This article aims to review the major problems of the present Korean management system of archaeology and to seek desirable suggestions in order to pursue the sustainable harmony between the recovery of academic excavations and economic development. In order to continue the sustainable harmony between preserving the values of archaeological resources as limited pure public goods and economic development, the present system of developer's payment for archaeology must be replaced by the introduction of the development fee for archaeology. The excavation of archaeological resources have been done according to the market principle, that is, the lower price principle. But the principle has produced a lot of serious problems in the Korean management system of archaeology, which must result in the market failure. So the governmental intervention is urgently required. By introducing the development fee, the archaeological field units and the developers can avoid direct contact. Instead, the Heritage Management Office will operate the excavation fund raised by the development fee for archaeology in order to avoid low-price contracts, degrading excavation quality, and other related residents' complaints and social conflicts in advance. In addition, the budget for purchasing the preserved excavation sites, which are the source of the landowners' enormous complaints, must be allocated to the Heritage Management Office by the Ministry of Planning and Finance. More budget for small-sized excavations must be allocated as well in order to solve many residents' complaints. These budget increase will be the fundamentals to decrease the residents' big complaints and social conflicts in relation with the archaeological management, which will be a challenge of the Korean government. Along with the governmental efforts, the archaeological field units must do their all-out efforts to overcome many problems in excavation including low-price contracts. Finally, the wage system and working status system must be revised. Excellent young excavators must be recruited appropriately and continue to work in a safe psychological condition, which are the basis to guarantee high-quality excavation.
Due to the increase of container terminals, as the volume of terminals become distributed, the competition of preserving existing volume and inviting new volume are becoming fierce, and various ways for processing terminal volume and inviting volume are being sought. Container terminal efforts to maximize efficiency in order to improve the volume handling capability and productivity by both expansion of the latest equipment and development of the latest terminal system. There are a variety of factors that influence the improvement of productivity at container terminals. Among them, in the case of yard transfer equipment, if it were to convert from the method of a Yard Tractor(YT) being fixed allocated to a certain Gantry Cranes(GC) to a Pooling System that processes in a method that properly distributes and allocates a Yard Tractor(YT) to multiple Gantry Cranes(GC), the terminal productivity and the fusibility of YT may be increased. The KPI which is an indicator for the productivity at container terminals is GC productivity and since GC productivity cannot exceed the speed of physical GC operations, a Pooling System is applied to increase productivity which its meaning and effect is massive. Here in the Report, we produce the Pooling Algorithm system to improve the efficiency of the transported equipments in container terminal which is actually applying for this method and have compared Non pooling system with Pooling system in the fields. By introducing a transfer equipment pooling system and enhancing the productivity compared to other terminals, it may become an essential factor for increasing the continuous service quality and profitability in terms of terminal business.
This research aims to suggest a practical solution in order to make marriage immigrant women free from violence and stand on their own. The suggestion could be made by developing Substantive theory in terms of marriage immigrant women's coping with domestic violence. The research question is; How marriage immigrant women cope with domestic violence. The research used a route theory approach, and 11 of marriage immigrant women who have ever suffered from domestic violence participated in it. The research question used semi-structured open questions. As a result of paradigm model analysis, "mental and physical devastation" is defined as a core phenomenon, and causative conditions are "wheel of pain" and "helpless victims of violence". Besides, context conditions are "period growth with solitariness", "irrational marriage" and "indifferent reality". "Mental and physical devastation", the core phenomenon act and interact with effect of mediatory conditions; which are "social help", "cultural difference" and "helplessness". Here the action and reaction appear as "adaptation", "resistance", "self-protection" and "self-reinforcement", and the outcomes show up as "maintaining reality", "decision making" and "beginning a new life". "Coping with mental and physical devastation and standing on one's own feet" could be introduced as a core category. Process of coping with domestic violence presents its levels as; shocks ${\rightarrow}$ endurance ${\rightarrow}$ regret ${\rightarrow}$ overcoming. There are three patterns of coping, which are; "preserving realities", "returning", and "groping for the future".

To consider an identity about traditional folk village, this study analyzes color characteristic of traditional folk village by targeting Cuandixia folk village in China. For method of study, color is analyzed by KSCA(Korea Standard Color Analysis) program and images of color are drawn by I.R.I. Based on these, four results are came out. First, color distribution of Cuandixia is appeared in YR, R, Y, GY order. Furthermore, there are no affiliation of BG, and B but a lot of affiliation of YR. Second, the whole is made up of color that is applied to mist gray/low chroma in the value and chroma stakes. Especially, high chroma is extracted by only commercial old house, the rest is made up of middle and low chroma color. Third, dark color is the most by KS Color System and dark reddish gray and medium gray are occupied most part. Fourth, the whole atmosphere of village is static and hard, and the image is researched as gentle. Through the research, It applies extracted color palette for plan and preservation of traditional folk village. As using the color that is reflected in national and local distinct characteristic, preserving the color reflected in history and culture of the village, and applying color planning considered harmony with surrounding environment, it is expected that it can help to direct the color involved traditional and cultural meaning.

Korea began preserving and managing natural monuments in 1933 under Japanese Colonization, but North Korea and South Korea were forced to establish separate natural monument management policies because of the division after the Korean Independence. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the natural monument management policies of both south and North Korea between 1933 and 2005 to introduce new policies for Korea unification. The following are the results: First, South Korea manages every type of cultural asset, including natural monuments, through the 'Cultural Heritage Protection Act,' whereas North Korea managing its cultural assets through the 'Cultural Relics Protection Act' and the 'Landmark/Natural Monument Protection Act.' Second, South Korea preserves and utilizes natural monuments for the purpose of promoting the cultural experience of Korean people and contributing to the development of world culture, whereas North Korea uses its natural monuments to promote the superiority of socialism and protect its ruling power. Third, North and South Korea have similar classification systems for animals, plants, and geology, but North Korea classifies geography as one of its natural monuments. Unlike South Korea, North Korea also designates imported animals and plants not only for the preservation and research of genetic resources, but also for their value as economic resources. Fourth, North Korea authorizes the Cabinet to designate and cancel natural monuments, whereas South Korea designates and cancels natural monuments by the Cultural Heritage Administration through the deliberation of a Cultural Heritage Committee. Both Koreas' central administrations establish policies and their local governments carry them out, while their management systems are quite different. In conclusion, it is important to establish specified laws for the conservation of natural heritages and clarified standards of designation in order to improve the preservation and management system and to sustain the diversity of natural preservation. Moreover it is also necessary to discover resources in various fields, designate protection zones, and preserve imported trees. By doing so, we shall improve South Korea's natural monument management policies and ultimately enhance national homogeneity in preparation for the reunification of the Koreas in the future.

Recently, because the interest and needs in privacy protection are growing, smartcard-based remote user authentication schemes have been actively studied to provide the user anonymity. In 2008, Kim et al. first proposed an authentication scheme in order to ensure the user anonymity against both external attackers and the remote server and track malicious users with the help of a trusted trace sever. However, in 2010, Lee et al. showed that Kim et al.'s scheme cannot provide the user anonymity against remote server, which is because the server can trace users without any help of the trace server, and then proposed a improved scheme. On the other hand, in 2010, Horng et al. proposed an authentication scheme with non-tamper resistant smart cards, in which the non-tamper resistant smart card means that an attacker may find out secret information stored in the smart card through special data analysis techniques such as monitoring power consumption, to be secure against a variety of attacks and to provide the user anonymity against external attackers. In this paper, we will propose a remote user authentication scheme with non-tamper resistant smart cards not only to ensure the user anonymity against both external attackers and the remote server but also to track malicious users with only the help of a trusted trace sever.

Intangible cultural heritage is a collection of community wisdom and talents and it has artistic and cultural values of the nation. And because it represents an identity of the country, it is an important records information resources that we must be inherited from generation to generation. Korea's intangible cultural heritage system has developed with the aim of preserving and transmission, but now it is necessary to take an creative approach as a resource as a resource for cultural diversity and utilization in an intangible cultural source. Therefore, it is important to maintain systematic management of intangible cultural heritage records information resources in order to continuously preserve, but it is also important to establish a basis for continuous use. The purpose of this study is to propose improvement plans for the archival information services of domestic intangible cultural heritage. We analyzed the status of the archival reference services of intangible cultural heritage institutions in consideration of the characteristics of intangible cultural assets. In-depth interviews were conducted with the responsible person to collect opinions and requirements during the service. We suggested the improvement plans through drawing out implication on problems and direction of archival information services for intangible cultural heritage.
The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for preserving forest ecosystem with understanding forest wetland condition of Mt. Cheongok. It was found from this research that vascular plants of surveyed area were composed of 72 families, 167 genera, 209 species, and 2 subspecies, 27 varieties, 5 formae. totaling 243 taxa. Among the investigated vascular plants, Korea endemic plants were 9 species, rare plants 15 species, and naturalized plants 8 species, respectively. According to the occurrence frequency within the wetland investigated, obligate upland plants (OBU) accounted for 75.72% (184) among the total species investigated, wherea obligate wetland plant (OBW) were four species (4.65%). There were 26 of hygrophyte plants and 2 of emergent plants in the research area according to wet degree. According to habitat category, the most frequently occurred habitat was forest (136 species, 55.97%), and the others were in the order of meadow and shrubland (70 species, 28.81%), wet meadow (35 species, 14.40%), and aquatic environment (2 species, 0.82%), respectively. In the result of analysis of important value, Fraxinus rhynchophylla and Carex pseudosinensis was the highest as 22.17% and 10.40%. It was confirmed that the species diversity was relatively high. Shannon-Wiener's species diversity index was calculated as 2.507. Based on these results, long-term monitoring survey should be urgently needed for ecological restoration and recovery.
Recently, application fields for processing and using digital image contents in various forms and types are rapidly increasing. Since image content is high value-added content, the intellectual property rights of this content must be protected in order to activate the production and use of the digital image content. In this paper, we propose a deep learning based watermark embedding and extraction network. The proposed method is to maximize the robustness of the watermark against malicious/non-malicious attacks while preserving the invisibility of the host image. This network consists of a preprocessing network that changes the watermark to have the same resolution as the host image, a watermark embedding network that embeds watermark data while maintaining the resolution of the host image by three-dimensionally concatenating the changed host image and the watermark information, and a watermark extraction network that reduces the resolution and extracts watermarks. This network verifies the invisibility and robustness of the proposed method by experimenting with various pixel value change attacks and geometric attacks against various watermark data and host images with various resolutions, and shows that this method is universal and practical.
This study was conducted to verify the types of village forest in Gyeongsan City, North Gyeongsang Province, and a total of 32 village forests were investigated. The result indicated that village forests in Gyeongsan City can be classified as 8 village enterance forests(25.0%), 6 hillside forests(18.8%), 7 streamside forests(21.9%), and 11 village peripheral forests(34.4%). The major tree species in the village enterance forests are as follows: Zelkova serrata(34.3%), Ginkgo biloba(11.2%) and Robinia pseudoacacia(10.5%). The major tree species in hillside forests are: Pinus densiflora(56.8%), Quercus acutissima(26.4%) and Zelkova serrata(4.3%). The major tree species in the streamside forests are: Zelkova serrata(40.4%), Salix chaenomeloides var. chaenomeloides(27.1%) and Cornus wateri(5.5%). The major tree species in the village peripheral forests are: Zelkova serrata(21.7%), Quercus acutissima(10.8%) and Cornus walteri(8.9%). The habitat fragmentation due to transportation infrastructure, the function of habitats for village forests has deteriorated. In order to improve it, the management plan should be implemented and the seedlings of village forest trees should be carefully selected and propagated. Furthermore, the public should be educated about the importance of preserving and developing those village forests.
