A Study on the Bending and Seismic Performance of High Performance Cold Forming Composite Beam

  • Nowadays, the researches about composite structure system are being implemented in various fields, and many steel structures are designed based on that. In this study, the bending and seismic performance of the newly developed high-performance cold forming composite beam are evaluated by several experiments. As a result of the bending performance test, the bending moment of beam was increased stably depending on the depth and plate thickness of beam, and it is considered that the bending moment can be evaluated by the equation of a composite beam design. As a result of the seismic performance test, it was verified that sufficient seismic performance was obtained despite the increase of a negative moment rebar and depth of beam. In addition, the nominal bending moment has obtained the strength above the plastic bending moment, and also the plastic rotation angle has satisfied the requirement of composite intermediate moment frame.

  • Earthquakes of magnitude 3.0 or greater occur in Korea about 10 times on average yearly, and the number of earthquakes occurring in Korea is increasing. As many earthquakes have recently occurred, interest in the safety of nuclear power plants has increased. Nuclear power plants are equipped with many cabinet-type control facilities to regulate safety facilities, and function maintenance is required during an earthquake. The seismic performance of the cabinet is divided into structural and functional performances. Structural performance can be secured during the design procedure. Functional performance depends on the vibration performance of the component. Therefore, it is necessary to confirm the seismic performance of the components. Generally, seismic performance is confirmed through seismic simulation tests. When checking seismic performance through seismic simulation tests, it is difficult to determine the effect of frequency and maximum acceleration on an element. In this paper, shaking table tests were performed using various frequencies and various maximum accelerations. The seismic performance characteristics of the functions of electrical equipment components were confirmed through tests.

  • 본 논문에서는 차세대 블레이드인 NRSB-lM과 NRSB-2M의 성능시험 절차 및 결과에 대해 기술하였다. 축소 블레이드 성능시험으로 공력 성능 시험과 소음 시험을 수행하였다. 공력 성능시험은 회전발란스를 이용하여 로터 추력 및 토오크를 측정하였고, 소음 측정시험은 마이크로폰을 이용하여 1.64D 위치에서 소음을 측정하였다. 측정된 성능 데이터는 무차원화하여 분석하였고, 두 블레이드 결과를 서로 비교하여 NRSB-2 블레이드가 더 좋은 블레이드 임을 확인하였다.

  • According to Urban Railroad Act, trains can be operated only after they take The Urban Transit Performance Test. There has been Performance Tests for the trains which has been manufactured since 2000, but it is nearly impossible to utilize the Performance Test results other than the original purpose due to the fact that they are not organized in detail, In addition, test steps have difficulty using the former test results. Thus, test results must be computerized and made into database to make the best use of them and to carry out efficient and dependable tests. For this purpose, this paper analyzes the task and the procedure of the performance test on trains. On the basis of the analysis results, this paper checks the availability of the computerized information and the possibility of improving the task concerned

  • Recently, due to the advancement of buildings, finishing methods using stone are increasing. However, finishing methods are not standardized and rely on workers' arbitrary methods. In stone finishing, many building defects occur due to adhesion performance, so the adhesion performance of stones attached with epoxy is important. Therefore, in this study, the adhesion performance of stones attached with epoxy was evaluated by exposing them to various environments. As a result of the experiment, the test specimens exposed to thermal shock showed only 20% of the standard test specimens' adhesion performance, and the test specimens cured at high and low temperatures showed the standard test specimens. It was expressed in 65-80% of the test specimens. Therefore, the adhesion performance of stone using epoxy was found to be vulnerable to repeated harsh environments.

  • 최근 스마트폰을 중심으로 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 활용하기 위해 개인용 이어폰을 사용하고 있다. 국내에서 판매되는 스마트 폰은 개인용 이어폰을 필수로 제공하고 있고, 스마트폰과 테블릿 PC로 음악을 듣는 문화가 확산되면서 어디서나 간편하게 음악을 감상하는데 필요한 이어폰 수요가 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 많은 량이 이어폰을 생산하는데 있어, 불량제품을 검사하기 위한 복잡한 검사공정을 단순화 하고, 검사 시 소요되는 시간과 비용을 절감하기 위해 이어폰 기능검사 장치를 개발하여 검사공정을 개선하였다. 이어폰 검사장치 개발을 통한 공정개선은 이어폰 불량 검사를 위한 검사 원의 수를 줄일 수 있고, 이어폰 검사 시간을 단축 할 수 있으며 일일 검사 량을 증가시킬 수 있다.

  • Crawler-type hydraulic devices facilitate forward and backward driving of construction equipment by converting power into mechanical energy. The existing hydraulic device performance test process is time- and labor-intensive. This study aims to improve efficiency and productivity by automating the hydraulic device production performance test processes, which have been separately conducted so far. We also used SolidWorksⓇ, a 3D modeling program, and ANSYSⓇ, a structural analysis tool, for structural analysis and to verify the suitability of fixing pins required for connecting a hydraulic device to performance test equipment. Our results that employing an automated hydraulic device performance test process improves efficiency.

  • 터보샤프트 엔진의 고공성능시험에서 주요 성능 인자인 축마력, 연료 유량, 비연료 소모율 및 공기유량에 대하여 측정의 수학적 모델을 제시하고 측정 불확도를 평가하였다. 터보제트 및 터보팬 엔진의 경우와 비교하여 차이점을 논의하였다. 시험 조건의 측정 불확도를 평가하였으며, 이를 보정된 성능 데이터 측정 불확도에 반영하는 방법을 제시하였다. 실제 터보샤프트 엔진 고공성능시험설비를 이용한 시험 사례에 대한 측정 불확도 평가 결과를 제시하였다. 주요 성능 인자의 측정 불확도는 시험 조건측정의 불확도를 반영하였을 경우 0.65~1.09%, 반영하지 않았을 경우 0.36~0.94%로 평가되었다.

진공차단기용 전자식 보조접점 컨트롤러 개발 및 성능인증시험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Controller which is used Electric Operating Cell(EOC) for Vacuum Circuit Breaker and the Controller Performance Certification Test)

  • This study is about the controller development of the Electric Operating Cell(EOC) which will replace the Mechanical Operated Cell(MOC) of the vacuum circuit breaker which has been used in the power plant and the performance test for the developed controller. The controller developed through this study was manufactured considering the harsh installation environment and electrical condition of the power plant, and the controller performance certification test for confirming the product reliability was taken to know whether or not to withstand fully in various electrical and mechanical problems. Items for performance certification test were AC power frequency voltage withstand test, combined surge immunity test, 1 [MHz] oscillatory SWC test, fast transient SWC test, radiated electromagnetic interference test, vibration test. As a result, all tests has passed an examination without malfunction.

  • The rolling stock have to be tested and evaluated on test line before entry into service. The test items consist of traction performance, braking performance and current collection performance, etc. This paper is a study of defining the test items considering the domestic safety law, IEC 61133 and describes how to establish a test measurement system. Also this paper presents how to conduct the traction performance test and test results.
