아파트 단지의 늦봄·여름철 인간 열환경 분석 - 서울특별시 강서구 마곡동 - (Analysis of Human Thermal Environment in an Apartment Complex in Late Spring and Summer - Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul-)

  • 서울에 위치한 아파트 단지의 인간 열환경을 정량적으로 분석하여 조경 및 도시 계획에서 인체 열 관련 스트레스를 개선할 수 있는 방법을 알아보고자 하였다. 늦봄과 여름철에 6지점[아파트중심지점, 옥상(시멘트)지점, 옥상(녹화)지점, 운동장지점, 가로수길 지점, 어린이놀이터지점]에서 미기후 자료(기온, 상대습도, 풍속, 태양 및 지구복사에너지)를 측정하여 인간 열환경지수인 PET와 UTCI를 분석하여 보았다. 늦봄과 여름철 모두 어린이놀이터지점에서 가장 높은 열환경을, 옥상(녹화)지점이 가장 낮은 열환경을 보였다. 두 지점 간 평균 차이를 비교해 보면, 기온 0.8~1.1℃, 상대습도 1.8~4.0%, 평균복사온도 7.5~8.0℃의 차이를 보였다. 풍속은 오픈스페이스 지점들에서 0.4~0.5 ms-1 더 빨랐으며, 아파트중심지점에서는 오후에 빌딩풍 현상도 나타났다. 최대 차이를 보인 어린이놀이터지점과 옥상(녹화)지점 간 인간 열환경지수 PET와 UTCI의 차이는 평균적으로 늦봄 5.2℃(최대 11.7℃) 여름철 5.4℃(최대 18.1℃) PET, 늦봄 3.0℃(최대 6.1℃) 여름철 2.6℃(최대 9.8℃) UTCI를 보였다. 이것은 평균적으로 PET에서는 약 1단계, UTCI에서는 1/2단계의 열환경지수 저감 효과를 보였으며, 최대 차이로는 PET에서는 2~3단계, UTCI에서는 1~1.5단계의 매우 큰 차이를 보였다. 또한, 옥상녹화의 효과[옥상(시멘트)지점과 옥상(녹화)지점 간의 차이]는 평균적으로 늦봄 4.6℃ PET와 2.5℃ UTCI, 여름철 4.4℃ PET와 2.0℃ UTCI 저감 효과를 보여, PET에서 2/3단계, UTCI에서 1/3단계의 개선 효과를 보여 주었다. 통계학적으로는 그린 인프라 지점인 옥상(녹화)지점, 운동장지점, 가로수길 지점은 PET와 UTCI에서 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타나, 모두 열환경 개선 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 그린 인프라를 이용한 옥상녹화, 잔디포장, 가로수식재 적용을 통한 인간 열환경 개선 방안을 조경계획 및 설계에 반드시 도입하여야 할 것이다.

영아교사의 긍정적 놀이신념이 영아와의 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 물리적 환경수준의 중재효과 (The Moderating Effect of the Physical Environmental-level Between Infant Teachers' Positive Play Beliefs and Teacher-infant Interaction)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderate effect of the physical environmental-level between infant teachers' positive play beliefs and teacher-infant interaction. Methods: The subjects of this study were 483 teachers in charge of one-year-old and two-year-old infants in child care centers located in metropolitan areas. The data were collected by asking the teachers to respond to a questionnaire and the data collected were analyzed through correlation and hierarchical multi- regression analysis. Results: First, the positive play beliefs of the infant teacher, the physical environment level, and the teacher-infant interaction showed significant proportional correlations. Second, the physical environment level moderated the influence of the teacher's positive play beliefs on teacher-infant interaction. In particular, results showed that functional interior space configuration, outdoor playground composition and facilities among the sub-variables of the physical environment level had a moderating effect. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study show that teachers with positive play beliefs have positive teacher-infant interaction when there is sufficient space available for infants and teachers. This indicates that the human and physical environments of child care centers can promote teacher-child interaction.

주택성능등급 인정 사례의 부문별 평가 결과 분석 (Analysis on Results evaluated by "Housing Performance Grading System" in Korea)

  • The government is enacted "Housing Performance Grading Indication System" from qualitative housing supply policy and performance of housing under the background of looking for new plan to secure good housing stock and housing performance. This system consists of 5 main performance section, 14 performance categories and 20 detailed performance items. 5 main performance parts are sound insulation related grading(Light-weight impact sound insulation, heavy-weight floor impact sound insulation, noise emission in bathroom, airborne sound insulation for wall between units), Long-life housing related grading(flexibility, remodeling & maintenance, durability), environment related grading(landscape, indoor air quality and ventilation, energy performance), Living environment related grading(common resident facilities such as playground and consideration for the socially underprivileged such as the aged), Fire fire prevention grading(fire fire prevention). The purpose of this research is to analyze characteristics and assessment results of 20 detailed performance items on "Housing Performance Grading Indication System" which was enforced 240 cases from Jan 9th, 2006 to Sep 30th, 2010. The analysis of approval condition of detailed performance items will be important comments for understanding the current domestic level and development of technology.

  • Family day care centers, in apartment complexes, which are popular in korea, have merits as day care centers for young children due to their homey environments, closeness to children's homes, and available outdoor playground utilizing open space in the complexes. Thus, It is great potential to develop design guideline of family day care in apartment which are in demand now, The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for develop of design guideline family day care center. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate important the point of issues that influence the development of design family day care center. The study of the point of issues are environment behavior, Murtha & Lee' User Benefit Criteria, and Pattern theory. As a result, this study provide basic data of develop design guideline of family day care and important data of next study.

Secret Key Generation Using Reciprocity in Ultra-wideband Outdoor Wireless Channels

  • To investigate schemes of secret key generation from Ultra-wideband (UWB) channel, we study a statistical characterization of UWB outdoor channel for a campus playground scenario based on extensive measurements. Moreover, an efficient secret key generation mechanism exploiting multipath relative delay is developed, and verification of this algorithm is conducted in UWB Line-of-sight (LOS) outdoor channels. For the first time, we compare key-mismatch probability of UWB indoor and outdoor environments. Simulation results demonstrate that the number of multipath proportionally affects key generation rate and key-mismatch probability. In comparison to the conventional method using received signal strength (RSS) as a common random source, our mechanism achieves better performance in terms of common secret bit generation. Simultaneously, security analysis indicates that the proposed scheme can still guarantee security even in the sparse outdoor physical environment free of many reflectors.

초고층 주상복합아파트 거주자의 주거만족도 (The Residential Satisfaction of Residents in High-rise Mixed-use Apartments)

  • This study investigates residents' living satisfaction with high-rise, mixed-use apartments built in the structures of reinforced concrete construction(RC) and with steel framed, reinforced concrete construction(SRC). The following study results were obtained: 1) Residents expressed below average satisfaction (below 3.0) with the common-area landscape and environmentally-friendly factors, children's playground and its facilities, community service for residents' by the management offices and utility plan. 2) According to the satisfaction of sound environment, residents of the SRC group expressed above average satisfaction. It can be concluded that noise problems around the residential area of the SRC group was well solved in this study. However, the residents of the SRC group expressed low satisfaction with the freshness of indoor air, humidity, and smell in the living quarters. 3) High-rise, mixed-use apartments should accommodate a familial life cycle, be designed as an environmentally friendly resting place in harmony with city life, and provide various communal programs for residents.

  • This study is to investigate residents' living satisfaction with high-rise mixed-use apartment complexes built in the structures of the reinforced concrete constructing and the steel framed reinforced concrete construction. The results of this study were obtained as follows: 1.   • The purpose of this study is analyzing temporal flow about 20 detailed performance items in the "Housing Performance Grading Indication System". This study try to figure out situations according grade in detailed performance item and to analyze change item about 112 cases(2 cases in 2006, 15 cases in 2007, 46 cases in 2008, 49 cases in 2009), from January 9, 2006 which system is undertaken, to October, 2009. This system consists of 5 main performance section, 14 performance categories and 20 detailed performance items. 5 main performance parts are Noise and Acoustics(Light-weight impact sound control, heavy-weight impact sound control, sound control of toilet, sound control of party wall), Long-life(flexibility, remodeling & maintenance, durability), Landscape & Indoor Environment(landscape, formaldehyde control & ventilation, daylighting, thermal environment), Welfare & Barrier-free(playground and community center, welfare space, barrier-free design), Fire Safety(fire safety, safe place, fire-resisting quality). Total efficiency about housing can understand systematically of 20 perfomance items though this research.

도시 저소득층 맞벌이 가정의 공유공간과 육아지원서비스에 대한 요구 분석 (An Analysis of Needs for Community Space and Child-care Supporting Services in Urban Dual Low-income Families)

  • Although the number of dual low-income families continues to increase, working mothers are suffering from difficulties from housework and child rearing due to the economic difficulties and poor residential environment. By understanding the needs about community space and child-care support services, this study will look into planning cooperative child-care environments for dual low-income families with infants and children. Through purposive sampling this research targeted 151 dual income families with an average monthly income level of 1-3 in Seoul. The collected data was analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and independent sample t-test using SPSS. The research results are as follows: According to the review, respondents responded positively to cooperative child-care. Out of the 20 general community spaces, the need for an indoor playground, recreation room, day nursery, separate garbage and reading room ranked high. Overall, 21 child-care community spaces and 11 child-care support services were generally rated highly.

  • The purpose of this study is a proposal about the flexibility of the performance category to revitalize the "Housing Performance Grading Indication System". This system consists of 5 main performance parts, 14 performance categories and 20 detailed performance lists. 5 main performance parts are Noise and Acoustics(Light-weight impact sound control, heavy-weight impact sound control, sound control of toilet, sound control of party wall), Long-life(flexibility, remodeling & maintenance, durability), Landscape & Indoor Environment(landscape, formaldehyde control& ventilation, daylighting, thermal environment), Welfare & Barrier-free(playground and community center, welfare space, barrier-free design), Fire Safety(fire safety, safe place, fire-resisting quality). The flexibility of the performance category is conformed to Long-life housing related grading and can realize the Long-life housing in response to resident needs about the space rearrangement. Now, The flexibility of the performance category is limited to the evaluation of the private space, that is, the Skeleton evaluation. This study would suggest alternatives to improve uppermost limits through analyzing 60 examples from January 9th 2009 to October 30th 2008. The flexibility of the performance category is possible to estimate not only the Skeleton evaluation but also the Infill evaluation in response to social changes.
