지구과학자에 대한 고등학생들의 인식 분석 (An Analysis on High School Students' Perceptions of Earth Science Scientists)

  • 본 연구는 90명의 고등학생들(성취도 상 중 하 수준의 각 30명)을 대상으로 GAP 프로그램의 일환으로 개발된 10개의 문항으로 지구과학자에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 고등학생들은 지구과학 교과에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 갖고 있으나, 직업인으로서 지구과학자에 대한 이해가 매우 부족하며, 자신의 진로로 연계하여 인식하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 성취 수준이 낮은 학생들의 지구과학 학습의 실패는 지구과학자에 대한 부정적인 인식과 미래 진로로의 비연계로 이어졌다. 학교교육 현장에서부터 학생들이 지구과학자를 접할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 진로교육 프로그램을 통해 직업으로 연계시키려는 노력이 절실하게 필요하다.

소비자와 제공자가 지각하는 간호 서비스 질의 요인과 병원 재이용 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Consumers and Providers' Perception on the Factor of Nursing Service Quality and the Hospital Revisiting Intent)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to investigate the perception gap about the factor of nursing service quality and the hospital revisiting intend between consumers and providers. Method: The questionnaire was developed and distributed to 300 patients and 210 nurses at the three general hospitals in three provincial city, Korea. For data analysis, SPSS/PC program was used. Result: the 20 attributes of nursing service are perceived as satisfaction factors by consumers and the 14 attributes are by providers. No attributes is perceived as hygiene factor by consumers and providers. The gender of consumers' demographic characteristics has a significant difference and don't have affection for hospital revisiting intent, and the position and education level of providers' demographic characteristics have a significant difference and explain 4.5% of hospital revisiting intent. The 12 attributes of nursing service by consumers and 3 attributes by providers correlate to hospital revisiting intent, and the only 'nurse's sincerely attitude' attribute in consumers and the only 'credible nursing service' attribute in providers explain of hospital revisiting intent. Conclusion: there are definitely perception gap between consumers and providers. So nursing organization have to recognize and try to overcome these perception gaps.

공공도서관 서비스 품질 평가를 통한 특화서비스에 대한 이용자 인식 연구 (A Study on Users' Perception of Specialized Services through Service Quality Evaluation of Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 서비스 품질 평가 도구인 LibQUAL+를 활용하여 특화서비스를 제공여부에 따른 도서관 서비스 품질의 차이를 통해 공공도서관 특화서비스에 대한 이용자의 인식을 확인하고자 하였다. 분석결과 서비스 수준에 대한 평가 결과 특화서비스를 제공하는 도서관과 그렇지 않는 도서관 차이에 최소수준 및 인식수준에 있어 차이가 나타났으며, 기대수준은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 정도는 특화서비스를 제공하는 도서관 그렇지 않는 도서관 보다 적정성 갭 및 우위성 갭에서 대부분 높은 이용자 인식을 나타내고 있어, 공공도서관을 이용하는 이용자들은 특화서비스를 제공하는 도서관이 그렇지 않는 도서관 보다 더 좋은 서비스를 제공하고 있다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.

지역약국 필수실무실습에 관한 프리셉터와 학생의 인식 비교 (Perception Gap between Preceptors and Pharmacy Students on Introductory Pharmacy Practice Education in Community Pharmacy Practice Setting)

  • Objective: This study was to investigate the perception gap between preceptors and pharmacy students on community pharmacy experiential education. Methods: The online survey was performed for 55 preceptors and 215 pharmacy students separately from April 1 to April 30, 2014. The preceptors were who completed community pharmacy practice experience at least a session and the students were who involved in community pharmacy practice for more than 21 days. The questionnaires were prepared based on the lesson contents guideline of Introductory Pharmacy Practice Education of Community Pharmacy by Korea Association of Pharmacy Education. The survey questions were consisted with demographic characteristics, evaluation of student and preceptors, benefits and disadvantages of pharmacy practice for both groups. Results: A total of 27 (49.1%) preceptors and 103 (47.9%) pharmacy students responded to the survey questionnaires. Preceptors indicated that students lacked face-to-face communication ability with patients, caregivers, and physicians. One of the Benefits of participating in pharmacy practice education as a preceptor included the improvement of self-esteem (70.37%). Disadvantages were identified as workload burden due to teaching and preceptor responsibilities at the same time. All students responded that benefits of experiencing pharmacy practice education were helping them determine their career, and they would consider working in community pharmacies (68.93%). However, handling over-the-counter drugs and communicating with doctors or nurses were identified as barriers. In addition, preceptors and pharmacy students expressed necessity of the standard text books and curriculums. Conclusion: This study identified the perception gap on community pharmacy experiential education between preceptors and pharmacy students. For the successful implementation of pharmacy practice experience, the effective and appropriate methods should be developed.

이태리 레스토랑의 실내공간과 음식서비스 품질에 대한 고객과 종사자의 인식차이 분석 (An Analysis of Perception Gap on the Interior Space and Foodservice Quality of Italian Restaurants between Customers and Personnel)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 이태리 레스토랑에서 음식서비스 전달자인 종사자와 고객을 대상으로 실내공간과 음식서비스 품질에 대한 인식의 괴리(gap)를 분석하여 고객 만족을 위한 음식서비스 전달에서의 문제점과 종사자의 인식 전환 필요성을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한, 실내공간과 음식 서비스 품질 향상을 위하여 레스토랑에서 서비스 품질인식과 고객 만족도를 연구하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 종사자의 점수(3.79점/5점)가 고객의 점수(3.78)보가 약간 높게 평가되었다. 특히 16개의 고객의 속성 중 '레스토랑 전체 조명', '음식재료의 신선도', '음식의 창의성' 등이 직원의 점수보가 유의적으로 낮게 평가되었다. 종사자와 고객 모두가 4개의 속성 중에서 '음식의 품질'을 가장 높게, '테이블 세팅'을 가장 낮게 인식했다. 격자도 분석 결과, 'Q3. 음식을 담은 그릇', 'Q6. 테이블 전체의 청결도', 'Q12. 음식의 배치도', 'Q17. 실내공간의 쾌적성', 'Q18. 실내공간의 온도', 'Q23. 레스토랑 전체 조명', 'Q30. 가구 및 액세서리 장식'이 Quadrant A 영역에는 포함되었는데, 이는 종사자의 인식도가 고객의 인식도 보다 낮아 고객들의 불만족하는 속성들이다. 따라서 이종사자들이 전달하고 있다고 인지하고 있는 서비스 수준이 고객과 괴리가 있음을 깨닫고 서비스 품질 개선에 있어 우선순위를 부여하여야 한다.

유류사고 피해지역 수산물에 대한 소비자 인식 연구 (A Study on Consumer perception about seafood of Hebei Spirit Oil Spill Incident Area)

  • This study is aimed to retain objectivity and generality against consumer perception about seafood of Hebei Spirit oil spill incident area, and analyze gap of consumer perception in according to confidence level of seafood using ordinal logit model. As results, This article have three implications. First, Consumer don't have high confidence level in comparison with previous research. Second, It is important to retain confidence of quality for purchasing seafood of oil spill incident area. Third, Consumer perception is improved positively against seafood of oil spill area. But This study has limits that don't take regional opinion and situation into account.

중소기업 기술보호지원제도에 대한 이용자와 정책담당자의 인식차이 분석 (Perception differences between users and policy-makers on technology protection support system for small and medium-sized businesses)

  • As the risk of technical leakage is increasing, technology protection support systems for small and medium-sized businesses have gained attention. This paper analyzed the perception gap of the user and policy-maker regarding technology protection support systems. First, to identify key elements of technology protection support systems and construct measurement factors, interviews with experts are conducted. Then, surveys are conducted to analyze the perception differences between the users and policy-makers. Factor analysis and ANOVA have been utilized to analyze survey results. The result shows that the perception gaps exist in the following areas: management system, cost reduction, copyright protection, customer satisfaction, leakage prevention, and awareness. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection support systems, this paper suggests technology protection support systems should be customized in terms of the company's size and type of busines.

A Study on the Relative Importance of Underlying Competencies of Business Analysts

  • Business analysis is a key factor of project success or failure in information systems. However, there are few studies on business analysis competencies. The objective of this paper is to identify which competencies a business analyst (BA) needs, and analyze the importance weights and priorities of business analysis competencies. Literature review yielded 6 competency dimensions and 30 competencies. Based on interviews with 12 experts and analytic hierarchy process analysis, the relative importance weight and priority of each business analysis competency were analyzed. Moreover, an importance-perception gap between stakeholders in different positions was identified. This result can be used as selection and development criteria for superior BAs that are responsible for solving business problems using information systems solutions.

The Market Orientation from Dual Perspectives: Customers and Managers Perceptions in Tunisian Banks

  • Several studies have been conducted on market orientation over the last three decades. However, the majority of previous research focused exclusively on an internal vision that conceives the market orientation from an organizational perspective, considering the market orientation as a strictly perceived culture or behavior by company's staff (managers and employees) .This study aims to emphasize the importance of analyzing the market orientation from a dual perspective by investigating simultaneously the perceptions of customers and those of managers. It examines the perceptual gap or perceptual congruence of market orientation between customers and managers. A survey is conducted with Tunisian bank managers and B to B customers to measure their market orientation perception. The results should reveal level of manager's market orientation in Tunisian banks compared to customers' perceptions. The perception gaps of market orientation between managers and customers named congruence is highlighted and categorized. This study provides some contributions to fill the gap emerging from the one-sidedness of market orientation evaluation and gives a dyadic vision of market orientation that helps managers in their continuous learning about markets and sensing customers' needs and expectations. Market orientation level between the two groups is evaluated to give some managerial recommendations.

코로나이후 정보취약계층의 디지털인식변화에 관한연구 (A Study on the Changes in Digital Perception of Information Vulnerable Class After COVID-19)

  • COVID-19 팬데믹 상황에서 정보 통신 기술(ICT)의 급속한 발전과 정보격차현상의 심화를 감안할 때 연구자와 실무자는 COVID-19 정보격차와 같은 새로운 현상이 기존 정보취약계층에 미치는 인식변화를 이해해야 한다. 본 연구는 정보취약계층에 따른 정보격차에 대한 COVID-19의 잠재적 영향을 파악하기 위해 2020년도 디지털정보격차 실태조사 데이터를 가지고 실증분석을 수행하고 정보격차소외집단, 성별 및 정보서비스 주요요인(콘텐츠, 사회관계, 생활서비스, 정보생산, 네트워킹, 사회참여, 비대면 서비스)이 코로나이후 디지털정보기술인식변화에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석한 결과 콘텐츠, 사회관계, 생활서비스, 네트워킹 및 디지털비대면 서비스가 높아질수록 코로나이후 디지털정보기술 인식변화도도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 COVID-19가 진화하는 현상에 비추어 디지털정보격차 현상 해소를 위해 정부는 정보취약계층 역량강화 교육훈련 제공이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
