  • 低密度 Polyethylene film을 冷延伸된 方向에 對해서 直勇方向으로 延伸하면, 延伸比 1.2~1.8 付近에서 部分放電에 의한 劣化가 顯著히 增加하고, Void發生에 의한 部分放電 開始電壓이 低下한다. 延伸 film에 對해 强制振動法에 의해 求한 彈性率 및 力學的 tan$\delta$는 上記의 延伸比代近에서 名名 極小 및 極大를 나내고 上記의 傳奇的特性과 密接한 關係가 있다. 더욱이 微結晶은 延伸에 의해 작은 結晶으로 分解되는 것을 X線回折로 認定할 수 있고, 또한 非晶領城의 分子鎖는 高延伸에서 再配向하는 것을 赤外吸收에 의해 認定할 수 있다.

  • In order to investigate the effects of crystal structure in electrical breakdown of polyethylene film. Low molecular materials in polyethylene are removed by the method as follow. Polyethylene was dissolved in xylene and filtered through a glass fiber filter. And then, a polyethylene thin films of thickness $0.5 - 0.9{\mu}m$ are prepared with heat treatment from solution casting. To evaluate the performance of PE film, Electrical breakdown of PE film are measured on M( Al) - I (PE)-M(Al) system.

  • Photocatalytic decomposition of polyethylene film with TiO2 nanotube powders (NTs) was investigated under UV irradiation at ambient conditions. TiO2 NTs composed of individual nanotubes are prepared by rapid breakdown anodization technique. A comparative study on the photocatalytic decomposition of polyethylene-TiO2 composite films prepared using TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) or TiO2 NTs (NTs), respectively, was conducted under UV irradiation. Polyethylene film incorporated with TiO2 NTs showed 26 wt% weight loss after 200 h under UV irradiation about two times faster decomposition rate than TiO2 NPs which is attributed to large surface area of TiO2 NTs.

  • We could reduce the reflection from PET(polyethylene terephthalate) film surface by natural plasma etching which does not use etch masks. The plasma etched PET film showed lower reflectance and higher transmittance which is resulted by making subwavelength structure(SWS) on the film surface by the plasma etch rate difference between the amorphous and crystalline region in the surface of PET film.

  • 배 '신고(新高)'의 저장 중 신선도(新鮮度) 유지(維持)를 위한 적합한 저장전 처리방법을 찾기 위하여 수확 후 60일이 경과된 과실을 대상으로 polyethylene film포장(包裝), ethylene 제거제(除去劑) 및 피막제(被膜劑)의 효과(效果)를 검토하였다. 우리나라 '신고(新高)' 배의 저장에서 과실의 신선도(新鮮度) 저하에 크게 영향하는 요인으로 과도(過度)한 수분상실(水分喪失)에 의한 감량의 발생과 이에 따른 조직(組織)의 노화(老化)가 중요한 요인인 것으로 확인되었다. PE포장은 과실의 감량방지(減量防止)에는 효과적이나 흑변(黑變)의 발생(發生)을 증가(增加)시키고 장기저장시(長期貯藏時)에는 조직의 노화(老化)와 심부과(心腐果)의 발생(發生)을 증가(增加)시키므로 부적합(不適合)하였다. 과실 피막제(被膜劑) Prolong의 신선도(新鮮度) 유지효과(維持效果)가 인정되지 않아 동양 배의 저장전(貯藏前) 처리로는 부적합(不適合)한 것으로 밝혀졌으며 PE포장시 ethylene제거제(除去劑)의 처리(處理)는 옅은 흑변(黑變)의 발생을 다소 감소(減少)시켰다.

Surface Cleaning of Polyethylene Terephthalate Film with Non-equilibrium Atmospheric Discharge Plasma

  • The dampness by treating the surface with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film was measured to grasp the plasma parameters and was observed the surface condition with an atomic force microscope (AFM) to find the causes of the dampness. Also, the vibrational and rotational temperatures in the plasma were calculated after identifying the radicals within the plasma by analyzing the emission spectral with an emission spectrum. The hydrophilic properties were enhanced, by treating the surface of the PET film with non-equilibrium atmospheric discharge plasma. When the rotational temperature was 0.22 to 0.31 eV within the plasma, surface modification control could be easily carried out to surface treatment of PET film on non-equilibrium atmospheric pressure plasma.

  • 사과 국광(國光)에 $5{\sim}100$ krad의 ${\gamma}$선(線)을 조사(照射)하고 저장중( 貯藏中) 품질(品質)과 화학성분(化學性分)에 미치는 ${\gamma}$선(線)의 영향(影響)과 polyethylene film 포장(包裝)의 병용효과(倂用效果)를 검토(檢討)하고 다음과 같이 그 결과(結果)를 보고(報告)한다.1. 사과 국광(國光)에 대(對)한 $50{\sim}100krad$${\gamma}$선(線) 처리(處理)는 저장중 부패(貯藏中 腐敗) 및 생리장해(生理障害)의 발생(發生)을 억제(抑制)할 수 있었다. 2. 사과 국광(國光)에 대(對)한 ${\gamma}$선(線) 처리(處理)는 저장초기(貯藏初期)에 위축현상(萎縮現象)을 증가(增加)시켰다. 3. 그러나 ${\gamma}$선(線) 조사(照射)에 의(依)한 위축현상(萎縮現象)의 증가(增加)는 Polyethylene film 포장(包裝)을 병용(倂用)함으로써 억제(抑制)가 가능하였다. 4. ${\gamma}$선(線)조사구(照射區)와 Polyethylene film 포장구(包裝區)에서 중량감소률(重量減少率)이 낮았다. 5. 저장중 당함량(貯藏中 糖含量)의 포장(包裝)에 미치는 ${\gamma}$선조사(線照射) 및 polyethylene film 변화(變化)의 영향은 근소하였다.

A Basic Study on Storage of Leaf, Stem and Root in Angelica acutiloba Kitag

  • This study was carried out to obtain basic information for optimum storage method of leaf, stem and root of Angelica acutiloba Radix, which is being utilized as major cultivated herbal medicine materials, root of Angelica acutiloba was stored for 3 months in different packing materials and sealing methods, such as punched packing, sealing and vacuum packing. The results are summarized as follows. The loss in weight as influenced by packing materials and sealing degree was the lowest at vacuum packing and complete sealing condition with transparent polyethylene film. The ratio of root rot during the storage period was not significantly different between polyethylene films, but it was significantly different between sealing conditions. Therefore, vacuum packing and complete sealing with polyethylene film are desirable storage condition for Angelica acutiloba Radix.

분산형 필름제형의 물리적 특징에 미치는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 영향 (Effect of Polyethylene Glycol on Physicochemical Property in Dispersing Film Formulation)

  • In this study, Indomethacin, the poorly water soluble drug, was selected and prepared dispersing oral disintegrating films according to the molecular weight of polyethylene glycol (PEG) which are sort of dispersing agents. Also the molecular weight and content of PEG were evaluated effect on the degree of dispersion, physical property and dissolution when making oral dispersing film containing indomethacin to find appropriate condition and suggested guidelines of making oral dispersing film. The appropriate dispersing ratio of the amount of surfactants and dispersing agent were 1% and 4%, also the stability dropped in the PEG molecular weight of 4000 or more. Drying time of oral dispersing film was $90^{\circ}C$ for 10 minutes to 12 minutes that dispersing film's property about flexibility, detachability were very good. The oral dispersion film's content used PEG 400 was $98.6{\pm}0.5%$ and the most uniform. As the molecular weight of PEG increased, dissolution time also increased. On the basis of evaluation parameter, PEG with 400~600 of molecular weight was selected as good dispersing agent in oral dispersing film. Therefore, it can be suggested guideline of preparation application study in oral dispersing film.

에테폰 처리가 자두과실의 성숙과 수확후 유통방법이 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of ethphon treatment on the maturation of Plum fruits(Prunus salisina) and changes of the quality as affected by storage conditions)

  • In order to determine the physiolosical characteristics of plum fruits(Oishi wase) during maturation and guilty according to temperature after harvest, (2-chloroethyl) phosphonic acid(ethphon) 390ppm was sprayed on plum tree 11days before commercial matuarity in Suwon area. And also this study was acted to investigate fruits quility(Formosa) influenced by temperature(room, low) and polyethylene films(0.03, 0.06, 0.1mm), 1. Effect of ethphon on the fruits maturation and fruits(Oishi wase) quility according to temperature ofter harvest. Ethephon stimulated fruits ripening but the firmness was reduced rapidly. Soluble solids and titratable acidity was not very different than each treatment. Carbon dioxide and ethylene production were advanced and the production peak were shown earlier by ethephon treatment as compared with control fruit. Anthocyanin development was enhansed rapidly by ethephon treatment but it exerted a bad influence on fruits color after harvest, The soluble sugars in fluits were mainly glucose, sucrose, and fructose. Those content were higher in treated fruit than control. The organic acid was mainly malic acid. The shelf life was less than about 5days at room temperature and about 10 days at low temperature. 2. Fruits(Formosa) quility as affected by polyethylene film bagging. The polyethylene films well maintained the firmness both room and low temperature. Low temperature was more effective in maintaining titratable acidity than room temperature, especially polyethylene films. On the Other hand, soluble solids content was not shown wide differance between room and low temperature. Polyethylene film showed a high resperation rate, the rate was higher at room temperature than low temperature and thicker films revealed higher rate. Otherwise, ethylene production was low in all treatment Polyethylene film inhibited the coloration of fruits, decreased anthocyanin content. Fruits coloration delayed by low temperature in control. The shelf life of plum fruits was about 6 days at room temperature and 13 days at low temperature in control Polyethylene film had no advantage on shelf life both at room and low temperature.
