The purpose of this study is to present a new orientation for the residential culture that can meet the shifting demands of modern people as their attitudes toward life change. One of the rural regions that has lately attracted considerable attention, Wonsam-myun, Yongin city, is selected as the residence zone to develop a housing complex. In this study, a new housing complex is designed to supplement the defects of existing housing complexes by making the utmost use of the merits that Wonsam-myun as a residential environment can offer. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. To present a new Korean model, yellow soil houses and traditional trees were used to utilize Korea's traditional landscape beauty in the construction and landscape aspect, instead of imitating indiscreetly foreign styles in which most newly developed housing complexes were built. 2. To provide convenience to prospective residents, a package sales scheme covering from lot purchase to building permit was adopted. 3. As for the planting plan, existing plants was preserved as much as possible to keep harmony with new plants. In selecting plant types, a traditional method that emphasizes on the visual effects of aesthetic plants and shade trees with the change of seasons and plants various kinds of plants according to directions was adopted. 4. Each household was given the opportunity to design its own garden according to the family's preference and taste. 5. The advantages of a rural area that city does not offer were fully utilized to provide the residents with convenience and pleasure of living.
The Purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between materialism and clothing buying behavior (clothing shopping orientation, clothing selection standards, use of information sources, store selection standards, purchase and purchase intention of imported clothing). The data were obtained from questionnaires completed by 400 women in the Taegu area whose age was 20 years and older. The SPSS/PC$^{+}$ package was used for data analysis which included a test of reliability, frequency, percentage, factor analysis, t-test, and x$^2$ test. There were significant differences in clothing buying behavior between groups who had a higher tendency and a lower tendency toward materialism. In other words, those who had a higher tendency toward materialism enjoyed their shopping and pursued the world-known brands, imported brands, the latest fashions, and conspicious consumption more than those who had a lower tendency of materialism. The former put a greater focus on the latest fashion styles, brand image, and design then the latter when the\ulcorner bought clothing. Those who had a higher tendency toward materialism utilized more information sources than those who had a lower tendency. The former made purchases from the stores where they stock famous world-known brands and well-advertised stores, and had a greater purchase intention of imported clothing than the latter. In the purchase of imported clothing there was no significant difference between two groups.s.

This study intends to contribute to developing an effective marketing strategy targeting women in their 40's and 50's by classifying them into social classes and analyzing their wearing and purchasing behavior. The subject of this study are 344 women in their 40's and 50's living in Seoul, and the model sampling is done by allotment sampling. Modified survey based on references and former studies is used, and SAS package is used for analysis. The results of data analysis are as follows: 1. Women in their 40's and 50's are classified into 3 social classes, and the most influencial factor in the classification of social class is found to be total monthly income. 2 Clothing image of which each social class wear are proven to be significantly different among 3 classes. However, specific garment styles they wear are proven not to be significantly different. 3. Clothing purchasing behavior factors such as informants, clothing selection standards, store selection standards, place of purchase, shopping time, frequency of purchase, price of purchase, and paying methods are proven to be significantly different among 3 social classes. 4. Marketing strategies for each social class are provided based on these results.
The purpose of this study is to validate the evaluation of stock, which has relation with self-esteem and career for the development of commercial stock. This study conducted a survey of purchasing attitudes & receptiveness in order to hold an accurate course for developing stock. According to the analysis, the results are as follows. It examined the cuisiniers of deluxe hotels who mainly use stock of Seoul and the capital region. A total of 350 samples were distributed and 289 samples were selected for the research. Statistical analysis of collected data executed frequency, percentage, average, reliability analysis, factor analysis using SPSSWIN 12.0 PC package programs. Making stock, cooking skills, cooking methods, quality of food ingredients and cooking recipes are important. Also, sensory characteristics such as color, odor, and taste should be considered. Career and self-esteem act on the purchase accommodation attitude of commercial stock. Commercial stock products more than 1,000 mL or 2,000 mL of liquid styles need packing of vacuum pack(vinyl). Based on the result of this study, we will make efficient use of research data for the development of commercial stock products and we will be able to improve conservation of taste with good quality by making by hand through standardization and mass production of traditional culinary skills.

Recognizing the vital role of employees in achieving optimal performance and sustainable competitive advantage as expected, organizations need to facilitate high support for employees, implement appropriate leadership styles, and increase affective commitment within the organization. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze and explore: (1) the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) on employee performance and affective commitment; (2) the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance and affective commitment; and (3) the effect of affective commitment on employee performance. The covered population in this study were all employees (including managers, supervisors, and functional staff) who worked in the stone milling companies in Central Java, Indonesia. Data obtained in this study were processed statistically employing structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3 software package. Based on the data analysis results on 103 respondents, this study concluded that POS had a significant effect on affective commitment and employee performance as well as transformational leadership on affective commitment and employee performance. Furthermore, affective commitment also had a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, the results of this study, theoretically and practically, can be used by all parties concerned to improve employee performance and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.

This study was intended to analysis about quantity and quality aspects of speciality coffee industry in korea. All date was analysed by statistics package program spss 10.0. All market of coffee In korea, the market share of speciailty coffee have been maintained about 10 percent since it was analysed statically about coffee market in korea. The rest market is soluble coffee market. But by comparison with developed country case, korea's coffee market is being unbalanced between soluble coffee and speciality coffee market. This study was analyze actual consumer's consulnption styles of the speciality coffee as well as its industry. According to the qualitative analysis results from peter's model was analysed that made a high growth potentiality and profitability in the future. According to the quantitative analysis results, sampling unit's 87.6 percent made a recognize about the speciality coffee. Sensory evaluation results was researched that factors impacted on the overall speciality coffee quality was shown a significant diffrrence on the two dimension such as the body factor, acidity factor. This study has limit which can not represent overall recognition because of analysis based on limited data. It is thought that steady study should be continued hereafter through more systematic and reliable study method.

This study aimed to develop methods for technical design education that can be intimately connected to the industrial field. For this, technical design jobs performed in the fields of the domestic and foreign fashion industries and their required competences were examined, and educational methods based on constructivism were proposed. Korean fashion technical designers' works were identified, and then the fashion technical designer's responsibilities and qualifications were collected and analyzed from global employment sites. On the basis of the collection and analysis, hands-on staff members and education experts were interviewed about required competences for the actual business and possible suitable methods for education. The results of research showed that in the case of the US, job systems and relevant duties for technical designers were clearly defined by clothing brands, whereas in Korea, businesses were systematized around vendors, not brands, and as a result the businesses of technical package composition and specification proposals were not performed properly. This study organized the contents of technical design education into fit development and specification, the composition of technical design packages, the evaluation and approval of samples, fit schedule management and fitting, block pattern setting and pattern correction, sewing specifications appropriate for styles and materials, grading, technical terms, and production management. As for the technical design education models, the cognitive apprenticeship model, resource-based learning, the problem-based and anchored model, and the problem-based and resource-based models were proposed.
Purpose: This study sought to identify the effect of various types of communication by physical therapists on patient satisfaction and revisit intention. Methods: A total of 212 patients who received physical therapy in Seoul and the Gyeonggi province were surveyed on patient satisfaction and revisit intentions depending on the types of communication by physical therapists. Frequency and correlation analyses were conducted to process the data using the SPSS 22.0 program, and the AMOS 18.0 statistical package was used for confirmatory factor analysis. A structural equation modeling analysis was also performed to verify the model and the hypothesis that was set up in the present paper. Results: The survey showed that patient satisfaction correlates positively and significantly with patient-centric communication, physical factors, and spatial behavior. A significant negative correlation was also found between patient satisfaction and therapist-centered communication. Patient satisfaction positively correlated with revisit intentions. Conclusion: These results showed that there was a positive correlation between the communication of the physical therapist and the satisfaction recognized by a patient. This implies that the patient satisfaction with a physical therapist increases as the communication skills of a physical therapist improve. These findings suggest that a physical therapist must adopt patient-centric communication styles, physical factors, and spatial behavior. This study was important as it generated basic data for the formation of a therapeutic relationship through efficient and promotional communication skills. It recognizes the importance of communication between a physical therapist and a patient as the indispensable factor for interaction.

In this study we surveyed the packaging preferences of consumers for Korean rice cakes as current commercial products in Korea. The questionnaire was developed from a preliminary investigation of typical rice cake packaging patterns and sent to 2332 residents in Korea by random sampling mail. The questionnaire contained questions on the preferences of interior design in packaging, opening methods, individually separated types, printing position, packaging methods, and packaging materials such as paper and plastic. There were responses from 304 residents. The collected data was analyzed by an SPSS package program. Most of the packaging used for Korean rice cakes was plastic (58.9%) which was used for packaging materials and stretch wrap (42.9%) as packing methods. The results showed the preference was the perforated line type used by hand for opening a packaging and interior packaging design with 2~3 partitions. Most respondents expressed an interest in using individual packaging and having printing directly on the packaging. Also, the respondents preferred the packaging design that let them see the contents of a package. Based on the results of the questionnaire, this paper suggested that most consumers would prefer to choose a packaging system with a partition design in a plastic container, individually separated products, and a transparent container for Korean rice cakes. The results of packaging preferences could provide important information for suitable packaging development for Korean rice cakes. Further research should be conducted to improve the shelf life of Korean rice cakes with functional packaging systems such as modified atmosphere packaging or anti-microbial packaging.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of perception of body size on actual clothing style in middle school girls. To achieve this, this study analyzed self-perception of body size, aspired clothing style, and actual clothing style. By classifying groups into thin and thick, the difference in clothing style according to groups was also analyzed. Subjects of this study were middle school girls in Gwangju and 219 responses were collected from real body measurement and questionnaires. WIN SPSS+10.0 package was used to obtain results. Results are as follows: 1. For the self-perception of body size, middle school girls perceived much thicker in the lower body than the upper body. And they were unsatisfactory about the lower body which was perceived thick. 2. In the correlation of actual and aspired clothing style of middle school girls, they wore a aspired clothing style actually. Their actual or aspired upper clothing style was to cover the skin, exposing or covering a body silhouette. Their lower clothing style was a slacks type that covers a body silhouette and the skin. 3. In selecting actual clothing styles, middle school girls were somewhat affected by self-perceived body size. But they did not prefer the clothing styles perceived thick in girth or big in width in exposing the skin or a body silhouette. On the other hand, as it was perceived long, wearing was increased. frequently wore the upper and lower clothing styles of exposing the skin or a body silhouette than the thick group. But both groups wore the clothing styles of covering the skin or a body silhouette regardless of their thinness and thickness. And when wearing the clothing style of exposing neck and shoulder, middle school girls considered actual body size more than self-perceived size. On the other hand, when wearing the clothing style of exposing arms and silhouette by fitted legs, they considered self-perceived body size more.
