The Taekwondo is the martial arts where possibility thousand Ul of history and the ancestor is put in with specific martial arts of our nation. Also it practiced with the self defense martial arts which rules over the body and a mind and it came, the country from crisis of imminent danger won a victory with the good state affair alcoholic beverage and it was come. The ancestors condition anger the Taekwondo where the soul is put in were born again with martial arts of the world and they became and the world-wide conference was adopted with the Olympic formal item which becomes the historian of of course sports and became the martial arts in the world-wide center. In like this features martial arts even from each country condition anger and the sports raises the phase of the country is racing with of course martial arts. Specially from China it makes the right shoe which is a Chinese martial arts with condition item and sports anger the features of the martial arts origination to do and there is a possibility of seeing the features which in the succession nose sleeping martial arts perforation defends it concentrates. The martial arts perforation character is letting in religion and philosophy thought of the Orient. Confucianism and Buddhism, it puts in the teaching of friendship thoughts and heaven and earth positive and negative principles, five lines and eight divination signs. 본 연구는 이화여자대학교의 심화 글쓰기 과목으로 개설된 <명작명문 읽기와 쓰기> 강좌에서 "장자(莊子)" <제물론(齊物論)>을 읽기 자료로 설정하고 수업한 사례를 분석한 것이다. 동양 고전 텍스트를 대학 교양교육의 자료를 삼았을 때 나타나는 특징과 효과를 고찰하려는 것이 본고의 목적이다. 본고에서는 학생들이 "장자(莊子)" <제물론(齊物論)>을 읽고 발제문을 작성하여 토론하는 것을 이해 단계로, 이를 바탕으로 글쓰기 과제를 수행한 것을 평가 단계로 나누어서 각각의 특징을 살펴보고, 그 의의를 논의하였다. 특히, 학생들의 글쓰기 과제를 분석하여 파악한 <제물론(齊物論)>의 평가 단계에서는 상대주의적 관점 인식, 자아 성찰적 요소 발견, 소통의 메시지를 수용하는 특징을 보였다. 장자와 글쓰기 교육을 연계함으로써 다양성의 시대와 가치의 재발견, 진정한 자아 탐색의 의미 제시, 열린 사고와 창조적 글쓰기라는 의의와 효과를 도출할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구는 고전의 현대적 재해석이라는 의의와 고전 텍스트의 교육적 활용 사례에 대한 시사점을 제공해줄 수 있을 것이라 예상된다.

전방향 VR 트레드밀은 걷기, 뛰기, 앉기 등 신체 동작을 현실적으로 수행할 수 있어 가상환경에 대한 몰입도가 높은 보행 시뮬레이터이다. 하지만 현실동작을 모사한 시뮬레이터이므로 조작 난이도가 높아 데이터의 신뢰성 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 현실 및 일반적인 VR 조건과의 공간지향 능력 비교를 통해 전방향 VR 트레드밀의 유효성 검증을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 참가자의 공간지향 능력을 정량적으로 분석할 수 있는 회전 및 경로탐색 실험이 설계되었다. 실험 결과, 각 환경 조건 사이에서 공간지향 능력에 대해 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 현실 및 VR 조건 사이에서 주관적인 난이도에 대해 유의한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과는 전방향 VR 트레드밀을 통해 안전 문제없이 양질의 데이터를 수집할 수 있음을 뒷받침한다. 나아가 차량과 보행자 사이의 상호작용과 같은 안전과 직결된 문제를 해결하기 위한 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 미래 대한민국 해군의 주요 전력으로 활용될 해양 유·무인 복합체계의 해상교통로 보호 작전 수행을 가정하여 주요 위협별 전투 효과를 측정하였으며, 이를 통해 유·무인 복합체계의 발전방향을 도출하였다. 전투 효과 측정을 위해 다기준 의사 결정기법인 델파이 및 AHP 기법을 사용하였고, AHP 설문은 무기체계 전투 효과 및 유·무인 복합체계에 이해가 깊은 영관급 장교 25명 등 40명의 해군 장교를 대상으로 실시하였다. 전투 효과 측정의 평가지표로 OODA loop를 주속성으로 설정하였으며 측정 결과, Observe(0.358), Orient(0.315), Act(0.217), Decide(0.110) 순으로 나타났다. 최하위 대안인 해상교통로 상 주요 위협별 전투 효과는 대북한 위협 대응이 주변국 해상갈등 대응보다 1.68배, 초국가적 위협 대응보다는 3.61배 높게 측정되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 해양 유·무인 복합체계 획득 시 요구 기술 수준 판단 및 전력 운용 방안을 정립하는 데에 합리적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Cordyceps, one of the most valued traditional Chinese medicines, consists of the dried fungus Cordyceps sinensis growing on the larva of caterpillar. It is also known as 'winter-worm and summer-grass' because of its appearance during different seasons. The parasitic complex of the fungus and the caterpillar is found in soil of a prairie at an elevation of 3,500 to 5,000 meters in northwestern part of China. According to Chinese medicinal theory, Cordyceps is used to replenish the kidney and soothe the lung, and indeed many clinical applications have been reported. The natural Cordyceps is rare and expensive on the local market, and therefore, several mycelial strains have been isolated from natural Cordyceps and manufactured in large quantities by fermentation technology, and they are commonly sold as health food products in Orient. The adulterants of Cordyceps are commonly found on the market, and therefore the authentication of these products has to be defined. Having the urgent need from current market, different chemical markers such as nucleoside, ergosterol, mannitol and polysaccharide are being used for quality control of Cordyceps. Unfortunately, these markers are far from optimization, and therefore extensive works are needed to define the pharmacological efficiency of these markers.

The aligned liquid crystals (LCs) display on SiNx thin films using ion-beam (IB) irradiation was studied with controllability ofpretilt angle depending on incident energies of the IB. Plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) was used to orient the LCs on SiNx alignment films. The LCs alignment property for the SiNx thin films were observed to verify the practical application potential (figure1). A good LCs alignment of vertical alignment LCs cells on SiNx thin film surfaces irradiated with incident IB energy of 1800eV was achieved. Also, a good LC alignment by the IB irradiation on the SiNx thin film surface was observed at an annealing temperature of $180^{\circ}C$. However, the alignment defects of the nematic liquid crystal was observed at an annealing temperature above $230^{\circ}C$. The atomic force microscopy (AFM) images of LCs on SiNx thin film surfaces irradiated with IB energy was used for the surface analysis.

Purpose: the purposes of this study were: to contribute to maintaining and promoting health for female college students by identifying their body weight control behaviors and the Affecting factors; and, to serve as a basis for the development of weight control programs to orient their weight management to a desirable direction specifically for those who have low or normal body weight but still practice body weight control in a way that is neither useful nor desirable. Method: The data were analyzed by the SPSS/PC 10.0 statistical program using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and the Stepwise multiple regression. Result: The main predictive factors affecting body weight control was 'between - meal snack', 'family support', 'satisfaction with their diet', 'possession of secret method for weight loss', 'body image', 'satisfaction with university life', and 'interest in weight control'. Conclusion: It may be necessary to develope educational programs on weight control for female collegians in consideration of affecting body weight control behavior.

The purpose of this study is to show inherent and differentiated beauty by designing costume knitwear using Dancho patterns representing peculiar beauty, thus expressing free and convenient knitwear in the modern sense for women with the image of reasonableness and elegance, proposing knit design using high-class materials for satisfying the demand for the highest. With regard to expression technique of works, I selected computer Jacquard method to indicate effective comparison effect of expression material and made expression with $12{\sim}14$ gauge as base by using computer knitting machine. Through above-mentioned research process and design using Knit CAD system, I obtained following conclusion. First, it is possible to express variously and widely traditional patterns by making the most of the beauty of the orient and by recomposing the patterns of plant patterns representing "feminine image". Second, it is possible to widely represent the sense you can feel from knit by expressing variously diversity of knit structure and Jacquard knitting structure and gauge. Finally, it is possible to express designs more freely and imaginably by using computer Knit CAD system instead of actual knitting of various knit expression technique and materials application.

Leuconostoc citreum is one of the representative strains of Leuconostoc spp. that show fast growth rates in fermented vegetables. Sequential experimental designs including the Plackett-Burman design, fractional factorial design, steepest ascent analysis, central composite design and response surface methodology were introduced to optimize and improve the medium for L. citreum. Fifteen medium ingredients were examined and glucose ($20 g/\ell$), yeast extract ($12.5g/\ell$), sodium acetate trihydrate ($6.12g/\ell$), potassium phosphate ($42.55g/\ell$), and dibasic ammonium citrate ($4.12g/\ell$), were chosen as the best components to give a critical and positive effect for cell-growth. The biomass was increased to ($2.79g/\ell$), (169%), compared to the $1.65g/\ell$ in MRS medium.

The ethnic image in modern fashion can be interpreted as a trend of post-modernism, which appeared after modernism's established style. It has relativity, pluralism and variety, and it tries to revive style of the past. This makes style that borrows and combines image and style of different era and culture as distinctive feature, and in turn is expressed by a new image that is combined with the country's clothes. Also, thanks to the customers who are tired of artificiality and convenience, gift of modern science and technology, simple and natural sensitive marketing and being 'raw' are getting popular as new trend. Today's ethnic image is not merely borrowing visual, superficial image of culture and clothes of other ethnic group, but pursuing natural as purely created by human senses rather than being polished. In terms of ethnic image's formative beauty and aesthetic value, foreign and domestic collections are compared. But for domestic image, only Korean ones are researched, and for foreign designer's fashion image, there are ethnic styles of Japan, China and Korea. Although the documents of domestic designers that I investigated is not sufficient, canonic simple being of oriental image that is seen by the westerners is summarized.
