지목정보를 이용한 토지오염지역 분석 (Analysis of the Land Pollution Area Using Land Category Information)

  • 최근 토지오염은 토지이용 현황에 따라 많은 환경 문제들을 유발하고 있는 가운데 이에 대한 관리가 시급한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 점 및 비점오염원 인자에 의한 토지오염 지역의 합리적 분석을 위해 토지의 주된 용도에 따른 지목정보를 이용하여 토양오염 지역을 분류하였다. 또한 지목정보 분석을 통해 토지오염원 정보를 효과적으로 수집할 수 있었다. 이는 토양오염 실태조사 및 관리를 위한 중요한 요소로 분류한 토지정보는 토양환경 관리와 보존을 위해 활용 되어지며 향후 토지의 이용규제와 합리적인 보존관리에 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

소하천 유역에서의 오염 유입량 예측 (Forecasting of Pollution Inflow of the Small Channel Catchment)

  • This study was carried out forecasting of pollution inflow of the Small Mountainous Catchment, namely; Seolma-cheon experimental catchment. Pollutographs of DO, BOD, T-N, Conductivity, T-p, pH. COD, SS from this catchment were obtained from in-situ data of total ten events using QUAL2E-PULS model. From the analysis results, between up stream(Sabang-bridge) and down stream (Memorial-bridge, outlet) obtained relation formula of water quality component. Determination coefficient of relation formula, Conductivity, COD, BOD, DO, pH, T-N, T-P, and SS showed high relation of $0.87{\sim}0.99$. The increases of DO, BOD, COD, and pH concentration of Memorial-bridge were associated with pollution inflow by road building far 2.25km from Sabang-bridge to down stream. The analysis results of QUAL2E-PULS simulation and up/down stream relation formula, pollution amounts of DO, BOD, COD and pH increased at Memorial-bridge and pollution source site. Therefore, pollution inflow can be forecasted exactly by up/down stream relation formula at pollution source site.

도로 재비산먼지 이동측정차량을 이용한 도로 재비산먼지 측정과 도로먼지 미량원소 분석 (Road Dust Emissions from Paved Roads Measured by Road Dust Monitoring Vehicle and Analysis of Trace Elements)

  • Paved road dust emissions were investigated 14 times on 12 main roads in Seo-Cho Gu, Seoul, Korea by vehicle-based mobile sampling system(Road Dust Monitoring System) during September to December 2011. Also, fourteen heavy metals present in the dust samples were analyzed by ICP. ICP analysis showed that one of major source of the road dust would be urban construction. A large amount of silt was found, which might be originated mainly from building construction and open beds of trees. Trace element and pollution indices of heavy metals(Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn) on the roads adjacent to the commercial area had higher concentrations than those on the roads adjacent to the construction and residential areas because of traffic density and heavy traffic.

  • There have been many accidents of passenger ships on the sea and they have caused a big loss of human lives. Maritime Safety Committee(MSC) of International Maritime Organization(IMO) made evacuation analysis of Ro-Ro passenger ships mandatory in order to save as many lives as possible at the time of accident. But this is a temporary regulation and HSC/IMO ties to introduce a performance-based regulation to improve the effect of regulation. Simulation-based evacuation analysis is the basis of performance-based regulation. In this paper, we performed a simulation-based evacuation analysis on a passenger ship, which is usually used in the plying between land and islands in Korea, with EXODUS system. Through inspecting the results from this analysis in more detail, we can make a proposal to improve the safety of passenger ship. Finally we describe the features of IMEX(Intelligent Model for Extrication Simulation), a new evacuation model being developed in KRISO.

전국 및 경기도를 대상으로 한 토양오염실태조사의 효율성 제고방안 (Improvement of the Soil Pollution Investigation in South Korea and Gyeonggi-do)

  • 본 연구는 전국 및 경기도에서 수행한 토양오염실태조사를 평가하고 그 효율성을 제고하기 위하여 수행하였다. 2002년${\sim}$2007년 동안 경기도 및 전국의 실태조사결과 오염발견율은 전국이 2.7%, 경기도가 평균 1.9%를 나타내 일본, 미국에 비해 낮은 발견율을 나타내었다. 또한 전국의 중금속과 석유류 기준초과물질 구성 비율이 89.8%와 8.9%였는데, 이는 중금속을 대상으로 하는 표토 조사대상이 38%인 점과 석유류를 대상으로 하는 심토의 조사비중이 62%를 나타낸 것과 모순된 현상으로 심토에 대한 조사방법의 개선이 요구된다. 오염 발견율에 영향을 미치는 요소로 지점선정단계, 시료채취단계, 시료분석단계를 들 수 있으며 이중 가장 중요한 지점선정단계에 있어서 우선순위선정을 위한 방침을 제시하였다. 부연하여 사후관리를 위한 방안으로 녹색업체 부여 등의 인증 제도를 건의하였다.

Analysis of non-point and point source pollution load in DongPieHong Ditch

  • In this study, the DongPieHong Ditch were taken as the research object, five sampling points were set to measure the COD, NH3-N,TNandTPindexes. The correlation and principal component analysis were used to judge the main pollution sources and calculate pollution contribution rate. According to the population in the basin, the load of point source pollution into the river was estimated. As a result, the load of COD, NH3-N and TP into the river was 323.04t/a, 43.8t/a and 3.9t/a, respectively. According to the statistics of the rainfall in the basin, the concentrations of COD, TP and NH3-N in the initial rainwater were measured and calculated for non-point source pollution, and the results shown that the inflow loads of COD, NH3-N and TP into the river were 34.59t/a, 0.12t/a and 0.71t/a, respectively. It was found that the main cause of the pollution in the east flash flood gully was point source pollution, and the proportions of COD, NH3-N and TP into the river were 90.33%, 99.72% and 84.61%, respectively.

국내 9기 석조문화재의 생물오염피복도 및 기중조류 군집 (The Community of Aerial Algae and the Biological Pollution Coverage at 9 Stone Cultural Heritages in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 2008년 6월에서 11월까지 국내 9기의 석조문화재를 대상으로 색에 따른 오염등급의 평가와 생물오염피복도를 조사하였다. 생물오염피복도는 홍천물걸리삼층석탑, 수타사삼층석탑 및 수타사홍우당부도에서 90% 정도로 나타났으며, 선태류의 생물오염피복도가 15~23%의 범위로 생물오염이 가장 심한 것으로 나타났다. 색에 따른 생물오염등급은 괘석리사사자삼층석탑, 수타사삼층석탑, 수타사홍우당부도가 등급 5로 오염등급이 가장 높았으며, 여주창리삼층석탑이 등급 2로 양호하게 나타났다. 상관분석 결과 생물오염등급과 지의류의 생물오염피복도는 높은 상관성(r=0.91)을 나타냈지만, 기중조류와 선태류의 생물피복도와는 상관성은 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 각 출현종과 생물오염피복도(선태류, 지의류, 기중조류)의 상관분석결과 선태류의 생물피복도와 Cosmarium decedens, Chlorella ellipsoidea, Anabaena fertilissima, Botryococcus braunii, Chroococcus turgidus, Navicula cryptocephala 및 Xenococcus acervatus가 상관계수 0.56~085의 범위로 높은 상관성을 나타냈다. 지의류의 생물피복도는 Trebouxia sp. 및 Chroococcus varius와 상관계수 0.50 및 0.43으로 나타났으며, 기중조류의 생물오염피복도는 Achnanthes laterostrata 및 Ulothrix zonata와 상관계수 0.76 및 0.57의 상관성을 나타냈다. 생물오염피복도와 상관성이 높은 기중조류는 출현 경향성이 대체로 뚜렷하게 나타나, 지표종으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

특허맵을 이용한 지하수 오염현황 분석 연구 (Groundwater Pollution Analysis Using Patent Map)

  • Advance countries are trying hard to acquire intellectual properties on the technologies for prior occupation in the future industry. Patent contains meaningful technical achievement. Patent map is required to propose the strategies for efficient development and use of these technologies. In this paper, analysis of foreign and domestic patents for groundwater pollution technologies analysis. It was analyzed by utilizing two processes of patent map and paper analysis. The patents in Korea, USA, Japan, China, and Europe were searched. It was found that the number of patent for groundwater pollution was USA patent 44.3%, Japan patent 17.1%, China 13.3%, EU 1.9% and Korea patent 23.3%, respectively.

GIS에 의한 댐 유역 수질오염사고 평가 (The Assessment of Water Pollution Accident on Dam Watershed using GIS)

  • The water pollution such as oil spill from stream and river because of car accidents have been frequent cases in the watershed of Dam. However we don't have any simulation methods about flow modeling on the watershed and stream tree. In this study aims to analyze water pollution accidents area on impact range for ANDONG-Dam. The focused watershed and the risk range of path analysis model was designed by GIS database. The frequency of transportation accidents which may occur from road accidents in the level of quantitative and qualitative analysis to map flow analysis using ArcHydro Model and Open Geospatial Consortium(OGC) API. and the path way from the accident point to the reservoir stayed on the path was simulated. The area of risk accessment index was displayed with cell and grid of dam area.
