학사치과위생사 양성을 위한 교육과정 비교연구 (Comparison of Curriculums of Dental Hygiene Education Programs for B. S Degree)

  • 학사치과위생사 양성 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하기 위하여 한국 미국 일본의 학사학위 과정을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론은 얻었다. 1. 구강생물학 영역에서는 구강해부학, 치아형태학, 구강조직학, 구강병리학을 개설하고 있으며, 일부 대학에서는 이들 교과목에 대하여 광역교과목을 개설하고 있다. 구강생리학을 개설한 대학은 없다. 2. 치과임상학 영역에서는 구강방사선학, 치주학, 치과재료학, 동통관리 등을 주로 개설하고 있다. 3. 공중구강보건 영역에서는 주로 지역사회구강보건학과 구강 보건교육학을 개설하고 있다. 4. 임상치위생 영역에서는 대부분의 대학이 통합교과를 편성하고 있으며, 이론과 실습, 임상실습을 구분하고 있다. 5. 일부 대학에서 치과의료관리학, 의료법과 윤리 등 치과의료관리 영역의 교과목을 개설하고 있다. 6. 많은 대학이 치위생연구, 치위생연구방법론 등 치위생 연구 영역의 교과목을 개설하고 있다. 7. 교육과정의 편제는 전문학사학위과정, 학사학위과정, 학위완수과정, 원격교육과정 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있으며 학제간 연계성이 확립되어 있다. 8. 치위생(학)과 진입및 편입을 위한 선수과목으로 영어, 글쓰기, 사회학, 심리학, 생물, 화학을 요구하고 있다.

전북지역 학교보건사업 개선을 위한 평가연구 ("A Evlauation Study on School Health Practice in Chonbuk Area")

  • This study was designed to evaluate current level of school health practice in Chonbuk province and to analyze the relationship between school health practice and variables. All the subjects in this study were 140 schools themselves in Chonbuk province. Survey data was collected through the interviewed checklists from the widly accepted school health responsibilities of administration and practice and the direct observation by the interviewer. It was conducted from 1st of Nov. to 17 th of Dec, 1988. The major findings of this study are as follows: A. Level of school health practice was relatively low in score (Mean=64.5). $\cdot$ Healthful School Living -76.14 $\cdot$ School Health Service -71.29 $\cdot$ School Health Instruction -47.98 B. 환경소양 요인별 수준에 따른 환경행동 실천 경험의 차이 (Differences in Environmental Behavior Practice Experience according to the Level of Environmental Literacy Factors)

  • 본 연구는 학습자들의 환경 소양을 조사하여 환경 소양의 요인별로 그 결과를 분류한 후, 요인별 분류에 따른 학생들의 환경행동 실천 경험에 대해 어떤 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 연구의 실행은 P 광역시에 위치한 D 초등학교 6학년 학생 47명의 학생들을 최종 분석의 대상으로 진행되었으며, 환경소양 검사지와 환경행동 실천 경험에 관한 설문지를 주요 데이터로 사용하였다. 연구의 결과 학습자들은 환경소양 요인에 따라 세 군집으로 분류되었으며, 각각 고 환경소양군, 저 환경소양군, 저기능정서군으로 명명하였다. 각 군집별로 환경행동 실천 경험에 대한 기술 내용을 활용하여 언어 네트워크를 형성하고, 중심도 분석을 실시하여 시각화한 후 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 고환경소양군은 1) 환경행동 실천 주체를 개인과 가족으로 인식하고, 2) 환경행동 실천 경험을 환경소양의 모든 요소와 연관지어서 기술하였으며, 3) 기후변화에 대해 비교적 비관론적 관점으로 인식하는 것을 확인하였다. 저 환경소양군과 저기능정서군은 1)환경행동 실천 주체를 비교적 사회적 문제로 인식하고, 2) 환경행동 실천 경험에 대한 기술이 비교적 편향되어 있으며, 특히 저기능정서군은 지식 요소에 집중되어 있다. 그리고 3) 기후변화에 대해서는 비교적 낙관론적인 관점으로 인식하고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 이 같은 결론을 바탕으로 환경교육의 관점에서 시사점을 주는 제언을 하였다.

식품영양학과 학생들의 현장실습 만족도 및 평가도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Satisfaction and Evaluation of Students현 Spot-Practice in Department of Food and Nutrition)

  • 식품영양학과 학생들의 현장실습에 대한 만족도와 평가도를 알아보고 이에 영향을 미치는 인자들을 찾아봄으로써 보다 효율적인 현장실습 프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하고자 실시한 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 전체 조사대상자 중 대학 2학년생이 155명(67.7%), 대학교 3학년생이 14명 (6.1%), 4학년생이 60명(26.2%)이었으며, 남학생은 14명 (6.1%), 여학생은 215명(93.9%)이었고, 실습기관은 학교급식소 89명 (38.9%), 사업체급식소 107명(46.7%), 병원급식소 33명(14.4%)이었다. 실습기간은 1주가 16명(7.0%), 2주가 192명(83.8%), 3∼4주가 21명(9.2%)으로 2주를 가장 많이 실시하고 있었다. 실습 만족도는 실습지원비(1.90$\pm$1.18)와 실습기관의 위치(2.93$\pm$1.29)항목에서 낮았으며, 실습기관의 종류(3.75$\pm$0.88)와 실습기관의 실습관리자(3.63$\pm$1.05)에 대한 만족도는 높았다. 실습 평가도는 실습에 대한사전 준비 및 계획(3.27$\pm$0.74)과 현장실습이 진로결정에 도움을 주었다(3.61$\pm$1.02)는 항목에서 낮았으며, 실습과제의 수행(4.05$\pm$0.82)과 근무의 성실성(4.02$\pm$0.75)에 대한 평가도는 높았다. 실습기관의 종류와 관리 유형에 따른 현장실습 만족도에서 병원급식소가 학교급식소나 사업체 급식소에 비해 실습기관의 분위기, 실습비, 실습생에 대한 대우 및 처우, 학과 교수의 지도 항목의 만족도가 유의하게 낮았으며(p<0.05, p<0.03, p<0.05, p<0.05), 직영업체가 위탁업 체보다 실습기 관의 종류 등 총 7개 항목에서 만족도가 높았다. 현장실습 평가도는 학교급식소가 병원급식소에 비해 '나는 실습생으로서 성실히 근무하였다'와 '실습에 필요한 내용을 사전에 준비하고 계획하였다'는 항목에서 유의하게 낮았으며(p<0.05, p<0.05), 직영과 위탁의 관리 유형에 따라서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 현장실습 지역과 거주지가 일치한 실습생이 일치하지 않은 실습생보다 실습생에 대한 대우 및 처우 항목의 만족도(p<0.05)와 '실습장소의 정리정돈과 관리에 힘썼다' '조리원들과 친밀해지고 신뢰받게 되었다'는 항목의 평가도(p<0.05, p<0.01)가 유의하게 높았다. 현장실습 기관과 취업 희망기관이 일치한 실습생이 일치하지 않은 실습생보다 실습기관의 종류, 위치 등 총 8개 항목의 만족도가 유의하게 높았으나 실습 평가도는 두 군간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 현장실습 기간, 실습비, 실습 만족도와 평가도간의 상관관계를 살펴보았을 때, 실습기간은 실습기관의 분위기, 실습생에 대한 대우 및 처우 항목의 만족도와 정의 상관관계(p<0.05, p<0.05)를 보인 반면, '부과된 과제를 수행하는데 최선을 다했다'는 평가도와는 부의 상관(p<0.05)을 보였다. 실습기관으로부터 받은 실습비는 실습지원비, 실습생에 대한 대우 및 처우, 학과 교수의 지도에 대한 만족도(p<0.001, p<0.05, p<0.05) 및 '나는 실습생으로서 성실히 근무했다' 등 총 5개 항목의 평 가도와 정의 상관관계를 보였다. 실습 만족도와 평가도는 대부분의 항목에서 정의 상관을 보여 실습 만족도가 높을수록 평가도도 높았다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합할 때 식품영양학과 현장실습생들은 실습지원비와 실습기관의 위치 면에서 만족도가 낮고 현장실습업무 수행상 실습에 대한 사전 준비 와 계획이 부족하다고 평가하고 있었다. 학교나 사업체 급식소, 직영업체, 실습기관이 거주지역에 있거나 취업 희망기관과 일치 할 경우 실습 만족도가 높았으며, 특히 실습기관이 거주지역에 있거나 취업 희망기관과 일치할 경우에는 현장실습업무에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 식품영양학과의 현장실습이 매우 중요한 시점에서 이와 같은 요인들을 고려하여 현장실습의 효율을 높이고 체계화시켜 나가기 위한 학교, 실습기관, 정부 차원의 노력과 정책적 지원이 요구된다.

방사선사(放射線士) 교육(敎育)의 임상실습(臨床實習) 개선(改善)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study of the Improvement of Clinical and Practical Trainings in the Education of Radiologic Technologists)

  • This study, in order to improve clinical and practical trainings in the education of radiologic technologists, applies to 76 medical institutions of 91 ones which are used as the hospitals of clinical and practical training in 9 existing junior colleges except 3 new ones of 12 ones throughout all over the country from November 1, in 1982 to April 30, in 1983. And the purpose of this study is to research the percent conditions of basic practical trainings and clinical ones enforced in each college, and the percent conditions, equipments, contents, and opinions in clinical and practical trainings enforced in each hospital. The results are summarized as follows; 1. In the case of junior colleges in the whole country the curriculum of basic practical trainings averages 336.66 hours and the limits are between 120 and 510 hours. The actual hours in practice average 140 hours and the limits are between 60 and 240 hours, which correspond to 41.58% of the curriculum of basic practical trainings. 2. There were three junior colleges among nine that had a reserved hospital for clinical and practical trainings(only 33.33%). 3. The period of the practice was almost vacation in 4 junior colleges. The practice was conducted only for students to want the practice(44.45%), junior colleges that all students in them conducted the practice was 2 junior colleges and presented 22.22%. 4. In the field of students engaging in the practice, each field of radiation therapy and nuclear medicine presented 16.5%, 20.3% and almost students didin't have experience for the practice. 5. In medical institutions the educational institutions for intern showed 67.11%. Hospital with radiologist showed 26.32%. Radiotechnologist who had experience below 5 years presented 60.17%. 6. In the equipment for radiation diagnosis, each hospital had no difference. The number of hospitals passessing diagnostic equipments above 125 KVP was 56.26%. But radiation therapy equipment and nuclear medicine equipment had extremely low rate. 7. In the diagnosis of patient in the practice hospital, conventional radiography-to Skull, Chest, Abdomen, Skeleton, Urogenital system-reached the criterion. But special radiography was comparatively low. There appeared low rate, 32.89% in the field of nuclear medicine, 15.79% in the field of radiation therapy. 8. Students who carried out the practice were 1-89 students, days in practice were 1-30 days. There were differences in that point among among hospitals. Junior colleges conducting the practice were 2 colleges per hospital. Scope of the object were 1-8 junior colleges. 9. The practice conducted for the request of the colleges presented 72.37%, in addition, The prctices were conducted for growth of the younger generation and the same coperation with the colleges establishment of sisterhood with the colleges, relationship with students. 10. The practice conducted without the establishment of plan presented 59.21% The need for guiding book to the practice and evaluating was recognized over 90%. 11. In the relation between the practice with achievement of credit. There were big differences in opinion between hospitals-Group and the colleges-Group; hospital-Group had opinion that must follow achievement of credit with the practice. The colleges-Group had opinion that must conduct the practice after achieving credit. 12. After conducting the practice, in the practice leaders satisfaction degree dissatisfactory opinion presented the most rate 80.26%. Very much satisfactory opinion, as one hospital, presentd only 1.32%. 13. Both hospitals-Group and the colleges-Group had an opinion that the practice leader must have actual experiences, lectures and achievement, an opinion that actual experiences is over 5 years. 14. In the guide of human relation, cooperation, responsibility, courtesy to patients. Both hospitals-Group and the colleges-Group had an opinion that the guide must be involved in the period of the practice and must be instructed.

By organizing the related to workers of those business, they can solve the problems for 3-4months by full time working This paper inquires what are the obstruction factors on the process of executing TDR activity. Through the search of the reformation plan for the improvement of immersion degree, it presents some methods to be successful business.

근거 중심 치의학 - 2. 근거 수준과 비판적 평가

  • In this second part of series report on evidence-based dentistry, the level of evidence and the methods for critical appraisal are discussed. The epidemiologic studies, namely clinical studies have some bias per se, and the degree of bias is somewhat predetermined by the study design. The level of evidence can be defined as the reliability of the clinical study and it is dependent on the degree of bias. Thus, it is important to determine the type of the study and to understand its structure before critically appraising them. Systematic reviews of primary studies, randomized controlled trials, nonrandomized clinical trials, cohort studies, case-control studies, and case reports / series constitute the clinical studies and the level of evidence follows the order of the studies listed above. Critical appraisal is the most important procedure in evidence-based dentistry. It is done to determine the credibility of research papers and their usefulness in the clinician s own practice. Critical appraisal is consisted of multiple questions that are helpful for evaluating validity and usefulness of the studies concerning therapy, diagnosis, prognosis, and causation.

홈쇼핑 의류제품 구매실태와 구매 만족도 : 청주지역 주부를 대상으로 (Purchase Practices & Satisfaction Degree of Apparel by Home Shopping: Focused on Housewives in Cheongju City)

  • This study was performed to help on the activation plan the purchase of apparel by shopping(catalog/TV/Internet) through investigating and analyzing elements related with apparel purchasing practice, purchasing satisfaction degree, and information demand. The subjects were 165 housewives residing in Cheongju who had bought apparel through home shopping more than once. The questionnaire survey was conducted from July to August, 2002. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Housewives had most a lot of occasions that purchased clothing through TV shopping among home shopping method. 2) Major clothing items that purchased through home shopping were underwear and casual wear. 3) Satisfaction for apparel product purchased via home shopping was difference partially item wise. 4) Respondents were satisfied with design, color, sewing state, but dissatisfied with size and materials. 5) When purchasing apparel through home shopping, respondents recognized the necessity of information on size, exchange/refund/returned policy, color, design, resolution of the product picture, care of instruction, texture and detail of apparel.

결식아동 지원조직간 서비스 연계망(network)에 관한 연구 (A Study on Inter-Organizational Service Network for the Primary School Children in Need)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the characteristics of the direct workers and the organizations delivering services to the children in low-income families, and to identify major factors that affect the number and degree centrality of service network. The research sample was 141 organizations. and the data were collected by a survey questionnaire and analyzed by UCINET V and multiple regression. The results show that the classification of organizations, the work-autonomy, the license of social welfare have a significant effect on the number of network organization, and the license of social welfare, the subjective body of organizations, the number of children in charge have a significant effect on the degree centrality of service network, among the independent variables. Based on the research results, implications for the future practice are discussed.

3축 CNC 교육용 공작기계 개발 (Developed 3-axis Educational CNC Machine Tool)

  • In this study, we developed for processing complex features using CAM software that satisfies precision for example practice and related qualification tests suiTable for CNC training purposes. In addition, functions such as location control, speed control, and processing path generation, which are the main functions of CNC machining machines, were constructed using small equipment parts, servo motors, inverters, general purpose PCs, and commercial NC software and researched with the goal of developing low-cost education equipment. In the static accuracy inspection, the degree of machine when measuring the parallelism of the X, Y and Z axes and the vibration of the main shaft did not reach the allowable value. However, we have obtained a finished product that satisfies the CNC machine book sample shape machining, detailed functions of the position control function of the CNC machine tool, linear interpolation function, circular interpolation function, and tool offset function. In the qualification test shape processing, a shape with a degree of 1/100 mm was processed to obtain position accuracy that satisfied the tolerance.
