일 대학병원 주차장 유료화에 따른 주차장 이용실태 조사 (A Survey of a Present Utilization of the Parking Lot with the Introduction of a Charging System)

  • Background : As parking problem caused by increasing owner-driver and patients concentrating to a general hospital is becoming one of the dissatisfactions in medical care. It is time that a general hospital should solve the parking problem in a desirable way. The purpose of this survey is to let the clients understand the basic motivation of the pay parking and develop the better parking system. Methods : Clients of a tertiary care hospital in Chon-ju were surveyed by means of a questionnaire. All in all, 193 subjects answered the questionnaire. Results : In relation to previous experiences, 39.6% of the subjects experienced inconvenience with confused parking lot and the shortage of parking space. Under the current parking system, the subjects who felt the available parking space was enough were more than those who didn't 62.7% of the subjects answered that they could find the parking lot easily. 33.2% of the subjects mentioned that it was not easy to drive in the parking area ; The reasons were pointed out the shortage of space, disordered parking, and insufficient guide. 12.8% of the subjects satisfied with the current administering system of parking lot. The outpatients were more affirmative than the admitted patients about the charging system. As for the parking fee, 64% of the subjects answered that it is expensive, and 89.5% of the subjects thought imposing of parking fee is irrational. Conclusion : To say as a whole, the basic purpose of the charging system are more or less accepted. However, the management details like parking facilities and payment method are dissatisfactory, so it is necessary to improve the management system. It is also noted that the inpatients showed more negative attitude than the outpatients with the charging system. To secure a more convenient parking, the parking system should be considered in relation to the information service, kind guidance, improve facilities, personnel cooperation, fix outpatient scheduling system, etc.

지하 주차장의 환기성능평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Estimation of Ventilation Performance in the Underground Parking Lot)

  • In past, parking lot was placed on the ground and for the reason air quality was not in problem. But recently parking lot has been placed under the ground and the air quality becomes problem. So in this study, the ventilation performance on the underground parking lot was estimated by using CFD software and alternative system was suggested. Three case studies are handled in this study. 1st case is just an underground parking lot. 2nd case is about an underground parking lot where has 4 fan rooms on each floor and 3rd case is about an underground parking lot where has 4 fan rooms and 30 guidance fans on each floor.

  • Nowadays, there are many problems of traffic and parking in residential areas. This study begins analysis the parking situations in apartment complex. It originated from understanding of the parking preference of users about underground and ground parking lots. The method of this study is based on field survey of parking demand and thoughts of users of underground parking lot. There are so many parking problems in apartment complex that is due to the absence of parking demand data. So the goal of this study is to provide a solution of parking problems in apartment complex through understanding of the actual condition of parking problems, the preference and the reason of users about underground parking lot in apartment complex.

RFID와 USN을 사용한 지능형 주차관리 시스템 구축 (Intelligent Parking Management System using RFID and Sensor)

  • There are several ways to solve parking problem in the downtown. One of them is to manage parking efficiently, that is, to raise use-efficiency of parking place and to help in the block efficiently, it can prevent disproportion that some parking space is over capacity and the other parking one is under. It causes not only the disproportion of economic efficiency but also the congestion of local road. The precondition to manage parking efficiently is to analyse the parking characteristics. In this paper we build up total D/B by collecting every information about parking space. We developed the Parking Management System by using RFID and Sensor. The efficient Parking Management System is for convenience of drivers and efficient usage of parking space. And this system is also the basic study to be developed as the total Parking Management System by upgrading every information.

  • 날로 악화되고 있는 주차문제의 개선을 위하여 지자체에서는 관련법에 의거하여 주차장 수급실태조사를 주기적으로 실시하고 있다. 하지만 기존 평가 방법에서는 조사방법의 한계로 인해 주차공급 및 규제에 의해 수요가 억제된 상태 하에서 발생하는 주차수요를 조사하고 있어, 주차 수급문제 진단의 핵심이 될 수 있는 대상지역 내 주차 이용수요의 발생 총량을 정확하게 파악할 수 없는 실정이다. 또한 현황연도만을 대상으로 분석을 실시하고 있어, 장래 주차 문제에 대한 예상과 분석에는 한계를 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위하여 기존 평가 방법과 차별성을 갖는 개선된 주차장 수급실태 평가 방법을 제시하고, 기존 평가 방법을 적용한 분석 결과와의 상호 비교를 통하여 개선된 평가 방법이 주차문제 개선을 위한 장기적 관점의 주차정책 수립에 유용할 수 있음을 보여준다.

대규모행사시 주차장 이용특성 분석 (A Study for Parking Characteristic of A Large Scale Event)

  • Prepare need in each branch for a large scale event. especially prepare for transportation problem is very important. most research for until at now parking prepare according city management however, parking prepare for large event is a necessity which it will parking characteristic. accordingly this research is conducted study for parking prepare subject of large event. this study result, vehicle demand for parking by stadium have many but vehicle demand for parking off stadium have few. accordingly large parking supply is ineffective. shuttle bus service in principal position of city is effective. study result showed that it included 85% parking at 6~7hour before large event start time. accordingly disposition time of parking manager is desirable 6~7hour before large event start time.

When we manage the parking place m the block efficiently, It can prevent disproportion that some parking space is over capacity and the other parking one is under. It causes not only the disproportion of economic efficiency but also the congestion of local road. The precondition to manage parking efficiently is to analyse the parking characteristics. In this study we found out the characteristics of parking vehicles by analyzing the turnover per parking mesh and occupancy rate And we build up total D/B by collecting every information about parking space. We developed the Parking Management System by using GIS with D/B and digital map. The efficient Parking Management System is for convenience of drivers and efficient usage of parking space. And this system is also the basic study to be developed as the total Parking Management System by upgrading every information.

계획개발된 단독주택지구의 주차문제에 대한 토지이용 원인 -강릉 교동2택지개발사업지구를 대상으로- (Cause of Land-use on the Parking Difficulties in the Planned Residential Area -Case Study of GyoDong 2 Land development District in GangNeung City-)

  • 본 연구는 계획적으로 조성된 단독주택지구의 주차부족을 야기하는 근본적 원인이 현실을 제대로 고려하지 못한 토지이용계획에 있음을 제기하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 강릉시 교동2택지개발지구의 단독주택지구를 사례로 개발계획에 나타난 토지이용계획과 주차계획 등을 검토하였으며, 현장조사를 통해 토지이용현황과 주차실태를 조사하였다. 단독주택지구의 주차문제를 발생시키는 주요 요인으로는 현실을 제대로 반영하지 못한 토지이용계획에 있는데, 이는 주차수요가 과소 추정되고 주차장 공급이 부족한 결과를 낳았다. 또한 개발 이후의 토지이용과 주차에 대한 관리가 소홀했다는 점도 들 수 있다. 이와 같은 문제에 대한 개선방안으로는 토지이용계획 수립 시점부터 향후 토지이용 변화를 예측하여 적절한 토지이용계획 및 주차장 확보계획이 이루어져야 하며, 주차수요의 변화를 반영한 토지이용 관리가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

공공개발지구 내 주차장용지의 이용실태와 토지공급방법 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Use of Parking Lots and Improvement Methods of Land Supply in Public Development Zones)

  • Parking lot within housing site contains public interest of relieving parking space shortage problem and subject to public restriction. If auctioned off at higher price by excessive competition in general competitive bid for land bidders, the development of parking lot will be made against its original purpose supply. The core issue is that a bid price is quite often to be blown out of proportion by 150%~ 250% due to extreme competition and, could face serious problem if a winning bidder runs sale business. If it is rental business, although about 30% of the total floor space of the whole building to be used as neighborhood facilities, too high winning bid price cause to lose transparency. In case of sale at aggregate buildings, most business operators would sell 30% of the neighborhood facilities, spare the parking lot and manages thereof separately. According to Aggregate Buildings Act, neighborhood facilities are allowed for individual registration and ownership of parking lot by business operator or designated person by business operator. In this case, the parking lot becomes 70% of the total floor space of the whole building and 70% of the land share which makes the mortgage very valuable and easier for business operator to get financial loan. There used to be many cases such as owners of neighborhood facilities (aggregate buildings partial owners) who run parking lot to repay their loan running parking lot to repay loan, but found that very tough and reached auction and relatively disadvantaged. For parking lot within housing site, it is recommend to exclude the public factors that land has and take into account of public restriction in area (housing site). Business opportunity for operators and protection of property rights for buyers in aggregate buildings, land supply method is recommended to replace from highest bid method into draw or private contract. In terms of price, supply at estimated price (construction price) and restriction on usage (Co-ownership of parking lot) proposals are submitted.

국민주택규모 아파트단지의 주차수요에 관한 연구 - 대구광역시 칠곡지구를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Parking Demand of Public Sized Apartments - Focused on Apartments at Chil-Gok Area in Daegu -)

  • The parking problem is caused by the parking demand. The ratio of parking demand at multi-family housing sites has been increased significantly, therefore several parking problems have occurred. The goal of this study is to investigate the parking demand per housing size of public-sized apartments, and to prepare that with the architectural regulations about parking supply. According to the results of this study, the parking demand of the small size housing unit(exclusive size:60 $m^2$ below) shows 1.09 car per the unit. and that of the medium size housing unit(exclusive size:60 $m^2$ over 85 $m^2$ below) shows 1.34 car per the unit. The parking demand of the small size housing unit was exceeded 56% more than the legal supply limit, and the parking demand of the medium size housing unit was exceeded 34% more. It is means that the level of architectural regulation about parking supply was not enough than the parking demand. So, it needs recon-sideration about the architectural regulations of parking supply.
