The object of this paper is established for a paradigm for the organization. Although concerns on management get increased in these days, there is no general and systematic framework for a unified sector. Therefore this study proposes the new general and systematic framework for managing in organization, through applying Service-Engineering model. The new framework of this study provides the general sector of organization model, the method of analyzing BSC and RMS, and system model for Risk Management. Furthermore, this study suggests the practical ways of developing a paradigm.

This study identifies how management theory and philosophy work in conjunction with and support one another as both are critical to understanding leadership concepts and viewing the design organization holistically in terms of organizational behavior and performance. This paper analyses data from an in-depth single-case study at management in interior design organization in Korea. Two new 'most efficient and effective way' to achieve the goals of the design organization has been launched. The first was organizational behavior and performance, and the second a needed new paradigm of management skills. Organizational culture affects organizational effectiveness in design because it can (a) provide an organization with a competitive advantage, (b) improve the way an organizational structure works, and (c) increase the motivation of designers to pursue organizational interests. Moreover, the result of research creates paradigm of thinking that how leaders in the design organization need to focus on innovative and strategic systems to gain competitive advantage and enter global markets; a key inter-organizational cooperation strategy to achieve a targeted goal.

Recent information and communication technologies have already opened up new prospects for technology groups, especially in a knowledge-based society. A contemporary technological era, which can be stated as the hyper-connective Internet of Things surpassed the traditional service pattern and innovation pattern by conveying personalized, localized, and con-text-aware services close to different actors and users. The conventional boundary of the organization is disbanding as well as traditional innovation and research & development limits. This research article conducts a preliminary study about the hyper-connective Internet of Things technology portent with innovation 3.0 version based on an extended technological organization environment framework (E-TOEF). This article discusses the emergence of innovation 3.0 as a paradigm shift from a manufacturing paradigm to an actor-oriented paradigm. There is a need to shift from a manufacturing mindset to more user ergonomics and be aware of the potential of hyper-connective IoT on the revolution of innovation patterns to be more cooperative, open, and user-centered. Besides, this article would strain some conceptual approaches for the next-generation innovation paradigm known as "hyper-connective IoT" entitled innovation 3.0. This new innovation version goes beyond open innovation and undeniably clearly beyond closed innovation which was an earlier version.

In this paper, the management thoughts of The network-manufacture based on virtual-agile organization is Brief summarized, then an explanation had been made about the virtual circulation economy patterns paradigm, which is integrated the virtual-agile manufacture and circulation economy theory, the critical content of this paradigm, at last we recognized the virtual-agile organization pattern circulation economy is one important trend of the network-manufacture development in the future.

In this paper, we present few technical notes about the distance distribution paradigm for Mosaab-metric using 1, 2, and 3 grams feature extraction techniques to analyze composite data points in high dimensional feature spaces. This technical analysis will help the specialist in bioinformatics and biotechnology to deeply explore the biodiversity of influenza virus genome as a composite data point. Various technical examples are presented in this paper, in addition, the integrated statistical learning pipeline to process segmented genomes of influenza virus is illustrated as sequential-parallel computational pipeline.

As the technology, global economy, and social structures and patterns have rapidly been changing since the 20th century, the forward-thinking leaders in the world begin to realize that they must embrace a new paradigm in management and organizational theories. The new idea of management is focused on equality rather than hierarchical structure, and more responsive to the external environment, more flexible, and better prepared to give customers what they want. From this new paradigm revolution, the nonprofit organizations like youth development organization are trying to approach and implement the new theories and models. This study attempted to introduce the historical trend and a new paradigm of youth development organizational structures and programs in the USA that may help Korea to improve youth organizations and programs. The youth development sector should create healthy, thriving organizations and structures that cultivate staff, programs, partnership between youth and adults, and community.

In present, advanced countries in the world are seen concentring on Military Transformation to create new military capability as there is a shift in Warfare Paradigm. Rapid development of technology enables military system, operational concept and organization innovated. As a result, Revolution in Military Affairs(RMA) that dramatically increased warfighting capability is pursued. Especially, advanced information technology constructs system of systems with abilities of battle visualization, information sharing in battlefield, long-range strike capability that are interoperable and combined. Corresponding to this, engagement methods and organizations are being progressively developed. The purpose of this thesis is overview of newly developing Warfare Paradigm and analysis of tendency of Military Transformation that advanced countries are pursuing preparation to this. Above all, specific aspects and contents of the Warfare Paradigm which emerged by information age were summarized. Subsequently, Military Transformation which provides the basic concepts and principles to the advanced countries in the world for the creation of new military capability was discussed. In conclusion, the tendency of Military Transformation by U.S.A, Japan, China, and Russia surround the Korean peninsular as the major power in military was carefully observed.

The organizational theory and design in future encourages us to bring a fluid perspective to the problems and challenges face. Organizational structure, strategy, management style, teamwork, organizational change, and even products and services can be vitalized and re-formed through creative images that allow us to act in new ways. Leaders and educators sat all levels must gain comfort in dealing with the insights and implications of diverse perspectives. In a leadership paradigm in action, leaders and educators who have more flexibility and willingness to create a learning organization are successful in improving productivity and student empowerment. The key element to organizational structure and changes for interior design education becomes communications. Finally, we need to recognize that despite its roots in mechanistic thinking, organization is a creative process of imagination. We organize as we imagine, and it is always possible to imagine in new ways.

21세기의 행정은 급속도로 변화하고 있다. 정보사회의 고도화를 통해 제시되고 있는 유비쿼터스 기반의 재구성은 정보지식사회로의 패러다임 환경 변화를 반영하고 있다. 공공부문에서의 행정조직의 재구조화(restructuring)와 조직혁신(organization reengineering)을 통해 행정서비스를 개선시키려는 시도도 역시 지속되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지금까지 추진되어 온 전자정부의 진행과정을 정리해보고, 진단과 성과 측정을 위한 시론적 접근을 시도하고 있다. 이는 앞으로 대두될 미래의 전자정부가 지속성을 유지하기 위한 차원에서 점검이 필요하다. 또한 향후 보다 분석적 연구를 통해 전자정부에 관한 명확하고 다양한 성과관리 및 평가가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
