SBT 강유전체 충전층 저온 플라즈마 반응기의 전기적 특성, 오존생성 및 휘발성유기화합물의 분해 (Characteristics of Electrical Properties, Ozone Generation and Decomposition of Volatile Organic Compounds by Nonthermal Plasma Reactor Packed with SBT Ferroelectric)

  • Ferroelectric의 강유전체 소구들을 충전한 원통형의 비열 방전 플라즈마 반응기를 설계 제작하였으며, 강유전체 층방전 구조를 구성하는 평판(20 mm 간격) 금속망 전극 사이에 직경 2.0 mm인 $SrBiTaO_9$ (SBT) 소구들을 위치시키고 고압의 교류 전원을 인가하였다. SBT 소구는 상온($25^{\circ}C$)에서 150, 큐리온도($335^{\circ}C$)에서 500의 유전상수를 가졌다. 플라즈마 반응기에서 오존 생성속도는 거의 인가전압의 증가에 비례하였으며, SBT 소구들이 충전된 경우, 20 kV 이상의 인가전압에서 오존 생성속도는 급격하게 증가하였다. 부코로나 방전에서 오존 생성속도가 정코로나 방전에서의 경우보다 높았다. 그러나 톨루엔 및 메틸렌클로라이드의 분해율은 생성된 오존 농도에 비례하여 증가하지 않았다.

  • This paper shows property conversion of water and removing characteristics of Escherichia coli for discharge tube with $ZrO_2$ beads. At the result of the removal characteristic experiments of Escherichia coli using the discharge tube with $ZrO_2$ beads, because the electric field is also increased when input voltage is increased, the removal characteristic of Escherichia coli was appeared relation connection to input voltage. And if a passing number of test water in discharge tube with $ZrO_2$beads is increased, the removal ratio of Escherichia coli is to be increased because passing number of electric field section is increased. And if diameter of $ZrO_2$beads is increased, the removal time of Escherichia coli is to be decreased because dielectric polalization of $ZrO_2$beads. Also, the removal ratio of Escherichia coli of the discharge tube with $ZrO_2$beads. is appeared higher than the removal ratio of the discharge tube without $ZrO_2$beads. And a satulation punt of ozone and $H_2$ $O_2$generation density inner water was appeared near 60[min].

살균과 탈취를 위한 오존 발생장치의 설계

  • Recently, our country's piggery has been becoming large-sized and crowded gradually in scale. Thus, the environment in a piggery is getting worse, which leads to a drop in livestock's immunoactivity. Therefore, livestocks are exposured to many diseases(stress, hypertension, stomach ulcer etc.). In this paper, our intention is to design a low cost ozone-generating device with high capacity to maintain a reasonable ozone level, that is necessary for cleaning the environment in a piggery, but is not too high to cause any harmful influence to human beings and livestock. The results showed that the UV-lamp tube with baffle has an increase of 25% in ozone generation efficiency compared to without baffle and the short retention time of air or high inlet air rate shows high level of ozone.

  • Ozone gas is one of the strongest oxidizing and bleaching agents which leave no residues harmful to the global environment. In recent years, the ozone generator has been widely utilized, However, it has been known that a broader application of ozone is hindered primarily because of its low efficiency of generation. Thus, it is more indispensable to improve actual system efficiency of the silent discharge type ozonizer using high frequency inverter. This paper presents a multi level resonant ozone power regulation by association of high frequency transformers and full bridge invert. And proposed resonant inverter system can generate continuous output voltage. can control linearly quantity of ozone gas. This invert that add PWM forms within square forms of output voltage about one level range. The power regulation characteristics and operating performances of silent discharge (SD)type ozone generating tube load driven by this load proposed inverter using FET modules are illustrated from a practical point of view, which can operate under stable conditions of basic level and PWM hybrid control strategy implemented DSP(2406). The effectoveness of propsed invert type ozonizer is proved by experiment results.

  • An air/quartz dielectric double barrier pulse discharge has been investigated to develop a novel si lent type ozone generator. It is found that there are very active pulsed coronas occurred in the airgap which are very useful for ozone generation. And, the corona onset voltage of the airgap of the air/quartz double barrier was enfluenced greatly by the airgap of the air/quartz dielectric double barrier, and depended greatly upon the airgap ranged of $0.0{\sim}3.0mm$ and by the quartz tube thickness ranged of $1.75{\sim}2.25mm$.

녹산국가산단의 대기질 개선 및 관리방안: 휘발성유기화합물질 위주로 (Improving and Managing Air Quality in Noksan National Industrial Complex: Focus on Volatile Organic Compounds)

  • For volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emanating from workplaces within the Noksan national industrial complex, the emission characteristics of pollutants were identified through zone-based measurements using vehicles equipped with selective ion flow tube mass spectrometry(SIFT-MS). The average concentration of total VOCs was higher in zones 2, 4, and 5 than in zones 1, 3, and 6, and was 2.1 to 4.2 times higher than background concentrations. The average concentrations of pollutants investigated were (from highest to lowest) methyl ethyl ketone, formaldehyde, methanol, and n-hexane. However, the pollutants that should be prioritized for reduction to decrease ozone generation were (from highest to lowest) methyl ethyl ketone, n-hexane, for maldehyde, and ethylbenzene+xylene. Benzene, a substance governed by atmospheric environmental standards, exhibited a frequency distribution exceeding the stipulated limits, and concentrations exceeding 100 ppb were identified for methyl ethyl ketone, methanol, toluene, and n-hexane. In certain class 4 and 5 workplace facilities, VOC emissions and emission prevention installations were inadequately managed, necessitating the formulation of management measures for small enterprises. Also, workplaces that emit large amounts of VOCs need to upgrade to VOC-prevention installations with higher processing efficiencies. To efficiently monitor VOCs in a wide range of areas, such as the Noksan national industrial complex, it is considered appropriate to monitor workplaces that emit high concentrations of VOCs using mobile SIFT-MS in real time rather than relying on fixed monitoring methods. A specialized method targeting approximately 10 VOCs is necessary to quickly track emission sources.Furthermore, it is essential to phase in a system for the intensive management of suspected workplaces based on accumulated data from SIFT-MS in areas where high VOC concentrations are measured and to establish a cooperative system for sharing data between relevant institutions.

Ti-Si-Al형 세라믹 촉매 방전관의 오존 발생 특성 연구 (A Study of Ozone Generation Characteristic using Ceramic Catalyst Tube of Ti-Si-Al)

  • 본 논문은 비유전율이 100 이상으로 제작된 Ti-Si-Al형 세라믹 촉매 방전관에 전원 전압 4 ~6[kV], 구동 주파수0.6~1.0[kHz]를 방전관 전극에 인가하여 오존 농도와 수율을 측정한 것이다. 측정 결과 구동 주파수 600[Hz], 유량 2[1/min], 동작 압력 1.6[atm], 방전관 주위 온도 20[$^{\circ}C$]에서 산소 원료의 경우, 오존 발생 농도는 50~60[g/㎥]이었고, 오존 발생 수율은 180(g/kWh)로 나타났다. 그리고 반응기 내부 온도 또는 유입 가스 온도가 낮을수록 오존 수율은 상승하였다.

  • Recently deep interests and attractions have been paid on the generation of ozone with environment polisy. Especially, which is widely used to remove bad smell and to clear water. This paper presents control and performance of a voltage source IGBT inverter developed for silent corona discharge type ozonizer. And proposed addition circuit for maintain discharge the center of in the airgap. In this paper, schemed equivalent electric circuit of the discharge electrode for simulation. Finally, the effectiveness of this discharge tube character of ozonizer is investigated in the simulation and experimental results.

대기압 유전체장벽방전을 적용한 플라즈마오존 공간살균장치에 관한 연구 (A study of the space sterilization device using atmospheric-pressure DBDs plasma)

  • 플라즈마오존은 높은 살균성능으로 인해 다양한 살균분야에서 활용되고 있다. DBD(유전체 장벽방전)에 사용되는 유전체는 주로 석영, 세라믹, 폴리머 등이 주로 사용된다. 유전체로 이루어진 레이어는 공급되는 전하의 양을 제한시키고 플라즈마가 유전체 면 위에서 고르게 발생할 수 있도록 하는 역할을 한다. 이러한 DBD를 이용한 플라즈마, 오존살균은 살균대상이나 주변 환경이 복잡한 구조로 된 경우가 많아 공간살균에 대한 개념을 수립하고 이에 대한 연구와 학문적 체계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 플라즈마라디칼과 오존 생성을 위해 대기압에서 DBD방식을 이용한다. 플라즈마오존의 발생을 위한 반응기의 구조는 세라믹 튜브 유전체와 스테인리스 도체를 일정한 간격으로 배치하여 유전체 장벽방전을 발생시키는 형태이다. 공간살균장치로서의 플라즈마오존 발생은 성능 면에서 우수한 살균장치로 인식되고 있으므로 장치의 설계와 검증을 통해 공간살균장치의 최적설계를 확립하고자 하며 제안된 방법을 기반으로 다양한 살균 어플리케이션을 개발하는데 기초를 제공한다.
