패션디자인에 나타나는 자기유사성에 관한 연구 - Viktor & Rolf의 디자인을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Self-similarity Found in Fashion Design - Focusing on the Designs of Viktor & Rolf -)

  • The study aims to determine the significance and characteristics of self-similarity inherent in natural objects or phenomena, the existence of self-similarity in design created by fashion designers, and the traits and internal significance implied in self-similarity and their effects on fashion. The subject of the study is Viktor & Rolf, and the scope of the study is the collections created from 2001 to 2014, which include designs implemented in their early years and those unveiled in the media. Self-similarity means attributes of a fractal structure appearing without change in the original form, even after modification of scale or direction in terms of shape or phenomena. As self-similarity is applied to the arts and design sectors, it leads people to pay attention to fundamental characteristics and intrinsic forms as a factor of expressing a unique creative world. Analysis of Viktor & Rolf collections generated ribbons, overlapping/juxtaposition, side decorations and exaggerated design elements as basic units of self-similarity. These factors had self-similarity rates as high as 84%. Self-similarity was established as design elements formed in the incipient stage were repeated in a certain form, and continued for a long period of time. It served as an element that recognizes design and a fashion designer at the same time. Characteristics of self-similarity appearing in Viktor & Rolf collections can be summarized as homeostasis based on an equivalent relationship, balance based on self-organization, reducibility into essential elements, and uniqueness based on odd shapes. These characteristics influenced the pursuit of consistent brand image, the maintenance of a fashion designer's creative world, the formation of styles and the expression of a fashion designer's identity.

스포츠 분야 사회적기업의 모델 탐색: 조직형태 및 과제 (Exploring the Model of Social Enterprise in Sport: Focused on Organization Form(Type) and Task)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 스포츠 분야 사회적기업을 둘러싸고 발생하는 여러 문제점들을 조직의 관점에서 진단하고 필요한 과제 및 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 크게 세 가지 단계로 구분하여 연구를 진행, 결과를 도출하였다. 첫 번째로는 스포츠 분야 사회적기업의 주요 현황 및 특성 등에 대하여 살펴보았다. 배경 및 기원, 법제 및 정책, 조직목표, 조직구조 및 절차, 조직특성 등의 측면을 중심으로 현황을 분석하였다. 스포츠 분야 사회적기업은 초기단계로서 정부의 사회적기업 정책목표는 재정투입을 통해 단기간 내 사회적기업의 수를 늘리는 것에 초점을 맞추는 경향이 있었다. 그리고 개별 기업들의 수익창출 여력이 미흡하여 정부의 보조금 지원에 의존하는 경우가 대다수인 것으로 파악되었다. 두 번째 단계에서는 스포츠 분야 사회적기업의 기능수행에 영향을 미치는 상황적 요인에 대하여 중점적으로 살펴보았다. 상황적 요인인 조직의 가치와 이념, 기술, 역사 등을 검토한 결과, 스포츠 분야 사회적기업으로 인증 받아 중앙정부나 지방자치단체로부터 지원을 받는 경우 정치적 통제는 어느 정도 강하고 시장에 노출 정도는 심하지 않은 '관청형' 조직의 형태로 나타나는 것을 도출할 수 있었다. 마지막 세 번째 단계에서는 스포츠 분야 사회적기업에 적정한 조직의 형태를 갖추기 위한 과제 및 시사점을 도출하였다. 스포츠 분야 사회적 기업 생태계가 어느 정도 정착된 이후에는 현재의 '관청형' 조직에서 '국민기업' 조직으로 점차 나아갈 필요가 있다. 이는 정부의 제한된 재정 수준을 감안해서도 그러하며, 단기적인 생존이 아니라 장기적으로 스포츠 분야 사회적기업이라는 조직이 살아남을 수 있기 위해서도 그러한 것이다.

KOS 레지스트리 구조화를 위한 분류체계 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of Classification Systems for Organizing a KOS Registry)

  • KOS 레지스트리를 구조화하기 위해서는 수집된 KOS의 특성에 맞는 분류체계를 선정해야 한다. 이 연구에서는 다양한 분류체계를 적용하여 수집된 국내 KOS 를 분류하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 KOS 레지스트리의 구조화를 위한 분류체계를 선정할 때 고려해야 할 시사점을 제공하고자 했다. 웹탐색을 통해 수집된 313개의 KOS 데이터를 대상으로 총 5종의 분류체계와 시소러스를 적용하여 분류하고 그 결과를 분석했다. 분석 결과, KOS 레지스트리의 국제적 연계를 위해서는 국외 분류체계를 적용하고, 국내 지식자원과 연계하거나 국내 연구자들에게 최적화하기 위해서는 국내 분류체계를 적용할 필요가 있었다. 그리고 KOS의 분야별 특성에 따라 연구 분야 KOS는 학문 분야를 기반으로 하는 분류체계를 적용하고, 공공 분야 KOS는 정부 업무기능을 기반으로 하는 분류체계를 적용하는 것을 검토할 필요가 있었다. 마지막으로 국내 KOS와 국제 KOS와의 연계를 강화할 필요가 있었고, 이를 위해서 복수의 분류체계를 적용할 필요가 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how the interface between "place of work" and "place of living" in the housing sphere has changed, and to understand its social background. During the korean modernization period, changes in economic structure toward industry has an influence on many aspects of modem life in addition to occupations. The traditional mixing of heterogeneous activities in the home-such as between reproduction and household affairs, first changed into a coexistence of two spaces with different functions within the boundaries of home, and finally into a spatial separation between functions in an urban dimension. As a result of this process, the primary role of the modem home is as a place for relaxation without work. One important kind of home, in which a retail shop is integrated with it, was researched as a transitional form. Its spatial layout showed a various combined usage of both spaces. In conclusion, changes in relevant macro-social aspects are very concretely reflected m the function and spatial organization of the home.

금융분야의 블록체인기술 활용과 정책방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Adoption and Policy Direction of Blockchain Technology in Financial Industry)

  • The financial industry recently introduces several issues for utilizing the blockchain technology as the core infrastructure of future finance. Blockchain, first introduced as the underlying technology of Crypto-currencies, Bitcoin is a technology that can ensure the integrity and reliability of data by verifying, recording, and storing data jointly in the network without a central administration organization or a manager. This blockchain has its potential power as a technology for issuing digital currencies, providing transparency, and securing record management, that is expected to be useful in the financial sector. At the same time, considering the characteristics of financial transactions which emphasize privacy, questions are raised about whether a blockchain structure in which information is distributed and shared among participants can be successful. How will we support to implement the potential of the blockchain in order to change the paradigm of the financial industry? How can we manage the side effects of blockchain effectively? Such a policy discussion is necessary. This study introduces the meaning of the blockchain technology, various utilization attempts, and possible problems facing technology from the viewpoint of financial industry, and suggests a policy direction for utilizing this technology as a catalyst to the progress of the financial industry or as a new technology power.

병원조직내 간호부서의 위치에 따른 간호관리 기능 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of the Function of Nursing Management According to the Position of Nursing Department in Hospital Organization)

  • These days our nation is standing on tiptoe of welfare nation. so hospital in authority have done reformation to provide quality medical services. This effective nursing work to provide quality nursing by keeping pace with the reformation of management of hospital for quality medical function might be well said to be depending on the degree of function of nursing management of nursing department. This essay has been aimed to prepare the data to build the position of nursing organization which can elevate the quality of nursing by clarifying the difference of the degree of the function of nursing management according to the position of nursing department in hospital organization. 135 nurses of 1 general hospital in Seoul which has independent nursing organization of the hospitals of over 600 beds and 155 nurses of 1 general hospital in Seoul which has the nursing organization under the management of medical department have been the objects of this study. The tool of Yoon. Young Ae(1988) has been used by having it amended and complemented and the degree of reliability of the tool was resulted in Cronbach's Alpha .9155. The collected data have been analysed by SPSS program as mean. frequency, chi-square. t-test. F-test(ANOVA) and the results are as the follows; 1. Compared result of general characteristics of the two groups by $x^2$-test showed statistically significant difference between religion ($x^2$=10.375, p=.015) and educational background($x^2$=51.222. p=.000) 2. The t-test aimed to compare the degree of function of nursing management according to the position of nursing department is as the below: Compared result of the degree of the function of nursing management according to the areas has shown higher point in independent type(M=3.22) than in the type under the management of medical department(M=2.85) in the personnel and administrative activities of nursing department. the standard and regulation of nursing duty also showed higher point in independent than in the type under the management of medical department (M=3.37) and the education of nursing showed higher point in independent type(M=3.53) than in the type under the management of medical department(M=3.19) and the evaluation of nursing quality has shown higher point in independent type(M=3.33) than in the type under the management of medical department(M=3.05), The area which showed the highest difference of the degree of the function of nursing management between the two organizations was in the activities of personnel and administration management of nursing department (independent type M=3.22. the type under the management of medical department(M=2.85). The degree of function of general nursing management showed higher in independent type nursing organization than in the type under the management of medical department by 3.41 in independent type and 3.11 in the type under the management of medical department. The items which showed the lowest degree of function of nursing management of both organizations have been suitable nursing man power and distribution and the reflection of the opinion of nursing department. In conclusion. the degree of function of nursing management to be able to provide quality nursing for the hospital goal of quality medical works showed visibly higher in independent nursing organization than in the nursing organization under the management of medical department. Therefore it is desirable for the hospital to operate the nursing department in hospital organization by independent type rather than the type under the management of medical department and the chief of nursing department of the nursing organization of the type under the management of medical department should make effort to reform its structure to be able to establish the position of performing independent nursing management. And also the chief of the nursing organization of independent type should endeavor to build substantial independent type organization more than ever under the viewpoint of securing suitable nursing man power and the low degree of management in the reflection of the opinion of nursing department.

서울지역 중소병원의 부서간 조직효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Interdepartmental Organizational Effectiveness of Medium and Small Sized Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is aimed to grasp the factors, which may influence the harmonized organizational efficiency of the objects of hospital structure as well as its structural constituents of each departments of administration, nursing, and para-medical personnels, in order to provide basic data enable to contribute in the development of hospital. The survey data involved in the study was derived from 385 personnels working in 5 medium and small sized hospitals in Seoul area. The main finding of the study can be summarized as follows; 1. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the general characteristics of subjects in order of male, over 30 years of age, university graduates, long-term tenure and high position is higher, whereas, in as much as wage and well trained personnels in administration departments are higher, its organizational efficiency is higher in comparison with those of nursing and para-medical departments. 2. The organizational efficiency in accordance with satisfaction and the motive contributional factors is higher as much as the high satisfactory level in every departments in general. 3. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of job characteristics is higher in as much as difficulty of the jobs is lesser, however there was not statically significance between administration and para-medical departments. In as much as the job circulation is intact, job standard level is higher and the more job responsibility the higher organizational efficiency, while the more workload and the more work feud resulted lower organizational efficiency. It was obvious that the higher professional expertise as well as the training and application level are improving the organizational efficiency. 4. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of structural characteristics was higher in as much as the intercommunication was smooth and the structural formalization level are higher, however there was not statically significance between the participation level of decision making and the organizational efficiency. 5. In as much as higher educational level of over university graduates, management of organization and the job level are satisfied, the psychological motive contributional level is higher, while the lesser job difficulty, the smooth job performance, the higher level of professional expertise, the higher structural formalization level, the smooth intercommunication, have affected as major influence factors of the structural characteristics of organizational efficiency. 6. As the management of hospital organization, the job level and personal relation are satisfied or psychological motive is provided, especially when there are no difficult jobs or smooth job circulation and no job feud are prevailing, it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is improving accordingly. The nursing departments has high educational standard and is satisfied in the management and job level of hospital organization as there are no difficult jobs while the level of hospital's organizational formality is high and the intercommunication is smooth, which are improving the organizational efficiency. The para-medical departments is also satisfied the management and job level of hospital organization and it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is higher in as much as the level of job standardization is high and the intercommunication is smooth. As a result of this study, in order for improving the organizational efficiency of the medium and small sized hospitals, the management and job level as well as personal relation are preferably satisfied, whereas the level of job circulation, job responsibility, the expertise and formalization of organization, intercommunication and etc. should be satisfied, and, therefore, it is advisable to buildup discriminated organizational management and environment for different division on the basis above factors. Since this study is carried on several hospitals in Seoul area, there is a certain limit to generalize its result to all domestic hospitals, nevertheless the gallop poll was made by developing the questionnaires with reasonability and reliability. Especially, as the study was carried by analyzing the comparison of influence factors' difference of organizational efficiency in accordance with the divisional characteristics of the medium and small sized hospitals.

조선총독부의 기록관리제도 (Records Management Systems of the Colonial Chosun Government General)

  • The characteristics of the records management systems of the Japanese colonial government can be summarized as follows. First, the Government General adopted a "decentralized retention" of public records. The Government General did not establish its own archives for central preservation of permanent public records. Colonial agencies established its own records office and the records office managed the records its agency created. Secret records and police records were exception. They were retained by the Secretary Office of the General Affairs Division and Police Division of the Chosun Government General respectively. Second, filing systems and retention periods of the public records followed the hierarchic structure of organization. In the headquarter of the government, records were filed by a "bureau-division-activity-file" classification system and a retention period of a file was given automatically by each unit the file belonged. A closed and cut-off file was retained and arranged according to its creating unit, creating year, and retention period. The filing system was easy to use once the filing system was established well, but to make it work effectively changes in activities and organizations should be on a reflected regular basis. It had an advantageous effect that permanent records could be preserved in a unified way throughout the organization. However, it is very critical to determine the permanent records in a professional way. Selection of the permanent records should be done professionally and in a historical perspective. Otherwise, the records retained as permanent records were not the records having an enduring value. And that was not done by the colonial government. Third, classification and scheduling of records were carried out by a creating division, rather than by the Records Office, mostly from the 1920s. Compilation of the records was also done by the creating agency. It implies that the records management lacked the professionalism. In conclusion, the records management system of the Chosun Government General wes nither modern nor user oriented. It managed the records for solely administrative purpose, i.e. effective colonial rule. The legacy of the colonial records system still exists in the public records system in Korean government. One should criticize the lack of will and efforts to modernize the public records system since the establishment of the Korean government while should reflect the historical origins of the records system in Korea.

사회경제, 인구학적 요인과 이혼율과의 관계 (The Relationship between Divorce Rates and Socioeconomic and Demographical Factors)

  • The study analyzes divorce rates in Korea and makes suggestions for the future research of divorce rates. Based on the data from Korea Statistical Information System (KOSIS) of the National Statistics Organization, trends for divorce rates change and the relations between divorce rates and macro environmental factors are analyzed. Macro environmental factors include socioeconomic factors such as, Korean War, Vietnam War, oil shock, IMP economic crisis and gross national income (GNI), whereas demographical factors include population structure, rates of female labor participation, and geographical location. The principle characteristics of divorce rates are as follows: 1) the Crude divorce rates (CDR) and the number of divorced had been increased from 1970 to 2004, then the trend changed to a decrease; 2) the slope of the change were the highest during 1998 to 2004 after the IMP economic crisis. The relations between socioeconomic factors are as follows: 1) during the war there was a small increase of CDR for a short period of time; 2) the economic crisis of the nation tend to increase the CDR, while the IMP economic crisis had a strong impact on an increase of CDR because of the interaction effect among the population structure, women's sex role changes as well as the level of standard of living. The increase in CDR from 1990 to 2000 can be explained partly by the population of baby Boomers passing through their marriage and divorce process. The number of population residing in the rural area and the middle class households, and the mobility of population also had an impact on the divorce rates changes. The recommendations for the future research were as follows: 1) the need to develop new divorce statistics that are based on a marriage cohort or a birth cohort because family behavior is a mixture of personal, social and political responses, and because CDR is not an accurate measure of divorce rate since it was influenced by population structure; 2) the need to include micro personal factors as well as macro social factors in a model to find an interaction effect between those variables.

산업조직론을 활용한 부산항 컨테이너 하역산업의 특성 분석 (Analysis of the Characteristics of Container Ports in Busan Port Using Industrial Organization Approach)

  • 컨테이너 하역산업에서 장단기 측면에서 이용자(선사 또는 화주)와 공급자(하역업체)가 상생하는 산업생태계가 기능하기 위해서는 컨테이너 하역시장에 알맞은 시장의 다양한 조건이 갖추어질 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 경제학의 산업조직론을 활용해 부산항 컨테이너 하역시장의 여건과 수급 특성을 분석하고 그에 따른 시장성과를 살펴보고 있다. 먼저 산업의 기본조건으로서 수요 및 공급 특성을 분석했다. 수요 특성으로는 1) 물동량의 외생성, 2) 수출입 및 허브 기능 병행, 3) 선사 교섭력 강화, 4) 높은 대체 탄력성, 5) 물동량 증가세 둔화 등이 도출되었다. 공급 특성으로는 1) 공급의 비탄력성, 2) 하역서비스의 동질성, 3) 공급 과잉, 4) 하역기술 고도화, 5) 규모의 경제 및 저장 불가능성, 6) 항만노무공급시장의 경직성, 7) SCM 상의 역할 증대 등이 분석되었다. 다음으로 산업조직론의 대표적 분석방법인 구조-행동-성과(Structure-Conduct-Performance)의 관점에서 분석을 수행했다. 시장 구조 측면에서는 1) 운영사의 규모의 경제 미흡, 2) 높은 진입장벽, 3) 선사의 교섭력 강화, 4) 일시적 요율 인가제 등이 분석되었고, 시장 행동 측면에서는 1) 수출입/환적 화물의 가격차별, 2) 선사의 중장기 터미널 이용 계약, 3) 지속적 장비 투자, 4) 낮은 수준의 운영사 간 협력 등이 도출되었다. 시장 성과 측면에서는 1) 불균등한 운영사 수익성, 2) 수출입 물류비 경감, 3) 첨단기술 도입 지연, 4) 유휴시설 발생 등이 분석되었다. 나아가 시장구조가 시장행동에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 실제 자료를 이용한 회귀분석을 통해 검증했다. 결론에서 미래 중요 어젠다로서 항만 산업정책을 수립/시행하여 국제물류 서비스의 경쟁력을 제고하고 항만 운영사 발전을 통한 국부 및 고용 창출을 도모할 필요가 있음을 제시했다.
