The existing remote control system have some inherent disadvantage of direct control in the limit range. In some special cases, for example, a power apparatus, an unmanned factory, a nuclear factory, a security management system, the tele-operation is needed to control remote robot without limit space. This field is based on the Internet communication. Because the Internet is constructed all over the world. And it is possible that we control remote mobile robot in the long distance. In this paper, we developed a remote control system. This system is divided into two primary parts. These are local site and remote site. There are the moving robot and web server in the remote site and there is the robot control device in local site. The moving robot is moved by two stepper motors and the robot control device consists of SA-1100 micro controller and embedded Linux. And this controller is an embedded system. Public personal computer which is connected the Internet is used for the web server. The web server provides the mobile robot control interface program to the remote controller and captures the image for feedback information. In the whole system, a robot control device is connected with moving robot and web server through the Internet. So the operator can control the moving robot in the distance through the Internet.

무선 통신 기술이 모바일 기기들에 속속 도입됨에 따라 개인의 프라이버시도 침해 당할 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 그한 예로 오스카 수상식에 참석한 패리스 힐튼의 스마트폰이 스웨덴 해커들에 의해 해킹 당하는 일이 발생했다. 본논문에서는 어떤 종류의 개인정보들이 침해 사건처럼 해커들에 의해 노출될 수 있는지 탐구하였다. 본 연구를 수행하면서, 모바일 기기의 플래시메모리에 어떤 종류의 정보가 저장되어 있는지 검사하기 위한 기술적인 분석은 기기마다 독점적인 방식으로 제조되었기 때문에 기술적으로 거의 불가능임을 알게 되었다. 저장된 내용을 검사하기 위한 범용 도구를 발견할 수 없었다. 이러한 기술적인 어려움을 인식함에 따라, 개인정보에 관련된 의식수준을 알기 위해 설문지에 의한 조사를 실시하게 되었다. 설문조사는 가장 정평이 나있는 온라인 조사 사이트 월드 서베이에서 시행했다. 응답 결과에서 열명 중 아홉 명이 개인 주소와 같은 정보를 저장한다는 놀라운 사실을 발견하였다. 전화번호, 성명, 개인계좌번호와 같은 정보들도 저장한다는 것이 밝혀졌다.

The maintenance cost plays a important role to plan the scale of the apartment housing such as a number of household, building area and building type. Therefore, it is required to forecast the cost considering various maintenance characteristics. The maintenance characteristics are floor area, number of household, heating type, site area and etc.. In addition, the maintenance cost are classified into 5 area. These are a personal expense, facility maintenance cost, energy and water cost, insurance and sanitary cost. These five cost area are related with various characteristics and brought up the estimation model using the stepwise multiple regression analysis. The energy and heating cost share over the 50% in the total cost and the personal expense cost shares about 40%. The personal expense cost per area is 5,272 won/$m^2{\cdot}yr$ irregardless of heating type and the district heating type is a higher cost than other type. In facility maintenance cost, the central heating type is 2,015 won/$m^2{\cdot}yr$ and higher than other type. The estimation models have good statistics in each model. Most of the model have a determination coefficient over 0.7 and Durbin Watson value between 1.5 and 2.5.

이 연구는 최근, 대학도서관 뿐만 아니라 특수ㆍ전문도서관 등에서도 자주 나타나고 있는 PDL의 등장 배경과 지식기반사회에서 PDL의 개념이 어떻게 형성되었는가를 살펴보았다. 또한, 이와 관련한 사례들을 함께 살펴봄으로써 현행 PDL 개념의 확장에 관한 발전적 제안을 발견하게 되었는데, 이것은 향후, 이용자 중심의 PDL모형을 개발하는데 있어 중요한 기초 자료가 될 것이라 생각한다. 이 연구에서 밝혀진 PDL모형 개발시 유의점은 다음과 같다. \circled1 개인화가 발생하게 된 사회 환경의 변화에 그 의미를 찾아야 한다. \circled2 제공되어지는 콘텐츠는 제한을 두지 않아야 한다. \circled3 개인의 요구조건을 충분히 만족할 수 있는 시스템이어야 한다 \circled4 시스템구현 방법은 공개적이어야 하며, 계속적인 지원이 가능하도록 오픈소스 개념으로 개발되어져야 한다.

This study is to examine how big data collects user's information and is used; the status quo of exposures of user's information, and various measures of self-control by the user. This study is also to look their ethical issues and discuss problems of privacy concerning big data. As a way for users to self-control their information, they need to check the log-in state of web portal sites and set up their account so that customized advertisement and location information cannot be tracked. When posting a blog, the value of posting should be controlled. When becoming a member of a web site, users must check the access terms before agreement and beware of chained agreements and/or membership joins in order to control the exposure of their personal information. To prevent information abuse through big data through which user's information is collected and analyzed, all users must have the right to control, block or allow personal information. For an individual to have the right to control over his information, users must understand the concept of user's information and practice ethics accompanied by newly given roles in the Internet space, which will lead to the establishment of the sound and mature information society on the Internet.

The best 'hub' to communicate with the citizen is using social media to marketing the business. However, there has several issued and the most common issue that face in critical is a capital issue. This issue is always highlight because most of automatic sentiment detection tool for Facebook or any other social media price is expensive and they lack of technical skills in order to control the tool. Therefore, in directly they have some obstacle to get faster product's feedback from customers. Thus, the personal online retailing need to struggle to stay in market because they need to compete with successful online company such as G-market. Sentiment analysis also known as opinion mining. Aim of this research is develop the tool that allow user to automatic detect the sentiment comment on social media account. RAD model methodology is chosen since its have several phases could produce more activities and output. Soppy tool will be develop using Microsoft Visual. In order to generate an accurate sentiment detection, the functionality testing will be use to find the effectiveness of this Soppy tool. This proposed automated Soppy Tool would be able to provide a platform to measure the impact of the customer sentiment over the postings on their social media site. The results and findings from the impact measurement could then be use as a recommendation in the developing or reviewing to enhance the capability and the profit to their personal online retailing company.

최근 인터넷을 통해 개인정보 유출사례가 빈번히 발생하고 있으며, 한번 유출된 개인정보는 회수 변경이 어렵고, 명의도용 사기 등 제3의 범죄로 까지 이어지고 있어 국가차원의 대책 마련이 요구된다. 현재 각 포털사(社) 쇼핑몰 등 인터넷 사업자는 회원 가입시 개인정보를 무분별하게 수집하고 있으며 제대로 된 보안관리가 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황은 시간이 지날수록 해커가 공격할 수 있는 취약 요인의 수만 증가 시킬 뿐이며 보안 관리 범위도 통제할 수 없게 된다. 또한 국내 외 해커들은 금전적 이득을 얻기 위해 개인정보를 선호하고 있어 향후에도 개인정보 유출 사고는 지속 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 논문에서 인터넷 회원가입을 위해 수집하는 개인정보 보안 관리 실태를 살펴보고 유출된 개인정보를 인터넷에서 재사용할 수 없도록 하는 공인인증서 기반 개인 인증체계 개선 모델을 제안하기로 한다.

Construction sites have gradually become bigger and bigger according to Korea economic growth. Also use of tower crane and other heavy equipment has been increased. The increased use of heavy equipment like tower crane is leading to fatality incident. This study will verify hazards to influence tower crane incident through structural and positive verification and find which hazard influence incident risk. The result of this study is as follows. First, while there is a significant difference between safety managers and tower crane operators for working environment, safety management, personal manage among risk factors, we can not find any evidence on the difference in perception of tower crane incident risk between them. Second, task manage risk and personal manage risk has a significant positive effect on perception of tower crane incident risk. Third, while site environment risk has a significant positive moderating effect of task type between risk factors and perception of tower crane incident risk, personal environment risk has a significant negative moderating effect between them.

본 논문에서는 최적화 알고리즘인 PSO를 이용하여 한국인의 생활자계 노출실태 조사 시 확보한 16세 이하의 미취학 아동, 초등학생, 중학생 실측 데이터베이스를 활용하여, 자계노출의 정도를 실측에 의하지 않고 추정할 수 있는 '24시간 소아고노출 생활자계 추정식'을 개발하였다. 24시간 개인자계 노출량 추정식의 입력 데이터는 성, 연령, 주거형태, 주거지 크기, 선로이격거리 및 송전전압을 사용하였다. 그리고 16세 이하에 대해서 24시간 고노출 개인자계 노출분포, 자계노출의 특성, 특정 조건별 자계노출특성 등을 분석하였다.

Recently PDA(Personal Digital Assistance) can be purchased at a lower cost than ever before. Therefore, it can be effectively used in various ways such as a personal information management system and wireless mobile internet application. Manufacturers of PDA try to develope various application modules for its extensive utilizations. In this work, a CF typed GPS and data logger module for PDA is designed. It can give us valuable informations about the precise position of measuring site and corresponding sensor values. The proposed CF module can make it possible for PDA to be used as a hand-held measurement device.
