사기(士氣, Morale)의 개념분석 (An analysis of the concept of morale)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to help understanding nursing application of morale after analysing the concept of morale. Method : With a various investigation of the records on the morale, I identified the characteristics of morale. Result : The characteristics of morale are as follows; 1) The active and voluntary motives of performing in a job. 2) The group phenomena as well as individual ones. 3) The characteristics and changeability according to the situation. 4) The self-esteem and satisfaction in a job. Conclusion : As morale can affect the management and success of organization constantly, the analysis of the concept of morale will be available in nursing administration, so the nursing managers should be interested in morale, And nursing managers should enhance the staff's morale in order that the staffs are willing to participate in their work, to be faithful in an organization, to develop creativity and to do better activities and so they have to contribute to the development of the organization and its members.

The Effect of Organizational Culture and Job Environment Characteristics Perceived by Organization Members on Job Satisfaction

  • We study empirically analyzed the final 216 copies of the responses from SME organization members in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions using statistical programs of SPSS24.0 and AMOS 24.0. In other words, the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational culture and job environment characteristics perceived by members of the organization, and the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance is shown as follows. First, the organizational culture of consensus, development, hierarchy, and rationality was statistically significant in job satisfaction. Therefore, the hypothetical one-man organizational culture was adopted by showing a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, job environment characteristics such as autonomy in job performance, compensation system, physical environment, and human environment had a positive effect on job satisfaction. That is, the job environment characteristics of hypothesis 2 were adopted as a positive (+) influence relationship on organizational satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction was expressed as a positive (+) influence relationship with job performance, so hypothesis 3 was adopted. As a result of this study, the higher the organizational member's perception of organizational culture and job environment characteristics is, the higher the job satisfaction is, and the improvement in job satisfaction is meaningful in that it provides theoretical and practical implications that indicate job performance.

공동주택의 실내공간구성에 대한 확대 및 노인가족 노인의 선호 - 울산지역의 공동주택 거주 노인을 중심으로 - (Preference of the Old-aged for Interior Space Organization of Multi-family Houses - Focused on the Elderly of Multi-family Houses in Ulsan -)

  • The ratio of old persons among the total population is rapidly increasing and the apartment has become to the representative housing type in Korea. This means that many old persons would live in multi-family houses. Therefore the study was intended to examine the preferred characteristics of interior space organization in multi-family house by the aged. The characteristics were the number and usage of bedroom, necessity and type of dress room, type of living room, arrangement of work centers in kitchen, LDK type, the number and layout of bathroom, and type of entrance and balcony. The subjects were 122 old persons who lived in multi-family houses in Ulsan. The individual interview was carried out for collecting the data. The results were as the followings; The characteristics of interior space organization in multi-family houses preferred by the elderly were three bedroom, two bathroom, DK or LDK type, open planned living room, L shape arrangement of kitchen work center, entrance connected directly to outdoor space such as elevator hall or corridor, and the balcony located in front of living room and at the back of small bedroom. Even thouth the average age of population has increased, many apartments still be planned and provided without consideration of old persons. This study would contribute to plan the multi-family houses for the elderly.

Space Organization for Unit Plans in Malaysia - Focus on Landed Properties in Ara Damansara-

  • Malaysian modern housing typologies (such as bungalows, semi-detached houses and terrace houses) are influenced by international style and constitute unique regional characteristics because they are modified in accordance with climatic conditions and unique social, ethnic housing cultures. This research identified unique characteristics and planning principles of how rooms and spaces of a house are related and organized into coherent patterns of form and space. For the analysis, we surveyed twenty-two residential precincts that identified twenty-five unit plan types for landed properties built in Ara Damansara, Malaysia. The methodology adopted in this study consisted of a document review and field surveys. It is difficult to find unique characteristics of space organization (except for the location of bathrooms) because the form of terrace houses is standardized and limited in design from the aspect of space organization. However, the organization of bedroom space and kitchen space has strong regional characteristics that have become stereotyped for semi-Ds and bungalows. General guideline for areas of unit plans are proposed based on the results of area analysis. We also found that the areas of L + D and MB increase as the total area of the house increases; however, the remaining rooms do not increase in area as long as they satisfy appropriate standards due to the addition of multi-purpose extra rooms. This study only examined limited cases in Ara Damansara and it is difficult to generalize the findings of other new towns in Malaysia. Nevertheless, it is worthwhile to collect and systematically organize data according to typologies. Finally, the authors were able to understand the unique regional design factors to be considered for landed property housing planning in Malaysia.

연산(連山) 돈암서원(遯岩書院)의 입지(立地)와 공간구성(空間構成)에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Location and Spatial Organization in YeonSan DonAm SeoWon)

  • This paper aims to discussion the characteristics of location and spatial organization on the Donam SeoWon(confucian academy). To do this, we studied in analysis of the present conditions and photographing, research materials about the from of physical structure and review of historical documents. The result of analysis in the sight of the location and spatial organization was good matched. The spatial organization of the Donam SeoWon(confucian academy) was divided into entry space, lecturing space, management space and sacrificial space. Jonhakhumyo constructs axis of “Sanangru - Ipdeokmun - Yangseongdang - Naesammun - Sungryesa” and Eungdodang that not removed hall with 1880 shows characteristics a right angle in the left side of axis remove to location of present 1971. The result of this study, analysis of axis and Spatial structure shows backgrounds of these locations shows that the political and social, economical phenomena were influenced to the locations and spatial organization of the Donam SeoWon(confucian academy).

실의 연계관계 분석에 의한 우리나라 단독주택의 공간구성적 특성에 관한 연구 (a Study on the Characteristics of Spatial Organization of Korean Detached Houses by the Analyses of Connecting Methods between Rooms)

  • This study is about the spatial organization of Korean houses designed by architects. It is focused on the characteristics and transformation of spatial organization of houses designed since 1970. The variety and regularity of organization existed at the spatial structure of Korean houses are analysed through typological theory. In this study, the connecting methods between rooms appeared in the plans of 190 detached houses are analysed and classified chronologically. The connecting methods of space between L-D-K, between living room and master bedroom are analysed. And the methods of spatial division inside of master bedroom are also analysed. As a result of the analyses, it is clear that the spatial organization of architects' houses turns its direction from the concept of 'unifying and clustering' to that of 'dividing and segregating' . In contrast to the 70s, there shows a strong diversity in the connecting methods after the 80s with adaptation of the 'language of linear plan' using many forms of intermediary elements between spaces. This result would be relative to the changing trend of design philosophy and the changing tendency in the relationship between the inside and outside space of house.

안도 다다오의 박물관 건축에 나타난 공간구성과 빛 (An Analysis on the Organization of Space and Light Showed in Ando Tadao' Museum)

  • Purpose : Ando Tadao has his own unique architectural conception to reproduce natural view on site, and he continues to create new architecture without regarding to any principles. Ando Tadao experiments his imagination through the museum architecture, starts organization of space with light, and completes organization of space with light at once. Methods : The research works as follows: 1) Analyzes the meaningful characteristics showed in his architectural works. 2) Analyze organization of space and use of light in museums designed by Ando Tadao. 3) Selecte his representative museums in Korea and Japan, and then analyze space composition and light use through literature study and field survey. Result : The organization of museum space by Ando Tadao has a close relationship with the light. Light designed by Ando Tadao represents unique architectural varieties such as cushioning space, moving line, spatial characterization, and natural influx.

회계정보 시스템의 도입 특성과 기업성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors for Adopting Financial Information System and the Companies' Business Performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 전사적 자원관리 시스템에서 제공되는 기능 중에서 기업회계 및 재무 부문의 전략적인 정보 제공의사결정을 지원하는 회계정보 시스템의 도입에 관련한 영향 요인과 경영 성과에 관하여 연구하였으며, 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직구조 특성 요인 중 조직의 분권화 정도와 정보기술 특성요인 중 정보기술 기반구조는 재무 적/비 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 회계정보 특성은 부분적으로 재무적 성과에 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 셋째, 조직의 규모는 부분적으로 재무적 성과에 조절적인 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 본 연구에서 사용한 일부 연구 변수들은 재무적 성과에는 중요한 영향요인으로 분석되지 않았으나, 비 재무적 성과에는 대부분 영향을 미치고 있어 향후 회계정보 시스템의 도입 시 전략적으로 고려해 볼 수 있는 도입 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

  • Member's perception toward organizational climate is an concept but generally it has been used in the meaning of Organizational climate by members, in an attempt to give an idea of what kind of meaning an organization can have from a psychological point of view to its members. This thesis insists Individual attitudes in the organization be changed characteristics of organization and individual who percepts the organization, one the basis of Organization climate effects individual attitudes directly and indirectly, and objective of the study is to verify the dependence of cause and effect between organization climate and job satisfaction and performance with manufacturing firms within Gumi National Industrial Complex. As a result, to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the enterprise, firstly, we have to set an appropriate objectives within the organization, Secondly, the manager should recognize the controversial issue be solved in public. Lastly, the members should be inspired loyalty into their organization.

모바일오피스의 과업·기술 적합모델과 조직특성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Impact of the Task-Technology Fit Model and Organizational Characteristics of the Mobile Office System on the Job Performance)

  • 급변하는 산업 환경 속에서 기업에게 요구되는 역량은 그들이 처해진 경영환경을 정확히 예측하고 그 변화에 신속하게 대응 할 수 있는 정보 관리 시스템을 구축하는 것이다. 모바일 오피스 환경은 현재의 기업 환경 속에서 요구되어지는 요소인 '스마트(Smart)'와 빠른 변화 및 속도로 대변되는 '이동성(Mobility)'요소가 집약된 정보기술의 산물로 설명 할 수 있다. 최근 들어 모바일 오피스의 도입이 빠르게 진행되고 있는바 이러한 모바일 오피스의 기술적인 부분과 직무간의 적합모델과 조직특성이 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 연구하고자 한다. 분석결과 모바일 오피스의 시스템/정보 품질과 이동성 직무의 특성이 업무기술 적합성에 양(+)의 영향을 미치면 이는 다시 직무성과에 양(+)의 영향을 나타냄을 증명하였다. 또한 조직의 특성이 모바일 오피스 도입에 적극적이면 모바일 오피스의 사용과 직무성과에 양(+)의 영향을 나타냄을 증명하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해서 모바일 오피스를 도입하고자 하는 조직은 모바일 오피스의 기술적 특성과 직무특성간의 적합성을 먼저 고려해야 할 것이며, 모바일 오피스를 정착시키기 위한 조직적 차원에서의 노력이 필요함을 실증 분석하였다.
