About a centry passed since christianity had been transmitted to our country. Now that christians outnumbers 5 millions. Christian home education are supposed to have exerted great influenced on the personality nature of children. Therefore, this study is aimed at determing the difference between the christian family and non-christian family in view of the personality development of children. Do it explain in detail : 1. To analize the development of children's personality nature. 2. To know the difference of development of the children's personality nature between christian and non-christian family. 3. To find out an educational means to programs the desirable personality nature of children. This research worker established bypothesis for getting above purpose as follows. Hypothesis A. Is there any difference in the personality development between the children of christian and non-christian family. hypothesis B. Development of personality nature will have a gab according to sex. To this end research worker carried out personality test around 200 persons on 4th grades of primary school. The result is as follows ; Hypothesis A-there will be difference in the personality development between the children of christian family and non christian family. The children of christian family showed higher development of reflectiveness as A, 1 emotional stability and reflectiveness as A , 2, emotional stability as A, 3 then the children of non christian family, and mostly is showed a little of fifference, so this hypothesis was denied. Hypothesis B-there will be difference in the personality development between man's and women's group. In this hypothesis boys chowd higher development of general activity and domonance as B, 1, general activity and dominance and impulsiveness as B, 2, activity and dominance and emotional activity and impulsi veness as B, 3, then girls so this hypothesis was accepted.

With the help of information technology for a film, characteris both the composition of the story and one of the most important elements that lead the story. Character has a close relationship with personality description, and the character's age, background, education, and occupation help decide his or her personality. Charades are important in that by describing a character's psychology using charade techniques, it gives a stronger impression than by describing with merely lines or narration. When a man's thought changes, their behavior changes; when a behavior is repeated, it becomes habit; when a habit is repeated, it becomes nature. The nature is the person's personality, otherwise called character. Therefore, charade techniques describe a character's psychology well, and consequently, it has maintained its importance. Because human nature and in-depth psychological description have a connection with a character's personality development, I would like to discuss the topic through this research. By using Director Shunji Iwai's "April Story" as the text, the effects of charade techniques on a character's personality development in film will be analyzed by seeking and presenting the methodology shown within the work through charade-acting techniques used by the characters for the development of character's personality.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and needs on development of lecture to promote creative personality of pre-service teachers. The subjects were 161 students in 4th grade in early childhood education department. The questionnaire was composed of 3 items of 'recognition of creativity personality lecture' and 7 items of 'demand of development for creativity personality lecture'. The data was analyzed frequency and percentage by descriptive statistics. In the results, first, most of pre-service teachers recognized the importance on development of creativity personality lecture, and support of 'development and application of creativity personality lecture'. They recognized that creativity personality lecture was effective. Second, more than half of them responded that they would take creativity personality lecture, and this lecture was most appropriate 2 courses and 3 hours 10 weeks per semester. They demanded a lot of propensity element among creativity education elements, convergence classes in various fields, teaching medium for 'movie and music', and 'portfolio evaluation'.

This study was conducted to understand media and cultivate personality by using media as data for personality education. To achieve this purpose, the Personality Education Promotion Act and the Korea Educational Development Institute's personality virtues were selected as educational elements, and a personality education program using media was developed in combination with the middle school curriculum. For this study, first, in order to extract personality virtues, 13 personality virtues were finally selected as educational elements by comparing and synthesizing the personality virtues of the Personality Education Promotion Act and the Korea Education Development Institute. The final personality virtues selected are self-esteem, courage, sincerity, self-regulation, wisdom, consideration, communication, courtesy, social responsibility, cooperation, citizenship, justice, and respect for human rights. Second, in order to select media and set the direction of development of personality education programs, the process of collecting media data was confirmed, and the direction and goal of the program were set by analyzing the middle school curriculum. Third, in order to propose a method of applying a personality education program using media, the personality grafting unit was selected by referring to the commentary on all subjects of the 2015 revised curriculum.

The purpose of this study is to develop a personality education program for university students based on animation. The selection of the animation media to be used in the character education program to cultivate the eight core value virtues, eg, efficacy, honesty, responsibility, respect, consideration, communication and cooperation, Based on the eight elements of self - identity of college students, such as job, religion, politics, philosophical lifestyle, friendship, heterosexuality, gender roles and leisure activities. The process of developing personality education program model and activity based on animation of this college student is as follows. The necessity of developing personality education program for college students, Setting basic direction of character education program based on animation, Selection of animation media, Development of personality education program model based on animation, Development of personality education program activity based on animation of self identification, And finalization of personality education program based on final animation. In this study, a total of 16 characters were developed according to the sub - factors of self - identity in the personality education program of university students based on animation.

This study aimed at identifying a differences of the factors affecting personality of multicultural and non-multicultural household adolescent in rural area. The major findings that were drawn from this study were as follows. Frist, the level of personality perceived by non-multicultural household adolescent was higher than it of the multicultural household adolescent significantly. Second, the regression analysis showed that the factors affecting personality was different between multicultural and non-multicultural household adolescent in rural area. The scholastic performance(${\beta}=.23$), namely, affected most significantly the personality perceived by adolescent of multicultural household, and the immersing time in internet game per one day(${\beta}=-.27$), on the other hand, affected most significantly the personality perceived by adolescent of non-muticultural household. In conclusion, based on results of this study, several plans improving the personality of the rural multicultural and non-multicultural household adolescent were suggested.

In this article, we review research on how normal personality traits and personality disorder traits may relate to anxiety disorders ; as predisposing factors, 2) as complications, 3) as pathoplastic factors, and 4) as manifestations of common underlying etiologies. Based on current literatures, we draw a conclusion as follows : 1) Normal personality traits such as high neuroticism and low extraversion and personality disorder traits, especially cluster C traits, are at least risk factors for certain anxiety disorders ; 2) Anxiety disorders in early life might influence a later development of personality disorder ; 3) Personality disorder traits may have negative influence on the outcome of anxiety disorders ; 4) Personality and anxiety disorders may be manifestations of common genetic and environmental etiologies.

Selection of a suitable task from the extensively available large set of tasks is an intricate job for the developers in crowdsourcing software development (CSD). Besides, it is also a tiring and a time-consuming job for the platform to evaluate thousands of tasks submitted by developers. Previous studies stated that managerial and technical aspects have prime importance in bringing success for software development projects, however, these two aspects can be more effective and conducive if combined with human aspects. The main purpose of this paper is to present a conceptual framework for task assignment model for future research on the basis of personality types, that will provide a basic structure for CSD workers to find suitable tasks and also a platform to assign the task directly. This will also match their personality and task. Because personality is an internal force which whittles the behavior of developers. Consequently, this research presented a Task Assignment Model (TAM) from a developers point of view, moreover, it will also provide an opportunity to the platform to assign a task to CSD workers according to their personality types directly.

This study aims to develop a diagnostic tool that can measure nine personality types of the enneagram types based on the theoretical content of enneagram to measure personality as a human factor among various factors that affect to performance for maximizing organization and individual's performance. We have develeped measure items to figure out 9 enneagram types. Since first of September of to 30th August 2011, we had a preliminary survey with total 842 students in zed the data. Based on the results of the analysis of preliminary invmiddle and high school and analyestigation, we made a Enneagram Personality Type Inventory for Young People with a total of 144 selected questions. 4,008 middle and high students across the country were surveyed and had statistical analysis with the data. The data shows Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was from .77 to .86 for the 9 types. This diagnostic tool developed with this study will help students can understand, develop and grow themselves, also this can be useful in coaching and counseling areas like Personality, career, academic, career and leadership development.

It is known that the personality is the crucial factor in the treatment outcome of depression. The authors tried to identify the results of such studies and various components which determine the treatment outcome of depression. Nearly 60 papers published between the year 1990 and 2000 about the treatment of depression and personality were reviewed. Among them about 30 papers were selected to compare the research methods, results and discussions. The arguments and critics of the papers were discussed. In the many debates, the authors admitted the fact that premorbid personality trait influences the treatment outcome of depression negatively regardless of treatment method. Subtyping of depression is feasible along the presence of good or bad predictors of treatment outcome for depression. Differentiation of depression and personality seems to have no problem, however test of personality state before the development of psychiatric disorder such as depression is not amenable. For example, cluster A personality trait is often misunderstood as depression in clinical setting. In some cases cognitive behavioral therapy is effective in the treatment of depression accompanying personality disorder. The authors insist that the analysis of personality in the dimensional aspect rather than in the categorical aspect gives more information in the research of personality influencing the treatment outcome of depression. In addition, the reason why we understand the relationship between depression and personality were discussed.
