Lower eyelid blepharoplasty is a popular facial rejuvenation surgery that restores the infraorbital region. The procedure is performed by removing excessive fatty tissues, muscles, and other unnecessary structures. The structure of the eyelid differs from person to person and is quite complex; therefore, numerous side effects are expected. Common lower eyelid blepharoplasty complications are asymmetrical faces, retrobulbar hemorrhage, blurred vision, and ectropion. This paper reports a case of a prominent periorbital vein after lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The prominent periorbital vein after surgery is a rare side effect that has not been reported to the best of the author's knowledge. This case was treated with a long-pulse 1,064-nm neodymium:yttrium-aluminum-garnet laser.

The purpose of this study Is to verify relationship between leadership styles ( consideration leadership and Initiating structure leadership) and Job satisfaction In university libraries. The conclusions in this study are summarized as follows： 1. Correlations between leadership styles and job satisfaction are positive. Consideration leadership is higher correlation than initiating structure leadership. 2. Leadership styles have affected on Job satis-faction (promotion, task, salary, superior, fellow) differently. Consideration leadership is higher influenced than initiating structure leadership except satisfaction of task. 3. It is no difference that leadership styles have affected on job satisfaction by a characteristic(sex, school career, librarian's license) of person. As consideration leadership is higher correlation and influence than initiating structure leadership, leader should have done consideration leadership and then library's staffs can get job satisfaction in order to achieve job satisfaction, leader had better show consideration leadership regardless of sex. school career and librarian's license. leadership styles have influenced Job satisfaction differently. It shows indirectly that library's staffs are not discriminated by sex, school career and librarian's license.

Nowadays, a 1-2 person household if increasing due to the aging population and the low birth rate. Thus, in August 2011, Seoul held the 'College Student's Idea Competition', which dealt with small but strong housing that has a very reasonable structure in spite of its small scale in order to improve the quality of small housing for a 1-2 person households. The study indicates the characteristic of this small housing in order to target competition entries from college students; 93- works have been processed. First, the properties of residents are investigated through the number of household members and the relations of the residents. To ensure various element techniques of the entries, the study analyzes data via a structured analysis. Along with structured element techniques according to each level, eight element techniques of the furniture level, housing unit level, main building, and district-level are derived. This study suggests various element techniques in response to the efficiency of area in households as well as housing unit levels. Plans of public spaces and community life housing are offered at the level of the main building and at the district-level. Through an analysis of competition, the critical point of small house planning in deliberation is not only about space and economic efficiency of physical unit, but the life of the residents.

The regional supply and demand for labor are different among the regions because of the regional disparity of the human capital and the industrial structure. Honam, Kangwon and Jeju province in particular has a more rapid change of the job search(labor supply), the job offer(labor supply) and the employed person according to the business fluctuations. The employed person of the capital region, Seoul in particular increased: though diminished the job offer and the job search grew. But the employed person of Youngnam and Honam province in particular decreased: though grew the job offer and the job search diminished. The employment rate and employment opportunity of all population group except the high-educated person are higher in the capital region than the province. The province has a low employment rate even in the managerial work and the professional work that the employment opportunity is high because of the lack of human capital.

This study examines the impact of corporate governance on capital structure decisions based on a large panel of Chinese listed firms. Using the system Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) estimator to control for unobserved heterogeneity, endogeneity, and persistency in capital structure decisions, we document that the ownership structure plays a significant role in determining leverage ratios. More specially, we find that managerial ownership has a positive and significant impact on firms' leverage, consistent with the incentive alignment hypothesis. We also find that managerial ownership only affects the leverage decisions of private firms in the post-2005 split share reform period. State ownership negatively influence leverage decisions implying that SOEs may face fewer restrictions in equity issuance and may receive favourable treatments when applying for seasoned equity ¿nancing, thus use less debt. Furthermore, our results show that while foreign ownership negatively influences leverage decisions, legal person shareholding positively influences firms' leverage decisions only for state controlled firms. We also find that the board structure variables (board size and the proportion of independent directors) do not influence firms' capital structure decisions. Our findings suggest that recent ownership reforms have been successful in terms of providing incentive to managers through managerial shareholdings to take risky financial choices.

The fact that, under similar training activities performed in the same environment, march fractures develop in only a certain percentage of the trainees indicates that intrinsic factors are affecting the prevalence of these fractures. Among these intrinsic factors, the relation between foot arch type and the occurance of march fractures was investigated in this study. From 1997 to 1998, at one infantry medical company of infantry corps in Korea, 15 march fracture patients were detected among infantry soldiers. Quantitative measures of the foot arch (longitudinal) structure of 15(30feet) march fracture patients were established and compared with those of 15(30feet) normal person. The results were as follows. 1. From the lateral X-ray film, three parameters (i.e. calcaneal angle, forefoot angle, height to length ratio)were defined to describe the structure of the longitudinal arch of the foot. 2. The mean value of the calcaneal angle of march fracture group and normal control group showed 16.4 degree, 20.5 degree respectively. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P>0.006), but those of forefoot angle and height to length ratio were not. 3. In the calcaneal angle twenty-six feet(87%) of march fracture group were lower than 17 degrees but twenty-five feet(83%) of normal control group were more than 17 degrees. That is, march fracture were more prevalent in feet with low calcaneal angle. 4. In the low arch foot, the orthotic device might relieve the energy load carried by the foot, thus reducing the incidence of march fractures, and should be analyzed in further study.

In this study, using the raw data of the 7th Food Consumption Behavior Survey(2019), compare and analyze what factors affect the food delivery service and take-out food expenditure of single-person and multi-person households. It was found that women(especially women in single-person households), have a high tendency to pursue safety preference versus price. In the future, Korea's population structure is expected to steadily increase single-person household and elderly households, and women's participation in economic activities is expected to continue to increase. In addition, the food delivery market has more than doubled compared to the previous year in 12 cities and provinces out of 17 cities and provinces nationwide with Covid-19, especially in the non-capital area, making it has become a universal service nationwide. Therefore, the growing home meal replacement market needs marketing strategies to secure and emphasize food safety.

This paper examines the aspect of the novel which appeared in the union of the male and female relationship of "OkSuki", one of the novels of the 19th century. "Oksuki" is a work focusing on the relationship between men and women. It takes a narrative structure based on the relationship. It shows various aspects of the relationship through the structure in which the pluralities of plural persons are repeated. Other events and illustrations, except for the talk, are both an occasion of the alliance and an auxiliary role. At the beginning of the work, the main character's parents are described in detail.By arranging the prophecies related to the relationship between the protagonist and the brothers, it suggests that subsequent narratives will flow into the center of the relationship. The male characters that make up the alliance are characteristically trained and have a good taste, and the Caines are colorfully colored. It is believed that the marriage pattern faithfully follows the medieval status order. The reason why the figure of the person who becomes his wife and the person of the concubine are set differently is because the image of the wife and the concubine are different from each other ideally. The characters who are going to be hungry are emphasized on the clause, efficacy, knowledge, and inner peace, and are actively involved in. On the other hand, conciliatory characters emphasize talent and craftsmanship, and their role is reduced after marriage. The wife is a person who has both Confucian culture and knowledge and is able to care for her husband and family well. Concultation is shaped as a person who can enjoy joyful life and emphasize more affection in relation with his wife.

In many cases, the construction industry in Korea has a hierarchical structure in which a general contractor in charge of the entire project is subcontracted from the client and entrusts the construction to a specialty contractor in charge of detailed work types. In this structure, the general contractor manages and takes responsibility for the entire construction, but the person directly involved in the construction is an individual specialty contractor, so the quality and safety of the facilities will vary according to their construction and management capabilities. In order to solve quality and safety problems that may arise due to the difference between the person receiving the order for construction and the person who actually constructs it, it is necessary to let the person who receives the order perform the construction directly for projects under a certain amount. The system introduced for this purpose is the direct construction mandatory system. As described above, although this system was introduced to prevent bad construction and risk transfer, it is a system that has various problems due to the characteristics of the domestic construction industry, institutional limitations, and practical problems, so it is necessary to improve it legally and institutionally.

There is a possibility that electrical sparks may occur at discontinuities in metallic structures from distance of close to high power radio/radar transmitters. Voltage may be induced on these metallic structures by the radio-frequency transmitter. In this case, a person who comes into contact with these structure may be undergone a severe electrical shock. In this paper, assessment of the electrical shock and ignition hazards was investigated through experimental which are consisted radio transmitter and metallic loop-type structure in shield room. We measured that the induced voltage was highest at 61 MHz of transmission frequency, and confirmed the possibility of electric shock and explosion induced by a voltage or spark. But it is needed additional research where is opened site.
