SNS는 인간관계를 기반으로 하는 서비스로 최근에는 스마트폰 보급률이 증가하면서 다양한 형태로 서비스를 사용할 수 있게 되어 사용자가 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 SNS에서 개인정보가 쉽게 노출될 수 있고 빠르게 전파될 수 있어 개인정보 공개 및 유통에 대해 스스로 통제할 수 있는 권리, 즉 자기정보관리통제권을 가져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 SNS에서의 개인정보 자산가치와 관계를 기반으로 한 개인정보 유출가능영역의 개인정보별 노출빈도율과 접근율을 통한 개인정보 유출위험도 측정방법에 대해 제안하였다. 제안한 기법은 SNS 사용자에게 개인정보의 노출에 대한 경각심을 환기시켜 자기정보관리통제권을 강화하는데 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 관리대상자의 위치 및 기타 관련 정보를 위치관리시스템(LMS : Location Management System)에서 항시 감시 및 관리할 수 있는 GPS 기반 위치 인식 단말시스템 및 위치관리시스템을 구현하였다. 구현한 시스템은 PID(Personal Identification Device)의 정보를 전송하기 위한 모듈과 GPS 기반의 위치정보 수집 모듈로 구성된 위치 인식 단말장치 (Mobile HTE : Mobile Home Terminal Equipment)와 Mobile HTE에서 수신된 정보를 인터넷 망을 통하여 위치관리시스템에 전송할 수 있는 단말장치 (HTE : Home Terminal Equipment)를 구현하여 관리대상자의 위치를 관리할 수 있는 위치관리시스템을 설계 하였다.

개인정보관리 시스템의 궁극적인 목표는 개인이 필요로 하는 정보를 수집하고 처리하여 보다 간편하고 효율적인 방법으로 정보를 검색할 수 있도록 조직화하여 관리하는데 있다. 그러나 기존의 개인정보관리 시스템은 자료 저장을 위해 전통적인 계층적 디렉터리 모델을 사용하고 있기 때문에 효율적인 정보관리 및 검색에 한계가 있으며 정보의 연관 관계에 의한 검색이 어렵다는 문제점을 가진다. 이러한 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 본 논문에서는 개인이 필요로 하는 문서를 웹상에서 쉽게 관리하고 유지할 수 있는 더불어 관리된 문서를 쉽게 검색할 수 있는 개인정보관리 메커니즘을 기계학습의 한 기법이 Fornal Concept Analysis의 개념망 모델을 이용하여 제안한다. 실험 결과는 제안된 방법이 계층적인 트리 구조의 단점을 극복하고 제한된 검색을 넘어 개념들 사이의 연관 관계에 의한 검색을 지원할 뿐만 아니라 검색 성능에 있어 계층적인 구조를 기반으로 하는 시스템보다 더 유용한 방법임을 보였다.

현재까지 건설 산업에서의 정보화는 계속되는 노력에도 불구하고 타 산업에 비해 저효율의 활용 구조를 가지고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점은 이제까지 건설 산업의 정보화를 위한 노력이 대부분 건설 산업이 가지는 현장 중심적 특성이 고려되지 않은 가운데 타산업에서 사용되는 시스템 자체를 그대로 도입하여 운영되어졌다는 점에 있으며, 건설정보화 문제점 해결에 있어서도 사용 주체 위주의 편의성이 무시된 정보 시스템 구축이 이와 같은 문제점을 더욱 가중시키고 있다는 점을 지적할 수 있다. 따라서. 본 연구에서는 이러한 건설정보화 문제점을 해결하는 새로운 접근 방법으로서 향후 정보산업의 핵심으로 떠오르고 있는 Mobile Communication 개념의 Personal Digital Assistant(PDA)을 이용한 건설정보관리 시스템의 구축과 그에 대한 활용을 통하여 현 건설정보시스템이 가지고 있는 문제점들을 해결하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

본 논문에서는 모바일 단말을 이용한 광학문자인식(OCR) 기반의 개인 처방전 관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 사용자 개인처방전의 정보들을 자동으로 인식하여 입력할 수 있는 기술이다. 또한, 문자 인식률을 높이기 위하여 기존의 시스템에 전처리과정을 추가함으로써 성능개선을 하였다. 본 시스템을 이용한 그 응용 예로써 개인 처방전 관리 시스템, 알람 서비스, 의약정보 등을 구현하였다.

The European Union recently established the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for secure data use and personal information protection. Inspired by this, South Korea revised their Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Credit Information Use and Protection Act, collectively known as the "Three Data Bills," which prescribe safe personal information use based on pseudonymous data processing. Based on these bills, the personal data store (PDS) has received attention because it utilizes the MyData service, which actively manages and controls personal information based on the approval of individuals, and it practically ensures their rights to informational self-determination. Various types of PDS models have been developed by several countries (e.g., the US, Europe, and Japan) and global platform firms. The South Korean government has now initiated MyData service projects for personal information use in the financial field, focusing on personal credit information management. There is also a need to verify the efficacy of this service in diverse fields (e.g., medical). However, despite the increased attention, existing MyData models and frameworks do not satisfy security requirements of ensured traceability, transparency, and distributed authentication for personal information use. This study analyzes primary PDS models and compares them to an internationally standardized framework for personal information security with guidelines on MyData so that a proper PDS model can be proposed for South Korea.

Recently, spread of large amount Smartphones made users to download location-based service applications, which provided by application developers. These location-based service applications are convenient tool for users. Location-based service use technology to find location of user and provide information of user's location. Leakage of information of user's location and expose of privacy life raised new controversy. In this thesis, it will analyze relations of increase of Smartphone market, usage of Location-based service and severity of personal information leakage. Also, it will analyze examples of user's case of damage which caused by leakage personal information and find solutions to reduce damage of personal information leakage. In research, it will find cases of damage that cause by Location-based service. Also it will analyze and research cases of damage and present with graph and chart. In conclusion, to reduce and prevent from damage which caused by leakage personal information, it is important that users and application developers to realize danger of private and personal information leakage. Also, user's personal information must deal with cautiously and application developers have to research and develop the application with powerful security.

In this paper, it will study various problems such as personal information infringement from when using various useful Apps in the Smartphone environment. It also researched the vulnerabilities Mobile Apps and the risks of personal information leakage when using Smartphone information to decrease threat and find solution. In the second chapter, it will check the existing Mobile App related Apps. In the third chapter, it will check the threats and major factors that caused by the leakage of personal information which related to the app. Then it will suggest solution and end with conclusion. This paper also looked at various problems that caused by illegal adverse effect from illegal personal information collection. Then it researched and made suggestion to make consideration on safety of personal information and privacy infringement that threat to personal information For safety of mobile banking, it proposed a safety method to separate and manage the code which has the core logic which required to run the App. For safety of direction App, when running the direction App, even if the information is collected, location information for unauthorized accessed will encrypt and store in DB, so that access to personal information is difficult. For delivery App environment, by using the national deliver order call center's representative phone to receive a telephone order then, the customer information is delivered to the branch office when it receive order and it will automatically delete information from the server when the delivery is completed by improving DB server of order. For the smart work app environment, the security solution operates automatically by separating and make independent private and work areas. Then it will suggest initialization for company's confidential business information and personal information to safe from danger even if loss.

이 연구는 경력개발의 핵심주제로 개인강점이론을 소개하면서 강점의 구성요인, 강점의 개성화, 그리고 취업력을 논한다. 개인강점은 취업력에 관건자원이며 단기적 취업과 장기적 경력개발의 핵심적 능력이다. 취업력은 한 개인의 능력상의 강점과 개성에 대한 체계적으로 조직된 정보로서 개인의 직업적 문제해결을 위한 능력의 결정체이며, 이를 적극적으로 인식할 때, 지식기반사회의 전략적 자원이 된다. 이 연구는 취업력을 한 개인이 검증된 자기의 강점으로 일 기회를 찾거나 창조하여 스스로를 고용시키는 능력으로 정의한다. 경력개발과 취업은 취업력 개념을 통해서 가능할 것인데, 사서를 포함한 대학의 모든 학생들에게 적용될 수 있다. 취업력 제고의 과정이 대부분 개인에 내재적 자료와 외부 상황적 자료를 정보화, 지식화하는 것이므로 문헌정보학, 특히 개인정보경영(PIM)과 개인지식경영(PKM)의 측면의, 기여와 지원이 기대되고 있다.

최근 우리나라를 비롯해 전 세계가 '코로나19'라는 초유의 사태를 맞이한 이때, 감염병 확산을 막기 위해 적극적으로 정보를 '공개'하는 관점과 이러한 사회적 조치가 개인의 기본권 침해와 맞물리게 되면서 개인정보를 '보호'해야 하는 관점이 상충되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 감염병 위기에 따른 국가의 대응 상황을 파악하기 위해 감염병 대응 표준매뉴얼을 바탕으로 위기경보 단계별 생산되는 공공기록물을 살펴보았으며, 특히 개인정보가 포함된 기록물의 유형과 공개 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 위기경계단계에 따라 공공기관 차원에서 수집되는 개인정보 뿐 아니라 민간에서 수집, 관리해야 할 개인정보 범위가 결정됨을 파악하였으며, 이에 대한 일반인의 인식을 파악하기 위해 뉴스미디어에 보도된 개인정보 관련 주요 이슈를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 개인정보를 포함한 기록 관리의 주요 쟁점과 문제점에 대해 고찰하고 이에 대한 개선점을 수집 및 관리, 폐기의 기록의 생애주기 관점에서 제안하였다.
