The diffusion coefficient of Xe-133 was obtained from an annealing test. The specimens were made from a UO$_2$ single crystal powder with natural enrichment. Weight and grain size were 300mg and ($23\mu\textrm{m}$, respectively. Oxygen potentials were obtained from an oxygen sensor. Released fractions were obtained from both results of gamma scans and quantitative analysis with MCNP code, The annealing test was performed at three temperatures at once. Diffusion coefficients of Xe-133 were calculated using slope of Booth theory in each O/M ratios. Activation energy and the pre-exponential factor of the diffusion coefficient were obtained. The activation energy of near stoichiomeric $UO_2$ is 310 kJ/mol. The measured values of near stoichiometric $UO_2$ are very close to other data available. Diffusion coefficients increase with hyper-stoichiometry, due to higher concentration of cation vacancies.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the immediate effects of kinesio taping on upper extremity pain and muscle activation of lateral epicondyle DOMS. This research is randomized controlled designd study and conducted as a single-blind. Twenty four subjects were participated in this study, All the patients were divided two group, were kinesio taping applied group, placebo kinesio taping applied group. The participants were tested pressure upper extremity pain threshold and muscle activation, pre-post intervention. After raining, the change values of the pain and muscle activation in KT group were significantly greater than PKT group(p<0.05). This findings show that kinesio taping training convergence interventions for lateral epicondyle DOMS pain and upper extremity. Continued development on convergence interventions for lateral epicondyle DOMS with pain and upper extremity in the practice are suggested.

Combustion of the Korean Anthracite and wood-pellet was characterized in air atmosphere with variation of heating rate(5, 10, 20 and $30^{\circ}C/min$) in TGA. The results of TGA have shown that the combustion of the wood-pellet occurred in the temperature range of $200{\sim}620^{\circ}C$ which is much lower than that of Korean anthracite. Activation energies of the wood-pellet and Korean anthracite, determined by using Friedman method were 44.12, 21.45 kcal/mol respectively. Also, their reaction orders(n) and pre-exponential factors(A) were 5.153, 0.7453 and $4.01{\times}10^{16}$, $1.39{\times}10^6(s^{-1})$ respectively. In order to find out the combustion mechanism of the wood-pellet and Korean anthracite, twelve solidstate mechanisms defined by Coats Redfern Method were tested. The solid state combustion mechanisms of the woodpellet and Korean anthracite were found to be sigmoidal curve A3 type and a deceleration curve F1 type respectively. Also, from iso-thermal combustion($300{\sim}900^{\circ}C$) of their char, the combustion characteristics of their char was found. Activation energies of the their char were 27.5, 51.2 kcal/mol respectively. Also, pre-exponential factors(A) were $2.55{\times}10^{12}$, $1.49{\times}10^{10}(s^{-1})$ respectively. Due to the high combustion reactivity of wood-pellet compared with Korean anthracite, combustion atmosphere will be improved by co-combustion with Korean anthracite and wood-pellet.

To increase specific surface property of activated carbon fiber(ACF), chemical activation(CA) using alkali metals and surface treatment(ST) using oxidant was widely used. The CA and ST process developed micro-pore on the surface of ACF by chemical reaction of the alkali metals and oxidative of oxidant, respectively. To improve the efficiency of CA process for developing micro-pores on the surface of ACF, the ST process was adopted as an pre-treatment method. After treatment of ST process, ACF properties was investigated depending on the ST pre-treatment process. FT-IR, TG and elemental analysis of the ACF are carried out, and an adsorption property of ACF was also evaluated using toluene(which in typical volatile organic matter). Once the single CA process is used, the surface area and adsorption capacity of ACF were increased from 1,483 to 1,988 $m^2/g$ and from 0.22 to 0.27 $g_{-Tol.}/g_{-ACF}$, respectively. On the other hands, once the ST and CA processes are used successively, the surface area and adsorption capacity of ACF are greatly increase(where the surface area is 2,743 $m^2/g$ and the adsorption capacity is 0.37 $g_{-Tol.}/g_{-ACF}$). It indicates that the combined process of ST and CA can improve the surface process properties of ACF.
Cure kinetics of DGEBA(diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A)/MDA(4,4'-methylene dianiline)/GN(glutaronitrile) system with and without HQ(hydroquinone) as a catalyst was studied by Kissinger equation and Fractional life method. The activation energy of the system with HQ was somewhat lower and the pre-exponential factor of that was higher by about 30% than those of the system without HQ. As 1.25phr of HQ was added, reaction rates increased about 1.8 times.
The reaction mechanism of Lead ions catalyzing complexation reactions between TIPP and metal ions was investigated by researching the kinetics of the formation of metalloporphyrins by UV/Vis-spectra, and verified by exploring the formation of metalloporphyrins catalyzed by acetic acid. Kinetics studies suggested that the fluctuations of reaction rate indicated the formation of metalloporphyrin was step-wise, including the pre-equilibrium step (the coordination of the pyrrolenine nitrogens to $Mn^+$) and the rate-controlling step (the deprotonation of the pyrrole proton). In the pre-equalization step, a sitting-atop (SAT) structure formed first with the complexation between larger radius of $Pb^{2+}$ and TIPP, changed the activation, then $Pb^{2+}$ left with the smaller radius of metal ions attacking from the back of the porphyrin ring center. In the rate-controlling step, two pyrrole protons dissociated to restore a stable structure. This was verified by adding acetic acid at different reaction times.
This study is about cure kinetics of DGEBA/MDA/MN(malononitrile) system by Barrett method and Integral method using DSC dynamic run. Curing behavior was shown through DSC and the heat change involved in a reaction could be measured directly with DSC. The kinetic parameters such as activation energy, pre-exponential factor and reaction order were given by Barrett method and Integral method obtained in an assumption that the area of DSC enthalpic analysis curve was propotional to the enthalpic change.
In order to study the properties of safflower yellow colors, thermodynamic parameters and dyeing properties on the silk in several dyeing conditions were investigated. The uv-visible spectra of safflower yellow colors in several solvents show hypsochromic shift with the polarity of solvent but bathochromic shift with increasing acidity of solution. The apparent diffusion coefficients and standard affinities of dyeing increased with the increase of dyeing temperature. The standard heat of dyeing(${\Delta}H^0$), entropy change(${\Delta}S^0$) and activation energy($E_{act}$) were calculated to be - 1.144kcal/mol, -7.498(5$0^{\circ}C$)~-3.804(9$0^{\circ}C$)cal/molㆍdeg and 0.123kcal/mol, respectively. The concentration of safflower yellow colors in the silk fiber increased with dyeing temperature, time, concentration of colors and acidity of initial dyebath. Silk fabrics were dyed bright yellow by pre-mordanting with tin chloride. Lightfastness of silk fabrics pre-mordanted by tin chloride was not excellent.

This paper describes on characteristics of 2" 3C-SiC wafer bonding using PECVD (plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition) oxide and HF (hydrofluoride acid) for SiCOI (SiC-on-Insulator) structures and MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical system) applications. In this work, insulator layers were formed on a heteroepitaxial 3C-SiC film grown on a Si (001) wafer by thermal wet oxidation and PECVD process, successively. The pre-bonding of two polished PECVD oxide layers made the surface activation in HF and bonded under applied pressure. The bonding characteristics were evaluated by the effect of HF concentration used in the surface treatment on the roughness of the oxide and pre-bonding strength. Hydrophilic character of the oxidized 3C-SiC film surface was investigated by ATR-FTIR (attenuated total reflection Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy). The root-mean-square suface roughness of the oxidized SiC layers was measured by AFM (atomic force microscope). The strength of the bond was measured by tensile strength meter. The bonded interface was also analyzed by IR camera and SEM (scanning electron microscope), and there are no bubbles or cavities in the bonding interface. The bonding strength initially increases with increasing HF concentration and reaches the maximum value at 2.0 % and then decreases. These results indicate that the 3C-SiC wafer direct bonding technique will offers significant advantages in the harsh MEMS applications.ions.
