한국 농장동물 수의사의 항생제 신중사용에 대한 인식과 실천 (Korean farm animal veterinarians' perception and practice of prudent use of antimicrobials)

  • Antimicrobial (AM) resistance is a growing threat in human and veterinary medicine, spreading across species and perceived as One-Health issue. Prudent use of AM products is essential in mitigating this risk in both human and veterinary medicine. Farm veterinarians, responsible for prescribing appropriate AM and offering advice to farmers on their proper usage, are regarded as key players in the livestock industry. An online survey of farm veterinarians (n = 1,531) was conducted to assess their educational experience, beliefs, current status of prescription, practical behavior, and self-efficacy regarding the prudent use of antimicrobials (PUA). The data from 170 respondents were analyzed using descriptive statistics, regression and mediation analysis. Participants chose AM based on their experiences, academic resources, and peer veterinarians. Approximately 77% did not routinely conduct antibiotic-susceptibility-test. Most participants believed in the importance of PUA and the role of veterinarians to reduce AM resistance, but they reported a lack of awareness among farmers and insufficient national support interfere with their practical behavior with regard to PUA. Half of the participants had PUA-education, and 78.6% reported that education had a positive impact on their behavior with PUA. Self-efficacy partly mediates the relationship between belief and behavior for PUA, which accounted for 23.77% of the total effect that beliefs have on behavior for PUA. The findings of the study show that enhancing veterinarians' abilities to practice and their self-efficacy through education tailored to the current status of farms can contribute to the reduction of AMs in the livestock sector.

간호사의 근무부서 이동에 대한 태도와 직무만족도와의 관계 (A Study on the Attitude on the Transfer of Duty Post and Job Satisfaction of Nurses)

  • The objective of this research is to explore the attitude on the transfer of duty post and job satisfaction of nurses. The subjects of this study were 512 nurses who have engages in the K-university hospital. The measurement tool consisted of attitude on the transfer of duty post, job satisfaction. The collected data have been processed using SPSS/PC 12.0 program: The results of this study were as follows: 1. The age the subjects was from 21 to 56 and average 32, blow 3 years experience in current duty post occupied most by 37.1%. The experience of the transfer of duty post showed 50.2%. 51.4% of the nurses wanted $3{\sim}5$ years as the suitable periods for the transfer of duty post showing the highest degree of frequency. 2. The positive degree of the attitude on the transfer of duty post of the nurses appeared average (3.36) to maximum evaluation point 5, and when asked about 4 factors the nurses wanted individual development most by (3.72) while administration management was lowest by (2.65). The satisfaction degree on their job appeared to be average (3.06) to the maximum point 5, and when asked about 7 factors, interaction appeared to be the highest by (3.63), here we saw that interaction was the most important elevating factor of the job satisfaction degree. 3. In the relation of the attitude on the transfer of duty post according to general characteristics, there were the significant difference according to whether it is necessary for the current duty post and periodical duty post to be transferred. In the relation between general characteristics and job satisfaction degree there were the significant differences according to age, marital status, education, position of nurse, hospital clinical nursing experiences, satisfaction degree with current post and the hope of the transfer of duty post from current post. 4. The correlation between attitude on the transfer of duty post and job satisfaction degree was positive relation(r=0.137, p=.002), that the higher the degree of positive attitude on the transfer of duty post the higher the degree of job satisfaction.

산림치유 효과 검증 연구의 주요어 분석을 통한 치유 발현과정 해석 (Interpretation of the Forest Therapy Process and Effect Verification through KeyWord Analysis of Literature on Forest Therapy)

  • 본 연구는 산림치유인자를 활용한 숲 활동이 면역력증진과 건강증진으로 이어지는 산림치유 효과의 발현과정을 이론적 그리고 정성적으로 분석하고 산림치유 개념을 정밀화하고 체계화하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구분석자료는 산림치유 관련 기관 웹사이트와 2000년에서 2020년 3월까지 산림치유로 검색되는 33편의 석·박사 학위논문과 33편의 전문학술지 논문의 주요어, 2016년 산림치유 체험수기 공모전 입상작에 나타난 명사와 형용사 빈도수에 근거하여 워드클라우드를 생성하였다. 단어 빈도수를 근거로 한 해석으로 산림치유 요인을 도출하고 치유 효과의 발현과정을 추론하여 산림치유에 대한 개념을 정의하였다. 산림 치유력의 원천은 산림치유인자와 함께 숲에 대한 긍정적 경험과 자연에 대한 태도가 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 치유효과는 산림치유프로그램을 통해 극대화되고, 신체적 정신적 회복력과 저항력으로 이어지며, 결과적으로 건강증진, 면역력 증진으로 나타난다. 본 연구는 산림치유란 "대상자들의 숲에 대한 긍정경험 및 태도와 산림의 환경요소를 매개로 대상자들의 심리적, 신체적, 영적 회복력을 위한 건강증진 활동"이라 제안한다.

재한 중국동포 여성단체장의 생애사에 나타난 소수자의 인정투쟁 (The Minority's struggle for recognition in the life history of Korean-Chinese female leaders)

  • 본 연구는 국내 거주 중국동포 여성 단체장에 대한 생애사 연구로 연구주체의 생애사 재구성 작업을 통해 한국사회와의 긍정적인 상호작용인 인정투쟁의 경험을 살펴보고자 했다. 연구는 내러티브-생애사 분석 방법으로 진행되었다. 생애사 자료는 심층 인터뷰을 통해 수집했다. 연구결과 생애사 연구주체의 생애는 끊임없는 도전의 결과로 한국을 기회의 땅으로 생각하고 한국으로 자발적으로 이주를 하였다. 그는 한국에서 긍정적인 적응전략을 활용하여 인정을 획득하기 위한 치열한 삶으로 분석할 수 있다. 즉 인정투쟁이라는 긍정적인 상호작용을 통하여 주류사회와 협상하고, 긍정적인 경험들을 통하여 자신의 정체성을 확립해 나갔다. 또, 단체활동을 통하여 개인뿐 만 아니라 동포사회 전반의 권리수호와 이미지 향상을 도모하며 주류사회와 융합되기 위해 끊임없이 노력하였다. 이러한 생애사 재구성을 통하여 중국동포 단체장의 생활 실상에 대하여 이해할 수 있고, 그들이 한국사회에서 받고 싶은 인정의 모습들에 대하여 알 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 개별적인 생애사 재구성을 통하여 사회복지 실천에 함의하는 점도 제언하였다.

백두대간에서의 반복적 산행경험이 청소년의 사회성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Repeated Trekking Experience on Adolescent Sociality at Baekdu-daegan)

  • 본 연구는 반복적 산행경험이 청소년의 사회성에 미치는 영향을 분석을 위한 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 백두대간 산행 프로그램에 참여한 청소년 58명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 대상자는 2014년부터 2015년까지 40회 이상 참여한 대상자를 반복적 참여자로 선정하고, 2016년 3월부터 4월까지 5회 미만 참여한 대상자를 일시적 참여자로 선정하여 비교분석하였다. 대상자의 일반특성은 기술통계분석을 실시하였으며, 이변량상관분석을 실시하여 사회성의 5개 하위요인 간의 상관계수를 산출하고, 독립표본t검정을 실시하여 사회성을 비교분석하였다. 분석 결과 반복적으로 산행에 참여한 청소년의 사회성이 높게 나타났다. 사회성 하위요인인 자율성, 준법성, 근면성, 협동성, 대인관계 모든 척도에 대해서 반복적 참여자가 일시적 참여자 보다 높게 측정되었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 반복적 산행경험이 청소년의 사회성에 긍정적 적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였으며, 청소년문제 해결에 있어 근본적인 해결접근방법으로 청소년 대상 산림교육이 필요하다.

STEAM 프로그램이 초등영재학생의 과학적 의사소통능력과 학습몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of STEAM Program on the Scientific Communication Skills and the Learning Flow of Elementary Gifted Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of STEAM program on the scientific communication skills and the learning flow of elementary gifted students. The main findings of this study are as follows: First, STEAM program that mathematical, technical, engineering and art factors were combined based on basic concepts of science were developed. Seconds, the change in the scientific communication skills of experimental group applying STEAM program had statistically meaningful difference (p<.05). Third, the flow of experimental class improved, but it had no meaningful difference statistically (p>.05). But it is expected that continuing level adjusted STEAM program might have positive effect on improving the flow with the following three reasons: 1) The gifted students' flow level on learning before experiment was rather too high to expect short term effect. 2) It was hard for them to achieve flow experience because topic difficulties and students' capacities were not balanced. 3) topic commitments and autotelic behaviors of gifted students were observed during classes. Fourth, by the result of the student satisfaction questionnaire survey on this program, students actively participated in the STEAM program with interest and curiosity. As achieved self-directed problem solving, versatile communication activities and success experiences, their class satisfaction was high. Based on such results, it was expected that the gifted class applied of STEAM program could enhance scientific communication capacity of the elementary gifted students and would further positively influence flow of learning as well. In addition, it was considered to have integrated approach value to elementary gifted and talented education in the aspect that it could satisfy various educational demands of gifted students.

과학영재교육경험이 개인의 성취정도와 진로에서 미치는 영향에 대한 현상학적 탐색 (A Phenomenological Study of the Effects on Achievements and Careers of Secondary Science Gifts Education Experience)

  • 본 연구에서는 부산지역 소속의 영재교육원을 수료한 학생들을 대상으로 과학영재교육 경험의 의미를 탐색하여 그 효과성을 보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2001년부터 2004년까지 과학영역 영재교육원에 입학한 중등영재 7명을 대상으로 영재교육 경험에 대한 면담을 실시하고 Giorgi 분석방법으로 현상학적으로 경험의 의미를 탐색하였다. 분석 결과 과학영재교육경험이 성취면에서 7개 중심의미와 21개의 주제를 도출하였으며, 진로면에서는 5개 중심의미와 11개의 주제를 규명하였다. 영재학생들의 영재교육경험이 성취면과 진로면에서 긍정적인 효과가 나타난 것으로 분석된다. 학생들의 영재교육 경험의 의미를 토대로 앞으로의 영재교육 방향을 설정하는데 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대해 본다.

결정적 사건기법을 적용한 대학생의 1인 미디어 소비자정보에 대한 반응 탐색: 유튜브를 중심으로 (Exploring University Student's Responses to Consumer Information in Personal Media Using Critical Incident Technique: Focusing on YouTube)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 소비자정보로서의 유튜브 1인 미디어에 대한 대학생들의 인상적인 경험을 긍정적, 부정적 측면에서 탐색하고, 유용한 소비자정로보서의 1인 미디어의 개선점을 모색하는 것이다. 대학생 44명을 연구대상으로 선정하고 소비 맥락에서의 유튜브 이용 경험에 관한 자료를 결정적 사건기법을 적용하여 수집 및 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 1인 미디어에 대한 긍정적 반응으로는 'C2C 정보력 강화', '소비자 중심적 사용성', '매력적인 정보 크리에이터', '공감대와 동류의식 형성', '신선하고 유희적인 정보'가 도출되었고, 부정적 반응으로는 '유해정보의 확산', '정보 크리에이터에 대한 불신', '과도한 광고와 충동구매 유발', '미디어 중독', '상대적 박탈감'이 도출되었다. 대학생들은 1인 미디어 개선을 위해 '법 정책적 규제 도입', '미디어 리터러시 강화', '소비자 지향적 UI 개선'이 요구된다고 제안하였다. 본 연구는 1인 미디어에 대한 소비자의 인식과 경험을 이해하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 소비자 지향적인 1인 미디어의 방향을 제언한다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

Effects of pain neuroscience education on kinesiophobia in patients with chronic pain: a systematic review and meta-analysis

  • Objective: One of the treatment strategies for controlling chronic pain and preventing disability is patient education. Pain neuroscience education (PNE) has been proven to be effective in explaining the biological and physiological processes associated with pain experiences to patients. The purpose of this review is to investigate the effectiveness of PNE for kinesiophobia such as avoidance response in patients with chronic pain. Design: A systematic review and meta-analysis. Methods: MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL, PEDro, and the Cochrane Central Register of controlled trials databases were searched through November 2020 and included a randomized controlled trials evaluating kinesiophobia in musculoskeletal patients with chronic pain. In 8 randomized controlled trial studies, 'Cochrane's risk of bias (RoB) tool was used for qualitative analysis, and results of post-intervention were analyzed through RevMan 5.4 for quantitative analysis. Results: For this review, 8 randomized controlled trials of 369 patients with chronic pain were selected for PNE. A systematic review and meta-analysis also included 8 randomized controlled trials. The effect on kinesiophobia was more effective than the control group (-0.86; 95% confidence interval [CI], -1.22 to -0.51; heterogeneity [χ2=21.18, df=7, I2=67%]; overall effect [Z=4.80]). In addition, the effect on pain was more effective than the control group (-0.53; 95% CI, -1.05 to -0.01; heterogeneity [χ2=47.42, df=7, I2=85%]; overall effect [Z=2.01]). Conclusions: The results of this review suggest that PNE and combined PNE have a positive effect on the improvement of pain and kinesiophobia in patients with chronic pain.

보건계열 대학생의 의사소통 능력이 대학 생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Communication Ability of Health-Related Majoring Students on College Life Adjustment)

  • Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the effects of health science majors' communication skills on their adjustment to college life. Methods : The subjects were 336 college students majoring in health science at colleges located in Busan. The survey's questionnaire comprised 38 items, including 15 items for communication skills and 19 items for adjustment to college life. Results : In the gender-based comparison of communication skills and adjustment to college life, female students had better communication skills, with overall higher scores than male students for the understanding others and communication. In the age-based comparison of communication skills and adjustment to college life, students aged 21 to 22 showed the best communication skills, while students aged 18 to 20 exhibited the least communication skills. In terms of adjustment to college life, those aged 25 or older scored the highest, and those aged 21 to 22 scored the lowest. In the school-year-based comparison of communication skills and adjustment to college life, third- and first-year students showed the best and least communication skills, respectively. Overall, third- and fourth-year students were more adjusted at adjusting to college life than first- and second-year students. Third-year students also scored the highest in academic adjustment, whereas second-year students scored the lowest. In terms of relationships between the students' communication skills and their adjustment to college life, communication skills were positively correlated with the following subdomains: understanding of others, self-expression, and communication. Communication skills also showed a positive correlation with adjustment to the college environment, including personal-emotional adjustment. Conclusions : The present study found that communication skills did not significantly affect health science majors' adjustment to college life. However, given that communication skills are an essential factor for effective work performance and greater job satisfaction, it is recommended that colleges provide students with relevant education and experiences to help them enhance communication skills while in school.
