The kinetic mechanism of Hafnia alvei aspartase in the amination direction has been determined in the absence of metal. The initial velocity pattern obtained by varying the concentration of fumarate at several fixed concentrations of NH4+ , shows an intersection on the left of the ordinate at pH 7.0, indicating that the kinetic mechanism is a sequential mechanism in which substrate inhibition by fumarate is observed. The dead-end inhibition pattern by varying the concentration of NH4+ at several fixed concentration of succinate shows an intersection on the left of the ordinate. These data are consistent with random addition of NH4+, or fumarate. The Haldane relationship gives a Keq of 1.18 ${\times}$10-3 M at pH 7.0, which is in agreement with the values obtained from the direct determination of reaction concentrations at equilibrium (6.0 $\pm0.2$${\times}$10-3 M).

PURPOSES : The purpose of this paper is showing that the state of pavement sublayers can be evaluated differently according to direction of FWD. METHODS : The concrete pavement slabs above subgrade without anything, subgrade with cavity, and box culvert were modeled by finite element method(FEM). The modeled pavements were analyzed by changing the direction of falling weight deflectometer(FWD). The deflection results obtained from FEM were used to calculate radius of relative stiffness and composite modulus of subgrade reaction using AREA method. Then, the analyzed results were compared to the results of the test performed at the Korea Expressway Corporation(KEC) test road. RESULTS : The composite modulus of subgrade reaction increased with subgrade elastic modulus, while radius of relative stiffness decreased. The pavement sections of pure earth showed the consistent results regardless of FWD direction. In case there was cavity, the radius of relative stiffness was larger and composite modulus of subgrade reaction was smaller when FWD was leaving the cavity than when approaching the cavity. This pattern became clear when the cavity got larger. In case of the section with box culvert, the pattern was opposite to the case of cavity. When the soil cover depth increased, the effect of box culvert got smaller. When the load was applied far from the cavity and box culvert, the effect was also declined. The test performed at the KEC test road showed identical results to those of finite element analysis. CONCLUSIONS : The direction of FWD should be considered in evaluation of the state of pavement sublayers because it can be evaluated differently even under identical condition.
A model that precisely forecasts how much wind power is generated is critical for making decisions on power generation and infrastructure updates. Existing studies have estimated wind power from wind speed using forecasting models such as ANFIS, SMO, k-NN, and ANN. This study applies a projected clustering technique to identify wind power patterns of wind turbines; profiles the resulting characteristics; and defines hourly and daily power patterns using wind power data collected over a year-long period. A wind power pattern prediction stage uses a time interval feature that is essential for producing representative patterns through a projected clustering technique along with the existing temperature and wind direction from the classifier input. During this stage, this feature is applied to the wind speed, which is the most significant input of a forecasting model. As the test results show, nine hourly power patterns and seven daily power patterns are produced with respect to the Korean wind turbines used in this study. As a result of forecasting the hourly and daily power patterns using the temperature, wind direction, and time interval features for the wind speed, the ANFIS and SMO models show an excellent performance.

In this paper, the radiation characteristics of a Circular Loop Antenna is studied in a moving homogeneous, isotropic and linear media with a constant velocity much less than the speed of light. In Stuffing the radiation characteristics, Srst vector potential on the loop antenna is derived in the moving media by appling Maxwell-Minkowaski's theory. Next, using the derived relations, the electric and magnetic Seld is calculated for the spec-i Sed wave length ana velocity of the media. The Seld patterns in the moving media are compared with those of stationary media. We find that the intensity of the field is reduced in the direction of the media velocity and increased in the opposite direction only for the component parallel with the plane of the antenna. The deviation from the stationary media is proportional to the velocity of the media and the frequency of source current.

The Optical Art is based on the principle of visual perception of the illusionary effects which induce psychological responses. It has influenced greatly on the Texile Design in that unique iJlusionary creativity of pattern simulates the visual sense of special movement; the dynamic psylosophy of vitalism. The Optical pattern has become a highly valued item due to its innovative effect in aesthetic direction. According to Vitor Vasarely the pioneer in this area, the integration and the inseparability of form and color which he calls 'Plastic Unity' provides the basis for the composition of infinite variety. The composition of infinite variety. The composition reveals the complex interaction between the space and form relating to order, repetition, combination and permutation. It is not simple to create optical patterns due to the extreme complexity composed by the multi-dimension and the infusion of form and color giving immensely varied movement. The purposes of this study are as follows; 1) to classify the complex processes of optical pattern on the basis of formative method. 2) to develop creative ideas for progressive contemporary textile design In this study, the analysis of applied methods is concentrated, which is based 1) on the gradual modification and on the transformation of the basic plastic elements which depend on thle direction of visual points involVing contradictory perspectives 2) on the composition varied special situations by repeating, overlapping and converging a series of idetUical units or by means of irrdiation, radiation and etc.

The purpose of this study was to present a making method of jeans pattern with high fitness after deriving the appropriate shrinkage rate by material and washing process. According to the result of the exterior evaluation of test jeans, all 6 jeans were rated high with scores close to 3.5. Following the evaluation of satisfaction of usage by physical movement, the highest ranking was in the order of walking with normal steps, back bending $90^{\circ}$, chair sitting, climbing stairs and squatting. The shrinkage rate by physical area showed the highest score in the order of pants length, waist circumference, thigh circumference, knee circumference, hem circumference, hips circumference. In addition, the shrinkage rate was higher in warp direction than weft direction after washing finishing. As for the result of addition and reduction of pattern measurements by parts of jeans, waist circumference was $3.1{\sim}5.1cm$, hips circumference was $-1.2{\sim}4.2cm$, thigh circumference was $-0.9{\sim}3.1cm$ and pants length was $3.4{\sim}6.1cm$. That is, this results showed a wide range of addition and reduction according to material and washing finishing.
In this paper, we propose a new deinterlacing algorithm which is an edge dependent Interpolation (EDI) algorithm based on a horizontal edge pattern. Generally, a conventional EDI algorithm has a visually better performance than any other deinterlacing algorithm using one field. However, it produces unpleasant results due to the failure of estimating edge direction. In order to exactly detect edge direction, we use not only simple difference but also edge patterns. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm outperforms conventional approaches with respect to both objective and subjective criteria. Index Terms I-to-P conversion, deinterlacing, edge dependent interpolation, edge pattern.
Objective: To compare head and hand movement patterns during squash forehand motions between experts and less-skilled squash players. Method: Four experts and four less-skilled squash players participated in this study. They performed squash forehand swings and a VICON motion analysis system was used to obtain displacement and velocity data of the head and right hand during the movement. Mann-Whitney U-tests were performed to compare head and hand range of motion and peak velocity, and cross-correlation was performed to analyze the head-hand coordination pattern between groups in three movement directions. Results: In terms of head and hand kinematic data, experts had greater head range of motion during down swings than less-skilled squash players. Experts seemed to reach peak hand velocity at impact by reaching peak head velocity followed by hand peak velocity within a given temporal sequence. In terms of head-hand coordination patterns, both groups revealed high positive correlations in the medial-lateral direction, indicating a dominant allocentric coordination pattern. However, experts had uncoupled coordination patterns in the vertical direction and less-skilled squash players had high positive correlations. These results indicate that the head-hand movement pattern likely an important factor squash forehand movement. Conclusion: Analysis of head and hand movement patterns could be a key variable in squash training to reach expert-level performance.

Nowadays, Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry is a well-established measuring technique with a wide range of industrial applications, particularly in the fields of deformation measurement and vibration analysis. Comparing with holographic interferometry, it has some attractive features, which are rapid recording and reconstruction, satisfiable automation etc. The Time-Average ESPI is used to provide vibration mode shape of an object whose vibration amplitude is given as a fringe pattern. Its merit is rapid and simple measurement for vibrating object. However, it is not possible to determine the direction of motions of a point on the object at any given time, because it does not give any information about the phase of vibration. But, Stroboscopic ESPI can measure the amplitude and phase of vibrating surface. In this paper, loudspeakers were tested by these two methods. As a result, we can assume that these techniques will be applied directly in the loudspeaker industry.
The purpose of this paper is to design and implement the user motion pattern control system for the simulated vehicle. After analyzing the user motion patterns in the system, the patterns are used to control the moving direction of the simulated vehicle such as forward, backward, turn right, turn left etc. The patterns in the system around are sent to the simulated vehicle in real time. In order to execute the suggested user motion pattern control system, the Kinect is used for executing the system. The Kinect recognizes the specified user motion patterns and it transmits the data to the user motion pattern control system. There are nine kinds of the user motion patterns in the system for controlling the simulated vehicle. In addition to this, some sensors are used to detect the condition of the simulated vehicle. GPS is also used to estimate the current location of the simulated vehicle and to obtain the driving information.
