조직동일시의 개념을 활용하여서 세일즈맨의 성과를 향상시키는 것이 이 논문의 주제이다. 세일즈맨의 성과가 주요 결과변수이고, 조직에의 가입기간, 조직의 지각된 인지도, 조직간의 경쟁이 주요 독립변수이다. 개념적 틀에 기초한 여섯 개의 가설들 중에서 다섯 개가 구조방정식 모형을 통하여서 지지되었다. 몇 개의 시사점들이 제시되었다.

The organization's safety culture is strongly tied to the success of its safety learning programme. All personnel must understand the concept and necessity of Safety Management System. In order to settle the culture which they are willing to share the responsibility of safety, it is essential for service provider as the airline company to develop the technique and knowledge which intenses the organization's safety and to perform safety learning programme to be applied. This study has looked into the preceding studies about the learning culture and surveyed how the airmen have acquired the safety lessons learned thru their safety promotion within aviation maintenance organization. Accordingly, it intends to contribute safety promotion by suggestion of the effective and positive learning culture thru the establishment of strategy and the safety learning programme suitable to the organization.

This study is on the organizational principles of Chinese traditional houses. It has been assumed that a common cultural background did influence dwelling construction in most areas of China, some specific concepts are used to build a connection between the culture and architecture. There are four aspects of cultural influence being explored: traditional concept of space by the philosophical influence, religious influence, the Feng Shut method, and traditional system of family organization. The influence of the Chinese culture on dwelling architecture is predominant. Housing types from different areas of China, despite their different physical appearance, have similar spatial concepts. This cultural influence was due to the historic development of the Chinese empire. The organizational principles of Chinese dwelling architecture determined by its own cultural background have five major invariable norms. They are as follows: 1. Internal and enclosed spatial organization. 2. Grouping of buildings around axes. 3. Spatial organization and extension by courtyard. 4. Spatial expansion by adding units. 5. Hierarchical organization of space.

Most of customers want to know how to develop the computer system they want to get to use according to the their requirements. This study presents a Computer Integration management System for Quality (CISQ) model for system-integration organizations, which need to demonstrate their capability to consistently provide computer integrated system that meets customer satisfaction and applicable regulatory requirements. The Plan.Do.Check.Act(PDCA) cycle called by Doming wheel expresses the basic concept of continuous improvement action in order to emphasize on achieving business goal. It is useful for providing full competence of a system-integration organization to integrate management systems based on the international management system, and to take an advantage in its market. This study specifies International Certification Network Business Excellence Concept(IBEC) approach to ensure a harmonized integration of the variety of management systems and thereby produce synergy effect. The end part of this study specifies a Assessment Model including an assessment concept adding to the compliance audit according to the CISQ for the continuous improvement. A simple application on Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA) in testing phase in project life cycle has been done.

Purpose - It is chaotic when doing a business without legal patterns and rules; individuals who make legal decisions without legal consideration are often protecting their interests and forgetting others. This study aims to suggest key solutions how companies can make better decision based on legal considerations through investigation comprehensive literature analysis. Research design, Data, and methodology - This research conducted qualitative textual method and a technique called 'Qualitative Comparative Analysis' (QCA) can be used to understand better why certain things change while others do not. In tough situations, QCA is a strategy for comparing several occurrences. Result - Total six considerations were founded by the QCA for better corporate decision. Based on these considerations, all stakeholders, shareholders, and every employee should nominate and vote on one person to be their leader in the organization; fair practices in choosing the governor of the organization through legal binding will bring peace and order to the company. Conclusion - It was time consuming to go through every detailed material that entails legal consideration in making corporate decision. The concept of same profile in the research is critical whereby many authors are using same concept to write their articles and books. Using pure concept from one source limits the research and gives inadequate information.

Recently the concept of 'empowerment' not only attracts attention in the area of management but also is considered as an useful concept in the areas of nursing theory. practice, education, and research. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the meaning of the concept 'empowerment'. More concretely, it is to find the concept that can be applied appropriately to the area of nursing management. This study uses Walter & Avant's(1983) process of concept analysis. The attributes of empowerment based on the concept can be defined concisely as follows : 1. a dynamic and interaction process 2. a partnership which values self and others : power shaving 3. mutual decision-making using resources, opportunities, and authority 4. accept autonomy and responsibility Antecedents of empowerment consist of 1) mutual trust and respect, 2) education and support, 3) participation and commitment. In regard to the consequences of empowerment, it is expected to 1) positive self-esteem, 2) ability to set and reach goals, 3) the promotion of organization's effectiveness and productivity, 4) provide effective and high quality health-care, 5) a sense of hope for the future. The concept of empowerment is certainly believed that it will help future nurses since they needs an integrated technique that can treat acute and chronic patients' nursing, individuals, families, and communities. Therefore. it is necessary to develop the instrument including the defining attributes identified in this study. Also, it is need follow up study of this concept.

While knowledge management (KM) needs to be introduced in order to enhance the competitiveness of Korean firms, most of the current literature focuses on defining the concept of KM and developing its framework. This research attempts to develop an introduction methodology of KM, based on four dimensions such as organization, information technology, process, and culture. The methodology was applied to firm L, which recently adopted KM. A result from the analysis of this case study shows that firm L performed well in the dimensions of organization, information technology, and culture.

New ways of work-shift and learning programs, which were based on the concept of 'performance improvement through people', have been introduced to healthcare organizations. I analyzed the performance of the changes and the performance differences. Data were collected through interview and survey. I discussed that modification of management practices which were developed in manufacturing organizations is important for successful implementation in healthcare organizations.

This study attempts to understand the management of IS outsourcing by introducing the concept of inter-organizational control. To meet this purpose, this study develops integrative model of IS outsourcing management based on the existing literature from different management disciplines : MIS, Marketing, Organization, Strategic Management, and different perspectives : economic, social, organizational perspectives. In addition, several implications are presented, and future directions are suggested.

Turning into the 21st century, there are great demands for the diversification of housing style and amenity of housing, which include enhancing community life through proper collective environment. To solve these problems, cohousing has been introduced in Scandinavian countries. A primary goal of cohousing is the desire of residents to live in a socially supportive setting. People can do housework together and also can promote active mutual relationship among residents in the community. Physical feature of cohousing, in combination with social organization factors, nay serve to enhance or support the sense of community sought by residents. In this point of view, the purpose of this study is to consider the characteristics of planning factors applied to the community concept in cohousing. First consideration is to figure out the planning skills on community concept in housing community. Then, by making clear the planning factors on community concept in cohousing through case study, this paper could suggest a possibility of application of cohousing in Korea.
