  • 우리나라에 대한 사이버 공격의 배후로 추정되는 북한의 사이버조직에 우리는 얼마나 알고 있을까? 사이버 공간의 특성상 공격 흔적이 남지 않기에 언론사들은 북한의 사이버조직과 관련하여 일관된 정보를 거의 제공하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 갈수록 진화하는 북한의 사이버 공격에 효과적으로 대비하기 위해 본 논문에서는 비록 인터넷에 공개된 자료(논문, 기사 등)라 할지라도 이를 통해서 북한 사이버조직 현황 및 주요 공격사례를 중심으로 관련 정보를 살펴보고자 한다.

  • Aircraft are affected by various weather elements and phenomena as they operate vertically from the ground up to the tropopause and horizontally across temperate, tropical, and cold regions within a few hours. Meteorological information, which involves observing and forecasting these weather elements and phenomena, is crucial because it influences not only the safety of the aircraft and occurrences of cancellations, diversions, or delays but also the changes in flight time and fuel consumption. Since the routes of national carriers in Korea mainly cover regions with severe weather and significant weather changes, the role of systems and organizations for the collection, analysis, and application of meteorological information is important. This study investigated the operational case and effects of a meteorological organization at airline 'A'. It was confirmed that, following the establishment of this dedicated organization, more systematic application of meteorological information has shown operational effects such as enhancing flight safety, minimizing passenger inconvenience, and contributing to corporate management.

조직구성원의 정보보안 의식과 조직의 정보보안 수준자의 관계 연구 (A study on the Relationship between Organizational Member′s Information Security Mind and Organizational Information Security Level)

  • This study examines the relationship between the organizational member's information security mind and organizational information security level. The influential relationships among organizational members' information security mind are investigated, and the relationship between organization's information security level and information security mind has been analyzed. As a result, too manager's information security mind is shown to give the biggest influence to other group in the organization. A strong positive correlation exists between organizational member's information security mind and the level of organization's physical, technical, managerial information security. However, there is no significant difference in information security level by types of business. In the future, a more profound study on information security mind is necessary. And alternative methods of information security level estimation need to be studied.

  • This study is to explore the relationship between trust in local administrative organization and organizational performance. Local administrative organizations provide the citizens with administrative services. Heightening the organizational performance contributes the citizens' happiness and the stream of times through organizations' change. To provide high quality of administrative service to citizens, trust in organizations is more important than any other capital. The improvement of organizational performance needs through this social capital. Factors about trust variables and organizational performance variables are extracted through the theoretical discussions. To do the research, public servants in 7 local administrative organizations of Gangwondo were asked to do the survey about how trust in organizations affects organizationa performances. The results explain that trust variables are related to organizational performance, and the local administrative organization which is high in trust is high in organizational performance. Trust in local administrative organizations improves the organizational performance internally and the organization will obtain trust from the citizens externally.

스마트워크 활용 수준에 따른 조직성과 강화에 관한 연구 (The Organization Performance Reinforcement by a Utilization Level of the Smart Work)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine an organizational performance difference by individual utilization level of the smart work. The Smart work help minimizing business process and improving organization productivity based on information technology. This new technology provides a flexible way of the task through smart-work center, videoconferencing, telecommuting, mobile(remote control) and business-only messenger. This investment changes organizational culture, institutions and behavior by new technology applying. The organization system change due to smart work has trouble between alteration preferences and existing maintains a group. In response, the organization should make investment justification of smart work for institutional and culture stabilized by a new system in organization. I set up the analytical process of four stages for empirical research. It will analyze an operation difference of the smart work between pre and post investment in the first-step analysis. The two-step analysis will conduct a text mining analysis of smart work operations. The three-step analysis will identify organization performance differences among individual levels in smart work. The four-step analysis will identify a factor difference in organizational performance by individual utilization level on smart work. According to the study, It has been revealed a difference between the pre and post investment performance on smart work. The text mining analyses many appeared an improvement opinion of organizational culture. Next, there is a difference in organization performance among utilize groups of smart work. Furthermore, the factors of organizational performance among groups appeared differently. The theoretical contribution of this study provided to expand the organizational theory of organization change and resistance. The practical implications provided to require a strong guideline an organizational culture and institution for smart work.

정보조직 사서직 역량 및 직무 유형 분석 (An Analysis on Librarian Competencies and Job Type in the Organization of Information)

  • 본 연구는 도서관 현장에서의 요구하는 인력 현황을 살펴보고, 정보조직학 교육의 개선 방안을 모색하기 위하여 정보조직 사서직에서 필요로 하는 역량과 직무 유형을 분석하였다. 미국 도서관의 채용공고 298건을 대상으로 조사 분석한 결과 기존의 자격요건들의 수요가 지속되고 있으며, 새로운 환경 변화를 반영한 표준 및 전자자원 관련 요구가 추가되었음을 확인하였다. 정보조직 직무 유형은 크게 전통적인 정보조직의 특성이 반영된 것과 전자자원, 정보기술의 특성이 반영된 것으로 나눌 수 있었다. 또한 정보조직 교육의 개선을 위하여 전자자원 교육의 확대, 이론과 실습의 조화, 정보기술 활용의 강화, 새로운 교수 방법의 적용을 제안하였다.

  • 지적기관의 핵심변화 요인으로 측위기술의 발달을 포함한 공간정보통신기술(Geo-ICT)의 발달, 정부의 공기업 혁신정책, 지적측량시장 개방압력, 지적측량 업무량 감소 등의 요인으로 제시하였다. 환경변화에 따른 지적기관의 역할변화에 관한 국제사회의 인식은 지적측량 기관에서 공간정보 제공기관으로 변화해야 하며, 궁극적으로 최신의 공간정보를 충분히 활용하여 경제발전과 국민의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 공간정보기반사회(Spatially Enabled Society)의 실현을 위해 기여하는 역할을 담당해야 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 해외 지적기관 사례조사를 통해서는 국가공간정보 인프라(NSDI)의 핵심역할을 담당해야 하며, 기술 개발과 혁신을 통하여 미래 고객의 요구사항까지도 예측하고 대비하여야 한다는 발전방향성을 확인할 수 있었다.

SCO Framework을 적용한 조직과 조직원의 정보보안 준수 관계 연구 (Information Security of Organization and Employees in Social Exchange Perspective : Using Structure-Conduct-Outcome Framework)

  • Purpose Issues related to information security have been a crucial topic of interest to researchers and practitioners in the IT/IS field. This study develops a research model based on a Structure-Conduct-Outcome (SCO) framework for the social exchange relationship between employees and organizations regarding information security. Design/methodology/approach In applying an SCO framework to information security, structure and conduct are activities imposed on employees within an organizational context; outcomes are activities that protect information security from an employee. Data were collected from 438 employees working in manufacturing and service firms currently implementing an information security policy in South Korea. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22.0 is used to test the validation of the measurement model and the proposed casual relationships in the research model. Findings The results demonstrate support for the relationships between predicting variables in organization structure (security policy and physical security system) and the outcome variables in organization conduct (top management support, security education program, and security visibility). Results confirm that the three variables in organization conduct had a positive effect on individual outcome (security knowledge and compliance intention).

Stakeholders Driven Requirements Engineering Approach for Data Warehouse Development

  • Most of the data warehouse (DW) requirements engineering approaches have not distinguished the early requirements engineering phase from the late requirements engineering phase. There are very few approaches seen in the literature that explicitly model the early & late requirements for a DW. In this paper, we propose an AGDI (Agent-Goal-Decision-Information) model to support the early and late requirements for the development of DWs. Here, the notion of agent refers to the stakeholders of the organization and the dependency among agents refers to the dependencies among stakeholders for fulfilling their organizational goals. The proposed AGDI model also supports three interrelated modeling activities namely, organization modeling, decision modeling and information modeling. Here, early requirements are modeled by performing organization modeling and decision modeling activities, whereas late requirements are modeled by performing information modeling activities. The proposed approach has been illustrated to capture the early and late requirements for the development of a university data warehouse exemplifying our model's ability of supporting its decisional goals by providing decisional information.

해운항만조직의 정보보안이행이 정보보안성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Information Security Behaviors on Information Security Performance in Shipping and Port Organization)

  • 최근 조직의 정보유출사고가 연이어 발생하면서 조직차원에서 정보보안 관리와 정보보안대책 수립이 시급하다. 특히 조직구성원들의 정보보안 관리 강화 방안을 마련하고 조직구성원들의 정보보안 인식의 제고를 위해 노력을 기울여야 한다. 조직의 정보보안이행 정도가 정보보안성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 표본 집단으로 해운 항만조직과 금융 보험 조직의 구성원들을 선정하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 결과요인을 도출하였으며 설문지를 통해 수집된 데이터를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 해운 항만조직 구성원을 대상으로 정보보안성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보보안인식에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정보보안태도, 정보보안관심도로 확인되었으며, 둘째, 조직의 정보보안정책에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 정보보안규범인 것으로 확인되었다. 반면에 정보보안처벌과 정보보안교육은 정보보안정책 준수에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 정보보안인식은 정보보안정책준수, 정보보안능력, 정보보안행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 정보보안정책준수는 정보보안능력과 정보보안행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 정보보안능력과 정보보안행동은 정보보안성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다.
