In this paper, we introduce the notion of Gorenstein (m, n)-flat modules as an extension of (m, n)-flat left R-modules over a ring R, where m and n are two fixed positive integers. We demonstrate that the class of all Gorenstein (m, n)-flat modules forms a Kaplansky class and establish that (𝓖𝓕_m,n(R),𝓖𝓒_m,n(R)) constitutes a hereditary perfect cotorsion pair (where 𝓖𝓕_m,n(R) denotes the class of Gorenstein (m, n)-flat modules and 𝓖𝓒_m,n(R) refers to the class of Gorenstein (m, n)-cotorsion modules) over slightly (m, n)-coherent rings.

본 논문에서는 zinc blende계열의 결정구조를 갖는 실리콘 내부의 결함을 분석할 수 있는 대칭축 파라메터 (Symmetric axis parameter)방법을 이용하여, 탄성 및 소성 변형을 구별하는 방법을 제시하였다. 분자 동력학 해석프로그램인 LAMMPS를 사용하여, 실리콘에 대한 나노인덴테이션 해석을 수행하였다. 구형 인덴터 아래에 발생한 실리콘내부의 결함은 ring crack에서의 threefold 무늬와 전위발생경로를 보여주였다. 또한, 해석결과는 기존의 이론이나, 실험결과와도 일치하는 것을 확인하였다.

We introduce two subclasses of abelian McCoy rings, so-called π-CN-rings and π-duo rings, and systematically study their fundamental characteristic properties accomplished with relationships among certain classical sorts of rings such as 2-primal rings, bounded rings etc. It is shown that a ring R is π-CN whenever every nilpotent element of index 2 in R is central. These rings naturally generalize the long-known class of CN-rings, introduced by Drazin [9]. It is proved that π-CN-rings are abelian, McCoy and 2-primal. We also show that, π-duo rings are strongly McCoy and abelian and also they are strongly right AB. If R is π-duo, then R[x] has property (A). If R is π-duo and it is either right weakly continuous or every prime ideal of R is maximal, then R has property (A). A π-duo ring R is left perfect if and only if R contains no infinite set of orthogonal idempotents and every left R-module has a maximal submodule. Our achieved results substantially improve many existing results.

본 논문에서는 SRR-DGS 공진기를 제안하고 그것의 등가회로를 해석하여 저역통과 필터 설계에 적용하였다. 기존의 덤벨형 DGS 구조로 된 것과 비교하였을 때 제안된 구조는 차단주파수 근처에서 스커트 특성과 저주파 대역의 평탄도 특성이 우수하였다. 기본적인 SRR-DGS 셀에서 등가회로의 병렬 커패시턴스를 증가하기 위해 전송선로에 개방 스터브를 추가함으로써 대역외 고주파 억압 특성을 개선하였다. 이와 같은 등가회로의 해석적인 방법으로 개선된 SRR-DGS 셀의 특성이 연구되어 차단 특성이 우수하고 고주파 억압 특성이 35dB이상인 저역통과 필터의 설계에 적용되었다. 그리고 공진기의 측면 길이와 링 간격 등과 같은 물리적 크기와 전송특성과의 관계를 해석하여 나타내었다. 개방 스터브의 면적을 증가하면 차단 주파수 이상의 대역에서 억압 특성이 개선되었다. SRR-DGS에 대해 유도해낸 등가 파라미터와 회로의 정확성을 검증하기 위해 SRR-DGS셀을 이용한 저역통과 필터를 설계하고 제작하였다.

자양 칼데라 주변의 화산암류는 죽장화산암층, 도일유문암, 운주산응회암, 유문암관입체 순으로 분류된다. 저어콘의 SHRIMP U-Pb 연대측정 결과에 의하면 운주산응회암은 칼데라 내부에서 66.65±0.96 Ma, 칼데라 외부에서 66.08±0.62 Ma의 분출연대를 나타내고, 환상암맥은 60.74±0.66 Ma의 관입연대를 나타낸다. 연대측정 결과에 의하면 자양 칼데라는 운주산응회암의 폭발성 분출과 환상암맥 관입 사이인 66.08~60.74 Ma 사이에 함몰되었음을 지시해준다. 자양 칼데라는 이 지역에서 회류응회암-칼데라함몰-환상암맥으로 연결되는 완벽한 화산윤회를 거치는 복잡한 화산과정을 나타낸다.

Let R be a ring and $\mathcal{Q}$ be a quiver. In this paper we give another definition of purity in the category of quiver representations. Under such definition we prove that the class of all pure injective representations of $\mathcal{Q}$ by R-modules is preenveloping. In case $\mathcal{Q}$ is a left rooted semi-co-barren quiver and R is left Noetherian, we show that every cotorsion flat representation of $\mathcal{Q}$ is pure injective. If, furthermore, R is $n$-perfect and $\mathcal{F}$ is a flat representation $\mathcal{Q}$, then the pure injective dimension of $\mathcal{F}$ is at most $n$.

Let $k$ be a field containing the field $\mathbb{Q}$ of rational numbers and let $R=k[x_{ij}{\mid}1{\leq}i{\leq}m,\;1{\leq}j{\leq}n]$ be the polynomial ring over a field $k$ with indeterminates $x_{ij}$. Let $I_t(X)$ be the determinantal ideal generated by the $t$-minors of an $m{\times}n$ matrix $X=(x_{ij})$. Eagon and Hochster proved that $I_t(X)$ is a perfect ideal of grade $(m-t+1)(n-t+1)$. We give a structure theorem for a class of determinantal ideals of grade 3. This gives us a characterization that $I_t(X)$ has grade 3 if and only if $n=m+2$ and $I_t(X)$ has the minimal free resolution $\mathbb{F}$ such that the second dierential map of $\mathbb{F}$ is a matrix defined by complete matrices of grade $n+2$.

In this paper, we propose a wide range PLL(Phase Locked Loop) for 64X CD-ROMs & l0X DVD-ROMs. The frequency locking range of the Proposed PLL is 75MHz~370MHz. To reduce jitters caused by large VCO gain and supply voltage noise, a new V-I converter and a differential delay cell are used in 3-stage ring VCO, respectively. The new V-I converter has a 0.6V ~ 2.5V wide input range. In addition, we propose a new charge pump which has perfect current matching characteristics for the sourcing/sinking current. This new charge pump improves the locking time and the locking range of the PLL. This Chip is implemented in 0.25${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ CMOS process. It consumes 55㎽ in worst case with a single 2.5V power supply.

Let M be a finite commutative nilpotent algebra over a perfect field k of prime characteristic p and let $M^p$ be the sub-algebra of M generated by $x^p$, $x{\in}M$. Eggert[3] conjectures that $dim_kM{\geq}pdim_kM^p$. In this paper, we show that the conjecture holds for $M=R^+/I$, where $R=k[X_1,\;X_2,\;{\cdots},\;X_t]$ is a polynomial ring with indeterminates $X_1,\;X_2,\;{\cdots},\;X_t$ over k and $R^+$ is the maximal ideal of R generated by $X_1,\;X_2,{\cdots},\;X_t$ and I is a monomial ideal of R containing $X_1^{n_1+1},\;X_2^{n_2+1},\;{\cdots},\;X_t^{n_t+1}$ ($n_i{\geq}0$ for all i).

구암산 칼데라는 청송 남동부에 나타나며, 이 칼데라에 직접적으로 관련되는 지질은 규질 화산암류이고 화산각력암, 구암산응회암과 함몰후 관입암으로 구분할 수 있다. SHRIMP를 이용하여 저어콘 U-Pb 연령측정을 실시함으로서 화산암류의 분출시기, 관입시기와 칼데라 형성시기를 확실하게 하였다. 측정결과에 의하면 구암산응회암은 하부 회류응회암이 $63.77{\pm}0.94Ma$, 상부 회류응회암이 $60.1{\pm}1.8Ma$의 분출시기, 함몰후 관입체의 환상 유문암맥은 $60.65{\pm}0.95Ma$의 관입시기를 나타낸다. 이 자료에 의하면 구암산 칼데라는 구암산응회암의 상부 회류응회암 분출 직후, 환상암맥 관입 직전의 60.65~60.1 Ma 무렵에 형성되었음을 암시해준다. 구암산 칼데라 지역에서는 63.77~60.1 Ma 기간에 회류분출-칼데라함몰-환상관입으로 연결되는 하나의 완벽한 칼데라윤회를 거치는 화산과정을 나타낸다.
