유아의 놀이성, 놀이주도성 및 의사소통능력 수준에 따른 놀이행동 (The Differences in Children's Play Behavior according to the Level of their Playfulness, Leadership and Communicative Ability)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in children's play behaviors in terms of their levels of playfulness, leadership and communicative ability. The subjects were 152 children aged between 3 and 4, and their 20 teachers at 10 child care centers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The results of this study suggested that play behaviors were related to the level of playfulness, leadership and communicative ability in 3 and 4 years old children. Among these children, those who scored highly in terms of their playfulness, leadership and communicative ability were involved more frequently in both 'group play' and 'symbolic play' whereas those who achieved lower scores were more frequently involved in 'solitary play' and 'functional play'. However, in case of 'constructive play', significant results were not found in relation to the independent variables named in this study. 'Parallel play' and 'games with rules' were the only categories within which the findings revealed that children's play behaviors have shown different patterns according to the age of the child and to the levels of those three independent variables mentioned above.

조직시민행동이 종업원 인게이지먼트 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour on Employee Engagement and the Intention to quit)

  • 본 연구에서는 그동안 연구되지 않았던 조직시민행동이 결과변수가 아닌 원인변수로서 종업원 인게이지먼트(직무몰입, 조직몰입)에 미치는 영향뿐 아니라 최종적으로 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 실증 분석 결과 밝혀진 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직시민행동의 5가지 하위요인 중 이타주의 행동과 예의있는 행동은 직무몰입에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 양심적 행동, 참여적 행동, 정정당당한 행동이 직무몰입에 영향을 미치며, 그중 참여적 행동이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 종업원 조직몰입에는 조직시민행동 요인 중 참여적 행동, 정정당당한 행동만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 그 중 참여적 행동이 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 조직시민행동 요인 중 참여적 행동과 정정당당한 행동이 종업원 인게이지먼트 모두에 영향을 미치며, 그중 참여적 행동의 영향이 더욱 크다고 나타났다. 셋째, 조직시민행동 요인 중 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 참여적 행동뿐인 것으로 나타났다. 즉 이타주의 행동, 양심적 행동, 예의있는 행동, 정정당당한 행동은 이직의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 조직시민행동의 요인 중 참여적 행동과 정정당당한 행동은 종업원 인게이지먼트 모두에 영향을 미치고, 더욱 큰 영향을 미치는 참여적 행동은 이직의도에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다. 기업은 생산성 향상에 직접 영향을 미치는 종업원 인게이지먼트 증대를 위해서 뿐 아니라 조직 및 생산성에 부정적 영향을 미치는 이직의도를 감소시키기 위해서 종업원들의 참여적 행동을 높일 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다. 결국, 조직은 조직구성원들이 책임감을 가지고 업무에 열정과 헌신으로 기여할 수 있는 환경조성이 매우 중요하다.

  • The purpose of this study is presented playground space for early childhood facilities. Describes whether any development of children, and how to respond in accordance with each of the activities. The infants and toddlers life cycle is a continuation of play. Toddlers to play is the essence of life itself, through play, the world embracing and digestive, raising ideas and emotions expressed through play. It is time that paves the growth of infants age children. And equipped with personality, values, emotions, attitudes, play a very important role in this process. Play it delivers, it can not learning education. Sympathetic and experience through play, and be equipped to allow the personality, social, physical. So, we have an obligation required to provide adequate facilities and play so that children can grow properly. In this paper, from the limited play space and is listed on the importance alive to give the children a sense of space to get the sympathetic. And, analysis shown about affect for children each play, and space. In this paper, we performed a study is Performed a case studies of and domestic kindergarten and foreign kindergarten where the differences between the various lists and how to derive a plan for solving the problem by comparison and analysis were performed.

공감과 수용에 초점을 둔 부모놀이치료의 추후효과 (Follow-up Effects of Filial Play Therapy : Empathy and Acceptance)

  • This study included 12 mothers and their 5-year-old children. Over 5 weeks, mothers participated in 2 hours filial therapy training twice a week, and 30 minutes special play at home once a week. Each mother was videotaped playing with her child and completed three self-report instruments : Parental Acceptance Scale(Porter, 1954), Parenting Stress Index(Abidin, 1990), and Child Behavior Checklist(Oh et al., 1997). These measurements were taken three times : before, immediately after, and 8 weeks after the program. Enhanced empathic interaction and parental acceptance level through filial play therapy training was maintained 8 weeks after the training. Eight weeks after the training, child's behavior problems were significantly reduced in comparison to immediately after the training.

  • This case study was designed to test the effect of eclectic play therapy with parent's counseling and education programs for aggressive 2 years old boy. It was found that the boy had some important problems about emotion control ability, social problem-solving skill, and basic daily living practices adding to aggressive behavior. After the treatment of 10 sessions which taken once in a week, he showed much improved ability about emotion control, social problem-solving skill and basic daily living practices, and didn't show any more aggressive behavior without proper reason. 부모교육으로서의 부모놀이치료 효과에 대한 연구 (Effectiveness of Filial Play Therapy as Parent Education)

  • This study on filial play therapy training as parent education included 12 experimental group mothers, 11 control group mothers, and their 5-year-old children. Over 5 weeks, experimental group mothers received 2 hours filial therapy training 10 times, twice a week, and 30 minutes home special play 4 times, once a week. Each mother was videotaped playing with her child and completed three self-report instruments : Parental Acceptance Scale(Porter, 1954), Parenting Stress Index(Abidin, 1990), and Child Behavior Checklist(Oh et al., 1997) before and after the training. Pre- and post-test data was analyzed by paired-t test. Filial play therapy training enhanced empathy in adult-child interaction during free play. Significant increases appeared in parental acceptance level of child's feeling and autonomy.

아동 또래 놀이행동 척도(PIPPS)의 국내적용을 위한 타당한 연구 (Validation of the Penn Interactive Peer Play Scale for Korean Children)

  • Participants in this study of the validity and reliability of PIPPS (Penn Interactive Peer Play Scale; Fantuzzo et al., 1998) for Korean children were 248 5-to 6-year - old children and 11 teachers. Instruments included the Peer Rating Scale(PRS; Singleton et al., 1979), Social Competence and Behavior Evaluation (SCBE; LaFreniere & Dumas, 1995), and Preschool Behavior Questionnaire (PBQ; Behar & Stringfield, 1974). The structure of PIPPS resulted in 3 factors, 'play disruption', 'play interaction', and 'play disconnection' with 30 items similar to the original PIPPS factors. Validity was evidenced by inter-correlations among sub-factors and by correlations between PIPPS and criterion measures. PIPPS scores were validated by ratings from PRS, SCBE and PBQ sub-areas scores. Cronbach's a reliability of PIPPS factors ranged from .88 to .92.

Comparison of three behavior modification techniques for management of anxious children aged 4-8 years

  • Background: An inability to cope with threatening dental stimuli, i.e., sight, sound, and sensation of airotor, manifests as anxiety and behavioral management problems. Behavior modification techniques involving pre-exposure to dental equipment will give children a first-hand experience of their use, sounds, and clinical effects. The aim of this study was to compare the techniques of Tell-Show-Play-doh, a smartphone dentist game, and a conventional Tell-Show-Do method in the behavior modification of anxious children in the dental operatory. Methods: Sixty children in the age group of 4-8 years, with Frankl's behavior rating score of 2 or 3, requiring Class I and II cavity restorations were divided into three groups. The groups were Group 1: Tell-Show-Play-doh; Group 2: smartphone dentist game; and Group 3: Tell-Show-Do technique and each group comprised of 20 children. Pulse rate, Facial Image Scale (FIS), Frankl's behavior rating scale, and FLACC (Face, Leg, Activity, Cry, Consolability) behavior scales were used to quantify anxious behavior. Operator compliance was recorded through a validated questionnaire. Results: The results showed lower mean pulse rates, lower FIS and FLACC scores, higher percentage of children with Frankl's behavior rating score of 4, and better operator compliance in both the Tell-Show-Play-doh and smartphone dentist game groups than in the conventional Tell-Show-Do group. Conclusion: The Tell-Show-Play-doh and smartphone dentist game techniques are effective tools to reduce dental anxiety in pediatric patients.

유아의 창의성과 또래놀이행동이 놀이영역 선호에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Children's Creativity and Peer Play Behaviors on Play Area Preference)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국가 수준의 종단 연구 자료인 한국아동패널 자료를 활용하여 유아가 선호하는 놀이영역을 예측하는 변인들의 관계를 탐색하여 유아의 놀이행동에 대한 이해를 증진시키고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 유아의 성을 통제변인으로 설정하고 창의성과 또래놀이행동이 유아의 놀이영역 선호에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보았다. 본 연구에서 밝힌 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 유아의 성에 따라 창의성, 또래놀이행동, 놀이영역 선호의 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 창의성과 또래놀이행동이 놀이영역 선호에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 쌓기놀이영역 선호집단을 기준으로 할 때 언어영역, 미술영역, 수조작놀이영역, 역할놀이영역 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아의 놀이영역 선호에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 탐색하여 유아의 놀이행동을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고 있다는 점에서 시사하는 바가 크다.

Game Bot Detection Approach Based on Behavior Analysis and Consideration of Various Play Styles

  • An approach for game bot detection in massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs) based on the analysis of game playing behavior is proposed. Since MMORPGs are large-scale games, users can play in various ways. This variety in playing behavior makes it hard to detect game bots based on play behaviors. To cope with this problem, the proposed approach observes game playing behaviors of users and groups them by their behavioral similarities. Then, it develops a local bot detection model for each player group. Since the locally optimized models can more accurately detect game bots within each player group, the combination of those models brings about overall improvement. Behavioral features are selected and developed to accurately detect game bots with the low resolution data, considering common aspects of MMORPG playing. Through the experiment with the real data from a game currently in service, it is shown that the proposed local model approach yields more accurate results.
