Design and Aberration Analysis of Triplet Camera Optical System (Triplet Camera 광학계의 설계와 수차 분석)

  • Even if some kinds of software for halftoning such as raster image process program are on the market, most of them couldn`t apply to the new laser gravure cylinder making machine because they are closed the source program. In order to develop new laser gravure engraving machine, we were investigated new suitable halftoning software based on the mapping and equal density expansion algorithm that we are mapped. As the results of actual practice with Microsoft Visiul C++2.0 in 133Khz 64M ram IBM personal computer, we found that the new software for halftone generation for laser gravure engraving machine are available in new machine, and easily load and processing the graphic image for gravure hardcopy.

  • Surface profile is an important paramerer to evaluate accuracy of machined worpiece. It is necessary to acquire this data by in-process measurement. Recent researchers have introduced Machine Vision technique to achieve it. But it is difficult to apply it to industry field yet. In this study, in-process measuring system of surface profile is developed using CCD camera. The effect of illuminance according to incident angle is investigated and surface profile from surface tester and illuminance graph are compared experimentally.

  • 위성용 천문 망원경의 개발에 있어 광학계는 대구경화되고 회절한계능의 품질이 요구되고 있다. 한국표준과학연구원에서는 위성용 카메라를 위한 지름 1 m 의 비구면 거울의 제작기술을 확보하고자 하는 연구가 진행 중이다. 현재 지름 600 mm 의 비구면 연마기를 확보하여 테스트 중에 있으며, 지름 1m 비구면 가공을 위한 연마기를 제작 중에 있다. 비구면 가공을 위해서는 측정기술 또한 중요하다. (중략)

  • 광섬유는 코어(Core), 클레드(Clad), 그리고 1,2차 코팅(Coating)으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 광섬유의 코팅에 생기는 결함의 유무 및 종류와 크기를 분류하는 Vision System을 구현하였다. 전처리 과정으로, CCD Camera를 이용하여 얻은 화상에 대하여 Sobel 연산자로 경계선을 추출하고, 문턱값(Threshold Value)을 적용하여 이진 화상을 만든다. 외경 정보 추출을 위하여, 투영 정보, 수리 형태학(Mathematical Morphology)적 연산을 수행하고, 결함의 종류와 크기를 효율적으로 분류하도록 Tree Classifier를 설계하였다. 실험 결과로서 각 결함 별 오차율, 전체 오차율(Total Error Rate)등을 제시하였다.

  • 2002년 OA부분 전체시장의 신규실적(M/M)은 예년대비 93,000대(02년12월 기준/예측)로 전년 동기 90,000여대 보다 3.36$\%$의 성장을 보이며 전체적으로 저성장을 나타냈다. 2003년시장의 규모는 전체 10만대 규모의 M/M(Machine Movement)을 예측하고 있으며 그 중 디지털 시장의 규모는 전체 사무기 시장의 44$\%$이상에 달할 것으로 전망된다.

  • An optical fiber displacement sensor has the advantages of relatively simplicity, cheap, small probe size and immunity against environmental perturbation. The working principle of the sensor is based on the intensity modulation that is detection light intensity reflecting from the surface being measured. This paper presents the mathematical model of displacement measurement mechanism of this sensor type. The theoretical and experimental data are compared to verify the model in describing the realistic approach to sensor design. Finally, the analysis results show that displacement response characteristics such as sensitivity, measuring range are easily modified by principal design parameters such as magnitude of optical Power, diameter of optical fiber core and distance between transmitting fiber and receiving fiber.

  • In recent years, as the demands of VBNS and VDSL increase, the development of kernel parts of optical communication such as PLC(Planar Light Circuit), Coupler, and WDM elements increases. The alignment and the attachment technology are very important in the fabrication of optical elements. In this paper, the optical alignment characteristics of multi-axis ultra precision stage were studied. The alignment algorithms were studied for applying to the ultra precision multi-axis stage. The alignment algorithm is comprised of field search and peak search algorithms. The contour of optical power signals can be obtained by field search and the precise coordinate can be found out by peak search. Two kinds of alignments, such as 1 ch. input vs. 1 ch. output optical stack, and 1 ch. input vs. 8 ch. output PLC stacks were performed for investigating the alignment characteristics.
