  • 기존에 사용되어지는 도어락 시스템은 키 또는 카드, 패드를 이용하는 방식으로 복제, 분실, 훼손 등의 위험과, 타인에게 노출되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 도어락 시스템 문제점을 보완하고자 스마트폰에 내장된 Bluetooth통신과 OTP(One-Time-Password), Hide-Key 인증방식 및 Arduino를 활용한 스마트폰 기반의 무선 OTP 도어락 시스템 설계 및 구현함으로써 사용자들은 보안 및 노출의 위험성에서 벗어나 보다 편리하고 안전한 생활을 가능하게 한다.

HV-SoP Technology for Maskless Fine-Pitch Bumping Process

  • Recently, we have witnessed the gradual miniaturization of electronic devices. In miniaturized devices, flip-chip bonding has become a necessity over other bonding methods. For the electrical connections in miniaturized devices, fine-pitch solder bumping has been widely studied. In this study, high-volume solder-on-pad (HV-SoP) technology was developed using a novel maskless printing method. For the new SoP process, we used a special material called a solder bump maker (SBM). Using an SBM, which consists of resin and solder powder, uniform bumps can easily be made without a mask. To optimize the height of solder bumps, various conditions such as the mask design, oxygen concentration, and processing method are controlled. In this study, a double printing method, which is a modification of a general single printing method, is suggested. The average, maximum, and minimum obtained heights of solder bumps are $28.3{\mu}m$, $31.7{\mu}m$, and $26.3{\mu}m$, respectively. It is expected that the HV-SoP process will reduce the costs for solder bumping and will be used for electrical interconnections in fine-pitch flip-chip bonding.

이원 배치법을 이용한 브레이크 디스크의 온도에 관한 연구 (A Study Temperature of Break Disc using Two-way Layout)

  • Due to economic growth, the number of cars has grown rapidly and consequently traffic accidents have grown in direct ratio. This reminds us that braking device of a vehicle is an important factor to prevent traffic accidents. Aim these researches to speed and lighten the braking system of vehicles, to lengthen its durability and to shorten the stopping distance. However, it is still difficult to analyze quantitatively and clearly the reason and solution for abnormal wear of disc and pad or judder in flywheel mode. Therefore this study was carried out to presume for mutual relation of analysis condition to get the optimum temperature by two-way layout. The results shown that coefficient of determination has a fine reliability over 92.57% and temperature is made by two-way layout.

Optimization of Material and Process for Fine Pitch LVSoP Technology

  • For the formation of solder bumps with a fine pitch of 130 ${\mu}m$ on a printed circuit board substrate, low-volume solder on pad (LVSoP) technology using a maskless method is developed for SAC305 solder with a high melting temperature of $220^{\circ}C$. The solder bump maker (SBM) paste and its process are quantitatively optimized to obtain a uniform solder bump height, which is almost equal to the height of the solder resist. For an understanding of chemorheological phenomena of SBM paste, differential scanning calorimetry, viscosity measurement, and physical flowing of SBM paste are precisely characterized and observed during LVSoP processing. The average height of the solder bumps and their maximum and minimum values are 14.7 ${\mu}m$, 18.3 ${\mu}m$, and 12.0 ${\mu}m$, respectively. It is expected that maskless LVSoP technology can be effectively used for a fine-pitch interconnection of a Cu pillar in the semiconductor packaging field.

  • Madeleine Vionnet, a representative designer of the 1920′s, who made prefectly organized clothes with unique formativeness was the first to express fabric in a modern method and was called "The architect of fashion". This is because she developed a three dimensional design by expressing cloth-she rejected corset, should pad, etc-into elegant curved lines that do not stick to the body. By granting meaning to the beauty of the body and its movement in her own unique ways, she emphasized the formativeness in her work and gave shape to creative artistry. Expecially with the "Bias-Cut" she could express the lines of the body more flexibly and could make geometrical styles like the diamond shape dress or the triangle dress more effectively. Using the "Tired Bias cut" and "Handkerchief point" she let the skirt hemline dangle irregularly in geometrical forms, thus showing modern formative sense which forms a three dimensional solidness along the movement of the human body. Thus far, analyzed how the contemporary trend of art was reflected in her designs by studying her work; also investigated through her artistic characteristics and pattern method. Also be tried to find out what can be learned through her artistic view and superb formativeness as a designer.

브레이크 저더 개선을 위한 시스템 모드분석 및 민감도해석 (System Mode and Sensitivity Analysis for Brake Judder Reduction)

  • The brake judder is a phenomenon that the steering wheel is abnormally vibrating when the car is braked at a high speed. It is classified by the cold and the hot judder. The former is generated due to the initial uneven disk surface and the latter is resulted from the uneven heat spots on disc surface by repeatedly braking. There are two ways to reduce the judder. One is to control vibration by modification of the disk shapes and pad ingredients. The other is to improve modal characteristics of the suspension system. The latter approach is used in this research. In this paper, the real vehicle test and computer simulation are considered to systematically understand the judder phenomenon of the vehicle. The Macpherson strut suspension is employed. Especially, the judder sensitivity is calculated based on design sensitivity analysis. A bush stiffness was reworked and braking test was done to verify the sensitivity result. The judder reduction by the mode control was verified.

  • Transformer is widely used element on power system and industrial area. Especially the transformers installed at power system are exposed to an environment of arbitrary changed. Thus the prediction of degradation and the analysis of response to impulse are important. To conduct those works, the electrical characteristics of system should be analyzed, effectively. But the analysis of electrical characteristic in electric machine level such as pole and pad-mounted transformer is almost no, thus commercial VNA (Vector Network Analyzer) is used to getting the response in wide frequency range. However, the output power of VNA is usually under 10mW, so verification for effectiveness of measuring electrically large component should be conducted, firstly. Next, after getting total S-parameter of transformer, predicting impulse response can be performed in time-domain with circuit simulator. In this paper, it is introduced that verification effectiveness of VNA using transfer function from SFRA (Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer), firstly. Next, total S-parameter, six by six matix form, was built using measured 2 port S-parameter from vector network analyzer. To get the response to impulse which is defined by IEC 60060-1, time-domain simulation is conducted to ADS (Advenced Design System) circuit simulator.

  • 본 논문에서는 압전 소자를 이용한 진동에너지 하베스팅 회로를 설계하였다. 압전소자의 전력-전압 특성을 이용해 최대 전력을 부하로 전달하기 위한 MPPT(maximum power point tracking control) 제어 기능을 추가하였다. MPPT 회로는 전파 정류회로의 개방회로 전압을 주기적으로 샘플링하여 최대 가용전력이 생성되는 지점을 추적하고 이를 부하로 전달한다. 진동에너지 하베스팅 회로는 $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS 공정으로 설계하였다. 최대 전력 효율은 91%이고, pad를 제외한 칩 면적은 $1,100{\mu}m{\times}730{\mu}m$이다.

여성 복압성 요실금에 대한 전침치료 연구 동향 (A Review of Research on Electroacupuncture for Female Stress Urinary Incontinence)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study is to establish a base for further research by reviewing studies on electroacupuncture (EA) for stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods: Clinical studies concerning the effects of EA for SUI, were obtained from Cochrane Library, PubMed, CNKI, RISS, NDSL, KISS and OASIS. Results: Forty-five studies met the criteria, which included 33 RCTs, 1 pilot RCT, 4 non-randomized Clinical Trials, 6 Case studies and 1 Orthogonal design study with 3638 patients. There was only one article published in Korea. In these study, the most common primary outcome measurement was the pad test. Most of the studies showed the group treated by EA effects compared to the control group. Also, many interventions that combined with EA were found and all complex therapy group had significantly better than control group. 7 studies observed adverse events (AEs), four of which referred to EA related AEs among them. And 4 studies reported no AEs associated with EA. Conclusions: Despite several limitations, various studies to prove limited yet effective EA on SUI provides much significance. Subsequent studies conducted by the complementary systematic review of the studies and well-designed clinical trials using the methodological quality will be needed to more firmly validate the therapeutic effect of EA on SUI.

석탄 분쇄기용 유성감속기 케이싱의 거동에 관한 유한요소해석 (Finite Element Analysis for the Behavior of the Casing of a Pulverizer Mill Planetary Gear Reducer)

  • In this study, the structural analysis and the modal analysis are conducted to investigate the stress level, the deformation characteristics and the natural modes of the casing of a planetary gear reducer for a 800kW grade pulverizer mill. The casing is subjected to the load, 2800 kN, from the lump coals in the pulverizing process. Because of the symmetry, the half portion of the reducer casing is modeled for the stress analysis. But the full model is used to find out the eigenvalues and natural modes for the modal analysis. The contact conditions are applied between the thrust pad bearing and the adjacent contacting parts. The results shows that the casing structure has the sufficient strength and stiffness to support the load under consideration. ANSYS version 15 is employed to perform the numerical study.
