의복쇼핑성향에 따른 청소년집단들의 의복구매행동 (The Clothing Purchasing Behavior of Adolescent groups according to Shopping Orientation)

  • The purpose of this study was to segment adolescents according to shopping orientation and to clarify the different clothing behaviors among the segmented groups. The results may be useful for the marketer whose target is adolescents to make proper marketing strategies. The subjects for the final analysis were 436 adolescents who were living in Seoul and Pusan. The statistics used for analysis included factor analysis, cluster analysis, Cronbach $\alpha$, one-way ANOVA, Dancan multiple range test and chi-square using the SPSS program. The results were as follows. Adolescents were segmented to 4 groups(Shop Loyalty/Convenience Pursuit Group, Pleasure/Brand Loyalty Group, Low Shopping Involvement Group and Economic Group). And the four segmented groups were significantly different in clothing purchasing motives, clothing evaluation standards, shop evaluation standards, information preference and demographic variables such as sex, and monthly spending money.

  • The target echoes contain information on the target such as the orientation, kinematics, and internal structure, as well as the external geometrical shape of the target. In addition, the pattern of the target echoes depends on the arrangement of the transmitters and receivers in space. Therefore, the study of the target echoes in a multi-static SONAR system can be useful for detecting and tracking submerged objects using an underwater surveillance system. For this purpose, an acoustic measuring system for multi-static target echoes was designed and tested in an acoustic water tank. Some preliminary data are presented and discussed.

  • A cooperating control algorithm for two nonholonomic mobile robots is proposed. The task is composed of collision avoidance against obstacles and carrying a ladder. The front robot and the rear robot are called the leader and the follower, respectively. Each robot has a nonholonomic constraint so it cannot move in perpendicular directions. The environment is initially supposed to be unknown except target position. The torque that drives leader is determined by distance between the leader and the target position or the distance between it and the obstacles. The torque by target is attractive and the torque by obstacles is repulsive. The two mobile robots are supposed to be connected by link that can be expanded and contracted. The follower computes its torque using position and orientation information from the leader by communication. Simulation results show that the robots can drive to target position without colliding into the obstacles and maintain the distance in the allowable range.

Influence of sputtering parameter on the properties of silver-doped zinc oxide sputtered films

  • Silver doped ZnO (SZO) films were prepared by rf magnetron sputtering on glass substrates with extraordinary designed ZnO target. With the doping source for target, use AgNO$_3$ powder on a various rate (0, 2, and 4 wt.%). We investigated dependence of coating parameter such as dopant content in target and substrate temperature in the SZO films. The SZO films have a preferred orientation in the (002) direction. As amounts of the Ag dopant in the target were increased, the crystallinity and the transmittance and optical band gap were decreased. And the substrate temperature were increased, the crystallinity and the transmittance were increased. But the crystallinity and the transmittance of SZO films were retrograde at 200$^{\circ}C$. Upside facts were related with composition. In addition, the Oxygen K-edge features of the SZO films were investigated by using near edge X-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) spectroscopy. Changes of optical band gap of the SZO films were explained compared with XRD, XPS and NEXAFS spectra.

장기지향성이 CSR활동과 사회적 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증연구 (The Effects Long-Term Orientation and CSR Activities on Business Performance in Social Enterprise)

  • 본 연구는 사회적 기업의 장기지향성(long-term orientation)이 기업의 사회적 책임(Corporate Social Responsibility: CSR)활동과 사회적 기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 사회적 기업, CSR 활동, 장기지향성에 관한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 연구모형은 사회적 기업가 115명을 대상으로 Smart PLS 2.0을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 장기지향성은 지역사회의 책임, 환경적 책임, 제품(서비스)의 책임에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역사회의 책임은 재무성과 및 비재무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 환경적 책임은 비재무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 재무성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 제품(서비스)의 책임은 재무성과 및 비재무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 장기지향성과 CSR 활동의 관련성을 검증하고, CSR 활동이 사회적 기업의 성과를 향상시키고, 사회적 기업이 지속적으로 성장할 수 있는 전략적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

ZnO 분말 타겟을 스퍼터링하여 Glass 기판위에 증착한 ZnO 박막의 구조적, 광학적 특성 (Structural and Optical Properties of ZnO/Glass Thin Films Grown by Radio-Frequency Magnetron Sputtering with a Powder Target)

  • 본 논문은 ZnO 분말 타겟을 스퍼터링하여 glass 기판 위에 증착한 ZnO 박막의 구조적, 광학적 특성을 보고한다. 소결된 ZnO ceramic target을 사용하는 보통의 radio-frequency magnetron sputtering과 달리 본 연구에서는 전처리과정이 필요하지 않은 ZnO 분말 target을 사용하였다. ZnO 박막은 wurtzite (0002) 우선배향면으로 성장하였다. 초기의 ZnO 박막은 매우 평평한 층구조로 증착되었고, 두께가 증가함에 따라 섬구조로 전이하였다. 400-1000 nm 광원에 대하여 평균 88% 이상의 광투과도를 나타내었으며, 220 nm 시편의 경우, 3.23 eV의 near bandedge emission 흡수단을 측정하였다.

머신비젼을 이용한 SMD VR의 중심위치와 홈방향 정밀계측 (The accurate measurement of center position and orientation of SMD VR by using machine vision)

  • The automation of final inspection and tuning process in the manufacturing of electric products is hot issue now, because it is the only part that has not been wholey automized yet, mainly due to the difficulties to handle so small size of VR which is the final tuning point in the most of electric products. For the automation of this process, at first the accurate measurement of position and orientation of SMD VR on PCB in real time is strongly needed. In this paper, a new image processing algorithm to detect the center position and orientation of target VR by using machine vision is proposed for automatic final tuning of the 8mm camcoder's performance. In the method, the outline feature of object is used actively. The usefulness of the proposed methods were tested by several experiments, and the results showed enough accuracy for both of position and orientation. Additatively, we discussed about the total visual system construction and preprocessing of image.

Consumer behaviors towards ready-to-eat foods based on food-related lifestyles in Korea

  • The purpose of this study was to examine consumers' behaviors toward ready-to-eat foods and to develop ready-to-eat food market segmentation in Korea. The food-related lifestyle and purchase behaviors of ready-to-eat foods were evaluated using 410 ready-to-eat food consumers in the Republic of Korea. Four factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis (health-orientation, taste-orientation, convenience-orientation, and tradition-orientation) to explain the ready-to eat food consumers' food-related lifestyles. The results of cluster analysis indicated that "tradition seekers" and "convenience seekers" should be regarded as the target segments. Chi-square tests and t-tests of the subdivided groups showed there were significant differences across marital status, education level, family type, eating-out expenditure, place of purchase, and reason for purchase. In conclusion, the tradition seekers consumed more ready-to-eat foods from discount marts or specialty stores and ate them between meals more often than the convenience seekers. In contrast, the convenience seekers purchased more ready-to-eat foods at convenience stores and ate them as meals more often than the tradition seekers. These findings suggest that ready-to-eat food market segmentation based on food-related lifestyles can be applied to develop proper marketing strategies.

SBN 박막의 배향도에 따른 초전특성 변화 (Pyroelectric Properties on the Orientation of SBN Thin Film)

  • Different orientated SBN thin films were deposited by Ion Beam Sputtering, and electric properties were measured on each orientation. Ferroelectric $Sr_xBa_{1-x}Nb_2O_6$(SBN) has excellent electro-optic, photo-refractive, piezoelectric, pyroelectric properties. SBN thin film has been deposited by various method, of sol-gel, PLD, CVD, sputtering, etc.. To avoid lead pollution of Pb-system perovskite ferroelectric materials. SBN thin films were fabricated for pyroelectric IR sensor. Using the ceramic target of the same composition and Pt(100)/$TiO_2/SiO-2$/Si(100) substrate, crystallization and orientation behavior as well as electric properties of the films were examined. Seed layer and thin films thickness was controlled to observe the effect on preferred orientation. We measured I-V, C-V, P-E hysteresis to characterize electric-properties on each orientations.

기업의 조직지향성과 연구개발능력이 신제품/서비스 성공에 미치는 영향연구 (An Effect of a Company's Organizational Orientation and R&D Capability on the Success of New Products/Services)

  • 기술기반 기업의 신제품/서비스 성공에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 선행연구에서는 연구개발능력, 조직지향성 등의 변수가 다루어져 왔으나 이들 변수들을 통합적 관점에서 인과관계로 살펴본 연구는 거의 없었다. 이에 본 연구는 기술기반 중소기업의 고객지향성, 혁신지향성, 경쟁자지향성으로 구성된 기업의 조직지향성이 제품/서비스 경쟁력을 통해 신제품/서비스 성공에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 또한 기업의 연구개발능력이 신제품/서비스 성공에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 설문은 리서치전문회사에 의뢰하여 조사하였고 기술 직무관련 업종의 기업 구성원 등에게 설문을 실시하여 유효한 382부를 분석 하였다. 설문분석은 SPSS 26.0, Smart PLS 3.0 툴을 활용하였다. 조직지향성을 구성하는 고객지향성, 혁신지향성, 경쟁자지향성은 제품/서비스 경쟁력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 제품/서비스 경쟁력의 시장변화, 기술개선능력, 목표시장분석 등이 신제품/서비스 성공이라는 대부분의 연구과제 목적달성에 긍정적으로 작용한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 제품/서비스 경쟁력은 신제품/서비스 성공에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구개발능력은 신제품/서비스 성공에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 중소기업 사업 확장에 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이와 같은 분석결과로부터 기업의 조직지향성과 연구개발능력이 신제품/서비스 성공에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 기반을 두어 신제품/서비스 성공을 위해 기업이 갖추어야 할 요인에 대하여 시사점을 제시하였다.
