지역간과 대도시 화물자동차 통행발생 특성 비교 (The Comparison Between Regional and Urban Truck Movement Characteristics)

  • 본 연구는 지역적 범위에 따른 화물자동차의 통행발생 특성을 비교 분석함으로써 지역간 및 대도시 화물수요모형 추정의 차이점을 도출하고 지역적 범위에 적합한 화물수요모형 개발의 필요성을 제시하고자 하였다. 지역간 및 대도시 화물자동차의 통행발생 특성을 분석하기 위하여 화물자동차 속성, 출발지 특성, 도착지 특성, 적재품목을 고려한 서열로짓모형을 구축하였으며, 이를 통하여 다양한 특성이 화물자동차의 통행발생에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지역간 화물자동차와 대도시 화물자동차의 통행발생 특성은 화물자동차 속성, 출발지 특성, 도착지 특성, 적재품목에서 모두 서로 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 지역간 화물자동차는 대도시와 달리 출발지 및 도착지 유형이 제조업이고, 출발지 및 도착지의 산업단지 생산액이 클수록 통행수가 많은 것으로 나타났다.

외모관심에 따른 SPA브랜드 인지, 구매경험 및 속성에 대한 태도 차이 분석 (The differences in Cognition, Purchasing Experience and Attitudes towards Attributes of SPA Brands between Appearance Interest Groups)

  • This study explored the degree of cognition, purchasing experience and attitudes towards SPA brand attributes. This study examined the differences in variables and demographic characteristics against appearance interest groups. A questionnaire survey collected data from November $1^{st}$ and $15^{th}$ 2012. The convenience sample was drawn from females between the ages of 20 and 39 who lived in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions of South Korea. A total of 255 responses were complete and usable questionnaires. Data were tested through factor analysis, t-test, and ${\chi}^2$ test using SPSS 21.0. The results show that there were significant group differences in the cognition and purchasing experience of SPA brands and the attitudes towards SPA brand attributes. The high appearance interest group was more aware of SPA brands and evaluated SPA brand attributes more positively and bought more SPA brand products than the low appearance interest group. The high appearance interest group showed that domestic brands were excellent in low price among brand attributes but foreign brands were relatively excellent in various design and store display. There was a significant difference in educational level between appearance interest groups; however, there were no significant differences in age, marital status, and income level group. This study contributes to basic information for the SPA brand buying behavior research field and apparel industry marketing strategy by analyzing the relationship among appearance interest, cognition, SPA brand purchasing experience and SPA brand attribute attitudes.

인터넷쇼핑몰 유형별 쇼핑몰속성이 화장품 쇼핑몰 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Cosmetics Shopping Mall Attributes on Revisit Intentions of Total Mall and Specialty Mall at Internet)

  • Cosmetics retailers would benefit from studies that examine which shopping-mall attributes can be manipulated to favorably affect consumer satisfaction and revisit intention at Internet. The purposes of this study were (1) to examine the dimensionality of shopping-mall attribute for cosmetics retailers, (2) to determine which dimensions of shopping-mall attribute were significant predictors of consumer satisfaction and revisit intention and (3) to find out the moderating effect of consumer satisfaction through shopping-mall attributes on revisit intention to buy cosmetics across the types of shopping-mall at Internet (i.e., total mall and specialty mall). Data were collected from 209 online cosmetic shoppers among high school girls. Factor analysis identified five dimensions of shopping-mall attributes at Internet, such as Convenience, Price, Loading speed, Sales promotion, and Service. Only two dimensions(i.e., convenience and service) were significant predictors of online shopper satisfaction in both total mall and specialty mall. The moderating effect of consumer satisfaction on revisit intention was significant in both two mall types at Internet. For total mall, price was a significant predictor through consumer satisfaction on revisit intention, while loading speed was a significant predictor directly on revisit intention for specialty mall. In light of the major findings, this study sets forth strategic implications for consumer satisfaction and revisit intention to buy cosmetics in the setting of electronic commerce.

서비스 품질 속성 IPA 분석을 활용한 테마 레스토랑 입지별 LSM 전략수립 (Development of LSM(Local Store Marketing) Strategy Using the IPA Analysis of Service Quality Attributes by the location in a Theme Restaurant)

  • The purposes of this study were to a) examine using status, b) measure the service quality attributes, c) analyze IPA and customer satisfaction, d) develop the LSM(Local Store Marketing) by location of K theme restaurant such as residential type(A), complex type(B) and downtown type(C). The questionnaires were handed out to 346 of 450(usage rate 76.9%). The statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS(ver 12.0) for descriptive analysis, $X^2$, t-test, ANOVA, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple linear regression. From an analysis on service quality attributes, most importance of service quality attributes was more highly perceived than performance of those, except for 'attractive exterior', 'variety of kid's menu', 'convenient facilities for kid' and perceived importance and performance were also significantly different by location of branch restaurant. The attributes to be improved were 'convenience of restaurant's parking lot', 'food tast', 'speedy service' and 'service competency' as branch A(residential type) restaurant, 'convenience of the restaurant location' as branch B(complex type) restaurant and 'convenience of the restaurant location' and 'speedy service' as branch C(downtown type) through IPA analysis. The Overall customer satisfaction was 3.74 and service quality factors had significant effect on overall customer satisfaction. Location of restaurant, which gives a great effect on its operation and marketing, has a important correlation with success or failure of restaurant business enterprises. Therefore, marketing strategy by restaurant location should be developed.

구기자의 구매속성과 신제품 전략 (Product Attributes and New Product Strategies Affecting Consumer Purchases of Lycium Chinense)

  • 구기자 관련종사자들이 구기자의 잠재적 수요를 진작시키게 하는 방법은 첫째, 세계 각지에 생산되는 모든 구기자의 성분을 철저히 분석하고 우리나라에서 생산되는 구기자의 강점을 소비자들에게 투명하게 인식할 수 있어야 한다. 둘째, 구기자 구매자들이 구기자를 구입할 때 어떤 속성을 기준으로 구매하는지도 사전분석을 통해 체계적으로 알고 있어야 하고 구기자 수요를 창출한다는 것은 매우 미시적 대응에 지나지 않는다는 것이다. 셋째, 구기자의 여러 성분 가운데 소비자들에게 가장 인식될 수 있는 성분에 집중하는 동시에 소비자들이 쉽게 음용할 수 있도록 장소, 시간, 소유, 지각, 가치의 부정적 요인들을 제거시킬 수 있는 방안도 병행하여 적극적으로 강구되어져야 한다. 본 연구의 한계점은 설문에 관한 인식이 설문에 답하면 추후 부정적인 결과, 세무조사를 받을 것이라는 편견과 바쁘다는 핑계가 가장 높아 낮은 응답을 보였다. 사실 이러한 설문은 오히려 구기자 및 한약재 관련 종사자들에게 직 간접적으로 수요촉진과 '객관적인 시장보호 장벽'이라는 긍정적 효과를 얻어낼 수 있음에도 불구하고 냉소적이고 부정적인 견해를 갖고 있는 것은 우리나라 구기자 시장 발전에 결코 바람직스럽지 않는 일이다.

파프리카 품종별 색상별 특성 비교를 위한 기기적, 관능적 품질 지표 평가 (Assessment of Paprika Quality by Instrumental Parameters and Sensory Attributes)

  • This study was performed to improve the quality index of paprika by assessment of instrumental test and sensory attributes. Red paprika (11 cultivars), orange paprika (9 cultivars), and yellow paprika (10 cultivars) were provided by GyeongNam (GN) and JeonBuk Agricultural Research and Extension Services (JB). We measured hardness and color values using a colorimeter and TPA as well as developed new terminology such as cucumber taste, grass taste, green pepper flavor and appearance (size, color size, color, and glossiness), texture (hardness, juiciness), and taste (sweetness, pungency, sourness) to describe paprika quality attributes by trained panels. a* value of red 'Nagano' cultivar provided by JB was significantly low, and only b* value of orange paprika was significantly different among the samples. In the case of yellow paprika, b* values were not significantly different, and hardness was significantly different. Overall color values were different among samples provided by GN. Oranos, orange paprika, L value, b value, and hardness were different among the samples. Bitterness was negatively correlated with sweetness and positively correlated with green pepper aroma (p<0.05). Overall acceptability was positively correlated with size, juiciness, and sweetness (p<0.01) and negatively correlated with pungent (p<0.05) and bitterness (p<0.01). In conclusion, negative attributes such as bitterness and pungentness as well as positive attributes such as size, juiciness, and sweetness must be considered as important factors for consumer preference and breeding of new cultivars.

외식 영양정보 표시의 이용과 속성에 대한 소비자 인식 (Customers' Use of Menu Labeling in Restaurants and Their Perceptions of Menu Labeling Attributes)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine restaurant customers' use of menu labeling and their perception of menu labeling attributes. Further, the study investigated relations of menu labeling use behavior, and perception of menu labeling attributes with behavioral intentions toward menu labeling. Using a self-administered survey conducted for 2 weeks from the 2nd week of October, 2015, data were collected from restaurant customers who were exposed to menu labeling over 3 months at the time of the survey. A total of 426 respondents completed the survey. Respondents were asked about use of menu labeling, usefulness, ease of understanding, accuracy, and demographic information. There was a difference in menu labeling use behavior according to age, whereas respondents aged 50 years or over showed significantly higher use of menu labeling than those in 20s (P<0.001). Perceptions of menu labeling attributes positively affected behavioral intentions towards menu labeling. While all three menu labeling attributes, 'usefulness', 'ease of understanding', and 'accuracy', were positive factors for behavioral intentions towards menu labeling, usefulness was the biggest attribute explaining behavioral intentions (P<0.001). The study findings offer implications that can be applied to academics, the foodservice industry, and government in an attempt to nurture a healthy eating environment through provision of nutritional information at restaurants.

컨조인트 분석을 활용한 학교 우유급식의 서비스 품질 속성 및 상대적 중요도 도출 (An Investigation of the Relative Importance of the Selection Attributes of School Milk Programs by Conjoint Analysis)

  • This study evaluated the quality of school milk programs and analyzed the relative importance of school milk program selection attributes using conjoint analysis. The survey was conducted on students from middle and high schools in metropolitan cities that provide school milk programs. Responses were received from 414 students and the data was subjected to frequency analysis, t-test, and conjoint analysis using the SPSS Statistics Package. While evaluating white milk in the school milk program, middle school students rated 'packaging condition' (4.23) the highest, high school students rated 'nutrition' (4.64) the highest, and their evaluation of all the quality attributes was significantly different from that of middle school students (p<0.001). Overall satisfaction scores too, showed a significant difference between high school (4.46) and middle school students (4.01) (p<0.001). Processed milk & dairy products had the highest satisfaction score in the attribute of 'serving time' (4.57). The relative importance of the choice attributes of the school milk program was in the order of 'number per item' (62.260%), 'temperature' (25.708%), and 'serving method' (12.032%) for all students. The school milk program most preferred by all students and middle school students was to provide milk at a refrigerated temperature, select white milk three times a week, processed milk, fermented milk, and cheese twice a week, and provide it at the desired time.

대전 뿌리공원 관광지 선택속성이 관광객 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구 -관광지 이미지를 조절효과로- (Impact of Daejeon ppuri park tourist attraction selection attribute on tourist satisfaction and behavioral intentions: Image of tourist attraction as a moderated effect)

  • 관광지 관광객의 경험을 중심으로 관광객의 관광지 선택속성에 대해 파악하고, 관광지 선택속성이 만족 및 행동의도에 대한 영향관계를 확인하는 연구는 매우 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대전 뿌리공원 관광객을 대상으로 방문 후의 설문조사를 통하여 대전 뿌리공원 관광지 선택속성이 관광객의 만족 및 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명함에 목적이 있었다. 이에 실증분석을 통하여 관광지 선택속성이 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 관계, 그리고 관광지 선택속성이 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 관광지 이미지의 조절효과에 대한 분석이 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 가설 검증결과, 대전 뿌리공원 관광지 선택속성과 만족과의 관계에서 '활동 체험성' 및 '접근 비용성' 요인은 만족에 있어 영향관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 관광지 선택속성과 행동의도 관계에서 '활동 체험성', '접근 비용성' 과 '친숙성' 요인이 행동의도에 영향관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 마지막으로 관광지 이미지 조절변수에 따른 관광지 선택속성과 만족간의 관계에서는 유의한 조절관계가 있는 것으로 나타났지만, 행동의도에는 조절역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.
