This study has established three research questions: 1) the recognition of the online communication 2) the degree of the reading and writing on online spare 3) the amount of the effects on the online communication. This study is performed using survey method. The survey results indicated in that the participants are very passive readers and writers on the online spare. In addition, the survey repliers evaluated that replies' mechanical device and antigravitational speed have high score, whereas they marked low store in the content and credibility of 'the replies. Therefore, they did not estimate the effects of the replies highly. All the results indicate that 'the replies' is not the fundamental factors of the deliberative democracy. It's because online communication with 'the replies' are thought to be fated the abuse and slander. Therefore, it's essential to improve the online communication with 'the replies', through the introduction of the 'trackback', which is a sort of the 'remote replies'

As the prevention of patient safety accidents has been strengthened in the accreditation process of medical institutions, patient safety, which is the maintenance of patient safety by managing medical accidents around the patients, is considered a subject that is important as a disease cure. The purpose of this study is to develop a Patient Safety Program using simulated situations for inpatients at a general hospital ward and to understand the effects on knowledge, performance, and perception of patient safety before and after the programs. In addition, the satisfaction of patient safety education is verified after application of the program. The participants were 30 inpatients at a general hospital. Data were collected from April 15 to 30, 2019 and analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 23.0. The results of the preand post-education revealed a statistically significantly improvement of patient safety knowledge, performance, perception and educational satisfaction. The Patient Safety Education Program using simulated situation was an effective educational program for the inpatients to improve patient safety knowledge, performance, perception, and educational satisfaction. Therefore, this program demonstrated a positive effect of patient safety and it is expected that it can be used as the basis of an education program in patient safety education in a clinical setting.
The purpose of the study was to verify validity of Creative School Environment Perceptions (CSEP) scale developed based on the scale developed in 2010 by Mayfield and Mayfield. Factor analysis was used to assess construct validity. Another purpose of the study was to investigate factors related to students' perception of creative school environment through use of the group differences. The research participants were 203 elementary school students and all of them were 5th and 6th grade students. Factor analysis indicated that CSEP scale consist of three factors: creativity support, work characteristics, and creativity blocks. In addition the correlation between CSEP scale and the previous scale were investigated to verify the validity of CSEP scale. The results showed that the convergent validity were obtained. Independent-sample t test was performed to test for specific loci of significant between group differences in gender, grade, and the level of ideational behavior. The finding showed that 6th grade students said that their environment hinder creativity. Students with the high level of ideational behavior perceived their school environment was supportive while students with the low level of ideational behavior perceived their school environment was obstructive. Therefore teachers should understand students' perception of creative school environment using CSEP scale and should change students' perception of creative school environment through considering grade and the level of ideational behavior.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and need for the revised child care practicum (January, 2017) in Korea. The period of collecting data was between July 15 and October 30, 2004, distributing 128 questionnaires to 128 participants, and a total of 110 questionnaires from 55 doctors and 55 nurses were collected (86%)among 70 different hospitals. The collected data were analyzed using SAS program to get real number and percentage, and were also analyzed with $X^2$-test. The Study Results are as follows: 1. Respondents who agreed with the necessity of DNR was 97.27%, the reasons of DNR necessity were 59.20% of 'impossibility of recovery in spite of lots of efforts,' and 35.20% of 'for the purpose of choosing a comfortable and dignified death,' and 97.2% of respondents answered that it was necessary to give explanation of DNR to serious case patients, terminal patients and their family. 2. Problems derived from DNR decisions were 44.44% of 'lack of treatment and nursing,' 21.11% of 'guilty conscience about failing to do best efforts,' and 71.57% of CPR implementation right after DNR decision. 3. Reasons of implementing CRP for patients with DNR decision were 50.94% of 'for the presence of family and relatives at the point of patient's death,' 20.76% of 'guardian's change of DNR decision,' and 16.98% of 'no communication for the consent after DNR decision.' 4. With regard to who was to make DNR decision? there was a difference in the opinion between doctors' and nurses' group while the group of doctors chose 'by the consent of the family and the doctor in charge,' and the group of nurses chose 'patient's intension,' and with regard to Have you received DNR related education? and Will people who want DNR increase if there is explanation given? there was a difference between the two groups. 5. In the catholic institutions, respondents of 71.7% said that it was necessary to take DNR depending upon the situation, and 73% said that they had performed DNR before. 6. In the institutions with over 500 beds, 91.92% of respondents said that there should be an establishment of guideline book as a written format to implement DNR. From the results of this study, it was found that DNR was implemented and executed broadly in clinical fields in the absence of necessary instructions and/or guideline, and that DNR order was placed to the group of doctors who got less opportunity for proper education than did that of nurses.
The purpose of this study is to understand the women's experiences of negative perception, discrimination and 'ethnicized stigma' in South Korea. For this purpose, data were collected through in-depth interviews from 8 women escaped from North Korea and 4 professionals. The findings of this study are as follows: Almost of them experienced negative perception and discrimination caused by language, pronunciation intonation, and differences of ways to express their emotions. And they experienced the disapproval as the native perception and confusion of ethnic identity. Several participants in this study try to build or organize their communities to give emotional and instrumental support for them. However, in these processes, they experience emotional conflicts and crises feelings of disorganization of their communities because of they didn't have experience to involve communities, and didn't have ideas of membership and their roles. And they were learned to criticize with each other in North Korea. They worry about their families' safety in North Korea. For this reason, they can't have trustful personal relationships among Koreans including people escaped from North Korea in South Korea. They want to participate in Korean's community activities, and learn to adjust to everyday lives in South Korea. In conclusion, based upon the outcomes of this study, it is expected that any practical implications or solutions for North Korean defector's welfare would be suggested.

This study was undertaken to identify knowledge, attitude, perception and nursing practice toward use of physical restraints, among nurses in long-term care hospitals. We further explored the impact of factors associated with nursing practice toward use of physical restraints. This was a cross-sectional descriptive study in which self-administered questionnaires were collected from 128 nurses working at 11 long-term care hospitals. Descriptive statistics, including t-test, one-way ANOVA, Welch's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression, were applied to analyze the data collected. Our results reveal that the participants possess moderate levels of knowledge, attitude, perception and nursing practice toward use of physical restraints. Significant positive correlations were observed between nursing practice and knowledge. Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors significantly related to nursing practice and use of physical restraint were knowledge (${\beta}=0.27$, p=0.002) and attitude (${\beta}=-0.17$, p=0.044), having a total explained variance of 9.0%. The findings from this study suggest that knowledge is the strongest predictor on nursing practice toward use of physical restraints. Thus, we propose that developing and applying evidence-based educational intervention programs to reduce the use of physical restraints in long-term care hospitals are required.
