The purpose of this study is to identify factors associated with effective peer-assisted learning (PAL) for nursing students. This review examined studies on PAL in nursing education. The literature was searched using terms including 'nursing & peer assisted learning,' 'nursing & peer learning,' and 'nursing & peer teaching.' Potentially relevant research on PAL was identified, and 12 studies were determined to meet the inclusion criteria. This review includes five qualitative, three mixed-methods, and three experimental studies published on the topic. In the studies reviewed, practicum classes were found to use PAL the most. Students of the same age were most commonly the subjects of PAL, as indicated in six papers. PAL has been suggested to affect participants' knowledge, self-efficacy, confidence, and anxiety. The findings indicate that interactions between peers promote learning and lead to mutually positive responses, which provide opportunities for self-development. Finally, students' learning outcomes improve and their confidence in their knowledge and skills increases as they experience the role of student nurse. These findings indicate that PAL can be utilized as an efficient learning method in nursing education programs. However, effective strategies for using PAL to achieve learning objectives and maximize learning outcomes are needed.

This study was carried out to evaluate the renewable energy dissemination programs in Korea, using peer-review. Especially, we used the peer review method which was suggested to evaluate the renewable energy program in U.S. by EERE, DOE. Before we implemented the peer review, we modified this method suitable for evaluating the renewable energy dissemination programs in Korea by getting advice from expertise in renewable energy policy. From this procedure, we have verified six evaluation criteria as Quality, Productivity, Accomplishments, Relevance and Management. We interviewed renewable energy policy expertise and corporation to evaluate the programs against these criteria. The result shows that overall programs were performed more than average. In addition, both the policy expertise and corporation perceived that "oan Guarantee Program" and "ompulsory Installation of Renewable Energy Facility in Public building" fulfilled its role to a great extent. However, the respondents pointed out that all of the programs need to be improved on its management.

Peer review is a well-known, pervasive and most reliable method for assessment of research proposals. But with the strength of peer review, it also has some various limitations and shortcomings. This study suggests the use of bibliometric indicators as a counterbalance of shortcomings and mistakes in peer review. Bibliometric indicators suggested in this study are somewhat different from the conventional ones. Bibliometric indicators with limited number of papers, use of impact factor and discrimination first and corresponding authors from co-authors may produce a more resonable indicators. In this way bibliometric indicators can be considered as complementary to a peer review.

본 연구의 주요 목적은 정부에서 추진하고 있는 신재생에너지 보급정책의 현재까지의 성과를 분석하고, 장애요인을 파악하여 개선방안을 제시하는 데에 있다. 따라서 보급정책의 하위 프로그램들의 정성적 평가를 위하여 미국 DOE(Department of Energy) 산하 EERE(Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy)에서 제시하고 있는 Peer Review Guide(2004)를 따라 외부동료평가(Peer Review)를 사용하였다. 그러나, 미국 EERE에서 제시하고 있는 가이드를 한국에 곧바로 적용함에는 무리가 있기에, 하위프로그램들의 외부동료평가를 실시하기에 앞서서 외부동료평가 설문 평가속성 결정을 위해 전문가 설문을 한 차례 더 진행하였다. 첫 번째 전문가 설문에서는 투입요소의 적정성 (Quality), 생산성 (Productivity), 성취도 (Accomplishments), 연계성(Relevance), 관리 (Management), 전체적 평가 (Overall Assesment) 항목 중 어떠한 항목을 선택해야 하는지, 국문 번역이 적절한지 등을 살펴보았다. 두 번째 설문에서는 이렇게 해서 선정된 항목을 바탕으로 각 프로그램 별로 Peer Review Guide에서 제시한 외부동료평가를 시행할 예정이다.

연구자는 연구 결과를 논문의 형태로 작성하여 학회에 투고하고 투고된 논문은 심사자의 면밀한 심사를 받은 뒤 학계에 공개되어 학문의 발전에 쓰인다. 이렇듯 심사 과정에 의해 연구 결과가 학계에 알려질지 결정되기 때문에 적절한 심사 시스템에 대해 많은 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 심사 시스템에서 발생하고 있는 문제점들을 살펴보고 이에 대한 해결책으로 블록체인 기반 공개 논문 심사 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존의 시스템과 다르게 개방적인 심사 구조를 가지며 투명성을 통해 공정하고 깊이 있는 평가를 보장한다. 동시에 블록체인을 사용함으로써 발생할 수 있는 프라이버시, 용량 문제에 대한 해결책을 제공한다. 최종적으로 제안하는 심사 시스템을 구현하여 결과를 보인다.

이 연구는 문제해결형 탐구 실험에서 실험보고서의 동료 검토 활동이 실험보고서의 기술 능력과 질 개선에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 일반화학 실험을 수강하는 학생을 대상으로 실험을 수행하고, 실험보고서 작성하여 같은 수업을 받은 동료로부터 두 번이상의 검토를 받는다. 피드백을 받은 학생은 동료 검토에 대해 답변하고 보고서를 수정하여 최종보고서를 완성한다. 연구 결과, 동료 검토는 실험 보고서의 질적 향상에 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 '실험고안'과 '결론 및 평가'과정에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 실험보고서를 작성하면서 자신의 생각을 정리하게 되는데, 이때 동료 검토 활동은 반성의 기회를 제공하고, 객관적인 시각으로 바라볼 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다. 또한 동료 검토 활동은 서로의 의견을 주고받으며 배울 수 있는 의사소통의 장이 될 수 있다.

오픈 과학으로 진화하는 학문 생태계 속에서 개방형 동료심사는 학술 커뮤니케이션의 투명성과 개방성을 강화하는 방안으로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 개방형 동료심사를 도입한 오픈액세스 학술지 118건을 대상으로 개방형 동료심사 제도 구성요소의 채택 현황과 출판사 유형, 국가·대륙별, 언어별, 학문 분야별 특성을 살펴보았다. 개방형 동료심사는 심사 보고서 또는 심사 전 논고를 공개하거나 저자와 심사자의 신원을 상호 간에 공개하는 등 다양한 방식으로 구현되었다. 또한 학문 분야별로 채택된 구성요소 간에 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 출판사 유형별 비중이 큰 상업 출판사가 대체로 많이 채택한 것으로 나타났으며, 주로 유럽에 속하는 국가에서 영어로 발행되는 현황이다. 분야별로 살펴보면, 전통적으로 개방적인 학술 커뮤니케이션을 지향하는 의약학, 자연과학 분야에서 더욱 활발한 개방형 동료심사 제도를 찾아볼 수 있었던 반면, 복합학, 인문학 분야에서는 소수의 학술지를 찾아볼 수 있다. 이를 통해 개방형 동료심사 제도의 학술지 채택 현황을 파악할 수 있으며, 개방형 동료심사제도 채택에 따른 학술 커뮤니티의 특성에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있다.

본 논문은 학술논문 투고관리시스템의 소개 및 발전방향에 대하여 연구하였다. 학술논문 투고관리 시스템은 논문저자에게 되도록 빠르고 편리한 학술지 게제를 제공하고, 논문심사자가 공정하고 편리하게 심사할 수 있도록 시스템을 제공한다. 현재 우리나라는 KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information, 한국과학기술정보연구원)가 무상으로 제공하고 있는 KISTI-ACOMS가 보급되고 있으며 또한 각 학회들은 자신들에 맞는 투고관리시스템을 개발하여 사용하고 있다. 앞으로도 지속적인 개선을 통해 발전해 나아갈 것으로 사료된다. 본 논문에서는 학술논문투고관리에 전형적인 심사, 수정, 게재 등에 대하여 설명하고 올바른 방향으로 나아갈 수 있도록 제시하고자 한다.

As student-centered learning grows, formative peer assessment practices have been universally used in various fields. According to the review of traditional peer assessment practices, the formative peer assessment has five common stages: planning, assessing (giving feedback), receiving feedback, reflection, and revising. As the each stage of traditional formative peer assessment has some weaknesses, the study discusses solutions that are recommended for dealing with the problems by introducing the potential benefits of web-based peer assessment. Then, desirable future trends of web-based peer assessment are suggested. The author hopes that understanding the potential benefits of web-based formative peer assessment will promote the proper use of peer assessment and render positive effect on student learning.

전 세계적으로 융복합 지향적 연구활동이 강화됨에 띠라 연구분야의 다양성과 새로운 연구분야의 개척은 물론 국가간 협력을 통한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 새로운 형태의 연구가 계속 발굴되고 있는데 반해 그 연구를 정확히 평가하고 객관적으로 검증하는 방법에는 한계가 있는 현실이다. 동료평가(peer Review)만으로는 정확한 연구과제 평가가 제한적이라는 인식이 확대되고 있으나 이를 보완할 객관적인 평가방법의 제사는 아직 실증적으로 검증되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최근 새롭게 추진된 국가연구개발사업에 동료평가와 신규 계량지표에 의한 평가를 적용하여 그 결과의 반영비율 및 상관도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 계량지표의 적용이 실증적으로 유의미한 결과를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다.
