The Effects of Sports Fun Factors on Willingness to Continue Exercise and Psychological Happiness of Table Tennis Club Members (탁구 동호인의 스포츠 재미요인이 운동지속의지 및 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effects of sports fun factors on the willingness to continue exercising and psychological happiness of table tennis club members. The participants in this study collected data using a questionnaire about sports fun factors, willingness to continue exercising, and psychological happiness of 293 table tennis club members. The factors influencing the willingness to continue exercising were identified as victory/competition, interpersonal relationships, practice/benefit, and family support, and the will to continue exercising was found to have a significant static influence on both self-realization and hedonic pleasure. As a result of the mediating effect analysis of the will to continue exercise, the mediating effects of fun factors such as competence/awareness, victory/competition, interpersonal relationships, practice/benefits, and family support, on psychological happiness, self-realization and hedonic pleasure are confirmed as mediating effect except for competence/perception. In particular, it was confirmed that the interpersonal relationship (team atmosphere) factor had a higher mediating effect on self-realization and hedonic pleasure than other factors.

  • The age-friendly environments have the benefits that they provide not only the elderly, but also the disabled, children, pregnant, and young persons with the convenient environments. The study examined how degree the aged perceived their physical living environments were age-friendly. The data were collected from 525 old peoples living in Busan using by the person to person interview. All 34 items related to the age-friendliness of outdoor space and building, traffic, and housing were analyzed. The aged perceived that the agefriendliness of their living environments were mid-range. This implies that the improvements of their physical living environments were needed. The age-friendliness of housing area was the lowest among three areas. This means that the alternatives for improving the old persons' houses were needed. The characteristics which affected the aged' perception of the age-friendliness of physical living environments were economic level, housing type, home-ownership, and health condition.

UX evaluation of MyData-based financial asset management app - Focusing on Data Visualization (마이데이터 기반 금융 자산관리 앱 사용성 평가 - 데이터 시각화를 중심으로 -)

  • MyData industry became possible with the revision of the three data-related bills on August 2020, and from February 2021, each individual can make MyData financial service through the app provided by MyData providers. In this study, in order to understand the user experience trend of MyData-based financial asset management apps in the user-centered financial service era, the usability evaluation of 11 apps from 8 MyData providers was conducted for 300 adults, then average value comparison, radial graph analysis, and heatmap analysis were conducted. In app design preference, asset list type was the most preferred type, followed by asset comparison·list type. As for the expected perception of the future benefits that can be enjoyed through My Data, 'diversification of convenient services' was the highest at 45.3%, and as a negative factor felt by users, personal information-related factors were the highest at 71.4%. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development and improvement of user interfaces for MyData platforms.

  • The purpose of this paper is to see whether a corporate's social activity has any influence on purchase intention and corporate image, and how it affects consumers' feelings with that correlation. This study empirically proves that the influence of purchase intention and corporate image can be different according to the corporate's social activities. The study suggested for a crucial marketing direction on a practical affairs level, along with a need of corporate social activities. Corporate social activities affects to build a positive corporate image, product image and purchase intention. When companies need to improve the corporate's image enhance, corporate social activities will be bring social and economic benefits and to be a very useful activity other than the corporate's communications activities. Therefore, corporate needs to pursue a more systematic and strategic social activities under a perception that a corporate social activities.

The effect of Brand Association in Public Libraries on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Public Libraries - Focused on the 20s (공공도서관의 브랜드 연상 요인이 20대의 고객 만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • Public libraries have been facing new challenges as the number of channels providing information resources has been increasing due to information and communication technology development. The perception of public libraries of the general public is that they should continue to play a substantial role in information services. However, the libraries' environments are changing, and the public's needs are diversifying, so public libraries also need to differentiate themselves from other organizations that provide similar services. This paper proposes branding as a solution to create differentiation. The study conducted a questionnaire survey with Koreans in their 20s. A series of statistical tests with the survey data showed the impact of the brand association elements on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty and identified unique factors in public libraries. For example, Brand associations such as material-based services, benefits, and attitude affected both dependent variables. On the other hand, the non-product association such as space/place images did not. Based on these findings, we provided implications for introducing branding in public libraries.

A Structural Model for Health Promoting Behaviors in Patients with Chronic Respiratory Disease (만성 호흡기 질환자의 건강증진행위 구조 모형)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to construct a structural model for health promoting behavior in patients with chronic respiratory disease. A hypothetical model was developed based on the literature review. Method: Data was collected by questionnaires from 235 patients with chronic respiratory disease in a General Hospital in Seoul. Data analysis was done using SAS 6.12 for descriptive statistics and the PC-LISREL 8.13 Program for Covariance Structural Analysis. Result: The results are as follows : 1. The fit of the hypothetical model to the data was moderate. It was modified by excluding 2 path and including free parameters and 3 path to it. The modified model with path showed a good fitness to the empirical data($\chi$2=80.20, P=0.05, GFI=0.95, AGFI=0.88, NNFI=0.95, NFI=0.96, RMSR=0.01, RMSEA =0.06). 2. The perceived benefits, self-efficacy, and a plan of action were found to have significant direct effects on the health promoting behavior in patients with chronic respiratory disease. 3. The health perception, self-esteem, and activity related to affect were found to have indirect effects on the health promoting behavior in patients with chronic respiratory disease. Conclusion: The modified model of this study is considered appropriate in explaining and predicting health promoting behavior in patients with chronic respiratory disease. Therefore, it can effectively be used as a reference model for further studies and suggested direction in nursing practice.

Perception of Science High School Teachers on Cyber Education (사이버 교육에 대한 과학고 교사의 인식 조사)

  • This study investigated operation plan for the Cyber Bridge Program based on the survey from teachers of science high schools. Teachers were found to be thinking it positive that cyber programs can be operated free from the time and spatial restrictions. They thought that teacher interactions are hard to occur and teachers' role in learning is limited as well. Also, the geographical, physical, and socio cultural minorities might have benefits from cyber programs either as regular programs or the before entrance programs. Therefore, the detailed plans are needed. Most of all, since the educational contents are the key for the programs, we suggested some contents categories and developmental criteria. As a result, the developments of high quality contents and financial supports for the successful Cyber Bridge Program are essential.

  • Korea and Japan share the same view of a single nation state, but there was a difference in the government's COVID-19 emergency relief fund for foreigners. To this end, I analyzed the comments of Korean and Japanese users in YouTube videos related to COVID-19 disaster support funds for foreigners. As a result of the study, As a result, there are many opinions that Korea and Japan are generally sensitive to foreigners' tax payments, and that immigrants can receive national benefits and support like indigenous people if they fulfill their obligations. Next, it can be seen that Korea and Japan recognize each other in common. The difference is that Japan is sensitive to the same nationality, whereas Korea is more focused on tax and money than nationality.

  • Traditional human resource management explains human characteristics with motivation, attitude, perception, value, etc., based upon behavioral science approach. And system approach is adopted in analyzing the interaction between people and the environment. However, personnel economics excludes social and psychological variables in the human choice models, and assumes very unrealistic and simple rational decision making process. For environmental variables, personnel economists considers only income and price. Traditional human resource management research model successfully explains the phenomenon for each specific situation, but lacks universality. On the other hand, personnel economics model is strict and analytical, but tends to distort the understanding of the results because of the unrealistic assumptions. These two academic fields may get benefits by introducing the other's research methodologies, theories, and ideas.

A Study on the Effect of University Library User's Sense of Community on User Satisfaction and Loyalty (대학도서관 이용자의 공동체의식이 이용자 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • This study measures and analyzes the university library user's sense of community, service quality assessment, user satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, the effect of the university library user's sense of community on university library user satisfaction and loyalty mediated by the assessment of the quality of service is investigated. On the basis of study result, to improve user satisfaction and user loyalty, the direction and implications of library development are presented. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, precedent research and literature were investigated, and the study model and hypothesis were established based on theoretical background. In order to verify the hypothesis, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to subject who had experience using the Central Library among undergraduate students at the C National University, and the final 282 sample was used for analysis. To analyze the differences depending on the general characteristics of the samples, It is the result of an independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of the mediated effects analysis using the PROCESS macro-programs models 4 and 6 of Hayes for hypothesis testing are as follows. First, The university library user's sense of community (Service Benefits Perception and Satisfaction, Mutual sense of influence) effect the user satisfaction of university library mediated by service quality assessment at statistical significance. This showed that the higher the university library user's sense of community, the higher the service quality assessment, and the higher the user satisfaction level of university library. Second, The university library user's sense of community (Service Benefits Perception and Satisfaction, Mutual sense of influence) effect the user loyalty of university library mediated by service quality assessment and user satisfaction. This showed that the higher the university library user's sense of community, the higher the service quality assessment, the higher user satisfaction level of university library and the higher the user loyalty level of university library. The results of this study showed that the university library user's sense of community has a direct and indirect effect on enhancing user satisfaction and loyalty through the service quality assessment.
