beverages. The participants mentioned recovery from fatigue as the most favorable added feature of traditional beverages, which was followed by beneficial for adult diseases and facilitating digestion. Their preferences toward using them to satisfying a sense of hunger was relatively low. The participants preferred price range was $3,000{\sim}3,500$ won, their favorite ingredients were functional ones, and their favorite shop design was a traditional style. It seems that the marketability of traditional beverages as take-out products is high. The promotion and development efforts should involve marketing to women, differentiation strategies from other drinks, a graceful image, reliable drinks, and additional functions such as recovery from fatigue and can benefit adult diseases.

산불진화용 안전복 패턴 개발을 위한 연구 (A Study on the Pattern Development for Forest Fire Safety Clothing)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the pattern of safety clothes used at flat or mountainous areas and to identify the pattern of safety clothes by conducting experimental evaluation of virtual wear. Three subjects were selected, based on fire fighters' physical constitution. A prototype design for safety clothing was determined after in-depth interviewing of professionals and surveying of Forest service staff and related agency. Wearing test should be carried out in the order of pattern making, virtual and real wearing evaluation. For data analysis, technical statistical values should be obtained by using body measurements of subject, frequency analysis and T-test. The jacket is designed to have a front extension and the entire length of clothing enough for wearer to put on it over ordinary shirts or sweater. The collar of jacket is of round type. Cyber reality enables to identify the movement and activity of virtual fitting model and to find out errors or problems in safety clothing prior to on-the-spot wear test, thus raising the precision level of pattern. There was significant difference between real and virtual fit preference. The results show that the virtual try-on system need the development of a specific style.

의학전문대학원 학생들의 일주기 선호와 방어기제 (Circadian Preference and Defense in Medical Students : Greater Consumption and Lesser Sublimation Predicting Eveningness)

  • 목 적 : 방어기제는 성격의 영향을 받으며, 방어기제로부터 파생된 행동들을 관찰함으로써 추정 및 측정이 가능하다. 현재까지 방어기제와 일주기 선호 사이의 관계에 대해서는 밝혀진 바가 없었다. 본 연구에서는 일 의학전문대학원 학생들을 대상으로 방어기제와 일주기 선호 사이의 관계를 알아보고자 했다. 방 법 : 일 의학전문대학원 학생 148명을 대상으로 자가설문조사를 시행하였다. 아침형-저녁형 질문지, Beck 우울 척도-2, 한국판 방어유형질문지를 이용하였다. 결 과 : 저녁형과 아침 중간형은 공상, 수동 공격, 소비, 승화, 억제의 방어기제들에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 다중회귀분석에서 소비가 높을 수록(beta=-0.262, p= 0.001), 승화가 적을 수록(beta=0.185, p=0.023), 여자보다는 남자(beta=0.175, p=0.031)가 저녁형을 유의하게 예측하였다. 결 론 : 본 연구에서는 일 의학전문대학원 학생들에서 소비와 승화의 방어기제가 일주기 선호와 관계된다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 그러나 단면 연구로부터의 결과이므로 둘 사이의 인과 관계에 대해서는 알 수가 없다. 환경 요인을 조정하여 일주기 선호가 바뀔 때 방어기제의 변화가 동반되는지에 대한 후속 연구가 가능할 것이다.

청미래덩굴뿌리 추출물 첨가 장국용 조미간장 개발을 위한 관능평가 (Sensory Evaluation of Cheongmirae (Smilax china) Root Extract for Soy Sauce Development)

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the sensory quality attributes for the development of soy sauce containing Cheongmirae (Smilax china) root. Aqueous extracts of Cheongmirae root and Cheongmirae-soy sauce were used for determining the antioxidant effect by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity and sensory evaluation. Chengmirae-soy sauce was prepared by mixing Chengmiae extract (50%) and soy sauce (50%). Cheongmirae extract and Cheongmirae-soy sauce had strong DPPH scavenging effects, compared to that of general soy sauce. In sensory analysis, low intensities of smell, taste and overall preference were observed in Cheongmirae root extract. Various seasoning items, such as anchovy, dried-pollack, katsuobushi, shiitake, radish, and kelp, were used to determine the suitable type of soy sauce containing Cheongmirae root extract. The anchovy-kelp-radish and anchovy-shiitake-kelp-radish among the seasoning items were well-matched with Cheongmirae root extract. From these results, soy sauce containing Cheongmirae root extract may be used as a soup seasoning for Korean style noodles.

  • Recently, the aspect of consumers' preference for design has been changed to a pattern of respect for personality, based on 'personal value of passion'. The differentiated personal passion of modern people does not allow them to select mass-produced industrial product, and leads them to choose life style different from others. Specially, consumers want to express. their differentiated personality by preferring and possessing the originally designed products. Therefore, the originally designed products that are clearly identifiable become the object of consumers' consideration, and stimulate the consumers' desire to purchase. According to new needs of consumers, it is required to reconsider the old design pattern of furniture based on simplicity and propose new design for furniture to meet the needs of consumers. Mass production has resulted in a strong focus on simplicity rather than difficulty and complexity of the production process. This tendency shows the design pattern that leans toward one side excluding the expression of correlative concept among design elements. This one sided design leads modern people to have no personality, and shows only simple and uniform expression of passion. Therefore, this paper is purposed to develop furniture with more personality by applying correlative concept that has been taken less seriously in the field of design to furniture design.

밴드형 발열조끼의 디자인 개발 (Development of Design for Band Type Heating Vests)

  • By the influence of ageing population, the well-being trend, and the increase of interest in health, people seems to be enjoying sports and outdoor life more. Followed by the change of consumers' life style, the interest in smart clothing grafting scientific technology has increased, and research on this subject is necessary. This study is to develop improved design of band type heating vests by grasping the weak point of currently sold heating vest designed by the manufacturer. Through this process, satisfaction of the consumer and the manufacturer can be increased. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Conducted a demand survey with the manufacturer and wearing evaluation test with the consumer on band type heating vests. 2) Suggested design drafts on band type heating vests for both genders reflecting demand survey results. 3) Conducted consumers' preference survey for design drafts. 4) Made the sample product, and then conducted an evaluation of wearing the actual product. Overall, the wearing test results showed high satisfaction for both genders.

  • 다음은 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래가 점차 발전함에 따라 쇼핑몰간의 상호 운용성과B2B 전자 상거래를 위한 확장성의 필요성이 증대되었다. 또한 지능형 사용자 인터페이스의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이들 문제들에 대한 해결책으로 XML$^{[1]}$ 의 웹기반 응용의 장점을 살려 쇼핑몰을 구축할 때 XML 기반의 스크립트 처리기를 적용하면, 상호운용성과 더불어 같은 XML문서라도 고객의 취향에 따라 다른 스타일시트$^{[2]}$ 를 적용함으로써 다른 모습, 즉 고객 지향적 디스플레이가 가능해진다. 본 논문에서는 XML 자동생성 스크립트로서 TML(Template Markup Language)$^{[3]}$ 를 XML로서 정의하였고 스크립트를 처리할 수 있는 프로세서를 구현하여 웹상의 전자 쇼핑몰에서 사용할 수 있음을 보였다.

유아발레복의 착용 실태 및 치수 맞음새에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Actual Wearing Conditions and Fit of Children's Ballet Dancewear)

  • This study is aimed to research the actual wearing condition of ballet dancewear of girls aged between 2 and 6 years on its design, size and fit. Survey data were collected from 171 mothers who have a girl learning ballet dance. The questionnaire was composed with ballet education, ballet dancewear purchasing, preference on design, size selection, and fitting. The collected data were analyzed with frequencies statistics, ${\chi}^2$-test, ANOVA using the SPSS WIN 20.0. The results are as follows; High rate of respondents said that the purpose of ballet education was for good body balance, leisure activity, and height growth. The main method of purchase was online shopping. The design, price, size and fit were identified as important ballet dancewear attributes for girls. The most preferred style of ballet dancewear were 'short sleeve skirted leotard' and 'camisole skirted leotard' which look like dress. The respondents reported slight satisfaction with size and fit, price, convenience in action, sewing and durability. The most preferred sizing system was code by height but any ballet dancewear makers don't use code by height. Therefore it is difficult for consumers to select size. Retailers and manufacturers could potentially use the results of this study to improve the sizing system and fit for children's ballet dancewear.
