China has vast land, variety of people, religions and cultures. China has faced terrorism threat from the struggles of people, religions and resources. The 11thStanding Committee of the National People's Congress of China decided to strengthen the anti-terrorism action on October 29, 2011. This study compared, analyzed and estimated the counter-terrorism laws of the USA, Britain and Germany thinking about the China's anti-terrorism decision. The counter-terrorism laws of the USA, Britain and Germany are largely composed of previous prevention of terror and oppression of it later. They enacted the laws both for people and property. They also rearranged the power and role of governmental institutes on counter-terrorism. The contents of the counter-terrorism laws are specific, detailed and systematic. But the anti-terrorism law of China has restriction on the power and roles for previous prevention and oppression of terrorism, handling of people and property. This study reviewed the foreign countries' counter-terrorism laws and the way to connect the regulations on terrorism crimes of the revised Chinese criminal law and the anti-terrorism decision, when they enact the anti-terrorism laws in China in the future.

This study of counter-culture - the cultural background of the Jean Fashion of which express the consciousness and youthfulness of young - shows the various social, cultural developments and the direction of growth for the Jean industry Until now, the fashion trends flowed from the elite, upper-class minority to the general public : however, in the case of the Jean Fashion, it has spread inversely to the upper-class from the young people who have adopted the life-styles of the lower, middle class, working people. With the emphasis on Jean Fashion's establishment through and within a counter- culture influences, the first chapter explores the counter-culture's background theory and how fashion has metamorphisized within the counter-culture. The second chapter explores the image of the jeans within the society of the youth and the general public. Finally in the fourth chapter, this study divides the images of Jean Fashion within the youth and the general population into classifications of Feminism, Eroticism, Dismantlementation. Thus, 1 came to the conclusion that the above stated theories have had great influence on the Jean Fashion Industry. The conclusion of this study are as follows: 1 Jeans are the representative article of clothing of unisex appeal which is the core characteristic of Feminism. Feminism, which surfaced coincidentally with the emergence of jeans in the 1850s, took charge of expressing the freedoms and the wills of women. 2. Jeans, being the representative article of Eroticism, have firmly entrenched its image in the young people's wardrobe through mass media such as movies, $\mu$ic, and commercials. 3. In the 90s the tendencies of Defacement and Dismantlementation of Jeans developed. In the Dismantlement tendencies of colors, the color blue foretells of the century's coming to an end, and blue also expresses the superiority of spirit and intelligence which transcends materialism.

The development of drones is transforming society as a whole and playing a game-changing role in warfare. However, numerous problems pose threats to the lives and safety of people, and the counter-drone system lags behind the rapid development of drones. Most countries, including South Korea, have not established a reliable counter-drone system in response to the threat posed by numerous drones. Due to budget constraints in each country, an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis was conducted among a group of experts who have been involved in policymaking and research and development related to counter-drone systems. This analysis aimed to determine the priority of building a counter-drone system. Based on various research data, the counter-drone system was analyzed in three stages: detection/identification, governance, and response. The hierarchical design mapped out the existing researched counter-drone technology into a hierarchical model consisting of 31 evaluation criteria. The conclusion provided a roadmap for establishing a counter-drone system based on the prioritization of each element and considering factors such as technological advancement, outlining directions for development in each field.

Violence in the Internet era poses a new challenge to the current counter-riot work, and according to research and analysis, most of the violent incidents occurring are related to the dissemination of violence images. The use of the popular deep learning neural network to automatically analyze the massive amount of images on the Internet has become one of the important tools in the current counter-violence work. This paper focuses on the use of transfer learning techniques and the introduction of an attention mechanism to the residual network (ResNet) model for the classification and identification of violence images. Firstly, the feature elements of the violence images are identified and a targeted dataset is constructed; secondly, due to the small number of positive samples of violence images, pre-training and attention mechanisms are introduced to suggest improvements to the traditional residual network; finally, the improved model is trained and tested on the constructed dedicated dataset. The research results show that the improved network model can quickly and accurately identify violence images with an average accuracy rate of 92.20%, thus effectively reducing the cost of manual identification and providing decision support for combating rebel organization activities.

The authors examine the characteristics of the counter public sphere during the late Chosun era based on three dimensions: historical, ideological, and analytical. The counter public sphere during the late Chosun era was a lively communicative sphere where the common people, who resisted the premodern ideas and foreign power, tried to overcome the oppressing social and political environment. Although the counter public sphere did not continue to grow during the Japanese colonization era, it provided a basis of the independence movement and the ideological ground for the democratic movement today.

The purpose of this research is to suggest a construction device that can transform a public safety, security service, security system on counter-terrorism device system, from government leading type to private management type. There are purpose on this thesis to research for the bringing up counter-terrorism experts certification system and about all sorts of developed device among our country's counter-terrorism situation and through comparing developed country's private security's developing device. This summary of thesis is like below. First we need to establish total counter-terrorism center, like developed country on national corresponding strategy. Second, we need to make an organization as a country security department unified as an America's President directly belonging organization. Third, it is to legislate about an counter-terrorism. Fourth, we need to make a coorperate system according to counter-terrorism duty come under private management, so that can recover a trust among people. Fifth, a terror warning system is necessary. Private security's mutual relationship and developing devices is First, it is necessary to bring up counter-terrorism expert. Second, it is necessary to bring in counter-terrorism experts certification system. Third, counter-terrorism research center that come under private management is necessary. The university, private security related academy, should establish research center for the private security industry's specialization, subdivision. It is considered that various research need to be continued after by bringing up counter-terrorism experts, transforming a consciousness, counter-terrorism education, building an equipment and education center, not for a special group, that can minimize human infringement.

In this study, we examined the impact on balance ability and jump performance of soccer players with functional ankle instability using virtual reality based neuromuscular posture control fusion training. Soccer players were divided into 15 people of virtual reality-based neuromuscular posture control fusion training group and 15 people of common treadmill training group and performed for 30 minutes three times a week for 8 weeks. In order to evaluate the balance of ability, using biorescue, it measured surface area, whole path length, limit of stability. In order to measure jump performance, it measured counter movement jump with arm swing and standing long jump. The results showed the statistically significant difference in the balance comparison of surface area, whole path length, limited of stability and the jump performance comparison of counter movement jump with arm swing, standing long jump. As a result, virtual reality-based neuromuscular posture control fusion training was found to be more effective to improve its balance ability and jump performance than common treadmill training.

Evalution of counter drone systems is conducted in order to designate plausible countermeasues against possible drone threats, assess the level of safety of national major facilities and derive complementary measures for detected weakness. Recently drone threats by North Korea have heavily impacted ROK(Republic of Korea) people and it has been stronly stressed to build efficient counter drone system for make the society protected and secured against drone threats. The researchers has conducted field investigations for some of national major facilites. There is, however, no standardized evaluation checklist, so we have proposed an evaluation checklist for counter drone systems though thinking process of RMA(Revolution in Military Affairs). This paper is to introduce the evaluation checklist for properly diagnosing each counter drone system.

The growing U.S.-China rivalry has placed the countries of Southeast Asia in exceedingly precarious positions. The Republic of Korea (ROK) likewise has been tasked with the challenge of "navigating the waters" between deepening geopolitical divides. It is in this context that the "New Southern Policy" (hereafter NSP) has become a key word in Korea's foreign policy circles. Through NSP, ROK aims to diversify its economic and security interests by strengthening ties with its southern partners, focusing on three key areas (termed as the "3 Ps"): People, Prosperity, and Peace. At the same time, the NSP seeks cooperation with other key diplomatic agendas such as the U.S.'s "Free and Open Indo-Pacific," rendering it crucial for the overall stability of the region. Considering such strategic significance, deeper analysis of the policy is more timely than ever. A brief assessment of the policy's outcome so far, however, reveals that relatively, the "Peace" pillar has been insufficient in achieving satisfactory outcomes. Here, this paper asks the question of: 1) How can the "Peace" pillar of South Korea's New Southern Policy be strengthened? Based on an analysis on the causes of the "Peace" pillar's weakness, this paper identifies counter-piracy cooperation as a solution. This paper then proceeds to answer the next question of: 2) How can ROK and ASEAN cooperate on counter-piracy, and how can these efforts be integrated into ROK's NSP? To answer the above question, this paper conducts in-depth case studies on ASEAN's and ROK's approaches to counter-piracy and identifies specific mechanisms of cooperation. In Chapter I, the paper begins with an overview of the NSP's strategic significance and an evaluation of its "Peace" pillar. Chapter II conducts a literature review on the causes of, and prescriptions for, the weakness of the "Peace" pillar. The paper then justifies why counter-piracy may be a solution. Chapter III examines ASEAN's and ROK's approaches to counter-piracy. By analyzing the general framework and each region's cases, the paper displays the strengths and weaknesses of each region's piracy responses. Based on this analysis, Chapter IV suggests ways to incorporate counter-piracy cooperation into the "Peace" pillar of the NSP. This research bears significance in that it identifies a specific area of cooperation (counter-piracy) to strengthen the "Peace" pillar of ROK's NSP. Such identification is based on a comprehensive study into the two parties' past and current experience in counter-piracy, making it contextual in nature. Furthermore, the study suggests practical mechanisms of cooperation, and considers ways of incorporation into the existing framework of NSP. This approach differs from existing literature that failed to generate case-specific, policy-oriented solutions. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated piracy issues and deepened geopolitical divides. Turbulent seas such as these call for careful navigation. When it comes to promoting "peace," the key lies in combating the pirates that sail those very waters.
