연구 부정행위는 체육학 연구에서 지속돼야 할 연구주제이지만 연구 부정행위의 복잡한 매커니즘과 연구 진실성을 확보하기 위한 방안에 관한 연구는 미진한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 체육학에서의 연구부정행위의 발생원인 및 해결방안을 학계 구성원의 관점에서 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해서 근거이론 방법의 적용을 통해 13명의 학자 및 대학원생들에 집단인터뷰(focus group interview), 개인인터뷰(follow-up one-on-one interview), 서술적 설문조사(qualitative questionnaire)를 통하여 수집하였다. 연구결과 연구부정행위는 사회구조적(socio-political), 사회문화적(socio-cultural), 개인적(personal) 맥락에서 발생하는 것으로 인식되었으며, 해결 방안은 첫째, 위로부터의 변화(Top-down approach), 둘째, 아래로부터의 변화(Bottom-up approach), 셋째, 지속적인 교육 및 점검(Continuous education)의 변화가 제시되었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 제시된 경험적 지식이 체육학을 연구하는 개인 연구자의 연구윤리 의식 제고에 활용되고, 대학의 교육 및 학계 차원의 향후 노력들에 기초자료로 사용되어지기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 노인의 자원봉사활동 만족도(개인적 성취, 사회적활동, 사회적 책임)가 자아통합감(삶에 대한 태도, 현재 생활 만족, 과거의 수용, 노령의 수용)에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 지역에 거주하는 60대 이상 노인 320명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 주성분 요인 분석, 신뢰도 분석 및 T-test, ANOVA, 회귀분석 등을 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 자원봉사 활동 만족도가 자아통합감에 미치는 영향에서 개인적 성취가 자아통합감에 정(+)적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 자원봉사활동 만족도와 자아통합감 간 자기효능감의 조절효과는 삶에 대한 태도와 현재 생활 만족에 유의한 결과를 보였으나 자원봉사활동 만족도와 과거의 수용 및 노령의 수용 간의 영향관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 자원봉사활동 만족도, 자기효능감 및 자아통합감은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

In this paper, I research the issue of information security for medical information system of each parties. The outflow of the Personal medical information can lead to problems of medical systems and disadvantage to an individual. In this paper, we research the information security based on a blockchain. In addition, I have analyzed blockchain. I suggest a medical information system framework that can help to keep the privacy of patients by using a blockchain network. Also, In this paper try to explain using private blockchain for medical system. Blockchain can keep the integrity and transparency of the medical records. This research, shows how can build the private blockchain for medical records and how to get the integrity of Data from Private Blockchain and Distuributed Ledger Technology.

Abstraction is the cornerstone of ideal software engineering (SWE). This paper discusses a problem of forming reasonable generalizations, representations and descriptions in various software development processes through the prism of poor-quality (rash, unconsidered, uncertain and harmful) abstractions. To do this, emphasis is made on an induced strategic connection between the required abstraction and its compact specific formulation based on existing research and the author's introspective experience. A software aim point and characteristic preservation of the solution integrity is the subject of the best formulation and a program module or code associated with it. Moreover, a personal attitude expressed by personal interest, motivation and creativity, is proclaimed to be a fundamental factor in successful software development.

With the development of the 4th industry, big data using AI is being used in many areas of our lives, and the importance of data is increasing accordingly. In particular, as various services using personal information appear and hacking attacks that exploit them appear in various ways, the importance of personal information management is increasing. Personal information must be managed safely even when collecting, retaining, using, providing, and destroying personal information, and the rights of information subjects must be protected. In this paper, an analysis was performed on the notification of usage history during the protection of the rights of information subjects using the MyData model. According to the Personal Information Protection Act, users must be periodically notified of the use of personal information, so we notify each individual of the use of personal information through e-mail or SNS once a year. It is difficult to understand and manage which company use my personal information. Therefore, in this paper, a personal information usage history notification system model was proposed, and as a result of performance analysis, it is possible to provide the controllability, availability, integrity, source authentication, and personal information self-determination rights.

POS단말기란 카드결제 가맹점의 판매정보를 실시간으로 관리하는 시스템으로, 카드결제 기능이 함께 탑재되어 있어 판매 및 고객관리에 편의성을 제공해준다. 이러한 장점으로 인해 많은 가맹점들이 POS단말기를 설치하여 사용하고 있지만 내부에 저장된 매출정보, 카드유효기간, 비밀번호, 카드 검증 값 등과 같은 결제정보가 외부의 해킹이나 내부자의 부정으로 인해 카드회원 신용정보 유출 및 위조카드 등과 같은 사고의 원인이 되고 있어 해결책이 시급한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 POS단말기의 해킹 및 위 변조로 인해 발생하는 개인정보 유출과 관련된 사고를 사전에 방지하기 위하여 화이트 리스트 기반의 POS 시스템 내 소프트웨어 무결성 검증 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방식은 소프트웨어의 무결성을 제공하여 현재 암호화와 보안 솔루션에 의해 검증되어 설치된 프로그램의 변조를 방지하여 외부로부터의 위협 뿐 아니라 내부자에 의한 개인정보 유출 및 부정사용을 사전에 방지할 수 있다.

최근 개인 건강기록의 활용이 증가함에 따라, 개인 건강기록의 개인정보를 보호하는 암호 프로토콜에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 현재 일반적으로 개인 건강기록은 암호화되어 클라우드에 외부 위탁되어 관리되고 있다. 하지만 이 방법은 개인 건강기록의 무결성을 검증하는데 제한적이며, 사용시 필수적으로 복호화가 필요하기 때문에 데이터 가용성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 Redactable 서명기법과 영지식증명을 사용하여 검증 가능한 클라우드 기반의 개인 건강기록 관리기법을 제안한다. 검증 가능한 클라우드 기반의 개인 건강기록 관리기법은 Redactable 서명기법을 사용함으로써 민감한 정보를 삭제하여 사생활(privacy)을 보존하면서 원본문서의 무결성 검증이 가능하며, 영지식 증명을 사용함으로써 원본문서의 삭제된 부분 외에는 삭제 및 수정되지 않았음을 검증 할 수 있다. 또한 Redact Recovery Authority를 통해 필요한 경우에만 삭제된 부분을 복원할 수 있도록 설계함으로써 기존의 관리기법보다 데이터의 가용성이 증가하도록 설계하였다. 그리고 제안한 기법을 활용한 검증 가능한 클라우드 기반의 개인 건강기록 관리모델을 제안하고, 제안한 기법을 구현함으로써 효율성을 분석하였다.

인터넷에 존재하는 많은 전자상거래 사이트의 데이터베이스에 중복적으로 저장되어 있는 개인정보의 무결성을 유지하며, 사용자의 불편함을 줄이고, 각 사이트의 독립된 S/W를 충족시킬 수 있는 통합형 데이터베이스 개발은 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이기종 분산 데이터베이스로 구성된 각 사이트의 회원관리 시스템이 가지고 있는 단점을 살펴보고, 효율적인 회원 관리를 할 수 있는 개인정보관리 시스템 모델을 설계하였으며, 이를 이용하여 IPIMS라는 통합된 개인정보 관리 시스템을 구현하였다.

This study analyzed the personal characteristics of the SW industry workers and investigated how these individual characteristics affect the satisfaction of job satisfaction. In addition, we examined how satisfaction with these jobs varies according to satisfaction with internal control and external compensation. This study surveyed the employees of SW industry in Seoul and Daegu from September 15 to October 15, 2017. The results of this study are as follows. First, personal characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, extroversion, openness, friendliness and integrity have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This is consistent with the previous study (Park and Song, 2005), which suggests that people with extroversion are more likely to feel positive emotions such as joy. In addition, it is believed that open empathy has a tendency to share with others in work, and positive emotions in work have a significant influence because they show high achievement in work. A friendly person places great importance on a comfortable and harmonious relationship with others, so he builds and maintains good relationships with the members of the organization by trusting others in the organization. Third, nervousness showed no significant effect on job satisfaction. This is consistent with the previous study (Yoo, 1987) in which the more nervousness is, the more unpleasant emotions work and the more negative emotions and negative experiences occur. Fourth, personal characteristics have positive effects on job satisfaction in the moderating effects of intrinsic compensation and external compensation. There is a difference in job satisfaction due to intrinsic compensation and external compensation.

현재 개인정보의 활용가치가 높아짐에 따라, 개인정보를 제공하는 방법에 대한 논의가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 현재 가장 일반적인 개인정보 제공방법 중 하나로 개인정보를 활용하는 집단이 개인에게 동의를 얻어 개인정보를 사용하는 방법이 있다. 그러나 위의 방법은 두가지 문제점을 갖고 있는데, 첫째 개인정보 활용을 위해 기관에서 필요로 하는 정보 이상의 정보가 노출되고 있는점, 둘째 기업에서 개인정보를 요청 할 때마다 신뢰기관(Trusted Party)이 해당 정보에 대한 인증정보를 기업에 제공해야 하는 문제점이 있다. 위의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 zk-SNARK (zero-knowledge Succinct Non-interactive ARgument of Knowledge)기법과 블록체인을 사용하여 프라이버시 보호형 개인정보 관리기법을 제안한다. 프라이버시 보호형 개인정보 관리기법은 zk-SNARK를 통해 개인정보를 제공할 때 프라이버시를 보장하면서도 정보의 신뢰성을 보장할 수 있다. 또한 블록체인을 통해 데이터의 무결성을 보장하면서도 개인정보 데이터를 관리할 수 있으며 개인정보 공유를 기존의 인증방식보다 용이하게 수행할 수 있다.
