간호학생을 대상으로 한 통합(모성-아동) 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effects of Integrated Simulation Program (Maternal-Child) for Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was done to analyze the effectiveness of simulation-based integrated practice program (maternal-child) on nursing knowledge, self-confidence, and clinical competence of nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pre-post experimental design was used to compare experimental and control group. The experimental group received the integrated simulation practice and the control group received a separate simulation for maternal care and for newborn care. Results: The experimental group who had the integrated simulation had significantly higher scores for self-efficacy on nursing handover (F=0.480 p=.012) and oxygen therapy in newborn care (F=3.262 p=.037), and for clinical competence (F=2.639, p<.001) and personal satisfaction with debriefing compared to the control group (F=2.179, p=.044). But the experimental group did not have significantly higher scores in nursing knowledge. Conclusions The results indicate that an integrated simulation practice is an effective practice method to improve self-confidence, clinical competence and satisfaction. Also this study had significance in providing a setting similar to the clinical situation.

  • 본 논문은 지금까지 비특정 개인정보들이 모바일메신저를 통해 아무런 보호 없이 각종 기업들의 자원적 가치를 가진 정보로 수집 및 활용되어왔던 현상을 설명하고, 관련 개인정보법률과 정책, 각 모바일메신저 기업들의 이용약관과 개인정보처리방침을 분석하여 현재 비특정 개인정보 보호정책의 문제점을 밝힌다. 이를 통해 앞으로 비특정 개인정보 활용에 있어 제도적으로는 개인정보 수준의 보호규정 보완을, 기술적으로는 비특정 정보 통합관리시스템 개발을 통한 보완 등을 제안하여 이를 활용 시나리오를 통해 검증함으로써 비특정 개인정보 수집 및 활용에 관한 개선방안을 제시한다.

  • 컴퓨터 기술이 발전함에 따라 시스템 공격 기술이 점점 더 진화하고 다양화 되고 있다. 컴퓨터의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어는 점점 진화하고 성능이 향상되고 있지만 기본 동작 원리는 거의 변화하지 않고 있어 문제 대두되고 있다. 일반적으로 응용프로그램들이 실행상태에 놓이면 프로그램의 데이터들이 메모리에 놓이게 된다. 이러한 데이터들은 운영체제 동작의 효율성 때문에 메모리에 남아있게 되어 메모리 해킹이나 메모리 분석을 통하여 데이터들에 접근할 수 있게 된다. 그로 인하여 사용자의 개인정보, 암호화된 키, 인증서 등이 유출되어 큰 피해가 발생하기 때문에 대응 방안이 마련 되어야 한다. 본 논문으로 메모리 해킹에 대한 문제점과 그에 대한 대응책을 제안한다.

자율섭취기능을 갖는 바퀴구동형 생체모방로봇 개발 (Development of a Biomimetic Wheeled Robot with Autonomous Eating Functionality)

  • Most of the recently developed robots are human friendly robots which imitate an animal or human such as entertainment robot, biomimetic robot and humanoid robot. Interest in these robots is increased because the social trend is focused on health, welfare, and graying. By these social backgrounds, robots become more human friendly and suitable or home or personal environment. The more biomimetic robots resemble living creature, the more human feels familiarity. Human feels close friendship not only when feeding a pet, but also when watching a pet having the food. Most of entertainment robots and pet robots use internal-type batteries and have a self-recharging function. Entertainment robots and pet robots with internal-type batteries are not able to operate during charging the battery. So far there have been a few robots that do not depend on an internal battery. However, they need a bulky energy conversion unit and a slug or foods as an energy source, which is not suitable for home or personal application. In this paper, we introduce a new biomimetic entertainment robot with autonomous eating functionality, called EPRO-1(Eating Pet RObot version 1). The EPRO-1 is able to eat a food (a small battery), by itself and evacuate. We describe the design concept of the autonomous eating mechanism of the EPRO-1, characteristics of sub-parts of the manufactured mechanism and its control system.

입원 환자에 대한 심리 간호 연구 (A Study on Psychological Care for Hospitalized Patients)

  • The purpose of this study were to find out the perceived importance of psychological care, to investigate the nurses perception on the quantity of psychological care activities, and the correlation between the structual variables. 206 registered nurses from general wards of 3 university hospitals in Seoul were randommly sampled. Data were gathered by check-list on the perceived importance and perceived quantity and were analysed by the frequency, percentile scores, ANOVA and Correlation-coefficient. Results are as follows 1. Majority of subjects(96.6%) responded to the psychological care for hospitalized patients being very, and most important nursing care activity Two-third(66%) revealed to be give more or less satisfactory amount of psychological care-to the hospitalized patients. 2. Heavy work-load(79%), personal factors of(33.0%) nurses and the health team and factors of nurse-patient relationship (20.9%) revealed to be the major causes hindering psychological care. 3. To improve quality and the quantity of psychological care, personal and professional development of nurses and the health team(56.8%), improvement of nurse-patient relationships (49.03) and improvement of nurse patient ratio(45%) were suggested. 4. The perceived quantity of psychological care and the educational status revealed significant correlation(p<.005). The perceived quantity and position in nursing revealed significant correlation (p<.01). 5. No significant correlation was revealed between the perceived importance and the perceived quantity of the psychological care.

Survey on the Utilization of Fire-Wood Boiler using Woody Biomass in Gangwon Province

  • This survey was carried out to investigate the utilization situation of fire-wood boiler by the questionnaire and personal interview on rural and mountain households of Gangwon province from 1998 to 2005. The questionnaire include 7 questions on installation, 7 questions on fuel, 3 questions on use, and 3 questions on improvement. Each question was analyzed by percentage to investigate the use situation. This survey indicated that the general problems in use of fire-wood boiler are fuel purchase, collection and transportation, that the development of the household heating boiler using wood-based forming fuel which is cheap, small volume, easy handling, convenient purchase and high heat efficiency could be an alternative to improve the problems and that the continuous expansion of the supply of fire-wood boiler can prevent the devastation of forest through the regulation of imprudent fuel supply. Although the financial aid plan on the installation of fire-wood boiler is in active, many petty households in rural and mountain areas lose a chance to install the fire-wood boiler due to the unsatisfactory information. Thus, it will be desirable for municipal government to prepare the information plan to offer the equal chance and condition to all households in rural and mountain areas and to increase the financial aid for the continuous supply of fire-wood boiler.

대처(coping)의 개념적 구조 -혈액투석환자를 대상으로- (The Conceptual Structure of Coping -Based on Patients receiving Hemodialysis -)

  • This study was done to analyze and develop the concept of coping in patients receiving hemodialysis. The Hybrid Model of concept development was applied to develop a conceptual structure of coping in patients receiving hemodialysis, which included a field study carried out using an in-dept interview with 18 patients in the hemodialysis room of one general hospital in Seoul. Data-analysis was done in three phases as suggested by the Hybrid Model. Finally, by summarizing the results from each case, the attributes of coping, its dimensions, definition and structure were outlined. According to the results of the study, a conceptual structure of coping which centers around stressors, stress-appraisal, strategy of coping and new definitions of coping in patients receiving hemodialysis was suggested : The coping of patients receiving hemodialysis is a process that deals with physical, emotional, inter-personal, and role stress caused by hemodialysis due to renal failure. It has a series of phases which include a phase that appraises the stressful situation based on past experience of chronic disease management, one's remaining rears, the extent of family support, the extent of economic dependency, inter-personal support. education and uncertainty, and a phase of developing coping strategies that con be affected by social support and self esteem. As a result of coping, patients adapt or not to the life situation of receiving hemodialysis.

뷰티 메이크업을 위한 포토샵 리터칭 기법 연구 (A Study of Photoshop Retouching Technique for Beauty Make-up)

  • With supplied computers and the development of information and communication thropugh the Internet, the space of personal home pages in potal sites has been filled with photos taken by digital cameras, and 'the introduction of privacy' done in the personal home pages has become a general trend in society. As the use of Photoshop, available to edit and modify digital photos, in this social atmosphere, has grown general, they have shown their interest in the retouching technique of Photoshop. Computer graphics, marked based on the treatment of a variety of information into pictures or a technology to mark it, recently various application methods have been found in make-up. Especially, Adobe Photoshop, used to edit and modify images, is a sofetware program proper to perform beauty make-up in correcting and creating images in an effective way. The purpose of this study is to express each factor in Adobe Photoshop CS2 about the beauty make-up. As a result, I can say, the process that digital image is retouched by Adobe Photoshop CS is similar work to beauty make-up. The process of Photoshop retouching can be used as the materials for educating of make-up and as the materials for presentation of beauty make-up trend. And also we can serve the simulation to the customer before real make-up. Therefore, this study is for the effective performance of diverse beauty makeup integrating retouch technique with Photoshop CS.

  • 스마트폰 개발의 발전으로 인하여 사용자의 스마트폰 사용율이 PC 사용율보다 점점 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 스마트폰 사용이 대중화되면서 스마트폰 사용자의 개인신상정보, 금융 정보와 같은 중요한 프라이버시 정보들을 보호하는 연구는 현재 미미한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 현재까지 연구되었던 스마트폰의 다양한 취약점에 대해서 분석하고 스마트폰 보안 공격 방법에 대한 대응방법 및 스마트포 소비자 분쟁 해결 기준들을 제시한다. 특히, 스마트폰에서 발생하기 쉬운 보안 위협(네트워크, 악성코드, 훔쳐보기 공격 등)을 통해 사용자의 개인정보 유출이나 금전적 손실과 같은 직접적인 피해를 최소화하기 위한 방법들을 분석한다.

A Novel Technique to Miniaturize Microstrip Antennas with a Locally Non-Homogeneous Substrate Configuration

  • Microstrip antennas are attractive for many applications because of their compact size, low profile, and light weight. Recently, the demand for the miniaturization of the personal communication equipment has been increasing along with the proliferation of personal communication systems. Thus, the development of small antenna has been highly demanded. In this paper, a new technique to reduce the overall dimension of a microstrip antenna with a locally non-homogeneous substrate configuration is proposed. The miniaturized microstrip antenna for a repeater system in a mobile communication cellular band(824~894 MHz) is designed with the proposed technique, and commercialized with low cost, light weight, and small size. Comparison between simulations, based on Agilent Technologies HFSS software, and measurements are provided. The proposed method will be more attractive for a light-weight, small-size, and low-cost microstrip array design. This paper also presents the bandwidth improvement technique for under-coupled microstrip patch antenna with a tuning stub.
