Mountains have been playing an important role in the Japanese culture. It is important from landscape planning perspectives to maintain mountains in the proximity of cities. In this thesis, the geographical perception of residents in Kohoku New Town has been studied. Geographical changes before and after the Kohoku New Town development were clarified first. Following these clarifications, interviews with residents who moved into the area before and after the development were conducted. In this investigation, the interviewees were asked about mountains, valleys, hills, and slopes; and the areas that they recognize on the map were then specified. From these results, the mountain area which residents recognize and the actual geographical features were compared. The geographical characteristics of the mountains that the residents recognize were revealed, and the perception of mountains was defined. Not only did geographical features and vegetation affect the perception of mountains, but also residents' personal experiences were important. As a result, new information for future geographical landscape planning has been obtained.

This research aims at identifying through literature analysis the extent of past research related to the protection of personal information and privacy of library users. This study was conducted in 3 stages of literature analysis suggested by other researchers, including Powell (2005). First, I found and collected literature related to personal information and library user privacy. Second, I reviewed the collected literature and identified detailed subjects and core concepts. Third, I analyzed the core subjects, main discussion points, and related examples shown in those papers divided into 7 subgroups. I examine library privacy from various angles through literature analysis, and the results of this paper would be useful for establishing library privacy policies and developing guidelines for librarians.

Personal Air Vehicle is expected to be a promising solution to relieve traffic congestion using urban airspace. The development of related technologies such as materials or batteries has been accelerated. In addition, commercial transportation services are being prepared. When fierce competition begins in the PAV market, even technologically superior products will disappear without choices by consumers. Therefore, demand factors should be reflected in PAV development to enhance competitiveness. In the paper, values were estimated for the major technological attributes of PAV. Stated preference data were collected through a survey, and the conjoint method and ordered probit model were adopted. Thereafter, it was confirmed that the value would be high in the order of dual mode, drone-type appearance, and noise reduction. Some R&D strategies were proposed based on this.

In order to handle intelligently these voices, It needs to search big data in the cloud and requires the implementation of parsing context accuracy given. In this paper, I would like to propose the study on the intelligent personal assistant development method base on the Open source with ASR(Automatic Speech Recognition), QAS(Question Answering System) and TTS(Text To Speech).

With the recent advancement of technology, there has been an increase in professional development activities, including teachers using blogs to share practical knowledge and reflect on teaching and learning. This study was conducted to identify the contents of practical knowledge shared through the K-12 teachers' blogs. To achieve the research objective, 70,571 blog posts were collected from 329 blogs of K-12 teachers in Korean and analyzed using text mining techniques. The results of the study are as follows. First, practical knowledge sharing activities using teacher blogs have increased. Teachers posted a lot of blogs during the semester. Second, primary school teachers share various curriculum activities, reflections on project classes, class management, opinions related to education, and personal. Third, secondary school teachers share summaries and reviews of curriculum, materials related to college entrance exams, various instructional materials, opinions related to education, and personal experiences on their blogs. This study suggested that blogs are widely used as a venue for sharing practical knowledge of teachers, and that blogs can be a useful way to develop professionalism.

The article theoretically analyzed and specified definitions such as: "professional development of personality, competence, professional competence of a teacher". Structural components of professional competence are defined, namely: theoretical involves deep knowledge in the field of special pedagogy, special psychology; technological involves the use of acquired knowledge in practical activities and personal in which important personal characteristics of a special teacher are noted. Criteria and levels of development of professional competence of future special teachers are determined. The article analyzes the peculiarities of the professional activity of a teacher in the conditions of an inclusive educational space, in particular, the special training of a teacher as an integral component of this process. Emphasis is placed on the cooperation of teachers in an inclusive educational institution for the socialization of a child with special needs and her preparation for independent life.

In this study, the status of global advanced air mobility (AAM) was investigated to derive information and communications technologies (ICTs) that should be prepared according to directions of domestic AAM development. AAM is an urban air traffic system for moving from city to city by electric vertical take-off and landing or personal aircraft. It is expected to establish a three-dimensional air traffic system that can solve ground traffic congestion caused by the rapid global urbanization. With the full-scale commercialization of AAM solutions, high-density air traffic is expected, and with the advent of the personal air vehicle (PAV), the flight space usage is expected to expand. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a safe AAM service through early research on core ICTs for autonomous flight.

Abstraction is the cornerstone of ideal software engineering (SWE). This paper discusses a problem of forming reasonable generalizations, representations and descriptions in various software development processes through the prism of poor-quality (rash, unconsidered, uncertain and harmful) abstractions. To do this, emphasis is made on an induced strategic connection between the required abstraction and its compact specific formulation based on existing research and the author's introspective experience. A software aim point and characteristic preservation of the solution integrity is the subject of the best formulation and a program module or code associated with it. Moreover, a personal attitude expressed by personal interest, motivation and creativity, is proclaimed to be a fundamental factor in successful software development.

This study systematically analyzes the specific characteristics of clothes that each person owned by applying morphological analysis, one of the creative conception technique and suggests a way that person owned on clothes through better fashion coordination according to personal style change. The result of this study is like below. Firstly, we could draw a successful fashion coordination technique by compounding solutions classified by each important variable totally through morphological analysis. Second, we suggested a personal style analysis technique that is systematic and visual through morphological analysis. Third, we could draw a various fashion coordination technique by mixture of partial solution for important variables in short time, and concluded that it is helpful to idea quest to emphasize personal individuality in shopping. Finally a study on program development that can do expansion of fashion coordination efficiently in submitting a morphological analysis table should continue.

Along with the development of digital technologies, the information obtained during the medical procedures was working as a source of valuable assets. Especially, the secondary use of personal health information gives the ordeal to privacy protection problems. In korea, the usage of personal medical information is basically regulated by the several laws in view of general and administrative Act like Medicine Act, Public institutions' personal information protection Act, Information-Network Act etc. There is no specific health information protection Act. Health information exchange program for the blood donor referral related with teratogenic drugs and contagious disease and medical treatment reporting system for income tax convenience are the two examples of recently occurred secondary use of health information in Korea. Basically the secondary use of protected health information is depend on the risk-benefit analysis. But to accomplish the minimal invasion to privacy, we need to consider collection limitation principle first. If the expected results were attained with alternative method which is less privacy invasive, we could consider the present method is unconstitutional due to the violation of proportionality rule.
