정보기술 e-서비스품질의 평가특성이 이용자 지각과 이용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of evaluation characteristics of Information Technology e-Service Quality on usage perception and intention)

  • Recently the information system introduction and the application which use the computer are increasing. The efficient operation of information system helps corporations to improve productivity, customer service and corporate competitive power. SaaS(Software as a Service), which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is to use standardized and packaged application by hosting from the outside of enterprise. SaaS is not developed yet as much as people's interest about that in the initial stage, but its related technology and service capacity are accumulated after repeated trial and error, and it's ready to activate the industry. In the area of information system, studies on the measurement of service quality were followed. But there is little study on service quality measurement in the field of SaaS(Software as a Service). The purpose of this study was to divides the SaaS with e-SERVQUAL and it consider the relationship with the perceived recognition and the usage intention. According to this, variables of traditional research were rejected because SaaS is not developed yet in Korea. But information had a strong effect on perceived recognition. Therefore, business related with in SaaS must have provided a correct information about various applications.

생체인식기술 기반 개인인증수단에 따른 사용자 인식 (User Recognition of Each Personal Identification Technique based on the Biometrics)

  • 생체인식기술 발달과 그 활용범위가 점차 확장하는 상황에서 이에 대해 사용자 입장에 중심을 둔 사용의도에 대한 연구는 매우 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구는 생체인식기술 종류에 따라 사용자가 인식하는 자기 효능감, 신뢰성, 보안성, 안전성, 편의성에 대해 살펴보고 각 인증수단에 대한 인식 차이가 향후 해당 생체인식기술 사용의도와 어떤 관련이 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 인지된 자기 효능감, 신뢰성, 보안성, 안전성, 편의성을 독립변수로, 사용의도를 종속변수로 하여 각 생체인증 수단별로 종속변수에 미치는 독립변인 효과를 분석한 결과 지문인식의 경우 인지된 신뢰성과 편의성이 향후 지속사용의도에 유의미한 영향을 주고, 홍채인식은 인지된 편의성이, 정맥인식의 경우 인지된 신뢰성이 각 생체인식수단 사용의도에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 향후 다양한 분야에서 생체인식 기술을 도입하는 과정에 사용자 인식이 고려된 적용 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

브랜드 에쿼티가 만족도 및 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 - 부산 지역을 중심으로 - (The Effect of Brand Equity on Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty - Centered on Busan Area -)

  • 본 연구는 부산 지역의 패밀리 레스토랑 이용 경험이 있는 외식 소비자들의 외식업체에 대한 브랜드 에쿼티가 만족도 및 브랜드 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 자기기입식(self-administered) 방법을 사용하여 총 250부의 설문지를 배포 235부(94%)의 설문지를 회수하였으며, 최종적으로 223부(89%)의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리는 SPSS WIN Version 12.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 가설 검증은 회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 연구결과 "브랜드 에쿼티(지각된 품질, 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 인지도, 브랜드 태도)는 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다"의 가설에서는 지각된 품질, 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 인지도는 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, "만족도는 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다"의 가설에서는 만족도가 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. "브랜드 에쿼티(지각된 품질, 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 인지도, 브랜드 태도)는 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다"의 가설에서는 지각된 품질, 브랜드 인지도, 브랜드 태도는 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 외식기업의 경쟁력 있는 브랜드 구축을 위해서는 체계적으로 브랜드를 관리하여 소비자에게 자사의 브랜드를 상기시킬 수 있는 전략을 마련하고 브랜드 에쿼티를 효과적으로 강화시키는데 주력해야 할 것이다.

의료기관 브랜드 자산이 가격 프리미엄에 미치는 영향 - 신뢰와 브랜드 충성도를 매개변수로 - (The Effects of a Medical Institution's Brand Equity on Price Premium)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a medical institution's brand equity on the users' trust and brand loyalty and further on price premium with trust and brand loyalty as the parameters. For that purpose, a survey was taken among 448 people that used service at university hospitals, general hospitals, and hospital in Busan. The results show that such brand equity components as the associated image of the brand and perceived quality had significant influences on relationships with trust with the latter having the greatest influences. Brand recognition, associated image of the brand, and perceived quality all had significant impacts on brand loyalty. The associated image of the brand had the biggest impacts, being followed by perceived quality and brand recognition in the order. Trust had positive impacts on brand loyalty according to the survey results about the quality of relationships with consumers, which suggests that medical institutions can increase their users' brand loyalty and intention for re-use by promoting their trust in them. While brand loyalty turned out to have statistical significance on the users' price premium, trust did not.

3D프린터 소비자의 지각된 인식과 사용자 특성이 지각된 가치와 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Perceptual Recognition and User Characteristics of 3D Printer Consumers on Perceived Value and Intent to Use Continuously)

  • 본 연구는 3D프린터의 지각된 인식 및 사용자 특성이 지각된 가치와 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 자료수집은 국내에 거주하고, 3D프린터를 사용해 본 직장인 등을 대상으로 300명의 설문을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 지각된 인식은 지각된 가치와 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용자 특성은 지각된 가치 및 사용 의도에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 가치와 지속적 사용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다. 따라서 소비자들에게 3D프린터의 유용성과 용이성을 충분히 인식시키고, 소비자 중심의 편의성, 신뢰성을 함께 지각시킴으로써, 소비자들의 3D프린터 지속적 사용 의도를 제고 하여 3D프린터가 보급화, 대중화, 활성화를 할 수 있도록 관련 업계와 학계 등 많은 관심과 노력을 기울인 전략이 수립되면 효과적일 것이라고 사료 된다.

Recognition of body image and food behavior factors among middle school students in San Francisco area

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the recognition of body image and food behavior factors according to the BMI. The subjects of this study were 242 7th grade students resided in San Francisco area. The degree of recognition for self-estimated physique of subjects by gender and by race showed no significant differences by gender but significant differences by race, showing that 20.0% was considered as underweight in Asian and 7.5% was considered as underweight in White students. This showed the same tendency as actual physique status (BMI). Also, the ratio of being recognized as more than overweight was 17.3% in Asian, 23.3% in Hispanic, and 13.4% in White students. In case of female students, the ratio of dieting experience was 63.3%, and 49.3% of White students and 63.3% of Hispanic students experienced dieting. In case of students answered not healthy, their body weight were significantly higher than those answered as healthy, and the BMI was also over 19, showing significant differences. Thus cases that answered as not healthy had greater body weight and BMI. Also it showed that frequent dieting experience is related to higher height and weight. The analysis of food behavior factors perceived by body shape showed that the group perceived itself as overweight consumed more 'fast food' but had low scores in 'vegetables' intake, with frequent intake of 'soda' and tendency to 'overeat'. Also, the tendency for 'balanced life' was significantly lower and for skipping breakfast was significantly higher, suggesting problematic food behavior.

한국인 중·장년층의 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of Factors Affecting the Subjective Health Status of Middle-aged and Elderly in Korean)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 연령에 따른 지각된 건강상태, 주관적 체형인식 및 체중변화와의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 질병관리본부 제7차 국민건강영양조사(KNHANES VIII-3, 2016-2018) 자료를 활용한 2차 자료 분석 연구이다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석 및 카이제곱 검정을 실시하였다. 유의수준은 p <.01로 설정하였다. 분석결과, 주관적 신체인식과 건강상태 지각은 통계적으로 유의한 양의 관계가 있었다(r=0.256, p<.01). 1년 동안 지각된 건강상태와 체중 변화 사이에는 통계적으로 유의한 양의 관계가 있었다(r=0.303, p<.01). 그러므로, 중장년층을 위한 주관적 건강상태와 다양한 변인들을 알아봄으로써 더 나은 건강, 삶의 질, 그리고 웰빙을 위한 대책들을 찾기 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

교도소 수용자의 구강건강관리실태와 구강건강인식 및 실천 조사 (Oral health condition, recognition, and practice in prisoners)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the oral health condition, recognition, and practice in prisoners. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 143 prisoners in three jails from April 7 to June 2, 2014. The questionnaire consisted of 35 questions including 5 questions of general characteristics of the subjects, 4 questions of subjective oral health condition, 5 questions of management of oral health care, 11 questions of oral health recognition, and 10 questions of oral health practice. The questionnaire was adopted and modified by Shon et al. and Cho & Choi and measured by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach's alpha was 0.845 in recognition questions and Cronbach's alpha was 0.826 in the practice questions. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 for t-test, one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) and Pearson's correlation analysis. Results: 21.0% of prisoners answered that their perceived oral health condition was good. Those who received the dental treatment accounted for 42.0% and 12.6% of them took the oral health education. There was a significantly negative relationship between perceived oral health and oral health recognition(p<0.05). The oral health recognition showed positive influence on oral health practice(p<0.001). Conclusions: In general, prisoners did not receive the proper care of oral health in jails. Therefore, It is desirable that we need to set up a oral health care system for prisoners.

정밀부품의 비접촉 자동검사기술 개발 (Development of Non-Contacting Automatic Inspection Technology of Precise Parts)

  • This paper presents a new technique to implement the real-time recognition for shapes and model number of parts based on an active vision approach. The main focus of this paper is to apply a technique of 3D object recognition for non-contacting inspection of the shape and the external form state of precision parts based on the pattern recognition. In the field of computer vision, there have been many kinds of object recognition approaches. And most of these approaches focus on a method of recognition using a given input image (passive vision). It is, however, hard to recognize an object from model objects that have similar aspects each other. Recently, it has been perceived that an active vision is one of hopeful approaches to realize a robust object recognition system. The performance is illustrated by experiment for several parts and models.

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept and construct of the problem recognition stage in consumer decision making process of apparel Purchase. This study was supplemented by the theoretical study and field interviews. 40 women were interviewed on their apparel purchase situation to identify problem recognition process. As a result, the concept of problem recognition in apparel purchase is the perceived difference between the ideal state of apparel affairs and the actual situation sufficient to arouse and activate the decision making process. And the problem recognition stage in apparel purchase is constituted of the following steps: gestation, categorization, problem definition, and purchase intention formation. In most cases, these four steps existed, but in some cases several steps were deleted or condensed.
