Biometrics is one of promising future technologies within personal identification area, and its application stretches to other variety industry site. Therefore it is necessary to test whether these products are implemented in conformance withe the BioAPI international standard specification. This paper presents the specific construction and application examples of BioAPI v2.0 conformance test suite according to the method described in ISO/IEC 24709. The problems and experience that have been discovered in the construction are described. Three BSP products claiming conformance to BioAPI was tested by proposed the test methodology and tools.

In this paper. we offer a new monitoring system that controls all of the windfar. it can also apply use general wind turbine systems and real meteorological tower. We propose a hierarchical releiable monitoring system connected by wireless communication channels between monitoring host computer and modular slave measuring subsystems. Our system has two hierarchical subsystems: slave measuring systems, and supervisory host computer. We design and implement that the slave measuring subsystems is placed in meteorological tower and wind turbines, and the supervisory host computer in safety zone, The micro-controller in slave measuring system is duplicated using cold-standby method for reliability. The host computer and slave system constructs a feedback system, with wireless communication channel between them. For monitoring and command function, the supervisory computer is implemented with a Personal Computer using graphic user interface. Consequently. we can get a reliable but economic system.

Of all wireless technologies for personal communications, CDMA(Code Devision Multiple Access) offers the best combination of good signal quality, high security and system reliability. CDMA2000 provides Internet and internet services for variable multimedia aplications. However, good educational CDMA web contents, which focus on the easy understability and good readability, are rare dute to the difficulties and the broad range of CDMA technologies. This content is developed based upon the following two aspects. First, a basic CDMA communication theoy, which contains much color figures and animation, is introduced combing the experimental results and corresponding explanations utilizing the information obtained by the TIMS CDMA equitments. It can improve the understabiliy virtual experience of the site visitors interested in the CDMA. Secondly, the recent CDMA coverage prediction and engineering technology is introduced using the RF plan tool C24 combined for the CDMA engineers

In this paper, we present design features, implementation, and validation of a satellite simulator subsystem for the Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite-2 (KOMPSAT-2). The satellite simulator subsystem is implemented on a personal computer to minimize costs and trouble on embedding onboard flight software into the simulator. An object-oriented design methodology is employed to maximize software reusability. Also, instead of a high-cost commercial database, XML is used for the manipulation of spacecraft characteristics data, telecommand, telemetry, and simulation data. The KOMPSAT-2 satellite simulator subsystem is validated by various simulations for autonomous onboard launch and early orbit phase operations, anomaly operation, and science fine mode operation. It is also officially verified by successfully passing various tests such as the satellite simulator subsystem test, mission control element system integration test, interface test, site installation test, and acceptance test.

본 논문은 상호참여형 CBM(Computer Based Multimedia) 기반의 원격지 방범시스템 기술에 관한 연구이고, 이는 방범진행중에 각 실의 모니터링을 통한 추가기능이 지원된다. 본 시스템은 ISDN 망을 이용한 센서에 의한 상황을 체킹하고 방범상황을 송신하게 된다. 본 원격지 방범시스템은 El/Tl 의 초고속정보통신망을 이용한 빠르고 안전한 시스템이다. 또한, 본 시스템은 ISDN 공중망을 이용한 방범시스템을 지원하고 있으며, 또한 모니터링 시스템은 방범시스템의 중앙 통제자에게 각 지역의 상황을 전송하여 모니터링하게 한다.

Nowadays, the explosive evolvement of Internet. which is referred to as EC, has been prevailing. That has given the chance all of the world consumers to contact all of the world companies to enter into business relationship. But, electronic commerce laws have been established per conventional jurisdiction. some legal issues take place in the field of cross-border electronic commerce, including the governing law and competent courts. In this situations, it is gradually and widely required to lay down the internationally harmonized electronic commerce legal framework. Now, there are a lot of legal issues assumed in EC, in this study, we studied three precedence problems concerning B2C: Consumer Protection Law regarding B2C, Personal Information Protection Law in Private Sector regarding B2C, Web Site Trust Mark System.

Airborne suspended particulate concentration in drilling sites of underground coal mines in Taebaek area was evaluated. And respirable coal dust exposure level was evaluated. Airborne suspended particulate mass include total suspended particle(TSP) and thoracic particle(TPM). TSP (by open-face filter holder) and TPM(by elutriator) concentration were determined by low volume air samplers. Personal air samplers were attached to the coal workers including drillers, coal cutters, and their assistants. Normality and log-normality of TSP, TPM, and respirable dust(RPM) concentration were tested by Kolmogorov-Smirnov one-sample test. Differences of means of TSP, TPM, and RPM concentration were tested by paired t-test. Relation between TSP, TPM, and RPM with pairs were tested by regression test and Pearson's correlation.

Responsible tourism has become an established area of the tourism industry. This study aims to identify the factors that influence re-participation in responsible tourism in rural Korea. On-site survey was conducted on 436 tourists by seven responsible tourism agencies in Korea. The motivation for responsible tourists was categorized into seven types: family togetherness, escape and relaxation, personal growth, social interaction, various experiences, learning, and natural experience. The estimation of a binary logistic regression model determined the characteristics of responsible tourists who are most likely to opt for re-participation in responsible tourism. Results indicated that important factors for re-participation in responsible tourism were 'age', 'educational level', 'accompany', 'length of stay', and 'motivation'. The results implied that tourists' internal and external factors are important for re-participation in responsible tourism. It is expected that this study will contribute to the market expansion of responsible tourism.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify predictors of quality of life in burn patients. The predictors of quality of life were the subject's characteristics(marriage, income, burn size, burn site, pain and functional limitation) and personal resources(self esteem and social support). Method: 96 burn subjects who were hospitalized participated in the study. The data analysed was with descriptive analysis, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Result: Burn patients who had a spouse and had higher levels of income, with smaller size of burn, no arm burn, with lower levels of pain and functional limitation, plus higher levels of self esteem and social support reported higher levels of quality of life(R2=0.5229). Conclusion: Based on the finding of this study, development of nursing intervention programs including reduction of pain and functional limitation, enhancing self esteem and social support can be suggested.

Services of Internet Banking available through the Internet are as follows. 1. credit card loans, personal loans. 2. high-yield financial products. 3. insurance products. 4. securities products. 5. Case study of Foreign Internet Banking(ING, BNP, HSNC, City Bank). The study reviewed fields, including financial services, customer service, Website formation and design, convenience of use and system safety, Internet Banking Model, and many related areas. Internet Banking earned high marks in most fields. This study review focuses on the following: Understanding and meeting consumer expectations for us ability, site performance and functionality. Integrating the Internet channel into overall marketing, product delivery and customer service strategies. Strategies to increase customer satisfaction with Internet Banking and to attract new Internet bankers. therefore this study review activity model concretion of Internet Banking Model and Case Study.
