본 연구에서는 강아지 사회화 교육의 중요성 관점에서 미국과 영국의 켄넬클럽의 강아지 사회화 교육을 살펴보고 국내에 적용 가능한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 첫째, 보호자가 참여하는 강아지 사회화 교육은 보호자의 책임감과 유대감을 향상시킨다. 둘째, 교육은 국내에 적합한 프로그램으로 보호자와 강아지가 쉽게 따라할 수 있는 수준으로 구성되어야 한다. 셋째, 강아지 사회화 교육을 쉽게 받을 수 있는 환경이 필요하다. 넷째, 강아지 사회화 시기에 반려견 훈련사와 수의사와의 협력이 중요하다. 결론적으로 보호자가 함께 참여하는 강아지 사회화 교육이 필요하며, 국내 실정에 맞는 프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 결과는 국내 올바른 반려동물 문화를 조성하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Compared with other industries, the construction Industry has many parties(A/E/C) as well as many types of construction activities. Especially, as for the remodeling project, the owner group the remodeling union consists of various stakeholders union and requiring the additional activities of demolition except for the existing new building construction project. Like this, the remodeling project has its own characteristics different from a new building construction project. As for the remodeling project, the Owner's decision making for a remodeling alternative has to be preceded, and other parties are required to propose a remodeling alternative which satisfies the Owner's requirements. However, because of time constraints, many types of problems occur during the decision-making process. In consideration of this, in this research, the authors would like to suggest a decision-making support system to help the Owner's decision-making in the early stage of a remodeling project. For this paper purpose of a remodeling decision-making framework based on Building Information Modeling(BIM) was suggested to help with the Owner's decision-making for each remodeling item and the decision-making support system was evaluated through Case Study.

There may be a lor of studies on the economic design of ship for the most favorable combination of design basis on the owner's request. However, there are few on the economical ship's size and speed for the ship owner's stand point. This paper describes on the optimal ship's size and speed to the given marine commercial environments for the owner's requirement to the shipyard. As the result of the paper, the criterion curve of bulk carrier will also be used to assess existing ships for their profitability.

This study was analyzed and researched into each gradual properties of housing owner's decision making, for preservation of traditional scenery and search for the way its succession, on the basis of search of the rural area housing owner and the virtual research data. As a result of this study, public company should care and advertise significance of traditional scenery succession to housing owners and architectural planning offices, because the model what public company has been developed and distributed should not be ignored influence on the process of housing owner's decision making.

The relationships between the Capital gains of housings by tenure, type and size have been analyzed. Major findings are (i) capital gain rate of 'chonsei' housing is larger than that of the owner occupied housing (ii) the small 'chosei' apartment has the highest capital gain rate and the lowest instability index (iii) the smaller the size of housings, the higher the capital gain rate and the smaller the instability index. Even though there is the 'structural change' in the capital gain rates of owner occupied and 'chonsei' housings, they are cointegrated. The capital gain of owner occupied housing is mainly affected by the real estate policies. But, The capital gain of 'chonsei' housing is mainly affected by the business cycle and the aggregate demand management policies.

본 연구는 수자원개발사업과 관련하여 국내 엔지니어링 업체나 기관이 세계시장에 진출하여 수자원개발사업 시행시 국제적으로 통용될 수 있는 공사시방서(영문)를 작성하는 데에 필요한 국제 전문시방서(영문)의 작성방향 정립을 위한 연구이다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위하여 수자원개발사업 관련 국내외 시방서를 조사, 분석하였다. 그리고 이 시방서들을 이용하여 국제적인 수자원개발사업에 적용하기 위한 전문시방서(영문) 작성방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. (1) 국제 전문시방서 작성의 원전이 되는 공종별 선진 외국 시방서는 북미 쪽과 유럽 쪽의 시방서 중 어느 한 쪽 시방서를 원전으로 삼되, 국내 전문가들에게 친숙하여 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 시방서를 원전으로 삼는 것이 필요하다. (2) 국제 전문시방서의 공종분류체계는 국제적인 시방서 공종분류체계에 따라 작성하되, 세계 전역에서 널리 사용되고 있는 미국시방서협회(CSI)의 MasterFormat(2004) 공종분류체계를 준용하는 것이 추천된다. (3) 국제 전문시방서의 표준규격, 적용법령 등 공사관리 방식은 국제적인 표준규격을 적용하고, 국제적으로 통용될 수 있는 내용으로 작성하는 것이 필요하다.

본 연구는 2004년부터 2008년까지 8년간 국내 제약 기업들을 대상으로 소유 집중도가 기업의 연구개발투자에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한다. 특히 소유 경영 체제 또는 전문 경영 체제가 소유 집중도와 연구개발투자 간의 관계에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 분석 결과 최대주주 지분율과 연구개발투자는 역 U자 형태의 상관관계가 있으며, 소유 또는 전문 경영 체제 여부는 역 U자 관계의 강도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 전문 경영 체제하에서는 소유 집중도가 낮을 경우 소유 집중도의 추가적인 증가는 대리인 비용을 줄여 연구개발투자를 소유 경영 체제하에서 보다 더 크게 증가시키지만, 소유 집중도가 높을 경우 소유 집중도의 추가적인 증가는 지나친 위험 노출 증가에 대한 고려로 연구개발투자를 소유 경영 체제하에서 보다 더 빠르게 감소시킨다.

본 연구는 2014년 한국기업혁신조사에 응답한 국내 제조사들을 대상으로 소유경영자들의 기업가 지향성이 수요자가 참여하는 개방형 혁신활동을 통해 혁신성과에 미친 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고, 결과와 시사점을 제시하는데 주된 목적을 두고 실행되었다. 기업의 지배구조 관점에서 소유경영자의 지분율을 기업가 지향성의 대용변수로 측정하여 분석한 결과에 따르면 소유경영자의 기업가 지향성과 혁신성과 간에는 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 있고, 수요자가 참여하는 개방형 혁신활동은 이 같은 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타냈다. 분석결과는 소유경영자의 기업가 지향성이 높을수록 기업의 혁신성과가 높아질 수 있으며, 수요자 참여를 통한 소유경영자의 시장지향적인 개방형 혁신 활동은 혁신성과를 한층 더 강화해 줄 수 있는 유용한 전략이 될 수 있음을 보여준다.

저축은행은 서민의 금융기관으로서 일반은행에 비하여 규모가 작고 상대적으로 리스크 관리도 취약하다. 또한 일반 은행과 같이 예금자보호법에 따라 5천만원 이하의 예금은 보호되기는 하지만 일반서민이나 중소기업이 주된 고객이라는 점에서 일반 기업과 차이가 있다. 따라서 지배주주의 사적이익추구로 인하여 극단적으로 영업정지등의 사태가 발생할 경우 그로 인한 이익의 침해는 소액주주 이외에도 다수의 예금자, 정부, 일반 국민들도 잠재적인 피해를 볼 수 있고 그로 인한 공익비용은 일반기업보다 훨씬 크다 할 수 있다. 지배주주의 지분율과 관련한 가설로 이익침해가설과 이해일치가설로 상반되는 주장이 존재한다. 먼저, 외부 소액주주들에 대한 지배주주의 이익침해가설(expropriation of minority shareholder hypothesis)에서는 지배주주의 지분율이 증가할수록 경영자는 이익을 증가시켜 보고할 유인이 있다. 또한 이해일치가설(convergence of interest hypothesis)은 지배주주 지분율이 증가함에 따라 경영자는 이익을 감소시켜 보고할 유인이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 상호저축은행 대상으로 최대주주 지분율이 기업의 내부통제의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 실증적 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 최대주주지분율은 내부회계관리제도 취약점 공시에 유의적인 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 최대주주지분율이 높을수록 회계투명성이 저하되어 내부통제의 질이 낮아져서 내부회계관리제도 취약점 보고가능성이 높아진다는 것을 의미한다.
