서울시 업종별 점포의 속성이 가로활성화에 미치는 영향요인 분석 (Influence Factors Analysis of Revitalization in The Streets of Seoul City by Attributes of Small Retail Businesses' Classification)

  • 본 연구는 선행연구에서 중요하게 도출되었던 기본적인 가로의 물리적 환경, 접근성, 밀도, 다양성 등의 보행증진요인을 기본 모형으로 가로차원의 변수를 종합적으로 포함하여 보행량 증진에 영향을 미치는지 도출해보았다. 또한 Jacobs(1961)가 가로의 보행량 활성화를 위해 중요하다고 언급했던 다양한 시설과의 연관성이 있으며, 리처드 맥코맥(1983)이 주장했던 업종별로 보행활성화에 대한 정도 차이가 존재할 수 있음을 실증 분석하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서는 변수들간의 영향요인의 차이를 설명하기 위해 유형별 업종의 엔터방식 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 이러한 실증연구는 Jacobs(1961)가 가로의 보행량 활성화를 위해 중요하다고 언급했던 다양한 시설과의 연관성이 있으며, 리처드 맥코맥(1983)이 주장했던 업종별로 보행활성화에 대한 정도 차이가 존재할 수 있음을 실증 분석하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

공간구문론을 활용한 전통정기시장 공간구조분석 -평창 대화장을 중심으로- (Spatial Structure Analysis of Traditional Periodical Market using Space Syntax Method)

  • 최근 농촌지역이 쇠퇴하면서 농촌사회의 중심공간이었던 전통정기시장이 점차 축소되고 상권이 붕괴되면서 존폐를 위협하고 있는 실정이다. 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 전통정기시장의 활성화를 위한 대안을 제시하고 있지만 사회적, 지리적 관점에서 이루어진 연구는 정량적으로 분석하는데 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 강원도의 대표적인 5일장이었던 평창 대화장을 대상으로 정량적인 분석방법인 공간구문론을 활용하여 공간구조 및 보행동선을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전체적인 공간구조는 통합도와 명료도가 높게 나타나 방문객이 전체 공간을 인지하고 이동하기에 효율적인 구조이지만 소비를 촉진시키는 전략이 필요할 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 보행동선을 분석한 결과 시장의 중심부에 위치하거나 주요시설 주변에 분포하는 동선의 통합도가 높게 나타났다. 자연발생적으로 생겨난 전통정기시장은 단순하고 명료한 공간구조를 갖고 있다는 점에서 문제점이 있으며, 쇠퇴한 정기시장을 활성화하기 위해서는 장소성을 강화하고 방문객의 소비를 촉진하는 전략이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

조선일보의 글로벌 에티켓에 관한 기사 내용분석 (The Content Analysis of the Articles related to Global Etiquette In Chosun Daily Newspaper)

  • This paper aims to provide the basic data for the educational direction of global etiquette through the analyses of 1,028 articles appearing in Chosun Daily Newspaper the results of this study are as follows: 1. The articles of global etiquette were classified into the life in public places, the traffic and the public behavior. 1) The contents of the life in public places dealt with restaurants(29.3%), the neighborhood(24.7%), theaters and stadiums(9.7%), hotels and sanitary facilities(8.8%), stores(7.7%), schools and offices(7.0%), airports and public offices(6.6%) and resorts(6.2%). 2) The contents of traffic dealt with the motorists(29.3%), buses(24.7%), taxis(12.3%), subways(10.3%), trains(8.2%), elevators and pedestrian crossing(6.2%), airplanes(4.6%) and parking(4.4%). 3) The contents of public behavior contained the kindness(45.6%), the use of cellular Phone(12.4%), the concession and queues(10.8%), the greeting(10.3%), the responsibility and obeying laws(7.9%), the cleanliness(7.7%), the commercial transaction(2.9%) and the table manner(2.4%). 2. Koreans were negatively evaluated on 1) the kindness at restaurants, the neighbor and strangers and the motorists, 2) there aren't enough greetings being practiced within the neighborhood and at restaurants, 3) The use of cellular phone at theaters and stadiums, schools and offices, buses and subways, 4) The table manner at restaurants, 5) The concession and queues at theaters and stadiums, resorts, the motorists and subways, 6) The responsibility and obeying laws of the motorists, 7) the commercial transaction at restaurants and stores, 8) The cleanliness at restaurants, resorts and hotels and public sanitary facilities. According to this finding, it is recommended that we develop the educational contents and programs of global etiquette which are focused on educating the public on the connection between the living area and how the public should adapt and behave

마을 만들기에 있어 주민에 의해 표현되는 풍경 공유성 - 광주광역시 북구 사례를 중심으로 - (Common Characteristics of Landscape Cognition in Participatory Town Design Program - Focusing on the Case of Buk-gu District, Gwangju Metropolitan City -)

  • The purpose of this study was to find common characteristics in everyday landscape cognition that the residents share and to restore the resulting characteristics through citizen-participatory town design. Through the residents participatory workshop supported by the Gwangju Buk-gu District Autonomy and Citizen Academy of Gwangju YMCA, 304 people from eight administrative districts participated in three programs. In each program, photographed landscape images representing everyday conditions of the townscape were presented in several ways: in program 1, the residents' mental map was studied; in program 2, landscape images of real places were matched to locations on a map; and in program 3, the landscapes were scored on a scale from 1 to 5 according to five descriptive categories. The elements that were recognized as common landscape features were public facilities, pedestrian spaces, school areas, and parks and natural green spaces. Additional results including recognition of the participants affection for the village and a common landscape image shared by the people, as inhabitants looked around at the space of their own lives. It seems possible that more creative townscapes can be created by residents through participatory programs.

조명디자인에서 빛의 수직적 요소의 공간접근성 (In Lighting Design, Space Accessibility of Vertical Elements of the Light)

  • In lighting design and lighting in the light of how the physical space rather than the amount of light metering is implemented in the same space as horizontal illuminance and luminance study of the spatial analysis as a basis for improving the quality of scientific and cognitive aspects analyzed the vertical component of the light. 드론을 활용한 방문객 길 안내 시스템 (Navigation System Using Drone for Visitors)

  • 드론 기술은 점점 더 고도화되고 있는 카메라 및 센서 등의 감지 능력과 신속한 비행을 기반으로 하는 이동 능력 덕분에 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있으며 그 기대도 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 응용의 하나로 MIT Senseable City Lab에서 소개한 Skycall과 유사한 프로토타입을 직접 구현하고 실제 상황에서의 장점과 한계를 논의하고자 한다. 이러한 목표를 위해 안드로이드 스마트폰을 기반으로 드론을 기반으로 한 보행자 길 안내 시스템 프로토타입 구현하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 대학 캠퍼스나 공단 지역 같이 여러 건물들이 밀집해 있는 공간 상에서 방문객들의 길 안내는 물론 인증되지 않은 방문객의 시설 접근을 차단하는 보안 기능도 구현한다. 마지막으로 프로토타입 제작 중 발견한 문제점에 대한 논의와 제안을 제시한다.

  • In Korea, the top priority of the exterior space in the urban commercial street has been put on the road and parking for cars, not on the street for pedestrians, because of the lack of institutional urban planning, the land use of high density, the pursuit of maximum commercial profit, etc. Also, it is true that the form and facade of the street buildings which form the characteristics of the commercial street are regarded as the consumption-stimulating tool and, subsequently, are symbolized for commercial profit. This study starts from the recognition of reality, and, with the perspective of general plan for urban exterior space, tries to improve the environmental design of street space. Also, this study searches the ways to enhance the cultural, art, aesthetic and functional values of a city, as well as the ways to promote commercial activities and to perform commercial symbolism and pedestrian functions. This study aims at exploring the importance of street environmental design and the information of environmental design, so that the problems of current street environment, which generates the disorder and chaos of information, may be solved. Also, this study aims at promoting the continuous development for the future street environmental design and design plan.

용산 국제업무 지구 역세권 개발사업을 위한 기초연구 - 해외사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on Development Project for The Yongsan International Business Station District : Focus on Foreign Example)

  • The Yongsan International Business District development work is a 20 billion$ project to raise facilities for national business, trade, residence, and culture. The project site is $566,800m^2$ and it covers the railroad maintenance center and Dongbuichon-dong. Developing railroad station region used to be done by private investment. However, problems existed; simple function as a massive selling market, traffic jam caused by massive market users, inadequacy to transfer to other transportations, interruption of the pedestrian way and separation of zone of life by the station. To solve this problem it is important to consider developing cases of other countries and devise a plan that is applicable to our circumstances. In the study, we compared our station development case with foreign station development cases and analyze the element for the plan what we should consider in our station development. In addition, The results of the study can be used as a preliminary data in the future planning the Yongsan International Business District development.

농촌마을단위 경관진단지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Diagnostic Index for Measure of Rural Villages Landscapes Level)

  • In this study, it provides the diagnostic index for the rural landscape formation. For the development of diagnostic index, this study first analyzed documents and papers on the landscape formation. Landscape types are also classified by their function and then landscape index was developed by AHP method. Classification system was categorized as three steps: 2 items for 1st step, 10 items for 2nd step, and 20 items(criteria) for 3rd step. In the survey of weighting values with AHP method, the analysis result for the first step showed that rural village landscape is more important than landscape around the village by approximately 20%. In the second step, residence is rated as the most important, followed by village tree planting, and then farmland around the rural villages, greenery, and water environment. In the third step, the feng shui is rated as the most important, followed by tree planting, village forest, culture, and history. While vehicle maintenance, village alleys and pedestrian facilities are rated lower. In index of the around the village, weighting value for index of the farm land and skyline has the highest value. While species richness, water quality and water resources were rated relatively low. In the future, the rural landscapes diagnosis index will be applied to measure the level of the rural villages landscapes and it is expected to propose political support for the landscapes formation.

아파트단지 옥외공간의 친육아환경 요소에 대한 분석 (Analysis of Parenting-Friendly Outdoor Environment in Apartment Complexes)

  • The purpose of the study is to analyze the planning characteristics of outdoor space in apartment complexes in terms of child-care environment. We selected 8 apartment complexes in Cheongju, within three years from construction, of small and medium-sized apartments ($60-85m^2$) where a large number of families with young children are presumed to reside in. As a result of the study, it was found that whereas the factors that can be quantified such as the floor height differences, the angles of ramps, and the number of the rest facilities are excellent, the qualitative part which cannot be easily quantified such as the location and direction of the rest facility and play materials should be improved a lot. And the following improvements were suggested; separating the pedestrian passage from the vehicle road in the main entrance of the complex, utilizing the piloti for infant caring, making the entrance area of apartment safe for pedestrians from vehicles, reallocating resting spaces, redesigning resting spaces safer to infants, building or reallocating existing booths at the stops of kindergarten buses, redesigning the square safer from vehicles with shades, making it possible for guardians to watch infants in playing field from the resting space, allocating natural environments essential for child development.
